Just had a couple beers and the meatball appetizer but I had driven by a bunch of times when they weren't open so I was glad I stopped in .. friendly staff and some lively locals at the bar... Would definitely come back... Menu looked good and they had some nice specials!

Google
“SKK” is one of those spots you just keep coming back to. Super friendly staff, family-owned, and you can tell they really care about what they’re doing. The food is always great, and the menu changes just enough to keep things interesting without losing the favorites. It’s perfect in the summer by boat, but honestly, I love going in the off-season too—feels even more like a hidden gem. Can’t recommend it enough!

Nice outdoor seating. Food was pretty good, especially the Brussel sprout appetizer. The service was a bit slow.

I have been to Sportsman’s Kitchen and Keg many times, and it is hands down one of the best dining experiences in town. The service is exceptional – the staff is warm, welcoming, and truly makes you feel like part of the family. It’s the kind of place where you instantly feel at home, surrounded by friendly faces and a genuinely inviting atmosphere. The food is not only delicious but also served surprisingly quickly. Whether you’re in the mood for a hearty meal or exploring their wide selection of vegetarian options, you won’t be disappointed. The location itself is incredible and accessible no matter how you arrive (boat, golf cart, jet ski or snowmobile) making it a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy great food. Any negative reviews of this place must be from people who are just plain spiteful because I cannot imagine a better experience. Sportsman’s Kitchen and Keg consistently delivers quality food, outstanding service, and an atmosphere that makes you feel like you’re dining with your extended family. I highly recommend it!

Been coming here for years since I moved to the area. It used to remind me of home... The Italian sausage is the best I've found in Maine and it brings back memories of my youth in an Italian-American household/neighborhood in Chicago. This past time though, it felt really off and I didn't feel like I was welcome here. I ordered a drink at the tiki bar and asked if they took cash out there since I noticed there wasn't a register. The hot shot walking around like he owns the place went off on a political tangent as a response. Uhh what? I asked if you took cash. A simple yes would have been adequate. It certainly made me feel unwelcome and like I wasn't part of the famiglia. He also didn't take my cash after all that and just walked away, so I had to get the other server's attention to pay. Service is usually slow because they're always slammed, but it was particularly bad this time. I shared a fork for half the meal because there were none at the table and had to ask twice to get one. Some of the food was lukewarm when it should have been hot. The "smash burger" is not a smash burger at all, it's very thick and lacks the iconic crispy and craggy bits that set smash burgers apart from any regular old burger. The new menus are really poorly designed and very difficult to read due to the font, colors, and layout. Overall, a really disappointing experience from what was once one of my favorite local spots. For a place that prides itself on its Italian roots, I can't help but think that Nonna would disapprove of the hospitality, or lack thereof.

Google
Everything we ordered looked like it had been cooked for too long, including grilled cheese that was just shy of being burnt. Waitress never asked if we wanted refills on drinks, probably because we didn't order alcohol. Bags of trash left sitting by the kitchen door and patio area, which was attracting a noticeable number of flies. Not someplace I'd visit twice.

Google
A Great Local Spot on Sebago, the Most Friendly Staff around, the best Freshly Sourced Food in the area and a Good Selection of Local Brews. (Note.) There is Not Always Parking Available or Room to Sit at times, which is Understandable. And the Price of Food is reflected by Delivery Charges and Demand, also Understandable. But still one of the Better Spots on The Lake, none the less!

Google
Rocco, Alexis and Landen! These people work hard and make sure you are taking care of . Highly recommend the tiki bar.

Yelp
I thought this little place was great. There is outside seating, but we sat inside. It was small and quite charming. I got ribs and Brussels sprouts. The ribs were a bit small but delicious. The Brussels sprouts were great. My husband liked his sausage and potato salad. We'd go back.

Yelp
SKK has climbed to the top of our favorite places to go. Food- A+ I have a few dietary restrictions and they have always gone out of their way to accommodate me and never make me feel like I'm a bother. Drinks- A+ We have worked in the service industry. We have bartended. We are, how do I say it, drink snobs. We often get our regular drinks but they offer weekly drink specials and different flavors of pudding shots that are amazing. Ambiance- A+ it's a smaller establishment and in the winter we are all packed inside. If you're looking for a quiet restaurant with jazz playing lightly in the background and candles flickering, it's probably not for you. This is your local stop for food, drinks, conversation and fun. Once the weather warms a bit and the patio opens it's where you will find us. Staff- is there an A+++ in the rankings? We love the staff. They're fun, friendly, accommodating and kind. From the servers to the bartender to the cooks and everyone in between, we love them all. Owners- A+ the Severino family is amazing. We adore each and every one of them. I've seen negative remarks and it's really sad that people will take to a business page to leave a negative review because of a difference of opinion that has nothing to do with the establishment or the food. When you walk in you're always greeted by one of the family and made to feel welcome. They give back to the community. They've provided food and hot coffee to first responders. They support the locals and their loyal customers. And they're HUMAN. Are they perfect? No, but guess what? Neither are we. They're always busting ass and trying their best to give everyone a great experience. So if you haven't tried Sportman's Kitchen and Keg in Sebago, add it to your list and get there. Your belly will thank you!

Yelp
3.5 -used to frequent the Sportsman's on Congress street decades ago nice to see that the family has started a new operation (we are late to the party. They've been open for 6 years!) the layout is small, so expect a wait if it's dinner hour. We dined outdoors and it's great (lots of flies and country music but you're outdoors!) the menu has a lot to chose from. We had friendly service. A little pricey (but you're on Sebago Lake during tourist season and they have to make money!) We would go back. Good place for groups.

Yelp
Brunch: The food is unexpectedly interesting, delicious, served by friendly locals in a neighborhood bar. Well priced. I've been back 3 times since I first "discovered" it. Worth the 30 minute drive. I haven't been in the summer yet, but I will be going for sure. I was pleased to find out that it is owned by the former Sportsmen's Grill family, a greatly missed Portland standby.

Yelp
Delicious food and friendly staff. Inside is pretty small, so go early if you don't want to wait for an inside table.

Jake R.

Yelp
If you're looking for a place where flavor, atmosphere, and outstanding service collide perfectly, look no further. This locally owned restaurant knocked it out of the park during our visit, and the star of the evening was none other than our waitress, Lexi.

Bella S.

Yelp
great food. small and cozy space. love love love this atmosphere. everyone is super friendly, great service

Yelp
One of the busiest restaurants during the summer months, finally had the opportunity to go. Waited for our table at the outdoor tiki bar with a few rounds of drinks. Domestic beers were nothing too crazily priced. The food was less impressive. The mac and cheese lacked flavor and was bland. The Buffalo chicken pizza was drowning in hot sauce and blue cheese dressing making it a sloppy soggy mess. Meatballs on The Gravy dish were big. Nachos unfortunately had cheese sauce. Jalapeño poppers were massive.

Kitty K.

Yelp
Love this place but pack your patience! Currently sitting at our outdoor table for over an hour after ordering our food and waiting... kinda ridiculous but great country music on the outdoor speakers, drinks and apps available while you wait. Great fun and atmosphere, just don't come here when you have plans later in the evening!!!

Yelp
I have been trying to get to his place for years, literally. As most things happen, this was a total fluke, we were in the area to pick up some thing my mother-in-law had ordered off of Facebook marketplace. I realized we weren't far from Sportsmans and we drove down the road to see if they were busy. We hit them just before their busy season and were able to get a table for six quickly in the back. What we found was what I had hoped for and envisioned... high-quality food, local beers, a nice wine and cocktail list, and an adorable atmosphere. The sandwiches were amazing, next time I am getting the eggplant parmigiana. The salad was generous and the Mac and cheese was awesome. I'm not going to lie, the sandwich was the table favorite. I can wait to go back again in the off season!

Yelp
My first dining experience in too long of a time and I'm glad it was here ! Sitting outside in this beautiful weather with some great food and drink and good friends. How have we taken advantage of this for so many years!! Sorry I didn't take photos of the food but the brussel sprouts and calamari were delicious appetizers For dinner we had the pulled pork, the steak sandwich and chick Parms. All six of us were happy with our meals The owner and all the staff were super gracious! Can't wait to go back

Marie S.

Yelp
Great variety of food. Great friendly servers. Food and drinks very good and unique selection. Right across Sebago Lake for a great view as well Dog friendly outside Joe Ciriello and Marie Szabla York Harbor, Maine
google avatar

Lourdes E.

Yelp
Cool outdoor vibe. Indoor bar and outside tiki bar. Drinks were $$. We put our name down (2 people), no wait time given. The day was really nice. After about 40 minutes we got seated. Had gotten drinks from the tiki bar while we waited. We ordered nachos with sausage. It was very good and plenty for both of us. The waitress was pleasant and attentive.

Alex L.

Yelp
Inconsistent service - often really slow. Some of the waitstaff are lovely, but the owner (or his son) is a total psycho. They don't call him Ragin' Rocco for nothing. As far as the food, it's hit or miss. We've had great lobster rolls and sometimes really bad ones. But we won't be back. No reason to pay money and fear running into the entitled madman in the kitchen. Easy to find lobster rolls elsewhere.

Yelp
Fun ambiance, okay food, psychotic and seemingly bigoted management. I try to avoid slamming small businesses... But this was egregious. We were a table of six adults with eight children (ages 2-19). We had drinks, ordered food, and were sincerely enjoying the last night of our family reunion. A couple of items were missing, a few came out with ingredients we had asked to omit, etc. Large group, staffing shortages, we're all human, no biggy... At the end of our dinner some surly dark-haired worker (not our server) slammed our check on the table and went on an angry tirade (in front of every other table and our kids) because we supposedly left "a 2-star review less than an hour into dinner"... He ended with "NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN!" *None of us had reviewed the place.* My sister-in-law went in to find out WTF he was talking about and he said a staff member told him someone named "Kabir" left the review. We did have some brown folks in our group, but no Kabirs. Management (the angry guy and the blond "manager") couldn't care less that they made a mistake... Anyway, if Kabir's 2-star review is out there on the interwebs (I can't find it), it's waaaay too generous. F*ck you very much.

Yelp
Love this place - super nice friendly restaurant. It's always so busy during the summer but we stopped by on a snowy Friday night and it was empty. It was cold by the door so I recommend sitting deeper in if possible. Pretzel fries appetizer was so good - very filling. I got the pesto chicken and my husband got the short ribs ravioli special. The only thing that was a little pricey was the kids mac n cheese which was box Kraft for $9. That's kind of a ridiculous price for that but I didn't want to spend $13 for the entree size homemade mac n cheese for a toddler. Wish they had the option for Kraft or homemade kids portions. Excellent beer and cocktail menu too. Our server was so nice and very helpful with our toddler too. They have super clean bathrooms and a great outdoor space for summer. Bathrooms are upstairs and the whole restaurant would be difficult for someone in a wheelchair as an FYI.

Yelp
Very enjoyable meal and drinks. Server was great! Pork wings awesome! Burgers excellent! Nice change as it was our first visit- we have been back 2x now! Love the Rum Buckets!

Scott C.

Yelp
Great place. So happy they are still thriving. Get there early, they run out of things like pig wings sometimes.

Tania M.

Yelp
Food is subpar, especially given the prices. Staff was OK, but the owner is disgusting and rude. Don't waste your money. There are other local restaurants that deserve your patronage more than this place. Edits After Owner's Response on Google: I have increased the review to 2 stars because the food didn't make me sick. I stand by my statement that the food is subpar and expensive. It was almost $40 for just a salad and a drink (before tip). Neither of which were the high quality they refer to when replying to all their negative reviews.

Yelp
This place was really cute and the entire staff was friendly! The meatballs were delicious and the mussels were so yummy. We went and grabbed some drinks, enjoyed the food, and music! Definitely a cute place to go to for drinks or a night out with friends.

Yelp
Excellent spot! The beer and cocktail menu is great, and the food is delicious, unique! We have been several times, and it never disappoints!

Yelp
We are so lucky to have this restaurant and these people in Sebago. Their food is amazing, the atmosphere is like cheers and the family that owns and runs it are so kind. They care about the people that come in and the community they run their business in. I highly recommend the Sportsman for every single reason: food, atmosphere, kindness and integrity of the owners.
google avatar

Stephanie M.

Yelp
I really wanted to like this place, but it just did not hit the marks for us when we came in for brunch. The prices felt too high, we reached a cocktail and breakfast and it was $70. The bloody mary was watery and did not have enough depth of flavors. I got a breakfast burrito, which just didn't have enough flavor and felt a little watery. The chorizo tasted like ground beef. It looked like they were trying to be super brunchy, but none of the dishes were particularly inspiring or felt like something I couldn't easily make myself at home. The interior was cute and the servers were good and it was full of regulars, so a lot of people like it. Just didn't feel worth it to me for the drive we took to get here and the prices. I left feeling pretty disappointed.

Yelp
First time here tonight with two other couples. It was AH-MAZE-ING!!!!!! Not sure the bartenders name inside but she was workin like a beast! Super busy but super sweet through it all! The beer selections were plentiful, and everyone found exactly what they wanted. Our server Daniel was a star. I felt like he should be my bff! Loved talking to him. The food was fantastic. We ALL loved it, and we are a picky group! The brussel sprouts with pancetta was to die! The mega lobster roll was surreal! The two pizzas we ordered were amazing, chicken parm a must, and pulled pork the best! We ordered even more fries for the table because they were so darn good. Thank you for a wonderful experience our first time here at Sebago Lake!

Yelp
Spent some time with my family on the water for the last time before the boat is put away for the season. Before we hit the water we had lunch at Sportsman Kitchen & Keg and what a fantastic experience we had. The server was attentive and catered to all of my family needs and recalled the specials of the afternoon, which my sister-in-law's friend took advantage of the ribs special. I ordered the smashed burger with my wife decided to get the shrimp Alfredo. My sister-in-law ordered a steak roll up with my other sister-in-law ordering the chicken sandwich. We also ordered the poutine, which came with steak tips. Everyone was very satisfied with their selections and I personally found the smashed burger one of the best burgers I have had in a very long time. We found the steak tips in the poutine a little on the rare side and when we mentioned it to the server she was very apologetic and offed to make it right by either cooking the steak tips a bit more or simply bringing us another order. We chose neither, however we were very impressed with the establishment putting the customer first. So, if you are in the Naples area and are looking for a great place to get a great meal be sure to stop by Sportsman Kitchen & Keg.

Yelp
Came here with another couple in the middle of August, prime vacation season. Thursday night - Parking was a little tricky but we didn't have any trouble getting seated out front, with a lovely view of the lake across the street. Server was friendly and attentive. Drinks were strong and cold. I wish I remembered what we ordered, because we all enjoyed our dinners. Total with tax and tip for 4 was $185
google avatar

Thomas P.

Yelp
What a gem out in Sebago. Huge portions. Great food and ambiance. We had the poutine which was loaded with steak and came with potstickers that were delicious as well. We also had the lobster roll which was huge and had a unique twist. Impeccable service as well!
google avatar

Christian S.

Yelp
Really great food and great service for a large party. The Italian food was just like a home cooked meal. Far better than anything you will get at any of the chain Italian restaurants. Nice and cozy restaurant and bar It is well worth a visit!
google avatar

M. Khadafi D.

Yelp
Personally I really like these guys and I want them to succeed. To start with, they need a bartender who knows how to make a Margarita, they also need a list of cocktails that aren't at $12 a pop - this ain't Boston. The menu is limited. There are pizza$ and a few Italian and American entrees that are nearly all over $22. They have some sandwiches and burgers in the $16+ range, which is just way too much for this area. 16 bucks for a chicken wrap? If I'm paying over 20 bucks for a plate of food around here, then I'm going to Krista's in Cornish where I'll get my money's worth. All said, they do get slightly closer to reality pricing after October when all the flatlanders go back home.
google avatar

Claudio C.

Yelp
Moored across the street and came in. Small pub style restaurant with deck and outdoor seating. Menu had a decent variety of things to order. Table got the pig wings, which was a hit. The Caesar salad I had was average. I thought that the chicken was over cooked and dry, and the croutons were rock hard. 3 stars based on my food.
google avatar

Alexis W.

Yelp
We were camping with friends it was raining neé pouring we had just gotten set up and didn't feel like cooking in the onslaught of rain and wind. Started yelping for local enough restaurants and found this one. The images of the ice cream sandwiches is kinda what lured us in. It's a quaint little pub/bar. The owners and servers were phenomenal especially since at 8:30pm we rolled in 4 adults and 6 kids ages 8 and under. It was one of the better meals out we've had in a loooooong time. It was perfect for us at the perfect moment. A true hidden gem.

Marlene L.

Yelp
Great place for food and drinks, the only issue is we come by boat and that can be a challenge finding a space on the very limited dock. Once there, you'll love their menu selection

Joel B.

Yelp
We ordered food from this family run restaurant for a birthday celebration in September. Pulled pork, brisket, barbecued chicken, roasted Brussel sprouts and delicious corn bread were all ready for pick-up the morning of our party. The food was beyond excellent and the guests were all eager to take home portions of their favorite dish. Alexis was great to work with and she offered up some good suggestions and met her promises on having everything ready to go. We were very happy that we chose this place and highly recommend them!

John G.

Yelp
When I go to a place near a vacation spot I generally dont expect too much but this place is really great. Gastro pub "ish" but no pretense. Clean, professional staff all sermed welcoming and happy. Our server was a little quirky and maybe missed a few questions about the menu but my 30 % tip is an indicatoon of her friendliness and eagerness to please. The food was great, presentation better. Im a chef and restaurant owner and while i could pick at some things about the food....it would be picking maybe 4.7 stars for food but overall this place left us with a strong desire to return. Thanks for an unexpected great experience.
google avatar

Allan G.

Yelp
If you are within 50 miles of this place... Stop. You won't be sorry. I recommend the Korean pig wings. Also the duck was some of the best I've had. If I could they'd get 6 stars!
google avatar

Luanne C.

Yelp
Love this place and they are open year round! Thanks for making this one of our local favorites...

Ron O.

Yelp
Been here a bunch of times and love it. The new menu is great and the wings are awesome. They are always busy when we go and the staff seems to handle it, even shorthanded. Might go back again today for the brisket sandwich. Its the bomb.....
google avatar

Tami F.

Yelp
Bad experience. Ordered beef nachos, had to send back as there was no beef at all on my nachos. They were burnt and not a shred of cheese on them. Very disappointing. Total waste of money. Told the waitress how disappointed I was and the nachos were horrible and she did nothing. I'll never go back and I'm spreading the word not to eat there. My mom lives in Sebago so word of mouth spreads fast. I think the cook smoked to much green. Never ever again......
google avatar

Scott A.

Yelp
The most amazing place ever. So so cool. Great food and atmosphere. Great beer and food. Service was top notch. No other way to rate this place except 5 stars. We will for sure be back!!!
google avatar

Liam B.

Yelp
The good: Excellent food. Cold beers. Wicked cute waitress. Brunch isn't bad, especially for the area, but don't have to many bloody Mary's because that has a high potential to ruin your plans for the rest of the day. The drive to the restaurant from the greater Portland area is full of scenic views which provides solid escape from the business of city life. What more could you possibly want? The bad: I was sincerely let down when I found that animals on the wall unfortunately don't talk and or sing songs to you. However, if you ask anyone in the bar after 9pm I'm sure someone will sing you a tune.
google avatar

Jac A.

Yelp
Although I have only eaten here once, I was impressed enough to write this review. off, the place was packed. That was my first clue that it had to be special. My date and I ordered the Lobster Roll. It was heaven. Big chunks of lobster! I ordered the mayo On the side. It came with thick cut potato chips. It was perfection. The Bartender was really friendly and the drinks were equally amazing. The owner left a positive impression as well. I highly recommend this resturant. Go early or late to avoid the wait.

Kathi R.

Yelp
Best food on Sebago! They've adjusted well to the current situation and expanded outdoor seating. Food is always excellent and the service is always with a smile
google avatar

Francine L.

Yelp
So besides saving the day when another local fav restaurant failed us by having zero dining room seating all day after 3 pm. We were seated immediately by very friendly, attentive and helpful staff. I had a Caesar salad starter which doesn't sound like it can be done wrong but it can and this was perfect. Crisp, even distribution of dressing and great proportions of lettuce, crouton and cheese. Exceeded expectations for a pub style menu and restaurant. We had rib eye specials with red potato smash and grilled asparagus. All cooked and seasoned perfectly .... again better than expected. Waitress was excellent! Checking in with us, refilling and clearing as appropriate. We had homemade ice cream sandwiches that were to die for! Best chocolate chip cookie I have ever had! The outside has seating and sweet well maintained gardens and interior was immaculate including restrooms. Excellent food and service and will most definitely be back and recommend to anyone in Sebago. It's no wonder they can stay open year round! Well done and thanks for saving the day for us.

Yelp
This place is awesome ! We went here for lunch and had so much fun. We also played cornhole and sat at the campfire ! I'll definitely be back

Yelp
Couldn't have had a better time or a better meal ~ fantastic! New ownership got it all right. Great food and great service with a smile. 2 thumbs up! Shawn W. Casey

Yelp
We freaking love this place! Right on the lake and dock-able. Great food. Great service (hhiiiii Lauren - looking at you!). We will be back!

Yelp
This is a gem of a restaurant! the food is amazing, the portions are large, the prices are good and the staff is friendly and kind. Our lake weekends always include a trip to Sportsman's and we enjoy ourselves every time. Don't sleep on this place, it's amazing!

Denise W.

Yelp
Delicious fried brussel sprouts. I got mine without the pancetta because I am vegetarian but it was no problem and still delicious! Drinks were yummy. They have a new tiki bar which was awesome. Fire pit, nice outdoor space. Just a really cool place!!

Dawn C.

Yelp
Great food and service. We had the meatball app, side salad and pizzas. All staff were wearing masks and friendly. Great drinks too
