I was extremely nervous about my procedure and Eva, the esthetician who conducted my stem cell restoration treatment eased my fears. I decided not to apply the topical anesthetic because I have long hair and I didn’t want it to be greasy. Eva tested it out on one area and it felt like more of a vibrating massage. That being said, I am not tender headed whatsoever. Once it was time to apply the stem cells it felt like a cooling sensation. Today is day 2 and I literally have no side effects: no pain, no redness, no itchiness. So far I am very happy with the procedure and hope to get great results in the months to come!

I came in for a consultation about hair thinning and left feeling hopeful for the first time in years. The staff were kind, super knowledgeable, and didn’t pressure me at all. They really take time to tailor the treatment to you.

First Time Micro- Needling Experience! Today was my first time getting micro-needling done, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience than the one I had at Springs Rejuvenation. From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease. The facility is spotless, modern, and very comfortable—definitely a calming environment for anyone trying a new treatment.

I think the price for the procedure was high. I thought stem cells would be injected into dorment hair follicles but they were just sprayed on my head after preparing my scalp. The procedure was very fast and painless but compared to other places that injected into scalp was pricey.

I recently had this procedure 4 days ago, I did wait at least 30-45 minutes and was on time. What made me raise my antennas was I could have read the page long policy and signed it instead of reading it in the procedure room ( I felt like that was a set-up because most people are not going to read a policy of that length when someone is waiting for them, they will just go ahead and sign because they feel pressured to hurry up). I could have completed this when I was waiting in the waiting room falling asleep it would’ve been less pressure, less waste of time, and any questions I had I could’ve asked soon as I got in the room. It’s to early for me to actually see any results maybe in 3months or so check in. I had a nurse not a physician do my treatment she seemed just a little hesitant when I had questions. Other than that the service was not bad.

As I was driving to springs I became slightly nervous about my decision to go through with everything. I spoke to someone over the phone who reassured me and then communicated those concerns to the clinic before I got there. Upon arrival I was greeted promptly and told to sit down and wait for someone to come and get me. In what seemed like no time someone called my name and I was brought into a room where I spoke to 2 nurses and the doctor before the procedure. Everybody was very professional while also making the experience enjoyable. I went in for my procedure and was done before I knew it. I felt no pain through the entire procedure. I followed the aftercare instructions and it’s been smooth sailing ever since. Overall I would give them an A+ on my time in the clinic and to all the staff that were there that day.

The doctor was upfront, honest, and incredibly skilled. I’ve had consultations elsewhere that felt rushed, but here they took the time to explain every option and expected outcome.

I was pleased with the experience. The entire visit was handled professionally from start to finish. The doctor was punctual, which I greatly appreciated, and took the time to listen to my concerns thoroughly. I felt respected and well informed throughout the consultation. The staff was also courteous and efficient. Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience, and I would confidently recommend Springs Rejuvenation to others seeking quality care.

These people are a bunch of liars. I had a stem cell treatment there that cost $10,000 with the promise of a refund if it didn't work. They said to wait 3 months for results. I called and said it didn't work. They asked me to come back in and when I did I was told that they will give me a second treatment and if it didn't work, they'd get me my money back. I just got off the phone with an Andrea, now 5 months after the second treatment and she said that my conversation in the second appointment never happened and she refused to refund me. Coincidentally, the two doctors that treated me AND the initial consultant no longer work with the company. That should tell you something. Even better, when I asked Andrea to get me a manager I could further discuss my situation, she refused and hung up on me. DON'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE AND SPREAD THE WORD!!

I spent over $9000 on stem cell treatment to regrow my hair. Whe. Consulting with them they literally hassled me for days on end swearing up and down the treatment would work and its guaranteed by a treatment and a refund. Additionally I was enticed by the 0% financing that was offered to me.through patientfi. Well 9 months later I have no new results of hair on my head and the financing wasnt 0% financing and they have no recollection of this ever being spoken about. My mother also went to get stemcells for pain and spent over $20000 was also met with zero results. Can't wait for a class action lawsuit.

Dr. Vicki Goldhill in the New york office is arrogant and lacks bed side manners. Andria Bass who comes into the picture after the sales person has done their job and you decide to go ahead and intended to be the post care contact is also clueless. I went there for knee pain. No improvement For negative reviews, they claim you were never a client - well how would one know these details with names if they hadn't been actual patients. Dr. Vicki Goldhill is the worst. Avoid Dr. Vicki at all costs.
