Springside at Powder Springs Apartments & Townhomes

I just moved in two weeks ago, and so far I absolutely love it here. The apartment is way more spacious than I originally expected. I have a two-year-old, so I love that we’re less than two minutes away from two parks. I feel very safe in this neighborhood, which was especially important to me with a small child. Maintenance has been quick, efficient, and friendly. My heat wasn’t working and they came out the same day to fix it and even followed up a couple of days later to make sure everything was still good. The entire office staff has been super welcoming. I can’t say enough great things about my Yasmine. She’s friendly, personable, patient (especially while I took my time choosing a model), and she really listened to my needs. She helped me pick the perfect home for me and my son, and I appreciated how thorough and upfront she was throughout the entire process. Overall, it’s been a great start to living here. I highly recommend it!

I had a great experience with the moving process. Yasmine was very helpful, professional, and made everything smooth and easy to understand. They were responsive to my questions and ensured the entire process was organized and stress-free. I truly appreciate the support and excellent customer service provided.

I'm a bit late on writing this review, but I toured twice. The first time was with Yasmin, and she showed me about 4 units, which left me utterly satisfied! I love the unit layouts, the close proximity to the local stores (Bonus: the offers from Springside). My second tour that solidified my application was with Amazing. Her name showcases what she is before she shows you herself! There were two units I wanted to see before solidifying my choice in applying. I was able to ask her any questions, and I honestly thought she would've been annoyed, but both Amazing and Yasmin possess a great deal of patience and wonderful hospitality. I can only imagine how kind the property manager is. I also had a chance to speak directly with a resident, and she had nothing but good things to say about living in Springside. I'm hoping to join her and be able to experience that bliss myself. If you're looking for a sign to move here, somewhere quiet, near walkable local shops, and not far away from grocery stores. Here's your place.

My tour was 5 Star service! Yasmin showed me 4 different apartment styles that matched what I was looking for. The amenities were very nice and the area I saw around the property was clean and looked well kept. I love the different areas where you can go to sit outside and the variety of floor plan options. I was very impressed with the knowledge of property and location. I definitely think this would be a great location to live.

Yasmine is such an amazing person! Not only did she help us find our first home in Georgia, but she treated us with kindness. My daughter is very fond of her (she gets icicles from her lol) but all jokes aside, the professionalism and manner in which she handles everything is everything we’d hope for when it comes to management. It truly shows that she cares and is committed to her job and the people in her community. Highly recommended!

I regret to say my experience at Springside has been unpleasant. The walls are extremely thin—you can hear every conversation and footstep from neighboring units. Management's communication is unprofessional, feeling more like harassing emails than constructive notices. Furthermore, promised amenities like valet trash are unreliable and frequently not picked up on schedule. The overall lack of follow-through and consideration for resident comfort makes it hard to recommend living here.

This place is a hidden gem ! This complex is very well kept up and has great amenities! I enjoy how spacious the townhome is and the amount of detail the put into the inside of the interior. I would recommend this place it’s a 10/10 and the leasing office is super friendly love Yasmine and Amazing super professional and nice. It is also close to grocery stores so you don’t have to travel far for any of your essentials!

I saw this place and fell in love. Unfortunately, I was not able to move in because the move in date did not work for me. Amazing is the leasing agent who showed me several floor plans, and her name speaks for itself. Very courteous, detailed, and professional. I also had the pleasure of meeting the leasing manager, Jordan who came over immediately to introduce herself. She was very accommodating, friendly and professional also. Jordan went above and beyond with attempting to make it happen for me. Her team is a reflection of who she is. She is very empathetic and understanding. The best leasing manager that I have ever met hands down! If you're looking for a great place to stay, Go check them out. You won't regret it.

Enjoying my living experience it is so clean and staff is really nice. looking forward to renewing and attending more resident events.

This place is ghetto. I am paying nearly $2K a month to live here with garbage everywhere, loud music all the time playing, people running up and down the stairs all night, and the smell of weed everywhere, all the time. You cannot escape the smell of weed in this "smokeless" community. People smoking in their apartments and on the balcony. Get me out of here.

Beautiful new property being built in Powder Springs. Spacious cozy units, quiet neighborhood next to downtown Powder Springs.

Solid brand new community for the win! 10 out of 10, highly recommend. Property is not huge so, I'm sure the community will be full soon; or few units available.

During my tour of Springside Powder springs, I was impressed enough to sign the lease .I apologize for the delay in writing this review due to moving ,work commitments and significant life events ,the Maintenance Team specialty Sanchez ,provided exceptional service promptly addressing my work order request the following day ,I am also grateful for the management Team , led by Jordan who consistently responds to emails and is always available to assist, even going above and beyond to ensure my needs are met .The Team dedication to maintaining a clean and well maintain apartment complex is evident and their willingness to accommodate special requests is truly commendable specially such as dog walking ( because I have to leave early to work ) is truly appreciated
