Wonderful experience thanks to Jasmin! The cupcakes were a hit. My sister loved them. Jasmin helped me with a special order delivery and went above and beyond. She made the process so easy and clearly cared about getting every detail just right. Great service!

Google
Pretty tasty gluten free cookies and cupcakes! The blueberry lemon gluten free was a very mild lemon flavor. Chocolate chip cookie gluten free was quite delicious, soft and chewy. Ordering system in the story was not very intuitive and seemed a little confusing to us. Staff was friendly and helpful as well. There's no real atmosphere in the store; it's essentially just an ordering kiosk and counter without any seating.

Google
Assorted dozen / 2 black and white, 2 sprinkles, 2 salted caramel, 2 vanilla, 2 cookie dough - 5 🌟! I was helping someone celebrate a birthday and wanted to bring something sweet. Cupcakes from Sprinkles are always a hit! The downtown LA location is tucked away on the 2nd floor of the 7th and Fig building. I will say that parking is a bit of a challenge, but nothing that is insurmountable. Sprinkles has a policy of not holding products. If you order ahead and don't pick it up, they discard it. The reason I mention that is because it shows how dedicated they are to serving freshly made cupcakes. One of the best things about Sprinkles cupcakes is how much icing they put on it. I'm a big fan of their soft, chewy cakes and the balance of icing they load on top. And as I expected, the cupcakes were a hit at the event I bought them for.

Google
The best red velvet cupcake I’ve ever had. Can’t wait to go back and try more flavors!

NICHOLE BROWN

Google
The cupcakes tasted like they were a day or two old—definitely not fresh. The texture was off, and they just didn’t live up to expectations. I won’t be returning.

Google
I received a dog cupcake instead of the red velvet cupcake I ordered. What was even worse was that they packed the dog food in with the other cupcakes. I tried to call Sprinkles with no success, they did respond nor fix the problem. I feel insulted and ripped off. I did not eat any of the cupcakes as regulations for dog food and human food differ. I will still patronize Sprinkles, but not this location any longer. I have never ordered a dog cupcake and I am so glad that I checked to see what happened to the red velvet. It would have been so embarrassing and disgusting had I given that dog cupcake to someone .

Google
It was later at night, but they didn't have a lot to choose from. However, what they did have was delicious. The frosting is very tasty. I are a couple of the smaller cupcakes and the cake was very moist. The prices are very comparable to the other cupcake joints.

Google
Probably one of my newest favorites, Sprinkles has by far one of the best tasting cupcakes I have tried in U.S. The cupcakes are always fresh, moist, and addictive . The service at this particular location was not stellar, as the attendant and her manager were not friendly, however the product is worth ordering online. Great taste with excellent service could pair greatly together, but for now I’ll continue to enjoy these scrumptious delicacies .

Yelp
It's a small shop with no indoor seating. There is outdoor seating, but you have to be on ground level for it. There's a self serving kiosk but I crashed at some point when we were looking through our choices. We ended up having the worker help us. They helped me choose my flavor because I was debating on either smores or banana. I'm glad I ended up with banana! Banana(8/10): The cake part basically tasted like banana bread and it was quite delicious! As much as I enjoyed it, I thought the frosting was overly sweet. I would still choose that flavor if I were to choose again! Protein(0/10): I thought the whole thing was very dry and it didn't help with the frosting being overly sweet. Definitely, will not be choosing this again. Service(10/10): They were kind and helpful! I accidentally dropped my cupcake and I was devastated! I asked if they were ok with switching it out and luckily they allowed it! I was very grateful for the worker that helped us! Overall, a place worth trying especially for their service!

Yelp
Small specialized in cupcakes. Great for last minute small or batch of birthday/treat cupcakes. There's vegan options available. The app is easy to use with birthday specials that will make you want to return. Located in the mezzanine next to stairs. It's small and easy to miss in the plaza. Across from pink clothing store and next to mango (coming soon). I had the tasty red velvet cupcake which was flaky and moist. But the garnish candy on top was too much sugar it was bad. However the cupcake and icing was mouth watering. You can order pickup which is faster. The staff are professional and can accommodate for special orders in advance if needed.

Yelp
MY TIME IN LA!!! So you guys I went to Sprinkles for the very first time, I had never ever even heard of this place. I was shopping upstairs at Zara; and was tired lol and went downstairs to sit for a sec. There was some food spots in this area, I seen SPRINKLES and was like this is definitely what I need... SUGAR!!! I walk in and of course everything is PRETTY AND SO DEMURE... lol - there was a nice nice cashier not sure her name. She was super sweet. I ordered the red velvet and sprinkle cupcake. Now you guys, I did not know there is like filling inside the cupcakes when you bite into them!!! ITS EVERYTHING!!! I literally ate one outside and when I boarded my flight I was on my flight literally tearing up my last one which was the red velvet- BOTH were perfect taste buds for my sugar cravings and I loved them both. No crumbs left. HURRY AND GET THERE!!!
google avatar

Xyanna T.

Yelp
Got a pupcupcake for chokes and a vegan red velvet + vietnamese coffee cupcake for humans. bomb.
google avatar

Carlo G.

Yelp
I got a limited cupcake flavor, the chef series padma lakshmi luscious mango and it was pretty good! Moist cake that had a filling of tango mango jam that that was a good complement to the sweet frosting. I also ordered this cupcake ahead on the app and opted for the option without the box. Mine came in a holder in a brown paper bag, but the frosting stuck to the sides of the bag which I didn't like. If there was a way to make the free option for takeout better so that the frosting won't end up getting all over the place, that would be great.

Yelp
Please note: This review is for delivery service at this location only. I had a last minute birthday at my office. I had to come up with some treat to celebrate the birthday for 20 people. I have had sprinkles cupcakes before and loved them! I went on line and picked up 2 dozens and have them delivered. They were out of some flavors and I could figure out the website ( clearly user error :) ) Customer service support was wonderful and patient. I ordered at 10:30am and the cupcakes where delivered at 12:30pm. Packaged perfect not one dent!! The office team loved the cupcakes! I highly recommend Sprinkles delivery service and cupcakes.
google avatar

Yelp
A few gluten free options! They had forks no knife. We were hoping to share so wish we could have it in half. Also no drinks sold. So had to get something somewhere else. But very good cupcake .

Yelp
This cupcakes are the most delicious I ever had The banana cupcake is amazing !!!!! I tried it for the first time today and I'm so in love. Highly recommended.

Yelp
Haven't ordered these in awhile.. does anyone else notice how much they've shrank?!! Honestly, they were ok. The vanilla cupcake tasted super stale. $52.00 for 6 mini, MID tasting cupcakes. So disappointing.

Yelp
Pricey, yes. Delicious, yes. Worth it? YES! We travelled to this Sprinkles location because they were open late on a Friday night and we were able to place our order for store pick up. The highlight is the sugar-free Red Velvet cupcakes. We have a friend who loves cupcakes but has to watch her sugar intake. The sugar-free cupcake allows her to enjoy blissfully delicious cupcakes without sacrificing the taste. This location is inside Figat7th and you do have to pay for parking after 15 min. Sprinkles doesn't validate parking :-( but the nearby Target does. Order online for faster service. Enjoy your visit!

Yelp
I always love their cupcakes. This location is really easy to find a little difficult on parking because it's downtown, but the customer service is outstanding.

Yelp
At 7th & Fig tucked away on the 2nd floor this scrumptious little hole in the wall offers sweet cupcakes for that sweet tooth or yummy craving. The selections are plenty, although I will say if you are after a particular flavor know carrot cake sells out quickly. The interior is small, clean and well lit. There are 2 self checkout machines where you place your orders and the workers prepare your order and call your name when it's ready. While I did have questions and they were answered, I found the iPad-esque kiosks very impersonal. I know we are getting to a different time where that is what will be soon enough, but if not for the calling of your name there is no interaction had besides the bag being handed off to you. Not something that I liked. My opinion. And if you don't like to spend much on sweets.. $5-6 a cupcake is what you will spend here. A little on the pricy side.

Yelp
I rarely eat cupcakes, I think I've been using this unusually cold winter to eat foods that I don't normally allow myself to eat! Sprinkles has good varieties of cupcakes and limited gluten friendly / vegan choices. I asked hubby to pick up some cupcakes for me. Since he was just in his dtla office that day right across the street from this shopping mall. It was late so they were out of many good flavors, also only one gluten friendly option. The matcha yuzu and vanilla flavors were very tasty! The frostings had the right amount of sweetness but the cupcakes themselves weren't too sweet at all. I really liked what I had. It's a good cupcake store for some sweet treats once in a while!

Yelp
Whatchu know about cupcakes!? I'll tell you what, Sprinkles knows better than you, lol! They were the OG on the cupcake game...inciting SO many shops to open up & a total cupcake trend to hit, then pass, with Sprinkles being almost the only remaining shop. They surely are doing things right and keeping things cool & hip with their new flavors and cupcake ATMs found all over. There's no way you can hate on this shop. This particular location has more than cupcakes - the brownie is so darn and good and individually packaged. The cookies are also individually packaged, I highly recommend the chocolate chip. But the red velvet is out of this world. I'm particularly biased to red velvet as it's usually my favorite flavor of anything...but just trust me! Their cookie is divine. And the cupcakes? Never had any issues. In my order last night from Sprinkles DTLA I had their special Heartthrob Red Velvet cupcake ($6.50 a little more than the standards) only available until February 19th for Valentine's Day. I'm a sucker for a presentation and this little guy was gorgeous with the usual red velvet cake and cream cheese frosting but then a fanciful display of sprinkles on top. So darn pretty and you better believe that thing was tasty as all get out! I've become a Sprinkles loyalist and DTLA is closest to home for me so I'll continue getting my goods from there. If it's good enough for my demigod Oprah, it's good enough for me. Love Sprinkles!

Yelp
Overall: 3.9/5 Stopped by Sprinkles to pick up a cupcake for my friend's birthday and went with one of their seasonal cupcakes. I ended up getting one too to try since I never buy cupcakes. I paid $0.50 more for a favor box for my friend's and mine came in a bag. The lady helping was nice and asked me which kind of sticker I wanted on the box so I went with a pink birthday one. I also asked her for a paper to write the birthday message on since they didn't have that option on the ordering kiosk but it did if I ordered online. Hampton Water Rose ($6): This is a rosé cake with a strawberry jam core topped with strawberry frosting. It was good but not amazing. The strawberry frosting had a subtle flavor & sweetness. The cake was moist & tasty but I didn't really taste the rosé. The strawberry jam was a bit too sweet for us & contrasted the frosting/cake too much. The Hampton Water topper doesn't have any taste & just provided extra texture.

Yelp
I love their vegan and gluten free options! They're both so good and no one can tell the difference. I love buying them for parties or as treats to make people feel special. The atm is so convenient which is great bc parking is a journey at this location. You have to park in the garage and walk over or pull up next to the curb in front, run over and hope not to get a ticket.

Yelp
Love their cupcakes. So moist and flavorful. Their frosting is really good too. I ordered the cookie and for a cupcake place, it's pretty darn good! Will continue to be a Sprinkles supporter.

Biridiana C.

Yelp
the pixie cut girl had a weird attitude towards me and made me feel unwelcome - it was so weird! didn't end up buying anything. my first bad experience here.
google avatar

Claudia S.

Yelp
I always stop here when at Fig and fifth and they always have the best customer service. Efficient and friendly staff prepare your order quickly. I prefer it over the Americana location because it's way less crowded. Perks for joining their loyalty rewards program are free cupcakes including two on your birthday!!! I've never had a cupcake flavor that I didn't like as they're all moist cupcakes with the creamiest buttercream frostings. I always make sure to order the seasonal cupcakes online because they run out fast!!! I was also happy to see that they donate their leftover cupcakes to charity (saw the agency representative pick them up while I waited for my order) which makes me even more happier to support this business. The only reason I'm not rating them at five stars is because they always run out of the specialty and gluten free cupcakes often so I recommend you preorder online for pick up. Highly recommend this pastry chain!!!
google avatar

Stacy L.

Yelp
Update: While they initially cancelled my replacement, a new order was eventually delivered without issue. I ordered online for delivery and when they arrived, the box was smashed and half the cupcakes were destroyed completely. I called their customer support, who said they'd send me a replacement box, but shortly after, I received a notification from the store that my order was cancelled altogether. I guess it's nice that I'll be getting a refund for this, but I don't appreciate that they didn't honor their word for a replacement. Imagine if I had ordered this for a birthday or special event. Definitely wouldn't have been presentable and I am not satisfied.

Yelp
I stumbled across this while I was shopping. I've been going to sprinkles since they had the vending machines. I was surprised by all the new flavors and vegan/gluten options. They had a Pride cupcake and I asked if the proceeds go to charity but the cashier wasn't sure. It would been a selling point but I wanted red velvet. Nothing has changed because these cupcakes are still tasty. I'm not big on icing but I love it.

Steven K.

Yelp
Closed for randomness. Got there 4 minutes after and they didn't even apologize for the inconvenience.

Yelp
If you're looking for a perfect cupcake then look no further! I've been going to Sprinkles ever since my cousin introduced me to Sprinkles in high school. Ever since, I've been hooked! You have to try it to believe it. They are worth every penny! Not only do they have incredible cupcakes but, they have this cute trendy location in the heart of LA. I loved how clean and modern it was with lots of bright colors! It was a new spin on a classic place. They don't have any seating inside. But, they had seating outside just one level down. So, don't be afraid to ask where the seating is. The lady that helped me was unbelievably helpful and as sweet as can be. I really appreciated her insight on everything! I tried the Chocolate Marshmallow and the Pumpkin. The Chocolate Marshmallow was dense, decadent, and moist. With a thick layer of dark chocolate ganache and filled with a light marshmallow cream. The Pumpkin was airy, moist, and fluffy with a tangy creamy cream cheese frosting. It was Fall in a cupcake. I savored every bite of it! So next time you see "Sprinkles" stop in for a tasty treat! You won't regret it.
google avatar

Yelp
To me expensive but taste very good. Maybe try one or two, so you know how cupcakes taste like, located in convenient place near intercontinental hotel and Starbucks.
google avatar

Yelp
I want to start this by saying I absolutely love Sprinkles! This past Saturday I went in to this location and purchased 3 cupcakes and 1 of their new parfaits. The cupcakes never fail!! And the staff was very helpful and friendly. I didn't get to take a look at that parfait until I arrived home. I was so excited to try this but when I got home and took it out of the bag it looked horrible!!! I was sooo disappointed. It was just a few pieces of crumbled cupcake with tons of frosting the looked a little on the yellowish side and marshmallows. I understand thats what it is ‍ but it just looked so unpleasant! I didn't even want to eat it, mainly because the frosting looked old. Anyway I will just stick to the cupcakes moving forward. I rarely write reviews but this one had to be said here because its such an inconvenience to drive downtown to let them know. Hoping for a better experience my time there side note: the pictures show how much frosting and marshmallows compared to actual cake!!! This was so disappointing
google avatar

Danielle H.

Yelp
Some of the worst cupcakes I have ever tasted. I regret buying 6 cupcakes. The cake is very dry and dense, it must be eaten with a glass of water, milk or juice. The icing was kind of tough and made me question whether they were really made that day. These def deserve 1 star. I bought 6 cupcakes and ended up throwing 4 cupcakes in the trash-- no one wanted anymore as they just simply aren't worth the calories. Save yourself and your taste buds and find a non chain bakery-- there are way too many options in La.

Holly K.

Yelp
I generally order sprinkles pretty regularly from this location and the experience has always been easy and pleasant. When I arrived in the mid afternoon on 10/10 to pick up my pre-order, was scolded by the women working for looking in the pre-order section as the instruction on the order clearly state to do. She came over and said I was not allowed to touch the bag (my order) very rudely. I honestly was confused by the intensity and felt immensely uncomfortable. Not the best feeling when you just ordered a large expensive order. I think I may consider going somewhere else next time.
google avatar

Zulma C.

Yelp
Literally not one of these was good, over hyped just like crumble cookie. The vegan one had no flavor, the banana one was whatever, the black and white one bland, the chocolate marshmallow was too much yet not enough at the same time, the triple cinnamon was too much. Not moist enough for the bread and the frosting was stale. And idk what those dots or decorations are meant for but they're edible and disgusting.
google avatar

Shelby S.

Yelp
Gotta love a Sprinkles cupcake. They have a small, cute location on the level below the ground level on the right side at Fig at 7th. I think it's next to Morton's. It's super easy to order. I decided to order online and pick up in store. I got the red velvet, vanilla, and confetti cupcakes. Picking up was a breeze as I just told them I was here for pick up and they confirmed my name. I was in and out literally in under a minute. The cupcakes were super moist and delicious even many hours after picking them up. Y'all know DTLA parking is trash but if you're willing to walk, I was able to find street parking next to the apartments at St. Paul and 6th street. It was under a 10 minute walk.
google avatar

Darlene Y.

Yelp
Sprinkles has never failed me, and felt like trying the GLUTEN FREE RED VELVET CUPCAKE. It tastes just like the regular one! Loved it. ENJOY! Parking: Structured parking at FIGat7th. Don't forget to validate otherwise pay an arm/ leg.
google avatar

Amber T.

Yelp
What a wonderful experience I had and have had at this Sprinkles location! I was surprised to learn that I had not already written a review due to my satisfaction with them being so quick and efficient in serving their customers! The size of the store is small but makes for a great "in and out" experience. Make sure you know what you want before you go inside if you can help it, otherwise, you'd hold up the line. The flavor choices are somewhat broad and they have monthly special flavors that are for fun and that are seasonal. Each time I go into this store I notice the cleanliness of it. I can tell that the staff really work hard to keep it clean. The only downfall are the pesky flies that sneak in when the door gets opened. The customer service is pretty decent as the staff are friendly and helpful when it comes to helping with flavor selections and using Sprinkles Perks! Go to Sprinkles now and then thank me later!
google avatar

Diana B.

Yelp
These were just okay cupcakes. My order was the vegan red velvet and the salty caramel. After reading reviews, I expected...*more*. I think we've all had boxed cake mix, and that's what this reminded me of. The pup cup was a hit. My dog didn't recognize it as edible until I broke it open, so try that if you run into the same problem.
google avatar

Francine L.

Yelp
Located in Downtown Los Angeles in the same plaza as Target. While coming out of Target I noticed Sprinkles along the way and decided to just give this brand another try. I have had it before at different locations and just wanted to see if thy had anything seasonal at the time. While walking inside there was two people ahead of me ordering a few cupcakes. I came during the early evening and some flavors were already out. I wanted to try their pumpkin flavor and decide to just get this one and to take it back home. When I got back home and actually had it, it tasted pretty flavorful and very pumpkin like. Overall I enjoyed it and thought this is nice once in awhile. Not all the time but hey if your craving something sweet this actually was a pretty good idea.
google avatar

Yelp
Staff is always helpful and inviting!! My favorite spot for vegan cupcakes!! Simply amazing!!

Yelp
First and LAST time. A waste of time and a disappointing experience. I went in there, I'm the only customer in the shop. I navigate through the online screen, decide what I want, only to have the very young female employee disclose that the gd place doesn't take cash. I walked out...I stated "You guys should have a sign then ('so people don't waste their time.'") She called out with the arrogance of youthful naiveté, "there's a sign on the pad that says we don't accept cash." I waved her off in dismissal. I didn't see any sign and if it is there, it's in very minute print or otherwise inconspicuous to discourage order cancelations. It is highly unethical for an establishment to welcome customers only to blindside them with the cash only routine.

Tori D.

Yelp
Great flavor. Fresh always. Top tier. Service is awesome too. Got one patron one banana.
google avatar

Evangeline C.

Yelp
One of the worst locations to visit, unfortunately. 1st, with no curbside drop off, pick up turns into such a mission, turning a simple task into a time consuming mission. 2nd, they do not validate parking (I called ahead to confirm) so tack this fee on to your cupcakes ($3/hr, prorated to the time it takes you - entering at P7, and having to find parking at P1-3). 3rd, they show no love for folks who get one single cupcake, with a doggy bag instead of a box, I ended up with a soggy bag with a melted and squished $6 circus animal cupcake. On another note, ordering online was painless. The store had so many people inside, and the machine to order was being fixed. It looked like a mess, and while I had minimal interaction with any staff, I got my cupcake relatively quickly. The reasons I've listed above is why I didn't want to visit this location, and the experience today has solidified that reason. Cupcake was great, but presentation came out unfortunate for me.
google avatar

Tim E.

Yelp
I had an order of a dozen cupcakes with an order to pick-up in the early evening. I had an emergency to attend to and distraught, missed my pick-up. I called the following day to follow-up and pick up the order. They told me that they donated the cupcakes, that I would not get to pick-up the cupcakes and that I would have to "eat" the $70 cost and be empty-handed rather than any cupcakes. All I have to say is "Wow". I have not had such horrible customer service from anywhere I have gone. I have never dealt with a business that needed the money this badly to treat a customer so poorly. I used to go to their original location and support the business for years...this is a huge, huge disappointment. The Customer Service response below doesn't even address the problem...I have the impression that is a canned, scripted response and inauthentic. It seems that they forget the human element in providing customer service and in keeping good relations with the communities that their businesses are located in. I guess this is the "Sprinkles Standard". They seem to forget with just a Yelp click away that people can find other bakeshops that also "bake fresh daily" in the area that keep their customers in mind.
google avatar

Kev H.

Yelp
As I walked into the store, the words "sparkling rose" immediately caught my eyes, but another customer managed to convinced me and my bf that their "salted caramel" was the best, as she was buying two herself. And there were only 3 to begin with. So we got the last one. The salted caramel was pretty good. The cake had a doughy taste which some people might not like but I actually liked it. The frosting was thick and definitely not of soft, fluffy buttercream. I liked the amount of cream Sprinkles put on their cupcakes, and it was massive and thick. But I guess we're paying the "price" as one single seemingly innocent cupcake secretly contains approximately 500 calories :( boohooohoooo... why do all sweet stuff have lots of calories???
google avatar

Joseline S.

Yelp
I enjoy coming to Sprinkles from time to time. They are a little on the pricy side so I tend to only have them on rare ocasiones. The location is convenient because when you are shopping at Fig and 7th you get hungry for a little snack and sprinkles is a good option. I prefer getting their chocolate cupcake because I like anything chocolate. Most of the time there will be a line to get cupcakes and since the shop is small it can be crowded. They prefer to keep the door closed at all times because they don't want any flies going in. But always be prepared to wait between 15-30min. Whenever I go to Sprinkles I like to also stop by Starbucks, that is the best combination and it makes the cupcake taste even better. You should also follow them on Facebook to get discounts and know about promotions that they have going on.

Yelp
Delicious. I have never had cupcakes this good, definitely in a long time. Even my chihuahuas cant get enough of the pupcakes. I will absolutely be back for both. Really glad I tried the banana split cupcakes. First time trying this place and honestly wasnt expecting much from cupcakes but this place exceeded whatever expectations I had

Yelp
Delicious cupcakes!! Came here on New Years Day 1/1/21 and you place your order via their website or app and they open the door and bring it to you. Very quick and convenient. I got the holiday sugar cupcake and it was just as delicious and it was beautiful! Mine had a sugar cookie bottom. My friend got the champagne one and enjoyed it as well! There was filling inside hers. Sprinkles never lets me down when I'm craving something sweet! Yum!
google avatar

Carola S.

Yelp
A great way to end a night is by having some Sprinkles Cupcakes! After being at Spire, I headed over here and craved a chocolate on vanilla cupcake. My partner got the marshmallow on chocolate cupcake. It's a really small spot on the second level on Fig at 7th. It was a breeze to get these cupcakes. There were $5 small cupcakes of the Halloween theme that you can try. After we got our cupcakes, we headed to the inside food area to eat. Especially on a chilly night, there were plenty of seating. There are no tables inside this Sprinkles spot just a FYI. My cupcake tasted delicious! It satisfied my sweet craving !
google avatar

Henri V.

Yelp
Sprinkles cupcakes on 7th & Fig in DTLA is a very small shop compared to the Beverly Hills shop and lacks seating inside, lacks beverages(milk, water, juice), no cute (T-shirt's or stuff animal toys) and More Importantly this location does NOT have an ATM to dispense cupcakes anytime you want :( The staff are friendly and greet me every time I step inside. It's clean and the cupcakes are displayed neatly and torture me. I will not order any but will Snap pics for our sweet dreams xo!
google avatar

Harley M.

Yelp
Good, tasty cupcakes! We got a four pack which came with a salted caramel, chocolate, red velvet, and black and white. Salted caramel was definitely my favorite. $4 per cupcake is definitely pricy but we were happy to get these as a gift.
google avatar

Ria C.

Yelp
Happy to find a DTLA location for my favorite cupcake place. It's a small shop and sells out of flavors but there's many other choices to hit the spot. Only complaint was when we bought 12 cupcakes( with a hefty price tag of $50!!!) and they were placed in a large box for a dozen, they were not held securely in place. After walking several blocks, By the time we got our box home, it was literally a jumbled mess of 12 smashed cupcakes. For $50, I would hope they would find a better way to ensure these preciously pricey morsels would arrive home intact and in one piece( or 12 separate intact pieces)

Yelp
This is by far my favorite location besides the Grove, Las Vegas, and Downtown Disney location. I've been ordering from this location for yeaaaarrrsssssss. I am a yearly regular (because I can't eat cupcakes everyday ) but I do visit a few times a year. This specific location has great customer service. The staff are always very professional and friendly. Whenever I have visited the location in person before the pandemic they always would be fully stocked in all flavors. Of course ordering online now you're guaranteed to receive everything you order. Definitely love this location and they're doing a great job!

Yelp
Another Covid review: no walk-ins, all order online or call in. I didn't know this, but I just went to the website on my phone, ordered, received the pickup time which was about 25-30 min after ordering, went back at that time, opened the little door and told the person inside my name, and my order was waiting to go. I got a dozen, which was about $45 for the box. My favorite was the vanilla. The icing was super light and airy, and it went nicely with the cake part. My second favorite was the black and white--the cake part was almost moist and again the icing was nice and light. Red velvet is always really good here. I got a pup cake for our chihuahua who ate it up (was even too big for her lol, I had to smash up the icing part.) Sugar free but basically a regular cupcake that humans can eat too. Kinda gimmicky but she was super happy WARNING: The parking structure cost $11, and I wasn't there long. I think they offer validation at some stores but I'm not %100 sure that's still active.
