My favorite cupcakes! They are pricey but SO delicious! I love the cupcake to frosting ratio. And I think the cupcake sizes are just perfect. It's a great treat when I'm craving dessert but don't want to go sit in a restaurant to get one. I don't stop in often because of the whole Legacy West parking situation. Went today after lucking into the perfect street spot. Ordered at the kiosk (sales girl was super helpful mentioning a promo for a free cupcake - score!). Got a variety including the seasonal Pumpkin (my new favorite) and Pumpkin Spice Latte flavors. Highly recommend

Great chain place to get cupcakes. I had a banana one and it was moist and had a lot of banana flavor. My husband had the tiramisu and the chocolate cupcake was fine, but the coffee frosting was awesome. Good ratio of frosting to cake. Cute little place. Customer service was great! Had a walk up option and can order ahead. Would go again

Very friendly and helpful cashiers-every single time i go. Delicious fresh cupcakes w/ lots of fun flavors...something for everyone. I tried the Vietnamese coffee cupcake this time and it was amazing...can't stop thinking about it! The coffee flavor was more pronounced in the frosting than in the cake. Can't decide? Try the Mini sampler. You'll be back for more... ask me how I know.

I've come to Sprinkles several times but have not been in at least a year. I've always had a good experience with the cupcake. In the past the cupcake was soft and it melted in your mouth. I went yesterday and I bought the Peanut Butter, Christmas Cookie, Sprinkles and Oreo. Every one of the cupcakes were dry and the icing was bigger than the cupcake. It tasted as if they had been sitting for a few days. I was extremely disappointed as I've even bought out of the ATM and those were amazing. Not sure if the recipe has changed or it was a slower week and cupcakes were left over but this was not a good experience and not sure if I will try them again. I want to mention the service was phenomenal.

I have always been a fan of Sprinkles. The cupcakes are always good. I came in here last night and ordered a single cupcake to bring to someone @ work, and they just put the cupcake in this brown flimsy paper sack. No box or anything. It was strange and I was too busy trying to protect the cupcake to enjoy my walk around legacy, so I just said screw it and ate the cupcake myself. The employees should ask if the customer wants a box or not.

Best cupcakes in Texas hands down. I really like the Vanilla and Dark Chocolate cupcakes. But, to be honest, I’ve only tried about four different cupcakes, so I don’t how all the others taste. The only reason for 3 stars for service is due to the last time I was there the employee provided poor customer service. Perhaps, she was having a bad day, but still, she should not take it out on me and be unfriendly.

The store was closed and staff was cleaning up. I promised my son a cupcake after dinner which ran late. The guy working brought my 3-year-old a little treat out side of the store. We so appreciate that and made the rest of our night. Thank you so much!.

There was a line when i got inside, but it went pretty fast. Both employees were helpful and friendly. We got a dark chocolate, two Vietnamese coffee, and one blueberry lemon cupcake. They're all honestly super delicious! My only complaint is that they're almost too rich! Inside the store was super clean and easy to navigate.

I got a sprinkle cupcake and the only flavor was in the frosting and uncomfortable crunch of the sprinkles. The actual cupcake was flavorless. The cupcakes came out very quickly and the worker behind the counter was nice. There was no seating and the whole building was pink. Overall, it was an ok experience.

The last time I visited was during the pandemic. The ordering process has undergone a change. Some customers were directed to one of the two ordering kiosks, while others were waited on. Initially, I had planned to order a pupcake, but ultimately also decided to order for myself. After adding a Pup Pack to the cart in the kiosk, a suggestion for a Double Chocolate Cupcake Cup appeared. However, when I searched for it under the Cupcakes section, I could not find it. I decided to order past favorites, Dark Chocolate and Red Velvet. I later discovered that the Double Chocolate Cupcake Cup was not actually a cupcake but one of their retail candy products. Although the frosting on the Red Velvet and Dark Chocolate cupcakes appears thinner than I recall, they were dense. The cupcakes were equally moist and delicious. As for the pupcakes, there are about an inch in diameter. Small enough for the entire treat to fit inside a medium-sized dog's mouth. The recipient of the treat devoured it in seconds.

I've been to sprinkles and three different cities, including New York, LA and now Dallas. And had a great experience each time. I did run into a hiccup with the Plano location however it was quickly solved and very responsive, which I really appreciate. I would recommend checking out sprinkles as they are the original cupcake spot like literally their founder created cupcakes as a business and was featured on Food Network so I am very familiar with their cupcakes which I love so I'll be back again and again. It's pretty much your grandmother's cake!

Had the best vegan cupcake at sprinkles through the ATM! I love coming back to this place! I definitely enjoyed this cupcake! They were sold out of the vegan red velvet cupcake and the manager told me they had more in the atm so I went around the store and tried it! The location is excellent and can't wait to see if they come out with more flavors too!

Stopped inside to see if any cupcakes caught my eye and came out with the cookie cupcake and the chocolate marshmallow cupcake. Cookie Cupcake - perfect blend between cookie and cupcake but the frosting was too sweet for me. Chocolate Marshmallow - Reminds me of a hostess cupcake but significantly less sweet which I was pleased with. Cupcakes are a good size but I wish they were more moist. I think they are pretty average cupcakes overall. Service was friendly.

Good service, and my boys enjoyed their cupcakes. Nothing much more to say, it's just an in and out kind of place. We ordered the colored sprinkled vanilla cupcake, and the strawberry. Both were good for a more dense style cupcake.

My favorite Sprinkles Location by far in the DFW area. Mary Elizabeth is the best! It's so hard to find quality customer experiences with quality food. The cupcakes were, of course, absolutely delicious -- moist, flavorful, and not overly sweet. But honestly, Mary Elizabeth is the kind of person who turns a quick cupcake stop into a five-star experience.

Yelp 100 - #16 March 2023 I was excited to try their Red Velvet Cupcake at Sprinkles Plano but was disappointed at the taste. I walked in an order and the gentleman behind the counter was more into his conversation than helping. Everything was pretty self explanatory but the purpose of going inside was to speak with the employees. I recommend checking out their Cupcake ATM because it was really no point in going inside. The cupcakes just okay but I suggest you give them a try and make your own judgement.

Needed a sweet treat for my team and cupcakes were the choice! A wonderful person named Darby helped guide me through their many choices and I couldn't have been more impressed and happy. This location treats every guest with respect and kindness and i will be back many times after the service i received today!!! Many places are cutting corners and taking advantage when they can, but all i felt was that i was being given the best service i could!!!

Vegan friendly cupcake for my dairy free babe! Tasted just like their regular red velvet cupcake. Will be getting this for her birthday every year.

Purchased 24 cupcakes for my daughter's class! They were a huge hit! Highly recommend!

This area is hectic! But once you're in the store it's so peaceful & smells delicious. The cupcakes are so fresh and not too sweet, which is a big thing to me. The employee taking my order was very nice and helped me get my birthday cupcake.

Sprinkles is my favorite cupcake shop. The only thing the prevents me from giving 5 Stars is the "unpleasant" smell at this location. I do not want to be vulgar but it has a scent of bad plumbing. I'm overly sensitive to smell. It's been like this for years and I still come back. Aside from the smell, the red velvet cupcakes are consistent on every order. They also have "limited release" flavors. This shop is cashless. When you enter the store, you place your order on a kiosk.

Good cupcakes but go early before they sell out of the best choices. I had the triple cinnamon and vanilla cupcakes. Both were good but the vanilla was the best. Service was friendly and shop was super clean.

I've been to other Sprinkles locations over the past years and always enjoyed them. I was concerned about the cupcakes being dry at this location as a lot of reviews said they were. However I really enjoyed the cupcakes, they weren't dry or overly sweet. I got the limited edition S'mores and Almond Red Velvet for Lunar NY, both costing a $1 extra than their regular cupcakes. I came for the S'mores but really enjoyed the Almond Red Velvet. Cupcakes are expensive at $5-6 a pop. You order yourself on the tablet and as everyone says it asks for tip as well, you can't customise, only 15,18, 20% or no tip. Good cupcakes nonetheless.

Sprinkles didn't disappoint! Really fast service and the shop is very cool. Limited on options but it was late in the night. Took off a star because of how rich and sweet the icing is, the cupcake to icing ratio is a little off as well. Would love to try more of the cupcakes with less icing! But will definitely go back.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. The worst cupcakes I've ever had. They were terribly dry and tasted disgusting. I took one bite of each flavor and threw them away.

Sprinkles is conveniently located in the Shops at Legacy. The location had a special that if you spent $15 you got a free red velvet cupcake. I hadn't had the cupcakes in a long time but they were as good as I remembered. I'm fond of the frosting on the cupcakes and the cupcakes themselves are moist and very good. We chose a variety of cupcakes- Strawberry, Carrot Cake, Red Velvet and a Fudge cookie. We enjoyed the cupcakes and cookie and will visit again.

I walked in and noticed quit a few of the options were sold out, they told me I could go try at the ATM around the corner. So went around the corner and ordered 3 cupcakes through the ATM, which were "sold out" at the front entrance. Machine only gives me 2 cupcakes...requiring me to walk BACK into the front and have them hand me the missing cupcake from inside..... I'm not entirely sure why I couldn't have just ordered this from the front desk in the first place?

It was my husband's birthday, and his best friend ordered him 6 cup cakes. We loved all the handpicked flavors. It made his night to open the door, and surprise cup cakes are here. Then I found I am able to order thank you cupcake, So cool!

Great customer services and nice staffs working here . As always the cupcakes are always delicious and staffs informative.

It may not be fair of me to review a cupcake place, as I only moderately like cupcakes, but here I am anyway. After finishing a hearty meal across the street, I ventured in to find something to curb my sweet tooth. We were immediately greeted by a friendly guy behind the counter who offered to answer any questions or get us a cupcake when we were ready. We browsed our options in the case and admired the work and art of the decadent desserts. I decided on a plain chocolate, no sprinkles (not to throw shade on the business name, I just prefer the basics). I took my cupcake to go to enjoy later. It was packaged in a small brown bag. The cupcake was pretty moist, but I didn't absolutely love it. I'm not sure if it was the flavor or the abundance of sweet, but I couldn't finish it. I concluded that I still am not a cupcake fan, although I can play one on TV if properly motivated. For three dollars and change, I might prefer to enjoy some cookies or ice cream.

Cool place in the Legacy West section of Plano. Parking garage is right next to all the shops, so easy in and out. Nice little shop, I ordered online and selected my pick up time. Pre paid and just walk up it, give them your name and she was back in a matter of seconds. Very friendly and professional, she asked if I wanted anything to drink ( they don't carry what I want to drink on a Friday afternoon) or if I wanted to add any cupcakes or cookies to my order. I was out in a matter of seconds. They have a 24/7 cupcake atm on the side of the building (forget that picture). So you can get your fix at all hours. Great 4 pack of birthday cupcakes, various flavors. I'm sure they will be great. I will be back.

Nicely located in Legacy West, oh Sprinkles you never disappoint. Wish the spot wasn't so small and could fit a table or two. Great selections on the cupcakes, the coconut is delish!!!. Grab yourself a yummy goodness, find a seat outside and enjoy.

We love that Sprinkles have gluten free cupcake options. I hope they expand it to have more flavors!

Delicious and fresh as always, Sprinkles does not disappoint, even at the end of the night when you might expect to get whatever cupcakes remain. Not here. There was still a good selection of cupcake and cookie flavors and the dark chocolate cupcake I ate was still very fresh and moist, like it had just been frosted. Yummy treat to enjoy with my Starbuck's Reserve down the street since there's no place to sit at this Sprinkle's and it was just too cold to be outside that night. My other favorite flavor here is the red velvet. A good stand by flavor that is usually available.

Can't end the night without getting something sweet! Glad this place was close by so I can get my dessert. It's located in a beautiful areas, and of course you can see the beautiful display of cupcakes. The girls there are really sweet and are more than happy to help. I went with baileys Irish cupcakes, since it was a seasonal flavor and it was sooo good. I even been to different sprinkles locations and this one has to me my favorite one.

The German Chocolate, and Triple Cinnamon cupcakes were delicious (especially the German Chocolate). Stopped by for an impromptu bday celebration. Really liked that they sell candles.

I came here to buy 7 cupcakes for my nephews, friend and husbands for $28. They didn't charge me for the boxes on multiple containers but on the single they charged me $.50 extra. That's hilarious but also ridiculous, I'm buying multiple cupcakes and I don't get charged for the containers for the cupcakes packed in multiples but I do for the singular packed cupcake. Last time I will purchase overpriced cupcakes here!

I don't like most cupcakes but the cupcake they sell at Sprinkles are just incredibly good. The store is pretty small, they also have a cupcake ATM where you can get the cupcakes without having to go into the store but I haven't tried it yet. They have quite an assortment of cupcake's. I tried the "off the shelf cupcake" which has sprinkles on the side of them and icing and a heart on top. I'm not sure if it's just offered during promotions, I got it for National Cupcake Day. It was really good, the actual cupcake has such good flavors and the icing is just amazing. I haven't tasted icing as good anywhere else. I also tried the black/white cupcake which had some kind of brown sprinkle or similar but not completely covered like the actual sprinkles cupcake. They are not cheap but they are about the same price as cupcakes from a good bakery. I have yet to try cupcakes that are better than Sprinkle's cupcakes.

After celebrating our fifth wedding anniversary with dinner at Mexican Sugar, my husband and I hopped across the DNT to grab a few treats from this location. The interior is small and holds only a handful of people, but the line moves pretty quickly. I was feeling Fall-ish, so I ordered a Salted Caramel & Cinnamon Sugar. Don't be surprised when you bite into the latter, though... it's basically a muffin sprinkled (see what I did there) with the sweet & spicy blend. I was expecting a cupcake with their signature rich & swirled frosting, but was sorely disappointed. However, the Salted Caramel was on-point. They serve ice cream, as well, but we're waiting for warmer weather to give that a try. Don't forget to walk around the corner, too! If you have a 'round-the-clock sweet tooth, cure the craving with cupcakes and cookies from the Cupcake ATM, open 24 hours a day. Selection is mostly the same from day-to-day, but sometimes varies from what's offered inside.

Nice little shop. Cute cupcakes. The Cap 'n' Crunch ice cream taste just like it is supposed to but the soggy cereal did turn me off. I must say I love the store front. But due to it's popularity there is a line literally out the door. There isn't much space in the lobby so there is a lot of "excuse me" "excuse me" squeezing through the crowd and out the door. There should be a better flow and double doors for incoming and out coming traffic. Now for the cupcakes. I didn't like them at all. Very heavy and bready. More like muffin to me. The lemon flavored cupcake tasted like the same batter is used and different flavors are added. The lemon just didn't cut it. The frosting was thick heavy grainy and way too sweet. The place is way too much hype. But this is just my opinion most people seem to really like them

Decided to try something new and got the dark chocolate. Sprinkles cupcakes never disappoint! The Belgian chocolate cake was moist and did not have an overwhelming amount of frosting. I think Sprinkles has cut back on the frosting, which I appreciate.

Frosting was so sweet you want to flush your mouth to get rid of it. Won't say it's much better than store bought cupcakes so will call it overpriced. Not recommend going there. Selling person was very nice and welcoming though - a guy with the red hair.

I got craving for brownies in the night and fortunately sprinkles was there for rescue. They have accepted our order though they were about to close. You experience the feeling of entering in sugar land as soon as you took a strp in the store. Varieties of cupcakes, candies and smiling team members. It feels like sweetness overloaded at ghis place. Let's move to brownie, it was delicious though it was hard at start but when we microwave it for 30 seconds, it's actual flavours came in picture. Though we havent tried any of the cupcakes but surely we aregoing to try future. Their location is amazing, have a sound dinner at any restaurant of legacy west and then satisfy your sweet tooth at Sprinkles.

New location that opened up in Legacy West. It's a small spot so it can get pretty busy during peak times. There's also an ATM machine if you want to skip the line or for some after hours sweets. They have all the usual flavors plus a limited time special that they feature. They also have ice cream for sundaes and cookies here. Got my usual red velvet and dark chocolate cupcakes as always. I did feel that today the dark chocolate was a tad bit drier than usual but the red velvet was on point. Be sure to sign up for the Sprinkles perks! Might as well get free cupcakes while indulging, right?

hahaha, omg this place is hilarious and amazing. I totally did not realize the judge from sugar rush was the founder. So, after a horrible dinner we saw this place in legacy and totally had to stop. I thought it sounded great and then the GF started throwing trivia around. Ok, ok.They have a crazy huge selection of cupcakes and they all look pretty good. I took one to go, well. There is no seating, so yea I had to take it to go. I had the sprinkles flavor of sprinkles cupcake. Yes, sprinkles are for winners and this place is a winner. Totally should have started with that up top. The frosting is nice and creamy and the cupcake itself was delish. The cake was moist, not too dry, and hey sprinkles in the inside. In addition, the GF didn't have one, but I did split it with my golden retriever. Almost lost the whole thing to him, but yes.. Amazing. I think he loved it too.

I'm really disappointed in this location. I usually go to the one in Dallas but My family & I happened to be in the area. I saw on FB there was a BOGO today, All you had to do was give a high five. Now we were in the area for a homeschool program for my nephew. We decided to stop by after his class. The ladies here would not honor the BOGO because he is not an adult. Seriously? Here is a young kid with his own $10 bill in his hand, he picked out his own cupcakes and he wasn't allowed. The lady told us it's one per family, I told her the post on FB says "one per guest" is he not a guest?? We were the only ones in the shop. It was very irritating and I wasn't about to argue in front of my family. It's sad this happened to my nephew. I hope In the future the employees read the fine print.

This sprinkles is pretty convenient since they sell ice cream and cupcakes all in one shop. At the dallas location they're in two separate shops. I haven't been to sprinkles in a good minute and didn't realize how much they're prices have gone up. I personally don't think one of their cupcakes is worth 3.75. And if you use their ATM they charge you an extra 75 cents just for the box. Overpriced if you ask me. I also feel like the quality and size of the cupcakes has gone down over the years. I know they're coming out with new flavors every now and then though and they just started a cereal cupcake for the next few weeks so maybe that's a good change. If you're craving a sundae I found out you can get a mini one instead of the regular size and I thought that was pretty cool! But overall I think they're better dessert places out there.

Sprinkles saves the day! After a horrible experience with Earls across the street! Will you look at what they did for my girl! They went above and beyond to make her feel extra special on her birthday with a dozen gorgeous cuppy-cakes of her choosing! Seriously who does that? Oh that's right a business that cares about their customers like Sprinkles does! No wonder they are still rocking it at this location! We don't come over here that often because the traffic can get out of hand down at Legacy West especially on weekends but when we do it's always worth the wait! Cookies n cream is my fav but the peanut butter one is to die for! Definitely big enough enough to share! Thank you Sprinkles for bringing some extra sweetness into our lives when we're having a rough night!

This place used to be pretty great, but it's just turned into a-ok. This is a cupcake place. It is part of a larger cupcake chain. They're not the best cupcakes you've ever had. They probably aren't even close. They probably aren't the most exorbitantly priced cupcakes you've ever had. But they're expensive enough to make you question if they are worth it. The store itself is a pain in the ass to get to unless you're already at this development on Legacy because you have to park in a garage. So it's definitely not like your standard suburban strip mall joint where you can just pop in, pick up, and go. At the end of the day it's just a forgettable place to get an above average baked good at a premium price.

Favorite cupcake place. I ordered the layer cake to celebrate my birthday. Everyone raved over it at dinner, even the restaurant staff, with whom I shared with. I highly recommend the layer cakes in addition to their cupcakes.

Wife and I are pretty big fans of Sprinkles Cupcakes. Even had the opportunity to be present for the book signing in the Dallas location. Sadly this location doesn't live the expectations we've grown accustomed too. Cupcakes weren't bad, on par with expectations. However, the service was well below standards. Not only for Legacy West but for Sprinkles. Being that we've visited 5 locations all but this one were superb. No one greeted, staff were busy talking amongst themselves or just generally tired. It was 8pm on a Saturday night but the store wasn't busy. Cashiers must have switched out as we stood for 4 mins in front of the register before someone made eye contact. No one was rude, just not attentive or welcoming.

I thought I was crazy at first but it's true: the cupcakes are smaller now. Candace Nelson sold the business, and I swear the taste is also slightly different from what I remember. They now have kiosk cash free ordering, and I really don't care for it. It didn't make it any faster, and lowered positive human interaction. It's disappointing because Sprinkles used to be awesome.

I have been going to Sprinkles for years, and I have to say they have been pretty consistent every time I go in for a cupcake. I love the majority of their cupcakes. They always fulfill my sweet tooth and sugar cravings. Our recent outing was yesterday when they had a buy one get one with the secret word they send out in emails. So make sure you sign up for their emails and download their app as well to get perks rewards. We ended up with four cupcakes. That allowed me to get another free item thanks to my perks rewards which was their delicious red velvet ice cream! I had been meaning to try their ice cream, and oh my was it delicious! Sooo sooo good, very indulgent. So if you've never tried Sprinkles, then try it because you will not be disappointed!
