I was really disappointed with my recent visit to Sprinkles. The cupcakes were handed out in plain brown paper bags, which felt so cheap and unappealing. Presentation matters, and this wasn’t it. Not a good look for Sprinkles! Never seen any brand do this. There was no adequate holder so you bare cupcakes just flops around and gets the bag greasy. Reminded me of fried chicken.

Bowwow

Google
Stopped by here today on the way out of the mall and it’s clear that, like the rest of the world, Sprinkles has taken a dystopian turn. Ordering has been outsourced to a tablet. Cupcakes are $4 each. Wanting to maximize my returns, I purchased a bag of mini red velvet cookies, hoping to resurrect fond Aughts memories of the red velvet craze. Big mistake. Bit into one and thought immediately they must be running their employees to Ralphs to pick these things up from the packaged cookie aisle. Dry texture and artificial taste. Godawful. Hate to see Sprinkles go the way of so many once-promising local brands. Giving an extra star for good memories of cupcakes past.

Hidden away in a small corner but easy to find via the map. Super easy to order via their kiosk. Be sure to inspect your cakes before leaving in case they mix up your order. I suggest getting the mini assortment. Good experience but not my favorite cupcakes.

The recent cupcakes I tried taste different now. The vanilla cupcake was dry and a little stale and just didn't taste that great. It wasn't bad but underwhelming. I got them late afternoon so maybe I got the last ones from the morning? It just wasn't worth the price at all.

it is a sweet treat haven that never fails to delight! Known for their iconic cupcakes, this bakery offers a delicious selection of beautifully crafted treats that are as eye-catching as they are tasty. From the moment you step inside, the aroma of freshly baked cupcakes pulls you in, and it’s impossible to leave without a box of your favorites. The cupcakes at Sprinkles are moist, fluffy, and perfectly balanced in sweetness, with classic flavors like Red Velvet, Dark Chocolate, and Vanilla to seasonal and limited-edition varieties that are always exciting to try. Each cupcake is topped with their signature frosting, which is rich, creamy, and irresistibly good. If you’re in the mood for something different, their cupcake ATM is a must-try experience—delivering fresh cupcakes at the press of a button, even after store hours! Sprinkles also offers delicious cookies, brownies, and their famous ice cream sandwiches that are to die for. Their selection of vegan and gluten-free options means that everyone can find something they love, no matter their dietary preferences. The staff at Sprinkles are friendly and quick to serve, making your experience even sweeter. The location at The Grove is perfect, surrounded by the lively atmosphere of this iconic shopping and dining destination. It’s the ideal spot to grab a treat while strolling through the beautiful surroundings or to surprise someone special with a delightful gift. Highly recommended for its consistently amazing cupcakes, fun vibe, and the unique experience of the cupcake ATM! Sprinkles at The Grove is a must-visit for dessert lovers and anyone with a sweet tooth! 🧁🍦

I preordered a 4-piece box of cupcakes and picked it up without any issue. I had to nab cupcakes from the the Honkai: Star Rail collaboration before it ended. When I left The Grove, I realized my online receipt didn’t come with a redemption code. I left a voicemail on a Saturday and Adolfo, the bakery manager followed up on Monday. He helped me out! My cupcake box includes (1) banana, (2) blueberry lemon, and (1) dark chocolate. My favorite was the dark chocolate.

Google
I ordered 3 cupcakes from the kiosk tonight and one of the orders was wrong. I ordered the red velvet and received a carrot cake. I tried to call to get the correct order several times and no answer. The other cupcakes were good according to my friend, but I did not get to enjoy any. Too expensive for a wrong order and no correction.

Google
I used to always get black and white since I prefer Belgium dark chocolate yet enjoy their vanilla frosting. My client often bought me a box of assortment but I would get the black and white and give the rest away. For red velvet fans, you’ll like their red velvet and for vanilla fans, their bourbon Madagascar vanilla is on point. I stay away from the cookie crust, chocolate marshmallow, ones with fillings since they’re all overly sweet for my liking. On weekdays Grove sprinkles aren’t busy, theres no line. This time I wanted to try something new and tried cinnamon and carrot cake. Both were excellent. Now they’re my new favorites! I suggest you grab an amaricano since it pairs real well with cupcakes in general.

Yelp
Adjusting to a gluten conscious diet hasn't been the easiest. One of the things I miss most are cakes and other holiday desserts. I was at the Grove yesterday and as I was leaving I decided to see what they had for people with food restrictions. I was in luck! They offer a gluten free red velvet cupcake (they also have a sugar free one and a vegan one too). I bought one through their kiosk and it took just a few seconds to pack it up, and I took it home. I tried to wait until the next day to eat it but I failed. It was so good! The cake was moist and it tasted like a regular cupcake to me. I'm so happy I can get a cupcake that won't upset my stomach when I'm shopping at the Grove. Yay!

Yelp
I finally made it to Sprinkles. I had heard about it so I was excited to check it out. I ordered the carrot cup cake. I found it to be dry and hard around the edges. It had a little more moisture in the rest of the cupcake, but it was very dense. I wouldn't describe it as a cake texture. It was very compounded and not as flavorful as I had hoped. The frosting was fine enough in-fact that was its saving grace. I thought there would be a large selection of cupcakes but it was very minimal. I went to the Sprinkles in Manhattan Beach. Maybe the one in the Grove has a larger selection. The server was nice. The restaurant was very generic and bland. It wasn't inviting. It's called Sprinkles. I would have thought it would be colorful and fun. I'm not interested in going back there. But, you may really enjoy it if you don't want a cupcake that's not overly sweet. My friend had a vegan red velvet cup cake and she loved it. Although I didn't like what I had I think you should definitely check it out. It may be exactly what you like and they do have a vegan selection and I think I saw gluten free cupcakes also.

Yelp
I've been a customer since the day they opened around 2005 and would drive to Beverly Hills to get my cravings fulfilled. I'm sad because I'm feeling the quality is declining because of how many franchises they have which I love but the quality of the flavored cupcakes don't taste as fresh. My experiences have been more dry and stale tasting and a few locations I've visited. This particular location we waited to be greeted and we waited 5 min before even being greeted we had to knock on the glass Friday afternoon for service and the guy who came out looked like we just woke him up and not the friendly service we expected. We asked for the Barbie cupcake and St Patty cupcake.. and he told us we had to order at the kiosk. Which we didn't notice at that location since it was new to us. The center of the Barbie cupcake was hard .. didn't expect that didn't enjoy the flavor of the fillomy but the st pattys taste like an OG ding dong. I love the Grove it's one of my favorites to walk around and relax shop and dine. I think sprinkles needs an update on appearance make it more of a sit down cafe. Make it IG photo friendly. Baking fresh and keeping the cupcakes fresh..

Yelp
Okay I'm normally a HUGE sprinkles fan. Minus 2 stars today because they messed up my order that I was so excited about. Its my dogs birthday so I put in a mobile order for 3 pupcakes +2 cupcakes. Im Vietnamese, lunar new year is around the corner so I was SO excited to learn that sprinkles has a limited edition Gold Dragon Bruce Lee Cupcake. I wanted to order one to sample before buying a dozen to bring to my parents house on actual lunar new year day. Once I got home I was soo disappointed that they gave me the wrong cupcake ! I'm not even sure which I got but it didn't have the little cupcake topper as pictured. So minus two stars for that. Such a shame because I was totally looking forward to it. Boo on you sprinkles. I get it if they were busy and it was totally chaotic. But there was just a couple standing in line before me. And no one behind me.

Yelp
Who doesn't love a sweet treat after a busy day! We visited the Grove to take pictures with Santa and have dinner. It was on a Saturday night and it was crowded. I placed my order via the Sprinkles app and it was very easy... but I'm not a happy with the pickup time selection. You must select a date and time first and then place items in your cart. If you take too long selecting cupcakes your pick up time expires and you must go back and select a different time. This happened while I was placing my order and lost the chance of getting the cupcake flavor I wanted (Strawberry). This was so annoying because I had set my mind to getting strawberry, but instead had to go with banana. Cupcakes were good overall!

Yelp
This Sprinkles is super cute, super convenient and super fast! You order on their ipad and then the staff gets your order ready while you wait. Then when everything is all ready, they call your name to pickup. If you've never had Sprinkles before, they're the OG and last one standing in the cupcake game. They've truly stood the test of time and for good reason. They have great cupcakes. Many flavors and you'll always find a few rotating selections - right now Pride Cupcakes and Summer Rose Cupcakes. Cake is always moist, frosting is always sweet & delicious. Their cookies are good, too, but not quite on the same level as their cupcakes. They do have several flavors offered, plus a brownie! That brownie is bomb. The only issue with their iPad is it offers some items that are out of stock. I ordered a chocolate chip cookie yesterday and paid, but then at the window they told me they were all out. Wompwomp. That being said, when you get your goods, be sure to take a pic in front of their colorful signage. Such a cute look!

Yelp
My local friend said I had to try these cupcakes, so I made it my mission to find it when I visited the Grove. I was on a tour, with no car, so this was my only chance to get it on my trip. I ordered the Strawberry Shortcake cupcake and I wish I could go back in time to eat it for the first time again! The iPad wasn't working so I did have to wait for like 10 minutes before I saw an employee, but they quickly got me my cupcake and I was on my way. There wasn't a line, I was the only one in the little back alleyway, so to have to wait like that was unfortunate due to the technology. This cupcake was divine. The frosting didn't over power the cake and I almost didn't realize I'd bitten into straight frosting! The cake was moist with strawberry filling, and the icing was rolled in the crunchy bits you find on the ice cream bars. I'm glad they ship because I will be getting more! I also appreciated how they put it in a cardboard holder inside the baggie so it doesn't tip over. It's a little over priced but well worth it!

Yelp
I really like this location it feels super convenient especially for a quick treat and calorie splurge while shopping around . Especially during festive season, it's perfectly placed it feels. Love their vegan velvet , tastes the same as every other sprinkles location I just feel this one is more convenient especially if you have other things to do in the area :)

Yelp
This is an awesome place to grab dessert if you're in LA and/or if you're shopping at the Grove. The cupcakes have a limited supply and usually run out of a lot of flavors by the end of the night. You can order through 2 self service kiosks, and some workers will pack up your cupcakes and leave them near a pickup window. All the cupcakes I've had so far were really tasty! The carrot cupcake was solid with really good frosting. The gluten free red velvet tasted delicious as well, despite it being gluten free! My favorite was the chocolate marshmallow cupcake. Sprinkles has really good frosting but this cupcake has a soft and scrumptious inside too! Definitely stop by if you're in the area. There is no in-door seating as all of it is done through a walk-by window.

Yelp
I had to try a couple of their limited edition flavors - Matcha Yuzu and Cookie Cupcake. The matcha is a bit too subtle for me, but I love the chunky sugar bits that adds a nice texture, and the marshmallow cream is wonderful. The cookie cupcake was really delicious but a little too sweet.

Yelp
Great cupcakes, my son loves the place. Always a great experience. Definitely a big fan.

Yelp
There's a reason why I'm a Susie Cakes girl. Cannot believe how dingy this lil' corner shop is. (I know, I sound like the assholes in the South Park "You're Not Yelping" Episode.) But seriously, how hard is it to show the joint a lil' TLC. Maybe run a Swiffer-Picker-Upper across the front, invest in some Windex... I mean, look, the website address stenciled on the window reads: prinkles.com. Dude. Anywho, I only stopped by 'cuz the kid's a militant vegan and I wanted to add something sweet to his Nordy bag of goodies. Girl hands me a wrinkled up brown-paper bag, sealed with a sticker that won't stick. Grease all over the bottom. And, was that a PLASTIC fork she just offered me?!?! Geezus. First time I tried these was in Newport Beach, and I could NOT believe how dry the cupcakes were. (Don't worry. Soon after I found Miss Susie, so I survived.) Second time was from a vending machine at the 90210 store; forced by the kid to try the vegan Red Velvet, it was very good. So this one better be, too. Or it's going back to HQs with this review framed and attached.

Yelp
This location is near the escalators for the parking garage for The Grove. It is on the smaller side compared to other Sprinkles locations I've visited, but it seems to always be pretty well stocked. In the past whenever I've gone, you could go up to the window to place your order and have it packed up fresh. (Or you could mobile order in advance to pick it up.) When I visited recently, the location had installed kiosks by the windows and encouraged people to place their orders at the kiosks instead of at the window. The kiosks would send the order to the kitchen behind the window, who would pack up your order and call your name once it was ready. They are completely cash-free at this time. The menu boards now update in real time from what I could tell. They showed what flavors were in stock and which ones weren't. I noticed they updated the board when they restocked flavors, which was helpful. Our order was pretty straightforward - two cupcakes and a cookie. It didn't take long - maybe 5 minutes max. My parents enjoyed their cupcakes. There isn't a Sprinkles in NC so getting a cupcake during their trip was a treat. I was a little disappointed with the chocolate chip cookie - I'm not sure if it was fully baked or if it is meant to be that doughy, but the texture tasted almost raw to me. (Normally I go with the oatmeal salted cornflake cookie, but that was sold out.) I would still come back here again if I was in the area.

Yelp
Very disappointed. Cupcakes just taste like regular bread. No flavor. Debating if I should take them back. Definitely poor quality.

Yelp
What happened to Sprinkles? This is the second location I've checked out in the past month and the cheerful customer service you once received when visiting is nonexistent. Instead your interaction is using a tablet in front of the window and having an employee calling out your name. We decided to grab a quick cupcake and a puppy 3 pack, but even then it was extremely lackluster with how Sprinkles does business now. The people in front of us were struggling with the tablet for a good 5 minutes despite a line forming. You would think an employee from behind the counter or someone would ask, do you need help, but NOPE. Only after we placed our order, another employee brought out a second tablet even though there was a line of 10 people. Obviously the groups behind us grumbled and stated variations of "why wasn't that done sooner on a Saturday afternoon?" Our order for a Red Velvet and Salty Caramel came out fairly quickly since there was only one couple in front of us, but I was disappointed that the employee just tossed the puppy cupcakes on the counter. What happened to the mini-box that is offered at every other location for buying the 3 pack since Sprinkles has been offering them? There was zero acknowledgment of "we ran out" or anything. Instead it was, here is your order and leave. Customer service is of no concern at Sprinkles and apparently at any location. If you want to order a cupcake on a tablet, might as well order on your phone or go to a grocery store. Sprinkles as a brand has lost its way with continuous lackluster customer service at most of its locations. It's a shame as visiting them used to be a treat, even if it's just a small location like the one at The Grove.

Yelp
Their cupcakes are very delicious. I remember they collaborated with The X Files on January 22nd in 2016. Can't wait to visit them again.
google avatar

Donna B.

Yelp
I had cupcakes from their ATM in the past and I was not impressed. A friend of mine kept urging me to give it a try one more time. She broke down and bought me three to sample. Day one I sampled the strawberry and cinnamon roll cupcakes. The were both really moist. Day two I sampled the salted Carmel and noticed that it was not as moist, not dry either but consistency had changed. My personal favorite was the cinnamon roll cupcake. If you plan on getting these, I would suggested eating them same day.
google avatar

Yelp
I love these Cupcakes at the Grove the line goes fast unfortunately they was out of four of there cupcakes so make sure you call before you get there if you looking for something special The parking is very close so you don't have to go into the shopping area

Yelp
I placed order via mobile and went to pick up at the pick up time. I was told wait and waited 10 min without being called. I went back and ask where is my order and I felt ignored and was ignore. I said my name few times and workers replied with other names other than my name. And then one workee grab a bag from next to the counter and said here. That was it! Without saying sorry.

Yelp
Sprinkles has survived and is thriving on their cupcakes and cookies made at their small shops throughout Los Angeles. Cupcakes have become comfort food for all of us stressed by our daily routine or the tough LA environment. Their cupcakes provide a moment of relief and allows us to go back to childhood and remember the good times with no responsibilities and a caring family. Sometimes the simplest things in life are what we need to make it through the day, so don't underestimate the power of Sprinkles!
google avatar

Meta N.

Yelp
Decent cupcakes, the vegan red velvet was pleasant. Tasted like a regular cupcake, and was very moist! That said, I am knocking off a star due to the price for a single cupcake and the service which was only "ok." In addition, I'd hoped they would carry more vegan options. Still worth a try though!
google avatar

Alex M. ..

Yelp
Ordering online ahead of time for pickup is definitely a must at this location. The Grove gets so much foot traffic and there was a line backed up pretty far. I felt the hate from people when I walked up to the window and picked up my order lol. Me and my girl got the Banana and Christmas Cookie. I loved the decorations esp on the xmas cookie one. It had such a deep cookie flavor similar to shortbread cookies. The Banana was good, not huge on banana flavored things but it had a more natural banana taste than say laffy taffy.

Sharon M.

Yelp
It was our furry babies 10th Birthday so I had to get him a pup cake. The Americana location didn't have any pup cakes so I had to drive to the Grove. My nephew needed a Vegan cupcake, I needed Gluten-free, younger nephew requested a sprinkled cupcake and my husband and sister-in-law wanted pumpkin. Called and pre-ordered everyone's cupcakes. Vegan cupcake was red velvet. My nephew throughly enjoyed it. For gluten-free, I selected the lemon-blueberry. OMG it was so delicious! My younger nephew couldn't believe all the sprinkles on his cupcake. He was very pleased! The pumpkin lovers loved their cupcakes and gave it a thumbs up! Our furry babies (4) all enjoyed their pup cakes! Worth the time, gasoline and cost of the cupcakes! Oh yea and the cost for parking too which I thought it was FREE! Worth the smiles and happy barks!!

Yelp
This place is named righteously. I come for the sprinkled cupcake every time I go to LA. I forgo frosting on cupcakes for the most part, but wow, Sprinkles frosting gets me going- I can never say no. Cake to frosting ratio is very very good. Sprinkles are crunchy and colorful and fun and very very good. Overall, very very good. I would definitely like to try more flavors but I'm not sure if anything can beat the sprinkled cupcake here. My friends love the black & white, strawberry, and red velvet here, however. There's always a line here at this location, but it moves pretty quick! They also do not accept cash, so come prepared. Each cupcake can be pretty pricy, but I'd say it's understandable. Every cupcake is made with a lot of care, there's a lot of attention to detail in the packaging, and a superb taste is guaranteed every time.

Yelp
Update: Okay, yesterday I ordered from here and I wrote a review about how my cookies arrived and they weren't the chocolate chip cookies that I ordered. However, the customer service rep reached out to me immediately and they sent me chocolate chip cookies today. Definitely exceeded my expectations with speedy response and delivery time. Excellent customer service!!! I went from an angry customer to overly satisfied customer! FYI I've always loved this establishment and their cute little cupcake ATMs.

Yelp
Got a German Chocolate cupcake for $5.50 today! Yum and just enough frosting so it's not overwhelmingly sweet. Simple ordering process at kiosk.

Yelp
I've always loved Sprinkles and this location tucked away at The Grove is no different! So many different flavors to choose from and the cupcakes are always moist. I hope they being back the unicorn cupcake again very soon!

Yelp
Cutest little vending machine in the Beverly Center. Had to stop and get a sprinkle cupcake for my friend I know she loves them. Can't wait till they come up with A wheat flour cupcake for me attention owners
google avatar

Liz V.

Yelp
This sprinkles location is tucked in a back corner at the grove. They are super friendly, and very quick! I tried 4 flavors this time ($4/cupcake) chocolate peanut butter, chocolate marshmallow, banana, and vanilla sprinkle. I loved the banana and vanilla sprinkle. The chocolate marshmallow reminded me of a hostess cupcake- it was just ok! The peanut butter chocolate is a classic and can't go wrong. Definitely solid cupcakes and I think the pricing is pretty fair for the quality.

Mike W.

Yelp
I've always been a sucker for cupcakes and sweet and Sprinkles always does the job! Yummy as always!
google avatar

Yelp
I would like to think that the freshness of the cupcakes depend on what time you go. My friend and I were wandering around the grove when we decided to to stop by sprinkles. It has been awhile since I've had one. This is a grab and go place since the venue is just a window with the menu and the cupcakes. The menu is somewhat limited compared to other locations due to thier smaller kitchen. The ladies at the front were really nice. However, the cupcakes were not so much. I had the birthday cake cupcake from the sprinkles vending machine at USC and it was a lot better than the one here. The one here was really dry and packed with too much icing even for a sprinkles cupcake. It wasnt what I was expecting and I only ended up eating half of it. I wk give this place another shot in the future but for now this gets 3 stars.

M M.

Yelp
Love Sprinkles! Always moist and delicious! The Grove is always a standout, plus love the kiosk ordering!

Yelp
Been a customer of Sprinkles since they opened their first location in Beverly Hills. Candace Nelson, the owner, makes the BEST cupcakes. This location is at The Grove shopping mall. Average price is about $4. Join Sprinkles perks and follow them on social media to get occasional discounts. This is a to-go stand. It is located near the escalators. I am loving their seasonal flavors. They currently have the winter flavors of gingerbread, peppermint, and holiday cookie . They are best known for their red velvet cupcakes but my personal favorite is the chocolate sprinkles (chocolate lover here!). You really can't go wrong with these gourmet treats!

Celsa G.

Yelp
I ordered two cupcakes today at around 12:40pm. I ordered a dark chocolate and a chocolate marshmallow. I ate the chocolate marshmallow one. I was somewhat disappointed in the cake. It was a little dry and insipid. The marshmallow cream inside was good as was the chocolate frosting. I feel like it has gone down a bit in quality. If you go to this location, you order on a screen and wait a bit and someone will call your name and bring you your order. The service was fine, no issues, but the cupcake should have been better for $5 each.
google avatar

Mia K.

Yelp
Large cupcakes are $3.95. Their outdoor bakery front is nestled near the elevators by Dominique Ansel Bakery... competition! It's true the line usually moves quickly here and the staff is great. Packed with calories - you can check the chart - but quality ingredients you can taste. I have my favorites: Red Velvet, Peanut Butter Chip, Banana Dark Chocolate, Cuban Coffee, Chocolate Marshmallow. The gluten free Red Velvet tasted surprisingly good. Chai Latte has been discontinued (don't care). Seasonal Lemon Blueberry is also gone!! I may have to settle for their gluten free version. They have mini cupcakes and cookies. Got their limited edition Peach Crumble with a huge dollop of peach filling on top - it's sweet but oh so good! Didn't notice it's an extra $1 until I looked at receipt. Enjoyed it but for $4.95, would not get it again. I'm trying to cut down on processed sugar, but Sprinkles is my go to indulgence!!

Lauren W.

Yelp
Always wanted to visit the iconic Sprinkles and FINALLY MADE IT. Been seeing all the cute Pride cupcake posts on insta and was so excited it was still available! So glad we made the stop and already missing the red velvet.

Yelp
I love Sprinkles! Yes I do.. Yes I doooooo the best cupcakes in the woooooorrrrllllld

Liz B.

Yelp
I love Sprinkles!! Even the name makes me happy. I came especially this time because I knew the Good Advice Cupcake did a collab with them to sell their cupcakes. It's a vanilla, sprinkle filled cupcake surprise with a cute decal on top of either the Good Advice Cupcake or a cute saying. Soooo good and covered in thick vanilla icing. I've died and gone to heaven. There was a line at night but it's at the Grove, the most touristy spot you could imagine. So a line is expected and gives you time to examine the storefront filled with different cupcakes. It's awesome and so hard to choose! I almost went and got two! They also have cookies as if it wasn't tempting enough. They do have sweet treats for dogs too. Sprinkles is great, and I wish there was one in San Francisco. I've got to find that cupcake vending machine next!
google avatar

Tristan B.

Yelp
Super average cupcakes. Typically several gluten free or vegan options and just one sugar free option. Unfortunately, it cannot be all three or even two of the three - you have to select either gluten free, vegan or sugar free. Which is a bummer. There's often a queue that for whatever reason moves very slowly. This is The Grove mall, so it's a convenient little snack if you need a sugar hit recharge while shopping, and it's perfect for that and it's great for takeaway to share with larger groups, but if you're looking for an actual mind-blowing cupcake, I suggest you look elsewhere.
google avatar

Yelp
The cupcakes are always honestly just so so good. The white chocolate raspberry one was probably legit my favorite one ever and I honestly hope they keep it. ALSO! We were assisted by Chris today and he was so friendly and kind and I just love when people are helpful and so kind. It makes you wanna come back- someone should give him a raise.
google avatar

Nooshi B.

Yelp
Sprinkles is always a good choice when I'm in the mood for a treat or two. I appreciate the consistency of the cupcakes no matter which location I'm at; they're always delicious and never dry. I opted for vegan red velvet today and I was pleasantly surprised at how fantastic it tasted! It had a slight coconut taste which I wasn't mad at and I obviously enjoyed the entire thing in one sitting. Prices are slightly high for a single cake and I feel they put a tad too much frosting on them, but I'll always be a customer. Service was also great at this location!
google avatar

Laura T.

Yelp
Whenever I am at The Grove, this is always a must stop for me before heading home. Even if it means I go 5 mins over my parking and have to pay the extra hour. Line is always short, customer service is always quick and great! Ladies are always super friendly and nice. I was fortune enough to never have encounter any of the cupcakes running out. Which is one of the reason why I love this location. Taste - amazing as usual Parking - The Grove parking lot Location - lower level of the parking lot, it's there to tempt you before you go into your car, always works on me Price - reasonable... affordable for something so good an delicious Highly recommend always doing to go since there is other delicious sweet eats around. But nothing says a day well spent without ending it with a sprinkles red velvet. You will thank yourself later.

Yelp
Have you ever had something so Delicious in your hand that was only yours? I'm not talking about Billy from college I'm talking about sprinkles cupcakes. They are the most delicious, fluffy, moist little bundles of heaven that are worth every single calorie that sticks to my thighs. What I love is they have vegan options and gluten-free options and they all taste like how you would imagine Brad Pitt from meet Joe Black with taste. The customer service here is outstanding considering it's in the middle of the Grove with thousands of annoying people scattering around.

Yelp
This location is always slammed. It seems like absolutely everyone wants to finish their visit with a trip to Sprinkles. The line is always at least 20 minutes but it's well worth the wait. The cupcakes are always fresh and the quality is high. My favorite flavor is the black and white or plain vanilla so the quality of the ingredients really shines through. Make time to visit if you have the opportunity.

Yelp
Decided to try this place as it was something my gf wanted to do because she is a huge Candace Nelson fan. They offered a sugar free option and that's rare when it comes to sweets. A bigger shocker was that it tasted just like any other cupcake and couldn't tell it was sugar free, which is hard to come by. The sugar free red velvet I felt personally that it was much more flavorful than they Black and white cupcake I got for myself. All in all it was a great experience and we will probably be back again.

Yelp
Here is a thought, when someone comes in to order 3dozen over priced cupcakes. Don't be an ass because you dislike your job. I simply asked what was available as I was placing a larger order. Never coming back.

Yelp
The lemon blueberry cupcake is really sweet and good. I highly recommend for those who like the tart + sweet combo. This franchise is just totally contactless now, even contactless with the worker. You order on the kiosk outside and they just call your name.
