Don’t ever used these cafes atm it charges you more than what they said . I try getting cash out and i didn’t get all the cash I requested and I call the owner of the machine and he said my money will be refunded by Monday or Tuesday of the following week it’s been a week already and nothing besides they said they’ll charge a fee of 3.50 and they did two charges the second one was for 2.50 a total of 6 dollar and besides they haven’t done my refund if anyone needs cash don’t ever go here they scam you with you’re money. I would give them 0 stars but that’s not an option.

Great service, great food, fast delivery. Keeping it simple. Plus, you can pick up whatever you need.

We work around the corner and are pretty much regulars. They have most of the basic convenient store snacks and drinks, but they are more known for their deli/cafe. It's a little more pricey than my liking, but it's LA, so I'm not surprised. Their sandwiches and quesadillas are fantastic, as well as salads and breakfast items. I'm not a coffee expert, but I like their hot and cold drinks. For a place as small as this, I'm surprised they offer so much on their menu. It's a great local place and it's far enough from the bustle of the fashion district, if you're looking for a quiet spot to lunch!

Bad bad service. Worst service in the world. She got the wrong order. I ordered ice coffee but she gave me hot coffee. I complained but she didn't accept. She blamed only me and said do not comes here anymore.

I really like this place! They always using fresh vegetable and fruits to make a sandwiches, salads. And a lot of drinks to choose each other days (which is my reason to go here everyday). Also they have delivery system.

Came here 2 days in a row because closest place in South LA where I started working to get a yummy milk tea. The milk tea is great because it taste like actual tea (instead of some milky powdered drink) and sweet but not too sweet. The folks here are all nice and just because they forgot my friends drink for a minute and had us wait only 5 min extra, the woman was so apologetic and gave her a bag of cookies as an apology. I went again today and really like feeling the friendly vibe when I walk in. Definitely will come back often for sandwiches/bagels.

I order from Sprout maybe 4 times a week because they deliver if you work in the fashion district area in downtown. I always order from here because the have sandwiches, salads, and drinks that are pretty healthy. I love this place because a lot of their items come with fruit on the side. Some items I love: Oriental Chicken wrap, pollack wrap (white fish wrap and ask for the tartar sauce on the side), Hawaiian Teriyaki Chicken sandwich, Avocado Grilled Chicken Sandwich, Sprout Burger, Honey Mustard Chicken Wrap, BBQ Chicken Quesadilla, Oriental Chicken Salad, Sprout Green Salad with Grilled Chicken Breast, and Egg Muffin (breakfast). They also have a whole separate menu just for drinks and desserts. Also if you order 2 or more sandwiches, they give you free chips or cookies sometimes.

I've been here many times before and was always happy. Always ordered the chicken avocado sandwich and loved it. I came recently, however, and was sadly very disappointed. I hate writing negative reviews, but the meat on my sandwich was really, really bad. Like, disgusting. I'm genuinely not even sure if it was chicken, I've never tasted anything like it. I couldn't even chew it, I had to take the meat off the sandwich and just have an "avocado sandwich." I wish they would have just said they were out of chicken and couldn't make my sandwich if that were the case, instead of serving me a sandwich with the grossest, skinny, tough slab of "chicken" I've ever had. Whoever was making the sandwich should definitely have noticed the condition of the meat and not used it. The texture and color of it was way funky, making it obvious that it wasn't good chicken. Again, I'm very disappointed because previously I'd come here semi-often whenever downtown around lunch time because I loved their affordable pricing, quick service and quality food. After today's experience I definitely won't be going back.

I order from here so much I have their phone number memorized. The Korean guy that answers the phone is sooo nice and never gets frustrated with my request of 'custom made bagels'. Their coffee is on point and the sandwiches and tea is refreshing with just enough touch of Korean in them if that makes sense at all.. I never got his name but the delivery guy is also awesome! He's so sweet. I just wish they'd stop raising their prices so often. I be broke sometimes yo.

I regularly ordered drinks and desserts here for a good two years. They deliver if you're in the fashion district and sometimes sends you cookies or chips with your order. Also, the guy who always answers the phone is such a sweetheart!

Small snack shop that has everything :) ! Super friendly and clean atomosphere! Also they deliver if you work around the area! Fast delivery / good food and drinks.

I love how fast they deliver coffee and food. Other places average 30 minutes after I place an order, but this place can DELIVER your order within 10 minutes...not bad of you're in a rush

Go there for almost every morning before I go to work to get myself a coffee and a breakfast sandwich it's a good place to start off your day with a good healthy meal and if you want some shaved ice they have that too for those hot summer days

fast service and pretty good sandwiches & drinks. (misookaroo slush w honey is my fav) the owners are very sweet and friendly too. price is decent and considering there are very few selections in dtla to order from.. this place is my go to plc for something quick and tasty!

Love this place... price are affordable, clean, delicious especially the avocado ham bagel breakfast sandwich. They are so friendly and they are different from other cafes. Wished I found them sooner ! I highly recommend !!

Lovely place! Their sandwiches are awesome and good way to start the morning. Always fresh ingredients that never lets you down and many choices for drinks. This place is very likely to recommend!
