Sprouts Farmers Market

I recently visited the new Sprouts Farmers Market in Hayward and was impressed by the wide variety of fresh produce and other healthy food options. The store is clean and well-organized, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I particularly enjoyed the fresh sushi veggie rolls, which were both delicious and affordable. I also appreciate the large selection of organic and natural products, as well as the bulk food section. I'm a fan of the Sprouts brand functional chocolate, which offers a tasty and convenient way to incorporate extra nutrients. The produce section is also a standout, with a great selection of items like potatoes, offering variety for different cooking needs. Overall, I had a positive experience at Sprouts Farmers Market and would recommend it to anyone looking for a healthy and convenient grocery shopping option.

It took years of planning but it’s finally here! Well designed, great deli sandwiches, meat and seafood selection. As others have mentioned, no more drives to Dublin or Newark! Welcome Sprouts Hayward to the neighborhood :)

Prices are over-exaggerated and most of the time, the produce sold is rotten. It's hit or miss and not consistent quality. Delivery and service fees are too high and they charge extra fees even if you place a pickup order. When you dispute the bad product, they don't want to help / refund you and expect that you will be fine keeping bad goods. Ruled by dishonesty as a company and greed.

Absolutely love the store and I absolutely love all the products!!!! For example the other time I was there I bought Orange creamsicles 4 come on a box for 13$ for the prices you don't really get that much they do have a lot of great items and produce but if you have a large family thos store is definitely not for you........ I always loved getting their fresh vegan raisin cookies they could be a little bit more fresh and soft that could use some TLC

I love(d) their sushi, but lately the quality has really taken a slump. Not sure if they are using overripe produce or trying to skimp the ingredients, but my rolls have had less avocado lately and the cucumber has tasted bitter. It was nice in the beginning but probably won’t be buying anymore 😕

They always take care of me really good. Everybody is so friendly and they never tied whatever you’re gonna ask her and I get impressed from a couple of their employees. They have a complete knowledge about all their products. Highly recommended.

What a grand opening in Hayward! Loved the varieties , comprehensive collection of brands and food types. They usually have samples for some which makes it easy to choose. Quite alot of Indian foods too ;) I'll share some more pictures in a while. I couldn't take much on the opening day.

I love this sprouts location so much! It has good vibes, especially in the vitamin area. I always get my vitamins and my babies vitamins from here and the lady who manages the vitamin area is very sweet and helpful. I really enjoy getting help from her. She needs to get a raise or a promotion because her customer service is phenomenal. I love the meat from here and I will only buy it here.

I went here with my family on Saturday. I have to say that I'm not the chain's target audience (eating healthy to me is having one bacon cheeseburger instead of two). I'm giving 4 stars because the store is great for the regular shoppers. The store is open daily from 7 a.m.-10 p.m. The employees were friendly and available. My wife didn't find the lip balm that she was looking for, but a male employee did his best to help her. The Christmas decorations are low-key, but nice. There are even a lot of small stockings with the names of the employees on them. I'm bringing this up because the staff being like a family was the basic vibe that I felt. There were a good number of items on sale. There were also some NEW FOR YOU items. A lot of the signage here looks vintage, but it's all easy to read and helpful. There's a decent selection of beef jerky products, but zero-sugar meat sticks taste too bland to me. I was willing to buy an egg salad or tuna sandwich, but neither seem to be sold here. The selection of prebiotic drinks is excellent. (When I tried the drinks years ago, my stomach did so many backflips that it made a gymnastics team.) 3 shoppers were annoying and in the way, but that's a common theme when I go grocery shopping anywhere. Note: Both prices include tax. BROOKiE SQUARES CHOCOLATE CHIP ($5.26): 7.5/10. The ones from another chain are better, but my wife is a fan. The Tom's deodorant for my son was $11.06. This is a bit pricey. I always liked their prepared meals however the food was contaminated in my case. I got a California roll and there was hair on one of the rolls and when I flipped it over there was what looked like cotton from clothing. I tossed that and then was left with the macaroni salad however when I opened that there was also a hair in it. Sad lunch The options in the store outside of this are satisfactory but cannot give more than one star for this store. I could get sick or food poisoning, this is not ok. Stay away from their prepared meals

They are close, generally have good products and the store is typically well maintained. They started off great when they opened almost a year ago, but have slightly slowed down with the greatness. They have great products/food items when they first opened and the quality/quantity was there. It seems that since they are established the quality/quantity has gone down a bit. I'm fully aware that under this administration most everything has greatly increased in costs, but quality has gone down T the location already.

I've stopped by Sprouts twice this week, once on Sunday afternoon and again on Monday, specifically to pick up dandelion greens for my rabbits, and both times the bunches were in terrible condition. They were wilted, browning, and starting to rot. It's really frustrating to make a trip expecting fresh produce and repeatedly find spoiled greens still on display. For a store that prides itself on quality and freshness, this was really disappointing. Dandelion greens aren't exactly hard to keep fresh if rotated properly, so it seems like no one is monitoring the produce section closely. I expect better attention to detail when it comes to perishable items.

Sprouts Farmers Market blossoms where K-Mart had wilted, occupying a space next to Ross, opposite 2 fast food eateries. Offering upscale groceries ala Whole Foods aka "whole paycheck" at a lower price. Store is clean, organized, staffed with friendly, helpful associates. Aisles not as wide. Buys: Sprouts salt & pepper potato chips(3.99) -thicker than major name brands, same crispyness, not too salty. Uber crunchy. -salt & pepper flava subtle not overbearing. Sips: Lagunitas double ipa (3.25) 9.0%ABV -very boozy, smooth, slightly hoppy, not as aromatic as beers having mosaic hops, etc. Lagunitas IPA (3.25) 6.2%ABV 19.2 oz. -has the same profile as DIPA but less boozy. Didn't look for bakeries or other made in house edibles. Not sure if they have them. 4.5 stars definite return if high end groceries needed.

So glad we finally have a Sprouts so close by here in Hayward! I'm becoming a regular in this plaza and one tip for drivers: you can definitely expect that the parking lot will be packed. However, if you don't mind a walk, you can easily find parking around the corner on the Starbucks side of the lot. In comparison to other Sprouts I've been to, this one is pretty similar. Though I will say it's a lot brighter and maybe even bigger? They've got *almost* all that you need here for groceries. You won't find the unhealthy brand name snacks here. But they do have a lot of healthier alternatives to what you might be looking for! The prices might be a little more expensive than what you'd find at Trader Joe's but they always have tons of deal (today was 99 cents for a pack of ground chorizo or chicken sausage!). I love that they also have lots of smaller business items here - a lot of new and up & coming CPG brands. So I feel like I'm always discovering new potential favorites while here. Plus, they often have samples that they serve of new snacks and treats. Just be aware - those samples might make you tempted to buy some stuff not on your shopping list! And of course, you can't beat the bulk section. Really appreciate that you can buy a reusable bag or jar to take home bulk items AND that you can take as much or as little as you want to reduce waste.

Today is the cutting of ribbon and Grand Opening Day of this store by Mission Blvd. I did download their apps, get my grocery lists (so i would never forget); cliiped some coupons. This store is situated in a compound with some other establishments, at the corner of Harder St and Mission Boulevard. Wide parking area, no EV charging (bummer).

They are very chummy in here with each other but they making these sandwiches however they like and I worry about ppl with allergies. The first time tuna instead of chicken salad would've sent my daughter rushing to the ER and today guacamole for no reason on a roast beef sandwich ew all while the fellas kick it about taking forever and talking about hanging out at the bar. The rest of the store is pleasant but this deli needs work before someone is accidentally killed.

A new super market on Mission Blvd in Hayward has sprung up called Sprouts. Known for fresh quality foods. I wasn't inside five minutes before a staff member asked me if I needed anything. The store is nicely laid out with more than enough room to browse.

When I walked into the store, I had several employees standing around talking to one another Even. There was one person that didn't even greet me and he walked right past me soon as I entered the door. I highly recommend that the employees be more welcoming and also do more training. I feel like they just randomly got hired instead of getting the proper training they needed to do their job. I usually go to the Newark sprouts but today I was running late and the service that I received from Hayward I was not happy at all and the store is designed to where you can't find anything that you need.

Went for their grand opening weekend and I have to say I was super impressed on how prepared the team was. They were well staffed, seemed cool, all and collected and line management was great. The store itself is great and it's a great addition for the area. Good selection too.

Came here for the first time tonight to get some ingredients for dinner! Tonight the experience is great - the store is very organized, clean, well stocked. The staff were pretty nice too. We bought some scallops from the seafood counter and the person who helped us was nice and quick. The checkout line was a bit long but they were quick. I'm really happy to have a new grocery store really close to my house! Will def be regulars!

Over priced, bulk items beans, granola, nuts crazy high. Baked goods terrible cherry turnover 1/2 a cherry wow, baked cookies raw. Frozen items no variety. Skip it Trader Joe's or Safeway.

Really cool staff. Super friendly. Always available to assist you locating an item. Helped me find the mayo. Few places that sell carrots by the pound instead of buying a pack of god knows how many. Anyways I started buying my coffee here. 1/3lb for $4. Good way to test out a lot of different coffees before committing to one. They also got all the good packaged coffee too. Parking is still solid. Especially in the day before the In N Out gets crowded.

went to check out the new Sprouts location in Hayward. Went the first weekend where they had a great discount of 20% off store wide. I fell in love with this grocery store. It's spacious, clean and has an extremely helpful staff. I've been back weekly since the opening, trying new snacks and produce. It's one of the best grocery stores in the area with the fresh produce,bakery and array of organic products. I love that I now have the option to shop organic produce locally The roasted chicken is one of my favorite items to purchase its flavorful quick meal (not dry at all) paired with the spriuts lemonade is the perfect meal. I can't wait to continue trying all sprouts has to offer.

So freaking happy we have a healthy option grocery store in Hayward!! The selection, customer service, cleanliness is top notch. Prices aren't too bad either. It's like a mix of Trader Joe's and Whole Foods. They have raw milk here as well, and even packaged lunches that I sometimes get for my kiddos that for about 5 bucks, which is 2 bucks cheaper than their school lunch! Also, I thought parking would be an issue, cause in and out and raising canes however been here at random times and days, and was always able to find parking. Without a doubt, I'm a regular in this new spot and will continue to patronize this location!!

I went to visit the new store for the first time last week and I am amazed by the amount quality of products they have despite being a small store. However, what got my attention was customer service, specially "The customer service" , provide to me and my mother for a young woman named Kendall. We came in looking for coconut oil, and honestly for me they were all the same , but my perspective on that changed when I met Kendall. She not only showed me the places where to find the bottles , but she gave a lecture in all types of coconut oil and their usage. Just want to say that Sprouts is lucky to have an employee like Kendall, loving, caring and really enjoy helping people. I will definitely come back, as I live very close to the new shopping center area and I will spread the word. To Sprouts management, thank you for hiring the best. We love having this new store in our neighborhood.

Love this place!! So much choices of good and healthy food. Prices are reasonable. Definitely will be back. A good alternative for Whole Foods and Trader Joes, or Costco.

WTF! I bought this cream cheese two days ago!! The expiration date said April 13, 2025

Amazing employees. Super helpful, especially in the supplement department. They have an a large amount of food items available for me that r usually hard to find. Their own brand of frozen dessert is available in a qt size chocolate mocha with chocolate slivered chips in a base of oat milk. All plant-base and reasonably priced. Too many great things to say about them here so I suggest u give their new store in Hayward a look-see. They don't disappoint.

Parking lot is usually very busy due to Raising Canes and In/Out but they do have it routed well so it looks worse than it actually is. The store is super clean, very well stocked, and staff is super helpful. Watch for bogo deals as they constantly rotate, lots of fresh fish and meat at the butcher counter. Produce is always fresh, also lots of raw dairy options that you can't find at a standard grocery store.

Lots of choices and a nice adventure wandering though the layout. I did find prices higher than expected. So I will drop by from time to time but won't be a regular quite yet.

I loved this sprouts. I recently started shopping at sprouts and the Sprouts is large and has a great selection. I loved their sandwiches and produce. Thank you.

The store as a whole is very clean, organized and the employees are very helpful. The night manager demeanor and customer service is awful. He is rude and is visibility upset when he has to assist. Hopefully they can get someone else in there or offer him some proper training. Other than that a 5 star shopping experience.

Please please please put in a sandwich bar! This is such an excellent location! The staff are so kind, and the selection is amazing. Love the gluten free options!

I got food poisoning when I ate their rotisserie chicken. I got fever, chills, and diarrhea. It's not safe to eat. They do not value cleanliness and quality. It looks undercooked rotisserie chicken. Please DO NOT buy. Be safe and check if they REALLY clean their utensils, kitchen and not contaminated.

Great staff, very helpful. Prep packaged Sushi and sandwich options are really good! The boars head trio club sandwich is a must try( recommend adding mayo). The store is well organized. The frozen section is bigger and has more options than the dublin location.

Great selections. Excellent customer service. The staff are polite and considerate of their patrons. The shelves are clean and food is easy to find.

I really have to compliment the bakery department and especially the manager, Amanda. She is always very helpful and made excellent recommendations when I was looking to do a small breakfast coffee for some coworkers. Everything was fresh and flavorful! Your store gained some shoppers when I was asked where I had gotten everything from' great customer service and knowledge! Thanks again Amanda!

We went on the opening day and we had a great experience. Although it was crowded everything was organized nicely and no long wait times in lines. All the employees were super nice! Would definitely come back

I love going to this newly opened Sprouts. The store is very clean and staff are very friendly and helpful. I love their tea selections. I usually stop by to buy the roasted chicken and Humus (Sprouts brand) for a healthy meal. Sprouts Is a healthy grocery addition for the area.

Best place for groceries in Hayward. We really needed this place. Great location and staff.

Great new Sprouts location in Hayward! I've been there about 4 times now, and have been satisfied each time. The store is clean and employees always have great customer service. Produce is always fresh & well stocked.

The store is very clean, their produce is very fresh, decent prices, the only complaint is they need to teach their employees better Customer Service, this is my 3rd time at this location, and each time it was the same, very unfriendly staff, need better training in Customer Service, I work in retail, I know

Today they had amazing sales on really good products, including some House brands. I was able to stock up on some essentials and they had whole wheat Telera rolls which I really appreciate and their avocados or assortment of almost ripe to ripe the sign said ripe in a few days and it was correct and I found two that were perfectly ripe. That's really hard to find outside of dedicated Hispanic markets. if you've never been to sprouts you should try it. You might find a few things that you have to get there.

Visited on Sunday (two days after the grand opening) and I was very impressed by how well stocked all the merchandise was, despite how busy and crowded the store was! Parking was easy, the checkout lines were super long but moved efficiently. Friendly staff, didn't disappoint!
