The date is August 21st 2023. Had my appointment time rescheduled for this morning at 5:00 a.m. . It is now 12:00 noon, I was unloaded roughly by 6:30 a.m. and they've given me an excuse as they had to restock a pallet or two and a still want to charge me $170 for a lumper fee which is unacceptable and unprofessional. No regards to the valuable time in which a driver has. Absolutely ashamed and disappointed in their process and a mentality of their staff as to having no concern or urgency to get a driver in and out and back on the road. This company and others like it need to rethink their process and need to revamp their process and to be way more efficient in what they do.
