Sproutz is a fantastic spot for healthy and delicious food. Everything tastes fresh and well-balanced, with plenty of options for any diet. The interior is bright and clean, and the staff is always kind and helpful. Great place for a quick lunch or a chill breakfast — love the energy here!

I was looking for some healthy delicious food but I was pretty disappointed. First of all, there was a lot of waiting time even though there were only two customers and I… Then, I ordered an « oven baked tofu » dish with veggies but i saw the woman preparing it cut the tofu, put it 10 seconds in the oven without any seasoning and serve it on the bowl. Barely no vegetables were really added. And I had to pay extra for a sauce.. The veggie rice was ok but very oily.

Ordered off uber eats. The picture on uber eats looked like a fresh deep dish pizza. The pizza came as a 1/4 inch thin old, dry pizza with no flavor, no tomato sauce, just the taste of lightly burnt crust. For $26 I’m pretty disappointed!!

The customer service provided by Glaydis was outstanding—she was friendly, attentive, and made my experience even more enjoyable. Excellent healthy option in the Food Court at Aventura Mall. I ordered a bowl; the quality and taste of the chicken are excellent. As my "treat" of the week, I got the veggie Oreo cake...WOW! Gleydis helped me with the order. Super Nice!

I love açai and Sproutz makes it super tasty. Located inside the Aventura mall. You come for some great shopping and need a break Açai is the best. We had it with extra blueberries, honey and coconut, yummy. With the new technology, you have to place the order yourself, but help is available.
