This place is perfect. I got Zucchini pasta with chicken, thinking it would be pretty boring. It was cooked perfectly and the tomato sauce was incredible. What I expected to be a meal that I would force myself to finish, I found myself wanting more! They do a great job of having mostly healthy dishes, with some more traditional options for those who aren’t into the healthy food. Service is order at the counter(touch screen) but everyone is super friendly. Get the food out within 5 mins. It’s very clean and the vibe is upbeat. Great spot to go on a lunch break in the middle of a work day. For a long time I’ve been wondering why there aren’t way more restaurants just like this. Please open one in Jacksonville, FL!

Out of the healthy food places I’ve been visiting as of late this is one of the my “not” favorite ones. I saw that Green Bliss smoothie in the menu and knew I had to have it. Guess what? It didn’t disappoint, not one bit. Spinach, mango, pineapple, banana, honey and ice. It’s good for you, nutritious and very tasty. Now for the pesto wrap I can’t say the same thing. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t anything to rave about or to even want to try again. Ingredients were fresh but the kale killed it for me. Also the chicken was super bland and the sauce didn’t help it at all. They get four three stars for fast service, attentiveness and a good smoothie. I’d have to come back and try something different and maybe the rating could potentially improve. Furthermore, these Brickell prices are getting out of hand…$32 for a smoothie, wrap and already imposed 18% service charge, bruh.

Excellent healthy and fresh option. I just loved the poke baked salmon, it’s omg a MUST. I also tried the carrot, orange and beet; excellent for your body and the touchless I just loved it. I definitely will be back soon For sure

Great a huge poke bowl! Ordered pick up from there for the second time and definitely worth it. You can customise the final bowl, and that’s what I did, but to be honest it doesn’t require a lot of changes all flavours are perfect . Vegetables are fresh, salmon was perfectly cooked, not too salty not to fishy, if that make sense. One of the most delicious salmon bowl I’ve had so far. And again, portions here are of decent sizes.

Love the fact that the entire ordering experience is contactless until the food is brought out to you. Local healthy spot with a variety of healthy wraps, bowls, juices and smoothies. Prices are reasonable and the portions are filling. 7/21/21 - Visited Sproutz with a party of 3 after our workout and the food was delicious and filling as usual. The staff were super friendly, professional and catered to all of our needs. Naty and Giany continuously checked up on us to make sure everything was okay. Thank you =) 7/29/21 - Delicious and filling meals after our workout. Love the fact that they are also open late. Thank you for remaining consistent in service and quality. 8/3/21 - Tried wraps and a an impossible platter this go around, food was delicious and the staff is always on point. 8/9/21 - Sproutz is conveniently located in the heart of Brickell and we continue to pay them a visit after our workouts during the week. Obsessed with this place. I could eat here every day. This probiotic frozen yogurt is one of the best things I’ve eaten in a while. Wow and you can put cocao nibs and fruit. It’s perfectly tart. So delightful. Loved the salad and the poke bowls look incredible.

Updating my review. I love the food at Sproutz and have been ordering from here for the past years. That said, the pricing and service fees have increased ridiculously and it's caused me to avoid ordering from here. It's outrageous that consumers have to compensate employees for the lack of wage that should come from the employer. I shouldn't have to pay a 15% service change, for a two item order that I'm picking up, only to then ask for additional tip during checkout. Employees are not waiting on me at a table when you pick up, and even when ordering at the location, it's through a kiosk. Having someone smile at me and offer to give me a free sample of something I don't even eat doesn't justify the cost to the consumer.

Their salad of to die for. Not only are the big but they are loaded. They are pricey but worth every penny. I had their avocado with feta and baked chicken salad and wow. We were blown. The dressing also went very well with it.

I ordered a Caesar wrap without chicken and was given only lettuce in a whole wheat wrap with minimal cheese and dressing. The dressing tasted like it was from the to go counter at the airport and the promised croutons were no where to be found. Furthermore, I don't know who they are trying to fool, but the sweet potato fries are definitely frozen and premade. They were withered :( I was honestly super upset and went into this experience super excited for my wraps.... :/

A cute and tiny location, with no more than 6 seats inside. Sproutz has good quality snack/lunch options. Not sure if this has changed - but last time I went, this place took only Apple pay, so make sure you have that on your phone. I usually get açaí bowls at places like this. While the portion was extremely filling, I was a bit underwhelmed for the $20 price tag. I expected to at least get coconut shavings...so I was slightly disappointed when it came out. Nonetheless, it was still good. Overall, a staple healthy cafe in the Brickell area.

Overpriced, barely mediocre food and worst of all, a service fee for nothing. They have the most sophisticated tech in the industry to ensure you have as little possible service (kiosks to order, no cashiers) and they still nickel and dime you and have the guts to call it a service fee, even with takeout! I grunted on as I assumed most similar Miami mini health chains did. For $17, I got a flavorless mediterranean wrap with dull and crumbly falafel and a side sauce that was the only somewhat saving grace making it worth eating. There are so many healthy fast casual places like this around here--don't make the same mistake as me!

Great place if you need something quick and healthy. It's a little bit on the pricey side but everyone has a great attitude. Very chill quaint little spot. I would go back.

Stopped by for a probiotic frozen yogurt and added mangos as a topping. It was perfectly tangy and refreshing, but very overpriced at $10.

The food here is delicious but beware of their "surprise" high service charge + tax when you're about to pay. It's a complete rip-off. I could think of a bunch of other better spots around Brickell who don't sneak up on you with service charges. I won't be returning. Do better Sproutz.

Soooo.. I had to try healthy pizza at some point. Had cauliflower pizza and cauliflower bites. The rich marinara dipping sauce also goes well on the pizza... as I detected there was some already there by taste.... just a guess I am going to have to do this way more often. The pizza was delicious and I have no bloating feeling from the bread I did not eat. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect just to sit and relax and watch foot traffic.

I ordered take out. A seared tuna salad salad and sweet potato fries. I asked for an extra dressing and the guy said it was extra because my salad only came with two. (I had already checked out) I said I also got fries can I get another one for that. He said no only ketchup. Really? Whatever I paid anyways it was 99 cents plus a tax. Very annoyed but then I look at the bill & it says 10% service fee. Why if I ordered take out? It's the principle. I never ever had this issue in Sunny Isles.

Taste good but the portion was too small for the amount that I paid for a Bowl and why are they charging a service fee if you have to do the order by yourself through a machine?

Such a cute spot! It's a small cafe with limited indoor seating and some seating outside. You can either dine-in or do a take-out. We sat outside and the weather was perfect! They've a lot of food items; from wraps to pizza to açaí bowls. Everything looks really good. I got the mozzarella pesto panini and spinach smoothie. Will definitely go back!

This place is perfect for a healthy meal or something light. I always get their tuna wrap with the sweet potato waffle fries. I have to try more things soon.

Ordered their new Aurugula + Beet Salad via uber eats and don't waste your money because my salad only had 1 Beet. It is only Aurugula. See my picture and thank me later. This is a robbery. I had to add my own chicken to make up for it. Unreal

I love this place. I live nearby and come there pretty often. Always great service, always fresh and tasty food. If I order online they always read my requests. My favorites are morning egg wrap, veggie custom wrap, cauliflower pasta and sweet green smoothie with spirulina. The healthiest place in Brickell for sure. And for some reason it's even tastier then the first Sproutz on Sunny Isles.

I was disappointed with Sproutz. I decided to give them a try tonight after walking by the location several times. I wish I had saved my money. I ordered the Pesto Chicken wrap with sweet potato fries. The wrap had a lot wrong with it. First, the tortilla was soft, almost like it had been steamed and tore open when I picked up one half of it. It was also way too hot to touch. The chicken was quite bland. It also had wayyy too much cheese on it. I noticed the cheese more than the chicken. The fries were soggy. I only ate a few crispy ones off the top. For $18, I could have gotten a much better meal at Chipotle. Noted for next time.

The amount of times I have ordered an açaí bowl from this place is unGodly. I'm very particular in what I ask for and they have never messed up my order!!! Their açaí is the perfect combo of fruity and sweet. The chicken pesto wrap is also so so good!! Would 1000% recommend.

I ordered the chipotle chicken wrap and sweet potato fries. It was all pretty good. I just want to add that the chipotle chicken isn't as spicy as they say and it lacked salt. Also took the green sauce to compliment the wrap which was sweet. Though it was good I had to add my own hot sauce and extra salt to make the wrap tastier. Spent about $18 - I feel like you can get the same thing in chipotle for less.

Can you PLEASE fix your online ordering system so that caesar dressing is an option for your chicken Caesar wrap ????

Love sprouts! This is our new go to spot for healthy meals! Been going there after our nightly workouts and it's fast and efficient for dine in or take out! We order there twice and have ordered delivery twice as well. Just love the speed and convenience of healthy food! I've had their wraps, salad with tuna and my fiancé gets the chicken platters, the pesto chicken is delicious! Highly recommend.

A clean option. Sproutz is a great addition to Brickell. This restaurant offers a wide variety of quick bites ranging from sandwiches to bowls for around $10-20 each. Each of the dishes available is a simple, yet tasty version of classics. You will find a tasty açaí bowl, poke bowl, chicken burrito and others. And even though none of the dishes i tried were particularly mind blowing, they all felt freshly made. So, if you are in the mood for a simple meal that feels clean, and is easy on the pocket Sproutz is a good alternative. Note: experience based on takeout experience My Criteria 5 stars: The best food I have ever had, or an excellent option given the price. 4 stars: Good food, a restaurant I look forward to trying again. 3 stars: Good food, a restaurant that I am indifferent to. 2 stars: Below average experience, will not go again. 1 stars: This restaurant should be closed.

Amazing healthy food. I come here once or twice a week, the food is always the same quality. Then the best part is the service. Everyone greets you with a smile. Leo has amazing costumer service skills. Everything is so clean. The team is always working. They all work together and they aren't understaffed so all their food preparation is fast.

This place is sooo good the mixed berry cake is amazing and my favorite is the mandarin salad. Super quick and health with a great staff!

I ordered the Grilled Chicken Poke Bowl and the Chipotle chicken wrap. Both tasted good and was very filling. The food here is healthy but not much flavor. I really enjoyed the sauce for the poke bowl. Without it the chicken is pretty bland.

I think this is a welcome addition to the Brickell lineup. Finally healthy food that is flavorful and convenient. I am able to taste the quality in the ingredients. Big fan of the fresh juice (I got the orange beet lemon ginger!) as well as the protein platters. Seems in line with the local price points, but I'm pleased to see that the portions are large and the menu is diverse. Also recommend the chicken pesto wrap!

When I first rang up the order for a salmon/ahi tuna poke bowl and saw $21, I was annoyed. It seemed insanely expensive compared to nearby poke options. But then I saw the portion size. This is an incredibly high quality poke bowl. Generous toppings, fresh avocado, ginger, crispy rice, all the necessary ingredients to make an outstanding bowl. I'm only giving four stars because of the price, and almost wish they had a size option because this was too much for one person. If you're hungry and craving poke, don't forget about Sproutz!

Like my salad was rotten , messy & careless presentation. Not fresh foods. Juices are good for the price .

Horrible customer service. The staff here will get annoyed and pissed at you if you don't speak Spanish. Actually, most of the staff only speaks Spanish, so be ready for a lot of misunderstandings. Food quality has significantly reduced since they first opened. Save yourself the headache and go to RICE or Chipotle instead.

My absolute favorite quick bite to eat when I'm in Brickell! Everything is so fresh, the service is outstanding and the people working always give such a friendly experience. I have ordered almost everything and you can never go wrong here. Love it!!!

Sproutz - come for the subpar food, stay for the verbal abuse Food with true Miami attitude. Poke bowl was ok but nothing to write home about. For their attitude I'd give them 0 stars. Ordered online for pickup and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes . Came in 30 minutes and the women in front says "it's not even close to being read, need another 10 minutes" Ok no problem it's lunch time and it's busy. 10 minutes go by and we're already at a 20 minute delay. Through those 20 minutes anyone who dared to ask this woman if the food was ready would get verbally assaulted

Friendliest staff, pretty big portions, fast prep and DELICIOUS. Walked in yesterday, the staff took the time to ask about my preferences in sauces & flavors before helping me pick something. They came to check on us outside during our meal which was super nice, asking if we needed extra napkins or anything. Went back today and they immediately asked if I needed help ordering even though they were busy. They were super nice and helpful and just went the extra mile. Happy to have them in the Brickell area and will definitely be back again and again. I got the chipotle chicken wrap, poke bowl, sweet potato fries and a chocolate protein coffee shake (all amazing)

Really in love with this place and visit it consistently smoothies, wraps, soups, burgers. Everything we tried is always good. Vegan option with beyond meat and vegan burger are soooo littt

Excellent new healthy spot in Brickell. I think they took the old Jimmyz Kitchen location on 10th street across from Mary Brickell Village. Reminds me of a quick-serve Pura Vida. All the healthy options....bowls, wraps and smoothies. Portions are big...I got a wrap and made two meals of it. Food was tasty and delicious. Definitely will be back.

GUI and his staff are awesome! Excellent customer service. The workers work so diligently to get orders out quickly. The food is delicious and well priced for the portions. Great place for anyone meal planning or looking for clean eating. This was my first visit and I enjoyed it very much. Thank you :) I had the sweet potato with a side of green lime sauce. It was delicious and prepared so nicely. All sauces are made fresh too. It is such a nice atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating. Very clean inside. Even a bathroom. Always a plus in my book. The workers wear mask and gloves too, which is nice. They have a good menu with many selections. You won't be disappointed.

Happy that Sproutz is still thriving! I go about once a week and am currently hooked on the cauliflower pizzas. They have new GF cookies that are also very good.

I walk by this spot every day and I feel like I've been waiting for them to open for over a year! When I saw people inside tonight I told my boyfriend to place an order for dinner. The packaging is neat and the ingredients were super fresh! We both ordered poke bowls for pick-up and were amazed at the quality and quantity, especially for a spot in Brickell. It was totally worth it and we can't wait to try more of their menu items!

Really good food!! And the price was fair for what you get!! The vegan options are really good!! We got spaghetti squash with pesto and the vegan wrap . Definitely we come back! the only "but" is the time we were waiting , more than 20 mins , maybe because the Dave deliveries but they were on three ... is the only thing thats why I didn't give 5 starts ! Let's see next time!/ promise I will write a new review if I see a change . Same way I I use this to get info I want to be useful :)

Terrible service and food. The manager Pete threatened my husband when we called to get a possible refund over the food that didn't even look edible. For a comparison I ordered the poke bowl with salmon. Why is the salmon half cooked if it is a poke bowl?? I wouldn't even feed this to my cats. The second photo is carrot express in dadeland, where the customer service is much better and the food doesn't look questionable and where they don't threaten other people to physical harm. We've reported the matter to corporate.

Sproutz is very average. I got an alternative meat burger and it was very average. Actually a little below average. The menu states "all burgers include a side salad" and my burger was in that section but the manager argued with me that it's a "different" burger so it does not come with a side salad, even though the menu said it does. Then, I got home and the burger was not made from Impossible Meat or Beyond Meat. I have no idea what it was, it was a generic veggie patty. I specifically said I did not want a veggie patty, and she assured me it was one of the above name brands. I personally will not return. My wife got a veggie wrap and said it too was average. I'm not sure how to mess up a veggie wrap, I guess it's the veggies they choose. I do not believe Sproutz is needed in Brickell. They seem to have good juice and smoothie options for $7-10, as do 10 other locations in a 3 block radius.

More consistent than nearby competitors and puts more protein in their wraps than nearby competitors which I appreciate.

Ok so there are many places that look similar to Sproutz saying they are fresh, healthy and all of the above. Sproutz is the only place that I have been to that actually makes the food fresh made by a real chef. I'm talking no microwaves no quick heat up this place is the real deal. Because of that the food is incredible. You can tell the chef really puts great effort into making the food taste like this and that can not be faked. If you visit this place try the lentil soup it's BOMB!

Exceptional. Great quality with healthy and nourishing options. A little pricey but portions are enough to have left overs. Not sure if the hummus is house made, but it's the best hummus I've had in a long time. My new favorite place. Thanks Sproutz.

Amazing service and such good vibes from the staff even though I got there literally at the last minute! I got there at 9:58pm and they close at 10pm and they were all happy to work after hours for my order!! Special thanks to: Yudis, Caro, Isma, Naty, Allison, Angie and Blade :)
