Spuds Loaded Baked Potatoes

The food was great in flavor, loved the oxtail egg rolls, however my order was wrong. I ordered the shrimp and crawfish plate and for whatever reason, they added chicken, I was a fourth of the way through the meal before realizing it!! I do not digest chicken well, so that sucked to have to pick it out! That could be danger for someone who has an allergy to something they specifically didn’t offer! Please make sure you triple check your making peoples order right!

I heard about this place from couple of my friends and wanted to try it so bad that as soon as my daughter moved within 10 miles radius I asked her to bring me some of their Seafood dressing back to Austin. It did not disappoint. One of the young ladies came and met my daughter when she got lost and was so very sweet. Thank you so much!! I will definitely be coming back when I come to Houston.

I mean the food is great! I’m not a food critic but I did need to add extra butter and seasoning to my potatoes but that’s just my preference I feel the serving size and options are off the chart delicious but the service? 👎🏾 on the evening of 9/10 on Wednesday after 4pm or around that time I came to pick up a online order. I stood there in the Texas humidity, mosquitoes and empty lot for 10 minutes staring at my order on the counter ready and bagged ready waiting on the other side of the glass. I rang the bell I waiting in clear view. Nothing. As I’m walking away no longer wanting to deal with whoever lacked proper customer service skills the young lady walked up obviously knowing I was there the whole time. I was very short took my food in left. Then thought… she was actually comfortable delivering that type of service? Can’t be the first offense but why even be there? Anyway. Bang on the glass I guess is what is needed even though I could see her and she seemed to hear fine so the bell was bluntly ignored. For the drive not worth it. This is for the location on Alabama st.

My family and I went here last night. A little dissatisfied as I ordered a steak and shrimp potato but it came with only steak and chicken. Steak and shrimp was written on my box. Also none of the fixings that were listed on the website that comes on my potato was actually on my potato. The lady there was working alone so the wait was a little longer than expected. The taste was okay but I was definitely expecting a bit more. Hopefully they find the help that they need so they can better facilitate their orders.

The food was absolutely A-MA-ZING!!!! And I mean amazing. Flavor profile was there in all things ordered. You can taste every bit of love used to prepare the food. Portion sizes are phenomenal. My husband and I ordered stuffed potatoes and fried chicken wings. We were pleased with everything. Staff was nice and excited to serve you.

My food was absolutely fantastic. I had fbe mango habanero wings and french fries! The wings were seasoned well and the sauce gave it the perfect kick! The oxtail eggrolls are to die for. I definitely will be back again.

We selected pickup received the order was surprised at the weight they did not disappoint the meats were definitely there with the flavors that accommodate the pallet well worth the price

The food is awesome! I had the oxtail spud but once they ran out of propane and another time, they ran out of chicken. I was inconvenienced but they found ways to compensate me.
