The food was very good. It took way too long to get it. I think they had more DD orders than they could handle. All in all it was very good.

Amazing food. Amazing service. Not bad on the price. This dish in particular is Birria Tacos. Normally I order it with rice. But the owner says they made it with Ramen noodles. And no lie this is the best BEST dish I’ve ever had. Go there and try it out

Nice small dining area with friendly staff and live Karaoke. The food was pretty bland. Has a salsa bar with a variety of salsa.

Everything was going great. I ordered fajitas with no tomato or bell pepper. They come out with tomatoes. I asked to have it remade. Instead of remaking the cook dug the tomatoes out leaving small pieces. They brought it back out. Asked to have a new one made like I asked for. She takes the plate back. The cooks answer was to cut the meat in half and but a bed of raw onions on the bottom. I asked for manager she was rude and did not seem to care. I asked her to either make me a new plate or just take it off the bill. She rudely tell me she will take it off the bill and tells me not to come back. Ended up going by Hardee's for a burger.

Very inviting atmosphere and allowing us to immediately choose our seating. Gabrielle is our wait person. Brought drink&chips and salsa. Food came quickly and lots of it.

Me and my Girlfriend stopped and ate here on our way home today . This place use to be a country buffet to our surprise it’s a Mexican restaurant now so we had to give it a try and we weren’t disappointed! The chips were hot and fresh , the salsa bar was well stocked with plenty of variety and flavorful . Our server was very attentive and friendly . Whenever our food came out it was hot and fresh plates were cool to the touch meaning this food was made fresh not thrown into a microwave to be heated . The taco racks are a great touch tacos remained crispy throughout my whole experience we will be coming back to this place !!

Everything we've tried here so far is very good! The establishment is clean and the staff friendly. The Ceviche was incredible!

El perfecto! Thursday night karaoke . Tuesday taco. Fun food and friends every night. They do have an excellent authentic Mexican menu, but also Italian dishes, such as pizza spaghetti and lasagna a fully stocked salsa bar and you can even get a large margarita.

Came here on the way home from Asheville and the group was craving Mexican. Reviews for this place were pretty good, so figured we would give them a try! Most memorable thing about it was their salsa bar! Over 12 or so dip options two different tomatillo salsas, as well pickled jalapenos with lime! All the salsas that I tried were all very good! Service was quick and food came out relatively fast. I got their enchiladas verdes with shredded chicken, sauce was very good, the shredded chicken was a bit dry, but overall I would definitely suggest this place!

The most delicious dish ever! I normally order the Birria tacos with a side order of rice. But the owner recommended I try with noodles in the broth. Her son had just made it and tried it, and it was the best thing ever. So I said sure let's do it. It was probably the most amazing recommendation she has ever given me. That dish makes me suck my fingers lol. Everything about Mr. Habanero is amazing. The food is delicious. The staff is very quick and courteous. The space even though it's on the smaller side it is beautiful beautifully decorated. And always clean. I have zero bad words to say about this place. You will probably see me there at least twice a week ordering Birria Noodle Tacos!( what I called them because she hasn't come up with a name for them yet)

This place is very good! The Birra Tacos are really good. Everyone is super friendly. The salsa bar is great so that you can get exactly what you want. Love it and will definitely be back.

I miss the previous owners of this restaurant and their menu. We recently ate at Sr Habanero and the food left a lot to be desired. It had no flavor, the rice was mushy and both meals were cold. Not warm, but cold. I don't know if they sat in the kitchen waiting for someone to bring them out to us or what. It wasn't busy at the time we were there, so I'm not really sure why the delay in getting our food. We drove 45 minutes with the anticipation of a meal like we have always enjoyed, unaware that this establishment had changed owners. What a disappointment. We won't be returning.

This place is so amazing. It's small in the inside but the food is incredibly delicious. This is hands down my favorite Mexican restaurant. The staff here is super friendly. The place is always clean because the staff prides themselves in looking clean. My bf and I love the food here. We come probably 1x a week anyways go and try them out. They don't disappoint

Delicious from start to finish! Love the salsa bar! We had a party of 7 and everyone got something different and all loved their choices. Especially the birria tacos with the dipping sauce.
