BEWARE! One of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had.
I parked at this mini plaza — just like several other cars — while checking reviews to decide where to go and waiting for a Zelle transfer from my husband. I was quietly sitting in my car when a man suddenly came up and started YELLING at me to move. He said it was private property, took photos of my car, and threatened to tow it. I asked, “Are they going to tow me with the car?” — that’s how absurd the situation felt.
I told him I was planning to go into the liquor store, and he barked: “Then go RIGHT NOW! You can’t just sit in your car!” Excuse me?! No signs, no warnings, just aggression and total disrespect from the start.
They could be serving the best food in the world at the lowest prices — I am never coming back. If this is how people are treated from the moment they arrive, I want no part of it.
Business owners really need to pay attention to who is representing them (or their neighbors). This kind of behavior drives customers away.
Customer service here = ZERO.
