We arrived for a late lunch and had our choice of tables. The server was friendly and helpful with the menu. The salad rolls were fresh with a delicious peanut sauce! And the fried shrimp egg rolls were a hit. But the star of the show was the crispy chicken and the house rice. The chicken breast was so tender and moist with a light crispy breading! And the three sauce selections added fun to the dish.

Google
Little mom and pop Thai restaurant in downtown Gresham. The food is very good, I did the beef and black pepper sauce from the house specials, and my wife had the pineapple fried rice. Pineapple fried rice has a nice unique flavor here, different from what I've had at other place, but delicious regardless. The black pepper beef was very good as well, sizzling hot served on a platter, and more veggies included than are listed on the menu, mushrooms, carrots, cabbage, onion, and I think one other in forgetting. Very cute restaurant and good food and service, will go again.

Google
I always order the Thai ice tea, salad rolls with chicken, green curry with chicken and sweet rice with mango for dessert. Food is delicious. Surprisingly, not a busy place for dine-in. Most people are picking up orders to go. Friendly service. Dont judge this book by its cover. Would recommend. Enjoy!

Google
I normally get drunken noodles but it didn't have enough vegetables so I tried a different dish with ginger. I was not disappointed at all. It was delicious. I asked for it spicy and they listened. My friend got the Tom Yum soup and that was good too! I would recommend this place.

Google
I hate giving low stars or poor reviews… primarily because it means the place or item didn’t meet minimal standards. We found this place over priced ($17 a person for us) -1 ⭐️, small portions -1 ⭐️ & sweet & sour not so great (would be a 1/2 star but can’t do that). It’s hard to mess up chicken pad thai so it’s always what we order first when trying a new place. Food was good so 1 ⭐️ for that & service was fine so another ⭐️ for that. One ⭐️ for getting the order correct & being quick (we ordered online). We ordered food to go on May 23, 2022. First & last visit. Ordered 2 extra sweet & sour sauce which tasted like orange vinaigrette. They gave us 3 cups filled 1/4 of the way. Had I known that I guess I would have ordered 12 extra sides 🤷‍♀️Waste of plastic, waste of time & was still hungry. The egg/spring rolls (can’t remember which they were) were okay but the sauce wasn’t. Thankfully I had some Panda Express Orange Chicken bottled Sauce that helped a bit. I recommend Thai Delicious out in Tigard if you are ever that way. Good portions, great food & service. I live closer to Gresham & was headed to a meeting so we tried this place.

Google
I've been here five+ times and it has been very good each time, I highly recommend! I ordered a beef noodle dish that I didn't like once, but it was still made well if you enjoy more savory tastes then you may like it.. Every other time I've got something spicy with chicken and loved it. I get my food to go most of the time because I don't like listening to other people talk and this restaurant is rather small so it's hard to be considerate. Their food travels relatively well too because they use good quality togo boxes. Thai tea is yummy (no boba). Chicken quality is superb, it's my preferred meat when ordering here because they seem to nail it every time no matter if it's fried or in a noodle dish. They have a spicy scale of 1-5, I choose 4 and that is enough spice to hold me for weeks, but your taste may very. Lastly, it's priced well for the portion sizes which is great, again, I'd definitely recommend!

Google
I rarely give a place 5 stars, but when I do it checks off EVERYTHING on my list. This place is nice and cozy, excellent customer service, and the food has the best flavors. This restaurant is authentic and the owners are really Thai. I have been to a lot of restaurants and this one is the best. The only thing I don't like was the parking, but a little walking is worth the food. I totally Recommend this place.

Google
I don’t like to give bad reviews because I love food and I will eat almost anything… but I left feeling like we wasted our money. Way too heavy handed on the chili peppers. We both like eating spicy food but it was almost in unpalatable. My husband ordered the larb salad and we both could barely handle it. I ordered medium spicy for my beef salad and it was a bit more bearable but the sauce was way too sweet and the beef seemed slightly undercooked. Was slightly grossed out from the sweetness and texture of the beef. I added salt and ordered rice to try to even it out. Whatever the dressing was it tasted cheap and gross. I can handle spicy if it’s a really good dressing but it was not that. Slightly disappointed at recievong Lipton tea also. We ended up paying $46 with tip included for two salads, water, one lipton tea bag and a small bowl of rice. Not worth it.

Yelp
food: 5/5 service: 4/5 ambiance: 4/5 we ordered the pad thai (not pictured because it was devoured immediately), the crab fried rice, and the pad eggplant! everything was so flavorful, fresh, and had "wok hei". i came with my family on a friday afternoon and this place was empty, but seems to have lots of takeout orders rather than dine in customers. some things i noticed while waiting for the food: the chef in the kitchen wears a hair net while cooking!! there is also a TV in the restaurant playing netflix shows- our waiter kindly positioned the TV toward our table and checked in on us once throughout our meal. he was very kind! overall, i would love to be back again. the flavors and service were immaculate!

Sweetness H.

Yelp
Oh yeah!!!!!! I love Thai food and this is a Gresham Jewel for sure. The food was so flavorful and made with Love! I'm very particular when it comes to the Peanut sauce and it was perfect, creamy and sweet! Shout out to the Server she was very attentive and answered all my questions. I will definitely be back soon.

Sherria F.

Yelp
Green, Red, Yellow curry dishes Oh my. So many to choose fun and always fresh and delish. My new favorite is the green avocado curry dish. Service/staff/food 5/5

Rudito B.

Yelp
Delish Thai food on Main Street in downtown Gresham. We ordered chicken pad Thai and shrimp glass noodles. Both dishes were perfect.

Sue S.

Yelp
Very friendly small restaurant. The spicing is just right here! I've ordered a lot of different Thai dishes here, and it's always been good!

Clem C.

Yelp
A nice "hole in the wall" restaurant that isn't much on interior decor but excels at really good Thai food. The Pad Thai was okay. Loved the E1. Prices are lower here than the place down the street and it is well worth giving it a try.

Thomas K.

Yelp
Had the cashew chicken entree. It was great. I loved the sauce, and the chicken was perfectly cooked. Will definitely eat here again the next time I'm in the area. Oh and the gentleman the helped me was very friendly.

Natasha K.

Yelp
It was okay. The chicken in the green curry had an odd barnyard taste to it? Can't really describe it but it was unpleasant but the spice and flavor of the curry was excellent. The fried rice was good but needed extra seasoning as it was a little bland. The Thai iced tea was great and it was fairly priced! Many of the other Thai places I've been to really gouge the prices of their Thai tea but I appreciated that it was on the lower end however, 3/4 of the cup was ice. Oh well. It was still a good meal overall

Jay S.

Yelp
Ordered larb chicken with sticky rice and pad tofu. Food was on sweet side but they have chili oil to make it better. Sticky rice was not cooked just right. Larb was ordered spicy but it was good spicy for me but not enough for my nephew who eat spicy.

Yelp
Street parking with Overall: A cute restaurant that seems to be family owned. Location: If you're showing friends and family around the Portland/Gresham area, this neighborhood is perfect with all the different shops and cuisine types. Parking: Initially, you'll think there's only street parking but there's a free public parking lot around the corner that isn't too far from the restaurant. I came here on a Friday night and didn't even had to fight for parking. Food: We ordered the curry on the chef special that had pineapple, it had a bit of a kick to it with minimum amount of flavor. My girlfriend and I thought that the Pad Thai had way too much sauce on it but we do try our best to eat healthier, so I'll let you be the judge. One thing that we did notice is that the server never asked us how spicy we wanted our food, so if you want it a certain way, make sure to ask. Service: I wouldn't say it's great or terrible. We never got checked on during our entire meal but he did bring the food and extra plates out fairly quickly.

Yelp
I have been going here for years and the food has always remained authentic and delightfully flavorful. The flavors coursing through each dish exemplifies the skills of the restaurants knowledge of Thai cuisine. In result, my taste palette was satisfied and fulfilled. I would also like to mention that my nationality is originated from Southeast Asia. So, to say that the flavors are extremely tasty is nothing short of an exaggeration from me. My mother, son and I decided we would dine in on a beautiful Thursday afternoon. We ordered the Appetizer Combination, Pad Thai with Seafood Combination, Crab Fried Rice and Thai iced tea. The Crab Fried Rice was seasoned perfectly. The Pad Thai was savory and mouthwatering. The appetizer combination was delectable as it included Egg Rolls, Chicken Satay, Fried Shrimp and a dish called Seven Heaven (Ground Chicken wrapped in deep fried tortilla skin). The service was great and very inviting to my son who wanted to play with the fishes at the fish tank. Will be here whenever I am craving Thai cuisine.

Rachael C.

Yelp
Favorite new Thai appetizer, never knew this was a thing, but the Seven Heaven was a little crispy deep fried tortilla filled with only chicken and could be dipped in peanut sauce or any of the other sauces. Had crab fried rice which was also delicious and had big chunks of crab meat. Yumm. Will return for sure

Eric B.

Yelp
I'd give this place 6/5 stars if possible. Cute little hole kn the wall w amazingly flavorful food and a great price. I ordered the Siamchai with chicken and it was out of this world good. Very good portions for the price, 14 and change. Super friendly staff and the food is prepared very quickly! Grab a window seat for a nice view of downtown Gresham.

Timo W.

Yelp
best lunch deal during the week I order E2 every time. Secret sauce is to die for! best way to get in is the back parking lot.

Jackie A.

Yelp
This place is small but cozy. The food was delicious and the service was quick and friendly! I only wish there was more vegetables in the Yellow Curry, but still really tasty.

Chase M.

Yelp
Ok i gave it a second go, another year i bought the 'entertainment guide' coupon book. More on this later. The good, they are so friendly. The portions are good, the place is clean, good ingredients, and they have a coupon out (bogo up to $8) $9 for chicken, porl, tofu entrees The bad, they...are...not...spicy!! I mean its thai!! You need to make me feel it. I went mild, medium, and in my words 'xtra xtra xtra super over hot spicy!' What i got... my 6yr old ate down like mothers milk. Now he eats some 357,000 Scoville sauce i have at home, but he sweats and pounds water after!! Now to specifics Fried spring rolls : they took a bit long so they gave an order to us free! They were so crispy, perfectly done, and so perfect in the middle... def hand rolled. The sauce was off the charts, but was probably not in house made.. Pad thai : chicken was white and lovely, the flavor wasnt amazing though. Pad kee mao : chicken on point, huuuge noodles, and well amazing sweet soy flavor! Tom noodle soup : same chicken, pad thai noodles, and very very amazing flavor... fyi this isnt the coconut soup you may think... i would say this is a great thing to get any day, any time. I went up a star, why? 2 fold, they are so nice!! That and i got the lesser of the noodles last time. The pad kee mao is always the way to go.. always, the pad thai here is a miss.. the soup w/ noodles did the trick.

Matt F.

Yelp
Awesome pineapple fried rice. Awesome pad Thai They have an entrance. Really good food. And fast service. Very pleasant. We will definitely return.

Hamzah L.

Yelp
We ordered take out the other day and the food was just okay. The white rice seemed old and was not very moist. The yellow curry had a strong taste that took away from the normally creamy coconut flavor. Overall, could have been better.

Samantha W.

Yelp
The Laarb was delicious and the Thai Iced Tea was just what i needed. The menu had so many options it was hard to choose. My dads Pad thai disappeared quickly so i know he loved it too.

Tran L.

Yelp
Pretty good Thai spot. In the heart of downtown Gresham. The Pad Thai in my opinion was better than the Pad See Ew. The Papaya salad was very good. Thai iced tea is super sweet(which I don't like). Their spicy scale is spot on! You can select 1-5. The Pad See Ew is a bit on the salty side, but the Pad Thai was perfect. At first, I thought the Papaya salad was not spicy, and was a bit disappointed as I ordered it to be a 4 star, but took a bite and I was wrong! It was perfect, had a good kick! Will definitely be returning.

Thuan H.

Yelp
We ordered the pad kee mao (tasty but small portion), papaya salad (tastes like papaya and carrots mixed with fish sauce, not much flavor), and the Tom yum soup (flavorful, white meat chicken- although dry). The table started off empty. No condiments on there, I guess that's fine, just felt a little off. The service was great very prompt when we got in because there was no one else there on a late night. I had to send my papaya salad back because I asked for spicy and there was literally no spice. One of our empty bowls we asked for had some grease inside of it but I just wiped it off. Prices are a little high, but I guess if you can't find Thai food elsewhere I can see the reasoning. The pad kee mao was tasty and probably one of the better dishes we ordered. Highly recommended. Would come again if I were lazy to drive into town to find Thai, but would not order the papaya salad again.

Anjelica G.

Yelp
I personally think this place is very good. I picked this place over the Thai bistro and did not regret. You can tell it's family owned. Very sweet people. I appreciate the atmosphere here too.

Charlie K.

Yelp
Amazing authentic Thai food! We usually get shrimp pad Thai, crispy basil chicken and our son likes the sweet and sour chicken. The team is so happy and friendly! Thanks so much!!!

William N.

Yelp
We are frustrated we didn't give them a chance sooner. Absolutely amazing! Fresh rolls were awesome, Pad Sew Ew (Sp) and PangNang Curry were amazing. First place to have a mild PangNang by request

Amanda C.

Yelp
Not very impressed by this place. I ordered take out but the inside of the place seemed dirty and wasn't very inviting. The staff was bland, not much emotion. I ordered the salad rolls and seafood Pad Thai. The salad rolls were nice and fresh but were on the bland side. The peanut sauce was almost to thick and was more like a peanut butter. Not bad but not great either. The pad thai was very sticky and almost soggy. The flavor was SUPER sweet and didnt appeal to me. There was an okay amount of seafood but nothing about this place made me want to come back.

Jean B.

Yelp
So, I ordered 3 items for pick up. 2 we're good. Their fried vegetable lol egg rolls w chili sauce. Never dissapoints. Sticky mango rice. Portion getting smaller. But . The entree this pick up, Tom Ka Ga soup, I ordered no meat. No soy. Mild, only standard veggies: tomatoes, onion, mushrooms( generous amount). I got home, I got No tomatoes in my soup. A bit hot( spicy). I called and asked if they ran out of tomatoes? The man said no. You didn't order it. It comes standard and you told me that was one of the soups ingredients first time I ordered. I got tomatoes that time. No response. O.k. He asked if I was coming in that night. I said no and that was the end of conversation. Ummmmmm

Kristan H.

Yelp
I've been coming here regularly for three years and not once have I been disappointed - only once was my order messed up, and they happily remedied it. Food is consistently good, staff always friendly and helpful. As of 5/3/21, it is takeout only.

Kristina S.

Yelp
Great food and great service! I have been twice in the past week and have been very satisfied with everything I have ordered. The yellow curry is AMAZING, especially if you love coconut milk in your curry. The Pad Thai is simple yet delicious, the portion was large too, we had plenty to take home for later. Service was great, overall a good experience!

Cydney F.

Yelp
The delivery was quick, everything was there and the sticky rice and crab rangoon were great. It's fantastic that they don't upcharge for the sticky rice like most places do. Everything was packed safely, and I'm happy that I didn't have to cook dinner. We had ordered both dishes spicy, and neither of them had any heat. The green curry had a little flavor, but the lemongrass chicken barely tasted like anything, and once you got past what I think was peanut sauce on top, the chicken itself and the vegetables were completely unseasoned. We had ordered the curry Thai hot, and the lemongrass chicken hot, so it was really disappointing. It might have been OK if the flavor had been good without spice, but it wasn't. I understand that most Thai restaurants in the Portland area cater to a really timid palate, but when I order something spicy, I would it to taste like someone at least placed a pepper somewhere NEAR it.

Jacqueline D.

Yelp
First time trying this restaurant. Because of Covid-19 I decided to do delivery so I cannot comment on the location. I am a Thai food nut. I have eaten at most of the Thai restaurants in the area. This food was very good. I had Massaman Curry with chicken and spice level 2. It was delivered in a timely manner and was piping hot. I will definitely try other dishes from this restaurant

Dave R.

Yelp
We ordered two entrees and two appetizers for takeout; pineapple fried rice, vegetable pad thai without fish sauce, egg rolls, and chicken satay. The pad thai was pretty bad - my wife took two bites - that's all she could handle. The vegetables were all very over-done and the dish tasted like it had been cooked in ketchup. I drove the 15 min back to the restaurant to return the pad Thai for a refund. The owner would only refund 50%. I realize a business has overhead, but happy customers will be repeat customers. Needless to say, we won't be. The rest of the food was edible, but bland. Nothing to write home about, and not worth the trip. If you're looking for good Thai in Gresham, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

Chris W.

Yelp
Small whole in the wall that puts everything into their food. Love their potstickers and garlic stir fry

Robert H.

Yelp
The service is reasonable and prices are too. Overall the food is very good compared to other places in the area. We have visited at least three times and sometimes service didn't seem real personable or attentive.

Julia G.

Yelp
I like em. They've always had decent grub, albeit, over priced considering portions and the "grab and go" feel of the establishment. Watching it over the last few years, seems like less attention overall given to details (piles of random things and some garbage stacked out in the open, odd furniture stacked in corner). I like this place and I'd go back for those "rainy day - let's grab Thai and watch Harry Potter all day" times, but there are other options in Gresham with comparable prices and much improved experiences if you're looking for a yummy, leisurely sit down meal with some pals.

Susan B.

Yelp
Tried ordering online and received an error that it did not go through. Called the order in instead. Enjoyed most of the food (they forgot my sticky rice) but than received a phone call that my order was ready. I told the caller what had happened and they told me they were charging me for the order anyway because I placed it online. I explained there was an error and they insisted I come pick up the food. I told them I was not and told them I have proof the order didn't go through. They didn't care and said I was going to be charged. Will now have to dispute the charge through my bank. Sadly, will not be returning due to their lack of customer service.

Kal C.

Yelp
2.5-3 stars. It really wasn't busy, but the experience felt like they're always unprepared for new patrons. In short, the service sucked. Not only was it slow, it was cold. The waitress was one of the most depressing, dry people I've ever met. Not to mention, they brought my husband's plate out 10 minutes before mine. Unacceptable. He didn't want to be rude, so he and I shared one bite of his food and waited, waited... Portions were small. Took a long time for the check. However, the food was good. Their Thai drinks are delicious. There are so many other restaurants in this immediate area. I doubt we will be back.

Shaena P.

Yelp
Exceptional food, efficient, friendly service. The crispy basil leaves on my chicken and shrimp were so good. Glad we discovered you, we'll be back.

Andrew W.

Yelp
Service was inattentive. We were the only ones there in a late weekday afternoon. After a period of time the girl finished with her phone and we were given menus. Twelve minutes later we were still the only ones in the restaurant. As we were about to leave she came and took our order. Crickets....... Within a reasonably long time she brought our food. The food was quite nice and we liked it. We won't be back until we read that the attention payed to those who pay the bills has improved. Just a block away is Thai Bistro. I just posted a review on them. They seemed to appreciate our business.

Rene U.

Yelp
Best Thai food in town! I love Pad see ew. My server is so nice and the food is delicious. You will not be disappointed.

Greg J.

Yelp
Great service. Pad woon sen is out of this world. Fresh rolls and accompanying peanut sauce are very good. IMHO this is the best Thai restaurants in Gresham of those that I've tried.

Bill L.

Yelp
Awesome. Friendly people, great food, very clean. My favorite place in Gresham.

Melanie T.

Yelp
We enjoyed pad se ew and chicken fried rice for our date night. The service was exceptional and dinner was so delicious

Shelley S.

Yelp
Bommmmmmmmb! This food is amazing and the employees are kind and have wonderful arti There curry is bomb --- but the entree curry portion is the same size as the lunch to go ..... and it's like three dollars more for dinner

Michaela A.

Yelp
The food is amazing! All the times I've come here the food has such good flavor. Customer service from 1 waiter in particular could use some work but other than that everything else is perfect. If you've never tried tai tea before this is the spot to try it! I will definitely be back again.

Gisela C.

Yelp
Best Thai food in Gresham! I come here about every 2 weeks and it never disappoints! Highly recommend the tofu pad Thai, and chicken one too! Great service, very friendly!

Jenn L.

Yelp
This is truly my favorite Thai food place! So delicious and friendly! I'd eat her once a week if I could! If you haven't been there you need to go!! So yummy!!

Dave D.

Yelp
This place is the best choice for Thai in downtown Gresham, based on price and food quality. The owner is a nice guy, and really makes an effort to connect when you come in. Sometimes if you get takeout, he'll hook you up with a free spring roll while you are waiting. His curries are usually very, very good, and are what I usually got. Probably one out of 10 times or so you will get a batch with spices not quite at the right level. But they are so good usually that we will take our chances and keep ordering it. His noodle dishes are also good choices, and we'll often get them. I have had better thai soups before. They were abit watery and didn't have much chicken or vegetables to make it a meal. I would stick to the curries or noodle dishes. His prices are pretty typical for a suburban thai place, but compared to the other major thai choices in Gresham, his are much more affordable, which is one reason why I select this place over any others in Gresham.

Steve C.

Yelp
Good big portions. Friendly, funny chatty staff. I can't stop ordering the yellow curry. Lots of bamboo shoots. Thai food how it should be. Affordable, simple, hefty portions.

Christina M.

Yelp
Was craving my favorite Thai dish and saw the good reviews. Not sure if the chef was having a bad day, but my Pad Ke Mao had little vegetables, it lacked flavor, chicken was dry and worse part was the noodles were drenched in oil. Now I have a bad taste in my mouth and my stomach is upset and I didn't even eat half of it!!!
