Google
I was happy to see this place as it’s a refreshing, unique eatery in this area. I had the spicy hotdog, and it was yummy!. They had different sauces - I recommend the sriracha mayo. Loved that they had different fruity drink flavors. The styling was cute here.

Google
Pretty good place. I ordered the spicy hot 🌭 It was pretty and the prices are reasonable too. I would not recommend having sugar on it, and they have a bunch of sauces to try from as well.

Michael Boyd

Google
Very trendy food as I've seen these blow up on social media amongst foodies. It's alright. I got a creamcheese fried stick one rolled in sugar. It was decent. Also wasn't crazy expensive either and was very filling.

Google
I am a big fan of this new chain. Located right by the entrance and former Starbucks. Their hot dogs are made fresh and delicious. You can get savory or sweet and they have drinks as well. There's also a lil seating area inside. Prices are reasonable and service is really quick

Andrea Betances Flores

Google
Delicious fried treat ! Prices are very reasonable and just such a good treat for a warm day where you want something fried/comfort food. I ordered the mozzarella spicy sausage dog and my friend the spicy sausage with no cheese. We were both impressed.

Ben

Google
$11.38 for two items. Made to order. Fried fresh. Filling.

Google
Extremely savory and full of flavor. If you get tornado fries, definitely eat it first, as it absorbs moisture really fast. I will be going back for the rest of the menu

Google
Great hotdogs and they make it in front of you! Sometimes basic is the best and this place knows how to do it right! The cheese is soft and the breading is just the right amount! Just in the front of the mall next to the merry-go- round in front of the food court on the 2nd floor!

Yelp
Ssong's Hotdogs has become a cult favorite in HoCo. With the rise of Korean favorites trending due to influence such as KPop, Korean style hotdogs have taken the scene. My favorite is the spicy hotdog, but ask any of my friends and they each have their favorite ranging from potato mozzarella to the one with nori. I enjoy getting the sweet chili sauce to dip my hotdog in. I haven't tried many of their drinks yet, but I would like to in the future. I have tried the pink lemonade, and it's pretty good. I don't taste any food coloring and the sweetness is refreshing and not overpowering. Like Auntie Anne's or Cinnabon, it's become a staple for me to pick up a Ssong's hotdog while I'm at the Columbia Mall. The service is always pretty quick and nice, and the prices are very reasonable.

Yelp
Cheddar Korean Corn Dogs at Ssong Hotdog is phenomenal! Everything we got was delicious but my favorites for sure are the Cheddar Sausage and the classic Potato Mozz Sausage! Be sure to pair the meal with some Pear Juice, I get it everytime it is so refreshing!

Sophie K.

Yelp
This was a super yummy appetizer/snack. They give you about half of a hot dog wrapped in a TON of cheese, and corn dog breading. They also have options to add potatoes on top but I didn't love them, they were a bit dry and made it a little too big to eat. They also rolled mine in sugar which was an AMAZING addition. The reason I did not give 5 stars was because there was hardly any hot dog in it, it was mostly just cheese, good tasting cheese though. If you are a big cheese fan, then you will love this. I also got lemonade which was alright, i think I'll stick with water next time. Another thing I enjoyed was the abundance of sauce choices. Their staff was friendly too. Overall, I would recommend!

Regina S.

Yelp
I spoke to the manager about the mozzarella dogs. He was very understanding and provided 3 mozzarella dogs that were excellent. Great customer service and the dogs are very good and appreciate the great customer service. Thank you

Kathy P.

Yelp
Just watched a K-drama last night in which the main characters ordered Korean hotdogs for a snack. I didn't know a Korean hotdog restaurant existed nearby, but THANK goodness there are!! Ordered potato crusted mozzarella & sausage, rice cake & sausage sticks, fish cake stick, and their regular corn dog. All very delicious. A bit pricey though for what they are, but definitely a treat once in awhile for sure.

Yelp
As of 2022, Ssong's Hotdog is keeping the once-thriving carousel area of Columbia Mall alive. Flanked by an empty ice cream shop and across the now-closed Starbucks, this humble little Korean hotdog stand serves up freshly fried, golden corndogs in all various combination of flavors. This is my second time here. Menu items range from your regular corn dog, to mozzarella and hotdog They also have several drink options available too. I got the Asian pear, which is still my favorite so far, but I do want to try the other ones. Curious to try the other flavors so I will definitely be back!

Frances G.

Yelp
I tried out the potato hot dog with a friend. I loved the crunch and cheesiness! The interesting thing was that the interior were mini hot dogs lined up on a stick, not one big hot dog like how we see it in America haha. I got sriracha Mayo on the outside, it wasn't spicy, which is great for everyone! There were 5 different sauce options you can pick from. Overall, the taste was so good! It was so flavorful, fresh, and crunchy. There was a slight wait, but it was so worth it. The staff were friendly and kind. I'll definitely go back and try another item, it was a great experience!

Eimy B.

Yelp
My brothers and I shared the mozzarella stick. We really enjoyed it, it was a lot more than we anticipated and plenty for all 3. It had a lot of cheese, the breading was crunchy and fluffy, not overpowering - which we really loved. We asked for the sriracha Mayo and it paired really nicely. Customer service and price was excellent. The only reason it's not getting 5 stars is because it wasn't cooked all the way and the cheese in the middle was cold.

Ieshia T.

Yelp
I'm heart broken. I was extremely shocked to find out they took my favorite item off the menu! No more potato sausage hotdog Josh, please know we are upset about this change. The "new" potato mozz sausage hotdog is a third of a premium hot dog with 2/3 cheese . I'm not happy at all. I brung two friends with me to try Ssongs for their first time and was heart broken. I can't describe exactly how I'm feeling but I know you follow yelpers can understand when you have come to depend on a certain food item and it's a longer available or they change the recipe. It reminds me of what cheesecake factory did to the shrimp scampi. I am really in my feelings. But also disappointed that they took it off the menu. Oh well . . .

Julia P.

Yelp
Maybe it's my LA level expectations, but I was very disappointed with Ssong's hot dog. I'm a huge fan of Korean style corn dog and I ordered the Mozzarella corn dog and was shocked at the tiny portion & the price tag (~$6). Unfortunately the dough was very mushy and not crispy nor chewy. I decided to opt out for frozen version of Korean style corn dogs from Hmart and air-fry it myself. Sad.. was really looking forward to this spot.

Amanda W.

Yelp
We tried the mozzarella hotdog on a stick. The cheese pull was terrible because there wasn't a lot of cheese. The overall taste wasn't bad. I liked the fried potatoes and the combination of everything was tasty.

Nikita D.

Yelp
If you're looking for the perfect cheese pull, this is the place! Ssong's is one of the best places in the dmv to get a Korean hotdog. Each hotdog is made fresh to order and there are a wide variety of options to choose from. I always get the mozzarella spicy hot dog, which is not that spicy. The breading is perfectly crunchy and the cheese is evenly distributed throughout the hotdog. There multiple sauces to choose from and you also have the option to coat it in sugar. This is easily one of my favorite stands in the mall.

Kristine N.

Yelp
Great Korean corn dogs! I've tried many Korean corn dogs and this one is one of the best. Whatever they use for the batter makes it's sooo fluffy--other places just come out thin or hard. The corn dogs are a decent size, as some places are either too big or too small. They make it to order and fry it to a perfect golden brown too. My go to is the half and half mozz sausage and the seaweed spring roll stick. I thought the seaweed spring roll stick would be underwhelming at first, but it's so addicting for some reason!

Larry M.

Yelp
One of the good people that follow my page, suggested this spot. When I looked them up it took about a half a nanosecond for me to decide to go. This joint has breaded, deep fried, hot dogs/sausages on a stick!! Unique places like this one, always excite me!! Let's GO!! Where I am: @ssongs_hotdog_us . Location Reviewed: 10300 Little Patuxent Pkwy., #2605 Columbia M.D. (inside The Mall of Columbia) . Menu Includes: Their Ssongs hot dog (deep fried beef hot dog), a mozzarella stick on a stick, a mozzarella + sausage on a stick, a spicy sausage, a spicy sausage + cheddar, a potato covered mozzarella stick, a spicy seaweed spring roll stick, a fish cake stick, waffle fries, Asian pear juice, lemonade, & iced coffee. . What I reviewed/rating: Their potato sausage hot dog (a a sausage covered in fries, deep fried, with honey mustard sauce $5.50) STAMP!! Different, crispy, savory...NOTHING LIKE A CORNDOG!! The crab stick, stick (with Old Bay seasoning $4.20). PASS. If was real crab meat, it would've been a hit. Their spicy sausage dog (with sriracha mayo $4.75). STAMP!! Again it tastes nothing like a corndog. The breading is crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. The cheddar+ sausage dog (with Asian Chili sauce $4.75). STAMP!! Cheese makes this dog even better. Perfectly melted, with crunch and the spice from the dog...Winning!! Lastly their Ssongs Ice Tea & Their Lime Mango Juice (not pictured $2.67 each). STAMP!! They were simply delicious!! . Customer Service: Excellent. Greeted, and serviced swiftly. . Online Navigation: Simple. No fries were available on this day at this location. . Parking: Mall Parking. . Recommendations: That Spicy sausage with the cheddar & spicy mustard (not pictured)...GET IT!! =STAMP =DELICIOUS =DECENT =PASS =NAH #Bigschlimsreviews

Yelp
Always have to get one whenever I come to Columbia mall!! My go to is the potato mozz sausage hotdog I love the crispy potato outside and then the switch between mozzarella and sausage as I eat it. Service is quite fast and you can watch them make it. Usually you are able to get your food within 5-10 min. You can choose to get your hot dog coated in sugar or old bay, I always opt for the sugar cause I like a little sweetness and it's more traditional of a Korean corn hot dog.

Melody Y.

Yelp
Came here on a Tuesday afternoon. There was no line and ordered 2 corn dogs. It took about 5-6 mins and you can watch them dip the inside into the batter and fry it fresh for you. The mozzarella corn dog: the batter was very light and crisp. The mozzarella filling was good. The cheese was hot and stringy. I wish it was a bit more filled with cheese. After biting into it, parts of the corn dog looked hollow. Overall, pretty yummy! I'd come back to try other flavors

Mia L.

Yelp
It was because of a Yelp Elite Experience that I was introduced to Ssong's and I've been in love ever since. During my last visit, I decided to try some different menu items: the mozzarella cheese stick and the potato sausage hotdog. This time, I also let them dip the sticks halfway in sugar to see what that was like. Needless to say, I enjoyed those as well. I highly recommend you get anything on the menu that includes cheese because it is soooo cheesy and good.

Jane K.

Yelp
Hands down, if you are looking for one of the BEST Korean hotdogs, Ssongs is the spot!!! Customer service is amazing! I love how the company makes the hot dog from scratch. So what are you waiting for?! Your taste bud will thank you. I promise. (:

Sandra S.

Yelp
I decided to finally try this place after always seeing such a long line at the mall and seeing various reviews on tik tok. I got the potato mozz stick. I was a bit apprehensive on trying this because whenever i walk by, the smell is very strong, just smells like old oil. I actually wanted to try the mozz spicy dog, however they sold out of hot dogs, so i settled for the potato mozz stick topped with sugar. It honestly was blah, nothing special. I was shocked as so many people love this place. The customer service was okay, nothing too special. As i was eating it too, i just felt my arteries clogging up. I will be willing to try the mozz spicy dog when I've had an amazing healthy week. Otherwise, I'll pass.

Yelp
SSong's is a standout in a good variety of food stands in Columbia mall. The sign said they've been around since 2013 and after one bite I understand why. Visited for the Yelp perk and added a few more hot dogs to try (although I hesitate to call it a hot dog as it is so much more). First time so didn't know how they were prepared. From what I saw they are deep fried-coated with breading and filled with cheesy goodness or topped with French fries, etc depending on what you order. Hot Dog/Sausage choices are beef or chicken & they also have Fishcake & Seaweed Sticks. The potato mozzarella stick and potato sausage stick were our favorites. Slight salty in the sausage/hot dog and you can taste the quality. I don't know how they make the fries stick to that bread coating but the combo was amazing and pure comfort! We also ordered spicy sausage and mozzarella + spicy sausage and Crab Stick. Enjoyed all of them also except the Crab stick does not have lump crab as we like it in MD. Besides the usual condiments, they have specialty dips also- Sriracha Mayo & Sweet Chili. Service was friendly and moved fast and the hot dogs are fried to order. So good to see they will have a location opening in Towson!

Cynthia P.

Yelp
I have been waiting to try these Korean corn dogs for so long! And it did not disappoint. I love that they have a window where you can see them make their creations. I got the potato mozz stick which was very cheesy. And my niece got the seaweed spring roll stick which tasted like a fried spring roll. Highly recommend when in the Columbia, Md. area.

Yelp
I think the reviews here speak for themselves. Ssong's Hotdog is a MUST try. It's even worth the hour-ish drive if you're coming from Baltimore/DC. I've never had Korean hotdogs before, but it's been on my 'to-try' list for a while now. I was curious about this place since it was located in a mall and tucked away on the second floor. I quickly realized that it's way better than it leads on, and much better than anything in the food court on the first floor. I ordered various things on the menu: spicy premium hotdog, mozzarella stick, potato hotdog, Ssong's hotdog, rice cake, and pear juice. I had a few of them sugar coated too, which brings the flavor to the next level. My first bite was magical. The crunch, the flavor of the breading, and the juicy premium sausage made a unique tasting experience. Not to mention, their sauces are fantastic! My personal favorite is the honey mustard. None of what I ordered disappointed, all the hotdogs were consistently crunchy, fresh, and delicious. My only complaint is that the pear juice was a little too sweet. I ordered once, took a stroll around the mall, and came back for more - that's how good it was. So if you're around this area, you have to try this place.

Molly F.

Yelp
What a fun addition to the mall! I've wanted to try Korean hot dogs for a while and these did not disappoint. I ordered on their website and picked up inside, where my order was ready by the given time, but the curbside pickup parking by Main Stage looks pretty straightforward. Employees were properly masked in what looked like KF94s and there's plexiglass. Inside I could see the employees rolling the 'dogs in the breading, so they're definitely made fresh and not pre-assembled. I opted to forgo the traditional sugar coating this time. #1 Ssong's hot dog b(eef): a corn dog, but with lighter breading. #2 Mozz Cheese Stick: this one was my favorite, the cheese is sooo good. I didn't even need any sauces it was excellent on its own. Great cheese pull too. #12 Spicy seaweed spring roll: the seaweed is definitely the forward flavor here. I would've liked to take the noodles a bit more but it was still good. Not very spicy. #13 Rice cake sausage skewer: this had a light sprinkle of breading that I don't think it needed but was tasty and is a good starter for people who have never had Korean rice cakes. Pear juice: sweet but not too sweet, tastes just like the fruit. Beware a large is LARGE. Really enjoyed this, would order again. Sauces: Sriracha mayo: nice little kick Asian chili: teeny kick. a nice version of the sauce you sometimes get with spring rolls. Gochujang: more sweet than spicy, not my fave of the three Overall 10/10 will be back again for a mozz dog.

Rose S.

Yelp
This place is AMAZING. I had one dog with the sugar and one with the potatoes. I tried it with the sweet chili sauce, and it was amazing. They're pretty fast at making them too! Definitely recommend.

Kimberly K.

Yelp
The wait can sometimes be a bit long, but the food is worth it! Delicious food and friendly staff. My favorite item is the Potato Hot Dog and Cheese stick. It used to be the Potato Sausage Hot Dog, but it seems that they removed that option from the menu sadly. Once your order is ready, they call your number and you can select what sauces or spices to add. I also choose the Old Bay and get spicy mayo to for dipping. This location unfortunately does not have the tornado fries, but we hope they add those to their menu soon!!

Jasmine G.

Yelp
This is located on the second level of Columbia mall, across Main Event entrance & the carousel. Got the premium Ssong's hot dog. The outside batter was nice and crispy, but the inside felt undercooked and doughy. The hot dog just tasted like any ordinary grilled beef hot dog. It tasted good but nothing special. It came with a semi-spicy Sriracha Mayo sauce on the side. Also note that it takes about 6 minutes for them to cook the hot dog after you order. Mango aloe drink was good and not too sweet.

Jody M.

Yelp
Wow I never knew how good these hot dogs were! The mozzarella and sausage hot dog was amazing!! There was so much cheese! I used the sriracha Mayo dip and they also coated it in sugar before serving. We ordered five total hot dogs and they came in a bucket with our sauces. Everyone enjoyed their hotdogs and we will definitely be back for more. The Asian pear juice was also delicious. We enjoyed our food outside in the courtyard.

Barbi B.

Yelp
I love them! Corn dogs full of meaty cheese??? What could be better?! How about variations of corn dogs covered in crispy potato chunks with spicy sausage and cheddar cheese or no sausage and all cheese? They've got it all. All kinds of sauce toppings and you can even get old bay or sugar on your corn dog! Each time I ordered, it only took 6 minutes to get my freshly made corn dog. Great service, tasty food!

Steph W.

Yelp
I'm surprised by this place! I got the premium hot dog which does sound basic but in its purest form. Wanted to judge this place based on the simplest item on the menu. Boy was I surprised. The batter was soft moist and crunchy, absolutely not doughy. The hot dog was savory and made me want another bite each time! I'd be back to try other flavors now that I've had the original. Be on the lookout!

Cesa B.

Yelp
This may be good to some but it was not my cup of tea. Maybe if someone explained at the stand what sauce goes well with what, or if you should try the sugar dip...but it just wasn't it. I got the fried mozzarella and spicy seaweed spring roll. They were ok, but the mozzarella is literally a big fried cheese on a stick. The spicy seaweed...meh. It just wasn't for me. You spend about $5 a piece.

Alondra H.

Yelp
Growing up reading manga and watching anime makes one dream of trying so many foreign foods and snacks. So when I saw a couple in TikTok talking about this place in the DMV I had to convince my normie roomie to grab some after work. We bought for everyone in the house and OMG I really love them. This is coming from someone who hates corndogs, obviously these are nowhere near corndogs. The chewy texture reminds me a bit of Tteokbokki but completely diferent. The cheese is soooo good I tried both the Mozz Cheese & Pottato Mozz Cheese! 10/10 Having them with Old Bay is a game changer! Like I kid you not, these BUSSSINNNN A little more cheese wouldn't be either but they are delicious After trying them once, when I was at the Town Center location, I had them too but this time I tried their Aloe Kiwi Juice POPPING BUBBLE TEA LOVERS their drinks are a MUST TRY But, I must share that the people in Town Center location are nicer Overall, I recommend these 2 locations of their store and I am looking forward to try the rice cakes & sausage one.

Matt K.

Yelp
Got Ssong's for the first time and it was not bad. I liked the sriracha Mayo with the sausage but it was kinda small. The sugar on the outside was nice to balance the salt in the sausage and cheese. Make sure to speak up and make sure they have your order correct!

Ayanna S.

Yelp
I had the hotdog with cheddar cheese and it TORE MY STOMACH UP. It was pretty mid. Kind of like something you'd get at Six Flags in all honesty. If you need a colon cleanser this place is the way to go!

Mariana C.

Yelp
So happy they are open again! Their mobile website is super user friendly and online ordering was a breeze :) Fast, fresh, and super affordable! They offer curbside right now, in the middle lot near Maggianos and Main Event there are a bunch of numbered reserved curbside parking spots. We ordered online, paid ahead, and you call to tell them the spot you've parked in. Ready right on time, it could not have been easier! Been craving these for months now and super excited, great quality as always. We got the mozzarella, mozzarella in potato, tornado fries, and the regular hot dog. So tasty! We will be driving back from Rockville again soon :) It's car picnic time haha

Carroll N.

Yelp
Johnsonville premium sausage dipped into panko breadcrumbs then fried. Then you have the option to have it dusted with sugar. There is also a selection of five condiments - ketchup, honey mustard, sriracha sauce, hot red pepper paste, or sweet chili. I tried the sweet chili and honey mustard and enjoyed the sweet chili more. I liked the panko as it's a different way to eat a hot dog and let's face it anything fried is going to taste better. I only wished that they served it on a plate and provided utensils. I put the sauces in the plastic ramekins and tried dipping the hotdog but that didn't work well so I had to pour the sauces over the hot dog. The panko was a bit messy and I got crumbs all over the table. A bigger plate would have contained the mess. I supposed with the corn dog concept of eating it on a stick should make it easier to eat on the go since there are only two standing tables and a small counter area. Next time though I would not add sugar on it. Also I wasn't hungry otherwise I would have tried the Asian Pear Juice. It took a few minutes to cook but it was worth the wait. I came around noon on a Sunday and there was no one in line. Later on around 5 or so I walked by and there was a line of mostly Asians. That's a sign that it's good and well-received. They have a tablet for payment and you can select if you want to tip. It seems kind of pricy for the hot dog alone to be asking for a tip. I don't see the service provided being any different than other fast food or fast casual restaurants that they should ask for a tip. I meant to order the Mozz Sausage hotdog but ordered the Premium Sausage instead. I can't wait for my next visit. I bet the gooey mozz is delish.

Stephen J.

Yelp
I'm going to be honest. The only reason why I had a desire to go to Columbia Mall was to try this eatery. The customer service was personable. I ordered the beef hotdog and the potato hot dog speciality which was rolled in sugar by the staff member. Both hotdogs were cooked to perfection and worth the wait. The hotdog was flavorful and the seasoning had a purpose to satisfy this Yelpers tastebuds! The potato's on the speciality hotdog really graduated this snack into a meal. Unfortunately, they were out of Asian pear juices and I opted for the sweet tea. I don't know who is making the tea but that person needs a raise, it was delicious! The honey mustard and spicy mustard were great complements to the hotdogs. My only issue is the containers were too small to dip effectively and to re-dip. Treat yourself!

Jonathan A.

Yelp
My wife and I had our first outing to Ssong's Hot Dog in Columbia Mall. We're glad we went. The hot dog stand was easy to find, thanks to one of the Yelp photos that showed the mall's merry-go-round in the foreground. We went mid-day and the place was comfortably uncrowded. Would probably be very busy later in the day. We got two sausages on a stick: a spicy sausage one and a combo of spicy sausage and mozzarella. Both were tasty. We agreed that we liked the spicy sausage by itself. The breading looked like Panko breading and was light and crisp. Nice! We got two versions of Ssong's aloe drinks. My wife got the Aloe Kiwi drink and I got the Mango Aloe drink. Both were refreshing and delicious. A pleasant bonus was that they were sweet but not too sweet. (Mango drinks can easily get overly sweet.) We'll be back to Ssong's when we are in Columbia.

Shawnte W.

Yelp
Finally got to try this place when visiting the mall the other day, I'm so glad I remembered because YUM! I decided to go with the regular beef hot dog since it was my first time and I swear I barely took a breath (I should be embarrassed but I'm not) I had my freshly fried hot dog rolled in sugar and paired with the honey mustard sauce and a nice refreshing lemonade. I loved the flavor, with the sugar it was as if my hot dog was surrounded by a delicious funnel cake. The feeling of delight I felt was astounding LOL! Service was good as well, the young lady was so nice and patient and I tried to decide what exactly I wanted but next time I will be prepared for sure (may even order one to take home!). I'm totally a fan and highly recommend checking this place out if you're looking for a quick bite in the mall!

Yelp
This is located right next to the carrousel on the second floor where the Starbucks use to be. It's a stand in the corner so it's hard to miss. They offered a few options from mozzarella filled "hot dog" to a mozzarella + hot dog to just a hot dog (without the cheese. They also offer a cheddar option is mozzarella isn't your cup of tea. Each hotdog cost about $5-6 bucks . They also offer a variety of sauces such as the spicy mayo, spicy mustard, honey mustard, and yellow mustard . There is also a option to put sugar on top when you pick up your order as well. Each order takes about 5-6 minutes wait. I got the mozzarella spicy hot dog and it was delicious. The mozzarella was gooey and has the perfect cheese pull. The hotdog itself was also good with a hint of spicy. The hotdog is however rather small. We had two small pieces of hotdog in our stick. Also I recommend getting it coated with sugar as well. Overall it was good. The outside was crunchy and the insides was nice and gooey from the mozzarella.

Yelp
The gourmet corndog you never thought you wanted. Ssong's Hotdog has one simple idea: can you improve on the carnival classice, the corndog? With a secret in-house batter recipe and a variety of stuffings and toppings, Ssong's created a part time snack, part time meal, all time delicious (and not quite healthy) food stuffs. Start with a filling of classic hot dog, gourmet sausages, seaweed, crab, and other imaginative products. Stick that meat on a stick, dip it in a light corn batter and then cover it with what appears to be crispy rice puffs. Then deep fry that hunk of calories and serve with your choice of sauces from classic ketchup to Japanese mayo to some fancy aioli. While you might be used to a dense, gummy corn dog texture, Ssong's batter comes up spongy without skimpy on the corn flavors you're used to. The unique fillings and optional sauces give you some customization. Did Ssong's Hotdog need to reinvent corndogs? No they didn't, but the resulting guilty pleasure on a stick is one that I'm very appreciative of.

Yelp
Came back a second time. Ended up getting this time the: 11 crack stick with pepper jack cheese $4.50 13 spicy seaweed spring roll stick $4.50 1 ssong hotdog (rolled in sugar) 18 mozz Cajun chicken hotdog $5 Everything was fantastic. I really liked the 11 and the 18. The 18 was a new offering. The class 1 is a perennial winner too. Don't forget that sugar.

Whoever put me on to ssong's, thank you! I have walked past this place many times and I can kick myself for letting this be the first time I have tried them. The 3 I tried Cheese Seafood Sushi We're amazing! I don't know what they are doing, but I enjoyed it so much. Who knew food on a stick was still a thing? I was thoroughly surprised! The siracha sauce is a game changer. Go get you some ssong's the next time you are in the Columbia mall!!!

Yelp
This little food nook is located upstairs by the old carousel location, just above the actual food court. I came here around lunch time on a weekday. I ordered three hotdogs and two beverages that came out to just under $20. The hotdogs are hand made, fresh as you order. However, with three people making the order and one taking your order, I waited about 8 minutes to place my order and another 10 to receive my food. Only one other order was placed prior to me standing in line. The food was hot, but I don't think it's worth the hype. The best part was the pear juice.

Yelp
Great place to treat yourself to a delectable delight. I stopped in on Saturday while I was working because I had a craving. This was only my second time coming here but won't be the last. I chose to get the potato mozzarella stick this time. Gooey melted mozzarella covered in crispy potato. The potatoes are cut up in small cubes like hash browns. I didn't get any dipping sauce this time and didn't really need it. The service was fast and friendly. They only had two people working but they were extremely efficient. Only took 10 min from ordering to eating. I took mine today as it was a perfect food to eat on the go.

Yelp
This is a Great place for korean style hotdogs. Cool spot for it as soon as you walk in the mall past the carousel on the (main event) side. Thanks to my sister I decided to give it a try. We tried the sausage, cheese and crab stick. I saw a bunch of options. I love sauce of course and decided to try the siracha Mayo! They had spicy, siracha Mayo sweet Chilli, hot etc. I also saw a lot of people getting their "dogs" dipped in sugar. Always a long line! Great idea and a nice touch to the area.

Yelp
I tried the tornado fries and a pear drink. The pear drink was really good. The tornado fries were seasoned with some kind of ranch powder maybe. They ended up being really crispy like potato chips on a stick. This with the spicy Mayo was really good.

Yelp
I get the Asian pear juice anytime I'm at the mall. Wish the hotdog part was bigger but the potatoes are super crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

Yelp
This place is a must! I've been wanting to try Korean hot dogs for so long and I'm so glad it lived up to the hype. I got the basic Korean hot dog and a specialty one, the seaweed spring roll. The basic Korean hotdog was delicious. It was extremely crispy and perfect biting into it. I got sweet chili sauce and honey mustard as dipping sauce. Both were delicious. The seaweed spring roll wasn't very good. The spring roll was only filled with nothing else. Honestly I was kind of disappointed with the specialty roll, but I would still give this place 5 stars because the basic Korean hot dog was amazing.

Yelp
Great intro to Korean corndogs, quick, clean, and friendly. We enjoyed the original, half cheese half sausage, and the potato corndogs
