The Biggest Restaurant Openings in Las Vegas, November 2025 | Eater Vegas

"An outpost of Hollywood’s iconic Saint Felix has opened at the Bend, a new restaurant and bar hub in the city’s southwest valley, and stays open late for locals craving a midnight mezcal mule or watermelon martini. The restaurant and lounge’s menu spans a series of skewers as well as risotto balls, hot chicken sandwiches, chipotle shrimp pasta, and four-cheese macaroni with bacon and peas." - Ryan Slattery

Saint Felix Sin City is one of those places that instantly feels special the moment you walk in. The beautiful interior and uniquely designed space and artwork sets the tone for an elevated but fun night out. It works just as well for date night as it does for groups, parties, or even large gatherings—there’s also a private room that’s perfect for celebrations. The food is standout. The sampler platters are great for sharing, and there are solid vegan and vegetarian options too. Highlights from our table included the braised beef, Malaysian steak skewers, risotto balls, Magic City ceviche, blackened chicken fettuccine, and the LA churro waffle—everything was flavorful and thoughtfully plated. The award-winning food is matched by an equally impressive drink list. Signature cocktails like the Stockholm Syndrome, Purple Reign, S’more Espresso Martini, and Watermelon Martini are creative, balanced, and fun. Happy hour, late-night dining, dinner meet-ups, and after-work drinks all feel right at home here. What really elevates the experience is the amazing, friendly staff. Service was attentive without being overbearing, and everyone made us feel genuinely welcome.

Awesome place with a speak-easy vibe. Love all the decor and the vibe of this place. I ordered the Vegan platter and it was amazing. I've also sampled a few other things like the ceviche, and all were wonderful. Friendly staff serving up some custom cocktails is a plus in my book. I'll be a regular here for sure

St.Felix had a great vibe. I would describe it as swanky moody industrial chic. Danny, our server was very attentive. We met Billy, the manager and had a nice conversation with him in their private party room, which you can rent out. We spent time talking with one of the owners, Doug, who came over and sat at our table and bought us a round of drinks. Everyone was super nice. They serve small bites to compliment the cocktails. They have vegetarian options as well. We enjoyed the selection of music and the various screens displaying older video clips which added to the overall atmosphere. They hope to add a DJ in the near future. Would definitely recommend stopping by and we will be going back soon

Saint Felix Sin City, another newly opened restaurant at The Bend, which is rapidly reaching critical mass on dining options. Atmosphere: Half strip club, half circus. Flashy and saucy, from the violently purple oversized throne, the neon lighting and chandeliers illuminating the black rooms, goth accent walls, pin-up playing card motif, a collection of nightmare-inducing skull bottles, and mounted TVs rotating clips ranging from Soul Train to Salma Hayek's iconic scene in From Dusk Till Dawn. Plus the posted directive to employees to "Moon Walk Out of the Bathroom". Food Mac 'n' Cheese Cup ($9, Happy Hour cup size): Super cheesey without somehow drowning the pasta shells in goop, nicely toasted top, crunchy bacon bits, firm peas, and a discernible thread of spice and smoke. Drink Stockholm Syndrome ($17) and Purple Reign ($16): Both colorful and were on the sweet end of the scale. Value: Prices a touch high for the food, about average for the cocktails, but wares were interesting enough to make me want to return to try more of the menus. Service: Perky and pleasant from Pia and Jamie at the bar, good vibes from the doorman and host.

This place is great. It has a kind of goth/BDSM vibe to the decor. The music was a mix of genres, with stuff like Midnight City by M83 all the way to more pop type stuff, but I enjoyed it all, and it was loud enough to hear but not so loud as to make you raise your voice to be heard in conversation. Our waiter Daniel was very attentive. Cocktails were great, as was the food — I had the boneless braised short ribs, and risotto balls for an appetizer. There was a group of 9 of us, and they had a couple of large tables that could fit our whole group. If I lived locally, I’d definitely be a regular here.

Google
This place is perfect for a date night or girls night. The ambiance is perfect. Gives up scale and speakeasy vibes. I got the vegan platter and it was so good. The Mac and cheeze was creamy but different in the best way. They put a good twist on it. The cocktails were perfect. There were more vegan things on the menu that I need to try.

We had the pleasure of being invited to the soft opening and it was incredible in every way! The decor and attention to every little detail blew us away. It’s for sure the new happy hour/girls night spot! The Thai deviled eggs, braised short rib, watermelon martini and chocolate espresso martini were amazing!! Can’t wait to go back :)

Yelp
St. Felix is not a bar. It is a sanctuary disguised as nightlife. It is the place you stumble into when the desert heat has cooked your brain just enough to crave something better than the same old Vegas neon graveyard of half baked ideas and watered down drinks. The moment I walked in, I felt that old electricity. The kind you only catch when a room is built by people who care about atmosphere. Not pretend to care. Not consultant deck care. I mean actual soul in the walls care. The cocktails hit like friendly ghosts. Smooth, clever, delivered by staff who do not treat you like a burden from the tourist dimension. Every drink felt tuned to the room's pulse. Every bite of food made me think someone in the kitchen actually wanted guests to be happy, a rare and suspicious thing in this town. The bartenders have that old world magic. The kind of people who should be characters in a novel about spiritual weirdos guiding lost travelers to salvation through mezcal and charm. They know what they are doing, they love what they are doing, and the whole place feels like a living organism because of it. The energy was perfect. Beautiful people, great music, and a vibe that feels like it is just beginning, the spark before the wildfire. You can tell St. Felix is rising while everyone else downtown is still figuring out how to plug in the lights. If you want a spot with heart, flavor, personality, and drinks mixed by people who actually give a damn, this is the portal. I will be back again and again. Five stars. Easily

Yelp
Saw this Restaurant just opened across from IKEA at The Bend in South Summerlin. Was totally blown away. Amazing Food and Drinks! I loved the Watermelon Martini Cocktail and the Braised Beef and Malaysian Steak Skewers. Such an amazing experience Service was so spot on and friendly. They even gave me a tour of the whole space. They seemed genuinely excited to work there which is refreshing A much needed gem off the strip Will be back for date night. My girlfriend is gonna love it!

Yelp
We went to check out a new, very cool lounge last night that just opened here in Vegas. The name may be familiar to you as there is also a St. Felix in Hollywood. The place is gorgeous and the food and drinks were excellent. They have a large dinner menu with many great choices for both myself and my wife who is vegetarian. Large monitors played BnW cult classic movies while an eclectic mix of music from artists like ZZ Top, Kool and the Gang and Danzig provided the soundtrack. Velvet wallpaper and neon fixture's dominate the space and there's a private back room you can reserve for parties. Get over to St Felix Sin City. You will love it!

Yelp
Found a new restaurant at The Bend, on the corner of Durange and Sunset. St. Felix has a wonderful ambiance, fantastic service and amazing food. It's a great place for groups, after work drinks, parties, and intimate date nights. The spices and flavors gave our appetisers a lovely new twist. My husband and I shared the St. Felix Sample Platter and took some home to enjoy later. My husband LOVED the malaysian style steak skewers and wagyu slider. I leaned more toward the fried chicken slider and devil eggs. We look forward to going back and trying out more menu items. Thank you!

Yelp
From the food, to the service to the amazing atmosphere was probably the best I've ever seen in a long time. Also, the craft cocktails were amazing.

Yelp
Attended soft opening and opening night. These guys did not disappoint. Food and drinks were amazing. My friends also loved the food. Get the wagu skewers and risotto balls. Staff is very friendly and professional. Area is up and coming and will only get better with time.
