St. Louis Incredible Pizza Company

Was a good family time day for us it was great! New rides and games since we last visited. The buffet was awsome! Spent the day there and had plenty of timeno rush to get to all games/rides to try out and kids liked. Staff was fast/friendly/helpful for any questions or concerns if needed.

Great place to take the kids. We went for my sons birthday. The place could have been a little cleaner, but not to bad. The price was $40 for the buffet, 3 activities (rides) and $25 worth of video games. We spent 3 and 1/2 hours which was plenty even with it being crowded. The food was decent. Pizza, taco bar, pasta bar and salad bar. It was fun and the boys loved it.

Our granddaughter had a fun afternoon. My husband and I had the 19.99 each razzle dazzle online special which included the lunch buffet, $10 game card and 2 attractions each . Child was free being just 3. The two game cards kept her happy for a couple hours in the Tiny Town room ( which has several kiddie rides and games and a McDonald's playland style climbing /slide cube )and the arcade. She couldn't really do the attractions yet ( not tall enough) so we saved those on the card for another time. They did let her ride the go karts with grandpa. (Gosh it took a long time to get going on that even though there was no line) ...She was thrilled when grandpa won her a giant ball in the claw machine. The place is huge and seemed very clean with several dining rooms and party rooms and large buffet area. It didn't feel crowded at all. The pizza was good and fresh as well as the taco bar and salad bar. The other food looked less appealing ( there were hot dogs, pasta, chicken strips, soups- kinda dried out looking) . I would suggest stick with the fresh hot pizza! Also they had desserts including soft serve ice cream, cookies, cobbler. The folks working the rides and tickets were all young people and could've shown a bit more enthusiasm / customer service skills but they were ok. Any left over stuff on your card never expires so we will go back sometime ( although you do have to buy the buffet to enter for each person so it's probably worth it to get one of their online deals that includes game card....otherwise you'll be paying more for your kids to play. ). Keep your card ..the prize lady kept one of mine but I should've asked to keep it. Overall a good experience and a good rainy day indoor activity. I would say any age kids through teens/ young adults would have a great time. Seemed like would be a nice birthday party venue as well.

Have been bring our 5 kiddos on vacation for years. Came this year and hate the new style of operation, no timed play. And all games were rip off prices. We've spent thousands here over the years but with none of the rides being open for long or often and the a large portion of games that were down or glitched out., the food buffet was sparce and nowhere near the 150 items.. used to be..... but Not worth the money anymore. Do not recommend

I should have left when we were required to go through metal detectors and have my purse searched by a police officer. The place is disgusting. There was trash everywhere. People left trays, trash, stacks of cups on the tables and it was still there when my family left an hour later. The drink station had used cups, some with drink still in them, just sitting there. Drinks were spilled and not cleaned up. The pizza is extremely cheaply made, but the price is outrageously high. The dessert bar had stale, tasteless cinnamon rolls and small plastic cups of marshmallows with slight drizzle of chocolate syrup. Nothing there was worth the almost $17 per person buffet price. Nothing had seasoning, at all. Cardboard pizza, dessert that looked like it had been purchased at a dollar store and had sat out for hours, bland macaroni and cheese, sauceless and unflavored noodles, the list goes on. On top of that, there was a $6 “service fee” slapped on our (family of 4) total, making it over $70 to eat at this disgusting, nasty place. We should have turned around when we saw the police there taking our items as we walked through the metal detector. That’s right, a supposed family place has a metal detector. No other places, including family eat and play businesses, in this area have to have their guests walk through a metal detector. It seemed no one was even working there. Kids were running break neck speed through the establishment without anyone, including their own families, saying a word. I saw kids slipping and falling at least four times. It’s really no wonder this place is shutting down. I smelled beer, marijuana, and crack cocaine inside the business and out in the parking lot, with several police officers right there. I know if I smelled it, they must have as well but did nothing to stop it.

The food is Amazing! I love how they have so many choices, especially because I am a picket eater.nice place and ok service

Their pizza is so light and fluffy. Seriously, so good. Also you can request any pizza and they bring it right to you personally. Hot dog bar. Salad bar. Potato bar. Taco bar. All you can eat and drink. Paid 45$ for ultimate play and it came with 6 attractions. We were they almost 5 hours and they finally used all their card. Friendly staff. Laser tag. Bumper cars. Go carts. Roller coaster and a 3D virtual movie theater. Lots of games and great selection of prices. Will visit again.

Incredible Pizza is an experience I’m going to miss. When I took a bite into the pizza, a tear went down my eye. It was truly incredible. The place was clean, and employees were actively making sure it was clean. Please don’t close incredible pizza. When I left I started tearing up. I can’t believe it’s gone. The metal detectors and signs aren’t incredible pizzas fault. They can’t control the type of people who try to enter (iykyk). Incredible pizza surely lives up to its name. Many others and I are going to miss it. Thank you Incredible pizza.

There's more food options than I expected. Reminds me of a "Cicis Pizza". They have armed security at this establishment . You have to in through metal detectors, and I have no idea why. The place feels kinda retro, but they have good games for the kids. Indoor go kart, laser tag, and your regular arcade Dave and busters type gaming. It's definitely not a place I'd go out of my way to visit again. The staff just seem like they're only there for the paycheck. I like the retro themes, the 50's/60's diner, with old flicks like "leave it to beaver" playing in some of the dining areas.

What a difference a year makes, I took my grands back to incredible pizza . And the experience was totally different. The roll coaster has been removed. That was my granddaughter's favorite after the go carts. The games seemed to be more difficult to win E tickets. My grandchildren are naturally gamers. And there were more of those large video game ( like motorcycles you sit on to play the game. The food was subpar and the in constant need of replenishment. But the food bar was clean . Then there was the incidents. The fire alarm kept going off. That were all false alarms. But it was very distracting and disruptive. The alarms work. When the alarm sounded. All the systems shut down. And it takes about 5-10 minutes for the employees to get everything up and running again. But whatever you were playing or ride was lost. I found out afterwards when I got home that the employees gave out free pass and refund to people who stood in line to complain. ( I didn't do this) because of the chaos that was already happening. And I didn't know that it would be beneficial. The only thing that was the same was the quality of the Employees. Still friendly ,helpful and kind.

Decent, it was a little expensive though and they were understaffed from what I could see. They did the bare minimum, which sort of matters, I suppose. Parking lot was huge, very roomy. Inside as well, too. I had enough fun, the arcade is designed mostly for kids in my opinion so things like rollercoasters and the theatre are your best bet for fun. There are lots of claw machines, which was nice. Very amusing, I like claw machines. The buffet food was mostly sad in my opinion. It was stale, and it didn't taste as fresh. Pizza was okay. Everything was okay, but I am going to just clasp my hands together and wish for a better arcade in STL.

This special place tucked in south county away from the Movie theatre and behind the Fitz' Root beer deserves some praise. PLENTY of parking If you're not going to Eureka far away for Six Flags, this is the place to go with your kids! Maybe younger teenagers to play and older teens to have a play date to young adults. Rollercoasters are ran every now on the half hour or hour so make sure you get ready in line! The staff is well trained by Trevor. I hope they give that guy a raise. The staff seemed they know what they are doing but could use some boost of energy. The salad bar is fresh which is surprising. You can chill out as parents in the seating area! There is also movie premieres in there too!

The buffet is quite large, consisting of pizza, pasta, salad, desserts, chicken oot pie, tacos, baked potato, I left stuff out even. The service was quick getting in ad staff were friendly. But lets get to the main attractions here...the games/attractions. Bowling, 3D theatre, go carts, laser tag, bumper cars, a spinning ride and soo sooo many video games. We got the $45 package that includes the buffet, $35 in game play and 6 attractions PLUS $10 off your next visit. We spent the entire day here. Adults and kids alike had a blast.

Incredible Pizza Company is an amazing place. I spent my childhood here and I'm glad to see it's still busy nowadays. I'm glad kids and adults of all ages can enjoy the fun this place brings. IPC is a pizza restaurant, with many buffets and quite a few "themed" dining rooms (you can eat your pizza/buffet food in the movie room, or the diner room, etc". There's also a large arcade and arcade rides and go karts (these are so fun). The food is surprisingly fresh and the arcade is kept up well. The low reviews must have not experienced the nostalgia of this place.

Came for a birthday party! It was so fun. Everything was fresh and the party room was set up nice.

Me and my family of 7 came during Black Friday to get away from the holiday shoppers. It was something nice and new to do. My boys were super excited for all the games and rides. My in laws enjoyed the buffet offered. Will be coming back again!!

First time here and was pleasantly impressed on how clean and organized the establishment was. They offer an amazing buffet with 8-9 pizzas, hot dogs, chicken nuggets, chili, make your own tacos, pizza and pasta bar plus a dessert area. Sorry no pictures of buffet because it was busy and we were hungry . The play arcade area was large with plenty of games to keep kids busy but note that the rides didn't open up until 4 pm and I believe that some of them may have an additional cost. Overall it was a fun experience for us and the grandkids.

What a blast it great place with your family and friends. I really enjoy it here every time. It's so affordable special with the specials in the gift cards. Just come have fun.

First time here went for my son's Birthday it's decent bathrooms were a bit dirty but otherwise decent pizza they seem good at putting things out quickly. Will definitely come back.

Excellent salad bar and great food options for kids. Great family time for kids to run and play. Very interactive time to be with your children with no devices.

Everything was great, was a little pricey, but for what we did and received for the money, all in all, I was very happy. Lots of games and rides for the kids to enjoy!! Security guard was very nice and helpful and friendly.

Had a good time overall. The smell of weed was overwhelming given how big the place was. Food was really good and employees were nice. They seemed understaffed though. A second person at the prize counter would've spared the employee attitude given by multiple customers. It was a long wait but not her fault

Kids had a blast with the games. Food well, not the greatest, out of a lot of stuff. Like ice cream! But the kids had fun and that's all that matters

Very fun place to come in with family. There was one near me that shut down a few years ago unfortunately. The food here is terrific and the desserts are even better. The interior is decorated so nicely and the workers explained things really well and they were all so nice.

Any place with a metal detector is not a positive impression. Also, the salad bar had no lettuce, and what was there was wilted. Pizza was not stocked on the bar either. Bumper cars were falling apart, and the atmosphere was depressing. The staff was not managed well they seemed to not care, and the tables were dirty. Never going back, it's obvious this business is going under. Terrible horrible place to take your family way overpriced.

This is a great family fun arcade and a great place with a lot of food variety. I came here with my family and the service was excellent.

The games are great for bigger kids wish they had more games for younger children and toddlers Would've gave a five start review if they didn't give my whole party food poisoning please do not eat the food .

I'm here for a birthday party and they go-carts, an arcade and more fun attractions. My kids enjoyed themselves here.

Been looking for a place with go carts for my grandson. It was perfect here. There's a variety of food so should satisfy most everyone. The most important thing was he had a grand time.

Food was ok rides were great! Definitely worth visiting again! They had a great time.

I would like a refund. Waited for attractions that were open at certain times, but did not open. I asked to speak to a manager, nobody ever came. I have my receipt. Don't think that's to much to ask.

Kids enjoyed themselves! We attended a birthday party but the attendant wasn't involved and gave less than minimum assistance for the pricing (I'm not the paying parent but this is my opinion!)

The pizza was decent had a game stolen from me at least four times was assaulted and Robbed I do not recommend coming here

Who are all these folks leaving one star reviews haha, y'all didn't grow up with Chuck E Cheese and it shows. This place was a blast! My 14 year old was a little hesitant, thinking it was for smaller kids. We're in the parking lot to leave planning our return! The pizza was like top end frozen pizza but not bad for a buffet. Employees were all pretty nice and the place overall was clean for being full of kids.

Definitely disappointed with this visit I was so excited to bring my family here to celebrate my son's birthday. The quality has definitely gone down since I came last. just hoping my kids enjoyed themselves.

There was a lot of confusion and we only saw our hostess a few times, the food was mediocre but they did solve our problems and give us ten extra minutes.

It is incredibly overpriced for horrible food, disgusting food area, tables & play area you couldn't even ride the rides when you wanted to because they were on a timed schedule & even at the appointed time they still weren't open. would never come back & would highly NOT recommend to anyone

This place is a lot. A lot of fun, a lot of mess, a lot of money, a lot of laughs, and a lot of potential. From a kid's standpoint, I think it might be perfect. There are so many games and so many rides. There is a HUGE selection of below average food, too. Perfect for a kid, right? I know it's a big place, but it was also pretty messy. With just one or two more people with brooms and rags, it could have looked so much more clean. It would be a constant job to sweep and wipe things down, but it just wasn't getting done on the night that I came with my three youngest. It was nearly $100 bucks for 4 of us. They got to play quite a bit, but it still seemed like a lot of money for what we did. There is certainly some profit being had on the game side of things. My kids did have a blast, the games are up to date and all working. I would have hoped that the cards would have held out a bit longer, but alas. There was pizza (not good), hot dogs, salad (pretty good), chicken (the roasted legs were a hit, homestyle veggies (not good), and desert. Really, it was the pizza that was the most disappointing. It's not that tough to get decent pizza. For kids, it's a good time, just not if you're concerned about your budget. The next time we're in STL with the little ones, I expect we'll be back.

Walked in and immediately a younger lady with glasses approached vigorously. We walked over to her and simply asked her about the packages and she had an attitude the whole time. At that point, We decided to leave. Very rude customer service. Find workers that will actually treat customers well. Do better. Dog shit

Buffet was horrible hardly any food out. Foam plates plastic utensils. Not incredible at all. It is a sad day when you have to go thru metal detecters at a kids arcade. Wow. This place has really gone down hill. Not worth 100.00 for 2 kids 2 adults.
