Texas Roadhouse plans to open in Henderson | Eater Vegas

"I see St. Rose Square as a still-under-construction, 465,909-square-foot retail “power center” where the proposed Texas Roadhouse would sit; early plans also called for In-N-Out Burger and Taco Bell among an estimated six dining tenants, and the center reportedly includes unconfirmed expansions for Starbucks, Eos Fitness, Hobby Lobby, T.J. Maxx, and Petco." - Bradley Martin

In-N-Out Burger plans its 16th location in Las Vegas | Eater Vegas

"An under-construction retail hub on the south side of St. Rose Parkway is being built around a planned 148,000-square-foot anchor and is still filling out smaller retail pads; recent filings reveal a Green Valley Grocery convenience store for pad H, a drive-thru Starbucks for pad G-1, a 2,200-square-foot Taco Bell (planned 24-hour operation with a drive-thru) for space G-2, and a 3,878-square-foot In-N-Out Burger for pad E with its own drive-thru and expected 10 a.m.–2 a.m. daily service. The center is still hoping to attract larger full-service restaurants, and opening dates for the fast-casual tenants have not been announced." - Bradley Martin

We went to texas roadhouse, and we waited two and a half hours for a table because they don't take reservations. It was awful. We had little kids and they were starving, and the dad had to take them home and leave mom on her 30th birthday which was sad. When we did get sat, some of our party was at a different table and had a different waitress, and they got served first before us. That was just weird. We should have left after the first hour of waiting. My husband had a salad and it was just terrible. Lucky The birthday girl liked her food so that was okay. This was the location on craig road. I don't think we'll be back again.

We stopped in for Mothers day for dinner my ribs were so tender and juicy but my BBQ chicken not so good way to much sauce on it takes away from the grill taste. Won't order the chicken again But the service was great

Yet another failure of design. Not nearly enough parking for such a busy center. It would be one thing if I occasionally showed up and there was no parking. But when I'm there day in and day out and there's no parking, it's clearly an indication that the architects and the city did not plan appropriately. It's a shame too because there are lots of nice shops and restaurants in the shopping center but getting in and out of there is such a pain in the butt that I don't really want to go there. Regardless, if you're in the Southwest corner of the Las Vegas valley, this center has of the only Costco's in that area, along with a Boot Barn and several other large chains doors. There are also a selection of chain restaurants in the center to choose from, such as Texas Roadhouse, nacho Daddy and In-N-Out Burger. If you don't mind the parking hassles, it's a nice place. Otherwise I'd avoid it because on the daily it's like trying to park at the mall at Christmas in this center.

The bread is delicious, the food & service is good but it is so loud in there, it can be hard to hear everything someone is saying. Also they will not seat you unless your entire party is there.

The traffic in this shopping center is terrible. People drive like they're on racetrack. Prefer not to go there.
