Texas Roadhouse plans to open in Henderson | Eater Vegas

"I see St. Rose Square as a still-under-construction, 465,909-square-foot retail “power center” where the proposed Texas Roadhouse would sit; early plans also called for In-N-Out Burger and Taco Bell among an estimated six dining tenants, and the center reportedly includes unconfirmed expansions for Starbucks, Eos Fitness, Hobby Lobby, T.J. Maxx, and Petco." - Bradley Martin

In-N-Out Burger plans its 16th location in Las Vegas | Eater Vegas

"An under-construction retail hub on the south side of St. Rose Parkway is being built around a planned 148,000-square-foot anchor and is still filling out smaller retail pads; recent filings reveal a Green Valley Grocery convenience store for pad H, a drive-thru Starbucks for pad G-1, a 2,200-square-foot Taco Bell (planned 24-hour operation with a drive-thru) for space G-2, and a 3,878-square-foot In-N-Out Burger for pad E with its own drive-thru and expected 10 a.m.–2 a.m. daily service. The center is still hoping to attract larger full-service restaurants, and opening dates for the fast-casual tenants have not been announced." - Bradley Martin

Texas Roadhouse on St. Rose: Where the Rolls Deserve a Standing Ovation 🥖🤠🔥 If you know, you know—and if you don’t, let me introduce you to one of the best spots in Las Vegas for hearty meals, good vibes, and that broadcast-worthy cinnamon butter that deserves its own fan club. From the moment you walk in, the energy is high and the welcome is real. The staff are friendly, fast, and genuinely seem to love what they do. Whether you’re celebrating something or just craving a steak, they make you feel like part of the family. Now let’s talk food. The fresh-baked rolls come out warm and fluffy, and that cinnamon butter? It’s not just a spread—it’s a lifestyle. Sweet, creamy, and dangerously addictive. I’d come back just for that. But the rest of the menu holds its own. The ribeye is juicy and cooked to perfection, the country fried chicken is crispy comfort on a plate, and the sides—green beans, mashed potatoes, loaded sweet potato—are all top-tier. Portions are generous, prices are fair, and the quality is consistent. The atmosphere is lively but never overwhelming. You’ve got country tunes, line dancing, and a crowd that’s clearly having a good time. It’s the kind of place that makes you smile even before the food hits the table. We’ve been here more than once, and we’ll keep coming back. Texas Roadhouse on St. Rose is a local favorite for a reason—and yes, the cinnamon butter is still the star of the show.

This place has everything you need for retail shopping and dining options. However its so busy, parking is lacking, the traffic flow is horrid as the design sucks for traffic direction. The entrance and street light are too close to the turning off points for left and right and should be closed off to direct traffic towards the rear areas first. Avoid if you can to save the car dings and accidents in the parking lot. They really need to fix the flow into and out of the lot.

We went to texas roadhouse, and we waited two and a half hours for a table because they don't take reservations. It was awful. We had little kids and they were starving, and the dad had to take them home and leave mom on her 30th birthday which was sad. When we did get sat, some of our party was at a different table and had a different waitress, and they got served first before us. That was just weird. We should have left after the first hour of waiting. My husband had a salad and it was just terrible. Lucky The birthday girl liked her food so that was okay. This was the location on craig road. I don't think we'll be back again.

The bread is delicious, the food & service is good but it is so loud in there, it can be hard to hear everything someone is saying. Also they will not seat you unless your entire party is there.

Yelp
I have been to St Rose Square on several occasions during my trips to Las Vegas. This square is actually in the City of Henderson which is right outside of Las Vegas. I've been coming here for my stops at Chicken N Pickle which is a fun pickleball and food establishment. While I'm here, I would stop at Costco Warehouse and get gas at Costco Gas. Most recently, I've offered my patronage and support to Jeremiah's Italian Ice that serves amazing Italian Ice and yummy soft serve desserts. If you haven't tried, you must try! Trust me on this one. Lots of shopping, dining, and other services offered at this huge square. Tons of free parking. I'm sure to be back in the near future. Yelp
What's not to offer up here? We must always remember safety is paramount? Let's explore and examine. All that you need can be completed in one afternoon with one stop simple shopping. This square hosts a myriad of places to complete all your tasks. Stop buy Costco for all your grocery, household, pharmacy, and gas needs. If your just needing a few items now a dollar store is open too. You can visit your local guy and complete your latest hobby endeavor all in one trip. After all that work you might just work up an appetite. Many choices are available from bbq, a local sandwich shop, fresh mex tacos, burgers, a coffee to keep you going. If you really need to spoil those you love they have an In and Out burger too. Let the animal adventures begin. One thing that the parking lot is lacking is safety. While many cross walk are identifiable and signs are visible many drivers do not seem to stop or acknowledge these signs. As a driver we sometimes get lost in the confusion of our day and our own lives. We must be vigilant to ensure not to cause accidents because we are paying attention elsewhere. We all have our lives that we must live, but make sure and ensure that we take into account others individuals safety. It's an average Friday night, you have errands to run. You should always be aware of what's right around the corner. At any time someone can come right out in front of you disrupting their lives and yours. It takes two seconds to slow down. My son Connor, was the casualty of such a terrible tragedy. While out being a young adult visiting his sister in this parking lot, he found himself at the crossroads of a crosswalk where two people made irresponsible decisions. As a pedestrian you are a moving target. On this Friday even, a young mother and her two children struck this boy leaving him going to the hospital. My sons accident is not the first time that a young child went to the hospital because a driver struck them. We all need to be vigilant in our pursuit for getting all our "stuff" done. By slowing down and not speeding can ensure the enhancement of someone else's life. You only have an hour to complete your tasks, if you strike someone you will be delayed even longer. It takes two seconds to stop at a cross walk and wait for the person to cross. We live in a digital realm that sometimes it's hard to focus on reality. When driving, just drive. Focus on the road and all that is around you. Be careful not to injure or interfere with someone else's quality of life by taking away their advantage or ability to perform their daily life activities. Connor will heal in time. This rang his little bell but did it really have to happen. Life lessons are lessons to be learned. Be aware that you never know always give the right away to those that are walking, biking, and scooting along.
