It’s unfortunate that I have paid in advance for such horrible customer service. My mother is older and it takes time to get to the door sometimes the deliver personal isn’t heard so they just leave. The last time was this past Friday. Several times this has happened. Then when I call it in the receptionist has the most indifferent attitude that just makes me so disappointed in the entire organization… she remind me of the the cleaner lady, Consuela, from Family Guy. Literally… she might as well say “no no no, Lemon pledge” in her responses because it would literally make no difference…
I would be upset, but as I stated before I’m just so disappointed that this type of people are in this field. They don’t belong helping the elderly if they have no genuine interest in the elderly or their care.
The organization on the other hand is wonderful…
