This was our first visit, and the place was packed with people. I liked the atmosphere they created — it felt lively and welcoming. However, I wasn’t impressed with the food. Everything we tried was overly oily and too salty for my taste.

Our first time here at the Totem outlet. Delicious burgers - better than our usual burger joint Tipsy Cow. We love the burgers, so tasty and not super greasy. The crunchy coleslaw is delish! We had the waffle fries with burgers, and we like the regular fries more! The hot dog was also really good. Best part, great service at the bar and the music is amazing - not too loud and just the right vibe. Thanks for a great Saturday! ******* Just came for the third time on March 16. We tried the sliders again, like on our second visit last weekend, but strangely, they were served on hot dog buns instead of the regular buns we had last time. Hmm. 🤨 The club sandwich was good, with the classic fried egg, but I was a bit disappointed by the inconsistency with the sliders. I’m adding a photo from today, showing the sliders with hot dog buns compared to last time.

I really wanted to like this place but multiple things against it. First of all. Learn to clean your glasses please. One of our water glasses and one beer glass had lipstick still on them. We overhead the table next to us return 2 of their whiskey glasses for the same lipstick issue on the glasses. Gross. Second. Service. If you are going to greet us and drop off water. Please ask if we’ve been there or if we wanted to get things started or even just say hi. Our server showed very little interest in us. It was not so busy that you couldn’t talk to us. We ended up getting a cold shoulder the whole service and did not feel welcome. We sat on the patio and we saw our server go to all of the tables around us but walk away. Last thing with service, we ordered a flight of beer and she dropped it at our table without telling us what she poured… I don’t remember her name because I don’t think she introduced herself and wasn’t wearing a same tag (or came by enough to notice) but she did have facial recognition piercings. Food was the only slight redemption. The Brussels sprouts were good and the burger and fries were good as well. Liked the different types of burgers and the bahn mi tasted just like the sandwich but with burger meat. Bit pricy but to be expected for the area Not sure I would seek it out again.

We came here for lunch during the week when it wasn't as busy. The service was great, everyone was very friendly and helpful. It has a very nice atmosphere and spacious. The food was very good. We shared a burger and the Buttermilk Chicken Sandwich. The chicken sandwich was amazing and I've been craving it ever since. We will definitely return to this spot when in the area.

Google
Great happy hours and pricing. Buffalo calamari is creative and well balanced with the salad, similar with the street corn, the pouting like dish is great too with retaining crispy French fries. Burger itself has great char and is on a soft bun, but very vegetable heavy like a salad is on top of it. Only complaint is the menu, the whiskey list will not display prices, and no displayed way of substituting your fries for a salad which is desired because of the amount of fried starters you could have.

Google
Burgers are good, really good. Interesting flavors and fusions. Fries were good, nothing spectacular but solid. Calamari starter was amazing. Brussels sprouts not so much. Shakes are really good, definitely a highlight. Update Burgers are still awesome. We tried the Nashville chicken and wow, might be the best thing they make. It was so tasty. Update 2 Quality if the food has gone down. Not sure if the chef has changed or what happened but the wings tasted totally different. Less sauce, less flavorful. The burgers were just not made as well either. The service also is not as good as before. Bummer as I had to drop the rating.

Google
Took my parents here and they loved every dish we have ordered. Definitely recommend it for anyone who wants to eat some burgers or fries with milkshakes. Great place for whiskey flights and old fashioned cocktails. Truffle fries are the best in town!

Google
Very knowledgeable staff in the great selection of beer and whiskey. I really enjoyed the food and they had a great selection.

Yelp
I drove here for my to celebrate my boyfriends first day of work and he had to drive me back. The happy hour drinks and boozy shakes (Washington Triple Berry) had me feeling great. I would highly recommend coming to happy hour and trying any of their apps. We got the loco moco fries which were pretty good. I just wish they were a little more melted/warmer. As for sliders I'm a big back so we got 4 in order to try them all out. Pb&J: By far the best. You wouldn't think it goes well together but the sweetness and nuttiness complimented the burger very well. Fatted Sow: Was really salty. If they toned that down this would be a solid burger. Banh Mi: It was good. I would recommend trying it out. As a Vietnamese American, it was a good fusion for a burger. 571: Solid burger. Nothing exceptional but classic and tasty.

Yelp
Arrived was sat quickly with a small party, checked our ids took our orders came back 15 minutes later refusing service for looking to young, despite both my partner and I being multiple years above 21 and with multiple forms of id. Our seats allowed them to sit a party of 14 instead that had been waiting impatiently pressuring the wait staff. Very disappointing establishment, ruined a special occasion, I would not trust this place with anything that is important. Waitress and staff was still courteous.

Yelp
Food: Happy hour menu was ok. Fried Brussel sprouts - bites are large and hard to eat, but tasty Regular fires - delicious Queso - interesting, not served with many chips. Burger tacos Street corn - ribs of corn...tip you will need to eat like an ear of corn Blue cheese waffle fries - yummy Service: Needs improvement. We had to flag our waitress down multiple times. Towards the end she didn't check in with us and we had to flag her down again to get our bill. Drinks: Blackberry cider - was a bit on the watery side. Ambiance: Loud and crowded.

Yelp
We were late to Silverlake Ramen and they were closed. We needed some food and Stack 571 was still open. Yay! We walked in and was greeted right away. The staff is great and nice and attentive. We ordered the stack 571 burger with waffle fries, Black and Blue with waffle fries and the Poutine burger with regular fries. My son also ordered a strawberry shake. I have to say the Strawberry shake had real strawberries in it and it's one of the best shakes I have had. Definitely recommend. The burgers were great but a little on the salty side. The waffle fries are seasoned and also a bit salty. The flavors are there but if they cut down the salt just a touch it would be perfect. I hope next time I can give it a 5 star rating. I think we'll definitely be back to try it again.

Yelp
Food was great! I had the grapefruit margarita super sweet unexpected but good I opted for a gin and tonic for my second round. The street corn was delicious same with my burger. Fries were tasty and just enough. The queso was just ok. Service was excellent. The only drawback was the patio wasn't open and a family came in with a very boisterous child that really echoed in the space. The family had initially asked to sit outside. The inside space is very open and high ceilings so it makes it hard for conversations with or without children in the space.

Yelp
The burgers are pretty good. I had the truffle fries and truffle mushroom burger. I think the food itself was good and definitely juicy burgers. The downside was that our food took awhile to get to us. I think it was almost 45-50 mins before our food was served and there wasn't even alot of people in there and it was already after the lunch rush (1:30-2pm). The other thing that was odd was that our server that took orders had another server behind her that was awkwardly just following our server perhaps she was getting trained(i dunno) it just felt awkward because the other server wasn't doing anything like fill waters or whatever to make herself busy. She wasn't making notes but just awkwardly standing there and i think most of the servers were not very attentive and were just on their phones. I also felt a little disgusted because there were flies inside the restaurant. I mean i think there are easy fix to prevent this. The biggest issue was probably the food took awhile to get served i mean it was a work lunch so no one really complained or had the assertiveness to actually ask them for a follow up.

Yelp
Oddly enough, I haven't been in a Stack 571 before. After attending a nearby event, a couple friends and I went to the Stack 571 bar for a nightcap. I had the Kentucky Whiskey flight that allowed me to taste 4 samples of Bourbon. It's a great way to try several whiskeys and compare them. There is a very large list of liquor on the menu and the food looks pretty good too. Our bartender was very proficient and checked up on us every so often. Stack 571 is a nice option for food and drink in the Totem Lake area with lots of parking around. I'll definitely return one day.

Yelp
It's one of a weird set up when you walk in. You have to wait to be seated but there is a wood panel faux wall and if there is no one to greet you, you kind of just stand there and hope someone sees you. We peeked around a few times to see if anyone was coming but we finally stood to the side after 7 minutes so we could be seen. After that we were quickly greeted and seated. Immediately after sitting down, our server came to our table and asked if we were ready to order. We said no as we just sat down. When we were finally ready to order, we had to wait a bit for our server to come back. I ordered a blt chopped salad and I was quite surprised by the dainty size for almost $15. And it wasn't even good. I needed salt and pepper but getting our server to table seemed an impossible task so I just didn't eat it. My son did enjoy his burger and the fries were crispy and seasoned well. My husband stated his burger was fine but nothing that was above average. He did ask for a lettuce wrapped burger but it was more of a lettuce topped sandwich. The chicken wings were decent. Flavored and cooked well. The tempura mushrooms was a little bit of a let down. Other reviews highly praised this dish but the batter was thick and not lightly and airy like a proper tempura.

Yelp
First of all I'm shocked seeing 3 star. Because this place is good. I love their burgers. Very yummy and fresh.

Yelp
Came in during the week for an early dinner. It wasn't busy before we sat down but quickly got busy, so it took a while to receive our check. Staff were very friendly, I did feel bad as they seemed pretty understaffed. Food came out quick and was pretty good. They have gluten free buns! Inside lots of tvs with sports on, lots of beer on tap. This place gets pretty busy after about 5:30.

Yelp
As far as mid tier this place is a drop in and out bar which means it's fine not exactly mid but not good. The food gives me if i was a parent at a chuck e cheese eating their pizza while my kid is running around vibes not terrible but not great. Cool spot to chat with the bois and spill monthly tea. Nashville fried chicken was bbq chicken with some black pepper on, gotta get way more heat. Portion was meh cut/bulk not approved
google avatar

John C.

Yelp
Two stars because the food is actually ok and the drinks are good. You just have to wait 45 minutes for your drinks and (still waiting for our food). This isn't the first time. Weird because there's like 10 people working, but only 3-4 tables with people in them. What's up management?
google avatar

Trayon M.

Yelp
We come here often now that the Bothell location closed. We normal have alright service, not that great. This last weekend we returned and they said new policy is they cannot remove cheese on burgers (we're lactose intolerant) and we were told to order something else. When we went inside to use the restrooms as we sat outside, there was only 1 table taken and yet under the remaining tables in the restaurant was food, half eaten sauce cups and silverware under multiple tables. When I looked around staff was just standing around on their phones. We see this often at this location with staff on their phones as we aren't surprised, but very surprised about the lack of cleanliness.

Yelp
I went back after having such a good experience a few weeks ago with my server Colby and boy did I have a surprise in store saturday night. I feel awful for the staff who are clearly working so hard I was appalled to watch the manager come out and scream at the bartender in front of everyone . I was astonished to see her treat her staff in such ways. I saw her go and yell at other staff members after that as well it was terrible . A word of advice to management , treat your staff like people and the hard workers they are . Their the glue that holds it all together and the display all of us saw at the bar on Saturday was just appalling I can't even believe it . My bartender Andrew did an amazing job with his service and drinks and was a great person to and I pray that the managers can get a grip and treat the staff with some respect .

Yelp
We came here around 8:30 pm when options were limited. Even though this place had noticeably lower ratings compared to others, we decided to give it a try since it was one of the few still open. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The food didn't taste fresh, the portions felt rushed, and the service seemed uninterested. After trying it ourselves, we can see why the Yelp reviews are on the lower side. Definitely not a place we'd come back to.

Yelp
We have been there twice in a month so that says something good :) Burgers are different here. I tried their Burger dip the first time. It was tasty but I don't believe is the best one. For me it was like a tasty sandwich on plain bread. The dip was good but didn't match dipping it. So on my next trip I tried the Jimmy Bruger and it was great!!! Meat was soft. Burger was huge. The PB&J one is next on my list. Shakes were good! I had the blackberry non alcoholic version but my party had the regular ones and were satisfied with them. They have monthly specials so ask for them. Ambiance is nice. Not that noisy even being aside the playground.. It is cool and nice inside but I like being outside better. We parked pretty easily by the covered free parking lot a block from them. You can get coffee infront afterwards.

Yelp
Sometimes you go to a place and you just say to yourself "I'm just gonna try something new" even though you know your go to dish is right there waiting for you like a comforting hug. So, you hope that lamb burger you order will be just as good and then you taste that glorious char and lambiness (New word?) and you just nod, yes, yes good choices were made today. Then you crunch into some deep fried mushrooms and you nod some more, indeed good choices were made today

Yelp
I stopped by with a friend after the movies & we sat around the bar & ordered a burger to split & Buffalo calamari. Both were really delicious & are shareable. We had a great time catching up at the bar & were served timely & there were no issues. The atmosphere isn't really bar-ish it's more restaurant for sure.
google avatar

Matt B.

Yelp
Arrived at 5:30, we were seated outside. It took 20 minutes for the server to acknowledge us, and then another 15 to get drinks. We ordered food that actually came pretty quickly, but the Gorgonzola fries were lukewarm and soggy, as was the calamari. The burger was hot but the bottom bun was so soggy it fell apart. Overall not the worst, but not the best experience.

Yelp
Went here for the second time in a little over a month. Went after going to a movie at a different Cinemark. Because I couldn't stop thinking about how great the food was and what great service we had. Did not disappoint a second time. Taking some family there when we get a chance! Yummy!!!!

Yelp
This place is spacious and in the center of totem lake right across from the playground. The interior reminded me very strongly of being seated in the 1970s at a wealthy cowboy's million dollar bathroom. From the tile wall, to the bright white lights to the hill painting over the bar... Service was good here. No complaints. Very mid tier restaurant quality. The menu is classic burger bar. Larger whiskey options than an American restaurant, definitely a full bar menu inclusive of a cocktail menu. They have their own stack sauce that they serve with everything, and which was actually really good. Pricing is average for the area, portions are average for an American burger restaurant and the options include meat free (beyond burger) and gluten free substitutes. Food was good. Good flavors and unique options.

Yelp
Great and quick service... did come at a downtime but I could see them doing this on the regular! Had a beer (selection could be better) and some buffalo calamari... I had to try it! It did not disappoint, quite delicious and no dipping sauce needed!
google avatar

Shawn D.

Yelp
I placed a small to-go order and they forgot my onion rings and sauces. And the burger bun was really mushy. Not a good experience.
google avatar

Angeline C.

Yelp
This place is pretty darn good! Known for their smash burgers which turn out crispy & grilled to perfection. The kids meal is such a great deal at $9.50 with drink & a generous sundae for dessert. I ordered the maple chicken salad and it was just okay.. a little too sweet to my liking. Portion was kind of small for almost $13. Overall, we had a great time and had a great server. Can't wait to try another item on the menu!
google avatar

Alisa Q.

Yelp
Good burgers and waffle fries are a MUST! The staff is friendly and can accommodate burger changes if-needed for dietary reasons. Parking is best across the street in the lot. It's a relaxing place to catch a beer before a movie or take a break after shopping in the area. It's nice in the summer and spring when there's music in the playground.

Yelp
We had a party of 10 ended up outside chatting before going home. Our little four-year-old all of a sudden desperately needed to use the bathroom. The restaurant had closed but bartender was still behind bar finishing up. I desperately knocked and he came unlocked the door and said there are public restrooms, and I asked where he did not know and shut the door in our faces. We could not find the public restroom. I don't know what kind of awful person says no to a four year-old that's desperate for a potty. The service also left much to be desired as I had to ask for condiments three times and was nearly finished with my food when it arrived. The food is OK, but I will absolutely never come here again due to the poor treatment of one of our young human beings.
google avatar

Shannon C.

Yelp
I came here and didn't get a burger, to take that into account ha. But I got the loco moco fries and a salad. Both were tasty overall. The people I was with got burgers and really enjoyed them as well. Overall a nice place.
google avatar

Heather R.

Yelp
Wasn't sure what to expect but went with an open mind. Service wasn't the best and the food was meh. Best part of the meal was the loaded fries appetizer, however they could have done without the paper on the plate under the food.
google avatar

Sheri H.

Yelp
Came in with a friend who lives here. We tried this place out for the first time for both of us. This place has loud acoustics with overhead music louder than the talking patrons' voices bouncing off the concrete. Wouldn't recommend for a date or business meal. I had the burger of the month which had blue cheese and mushrooms. Smallish burger, lacked seasoning. Waffle fries were hard and dry on the edges so ate the middles. Friend had a bacon burger and regular fries and stated it was ok.
google avatar

Hailey M.

Yelp
We had a nice time at Stack 571 last night! We would come back another time. I'm surprised by the negative reviews about the staff because that was not our experience. I thought the staff was the best part about our experience here. They were friendly, quick, and helpful with the menu and seated us rather quickly, The food was good. Nothing groundbreaking, but tasty. I liked that they had the option to sub in chicken breast instead of ground beef for the burgers. The restaurant always seems very packed on the weekend, so be prepared for a 30+ wait.
google avatar

Brian C.

Yelp
Stopped in after a hike with a pretty high level of hunger and anxious to hit neighboring Salt & Straw after. We've been here before and thought it was just okay. Given that the reviews have gone done since our last visit, I wasn't expecting much. Grabbed two seats at the otherwise empty bar. Bartender was fine, kind of in his own world, but we got our beers and ordered our burgers. Aside from a bit more slaw than I would prefer, the burger was really good. Waffle fries were delicious and always a welcome bonus when a burger place has them. The Stack Hefeweizen was also surprisingly good (and a less common find these days). Food and beer, very good. Service was average. Ambiance is nice, particularly if you like the indoor/outdoor feel. Seems like a place that's hit or miss, but on this occasion we were happy with our experience.

Yelp
The milkshakes are to die for. They are so delicious with AND without alcohol! The lucky charms milkshake is my favorite. The Buffalo calamari was nothing we had ever tried before but was delicious! The poutine burger was everything that I missed and needed after living in Canada most of my life. I wish they offered poutine fries as a side option, though. My husband loved his pepper burger. It was the perfect amount of heat. Our waitress was great and our food was cooked and delivered so quickly. The seating is a little tight.

Sue C.

Yelp
I skipped trying this place earlier because of the bad reviews, but our experience was great. Their outside sitting area is very nice, the whole vibe & people watching is great. All three of us liked our food a lot, we had a caprese grilled cheese, blackened salmon & the burger of the month. It was slow to get seating, the host was MIA, but once we were seated the service was good. I'll definitely go back.
google avatar

Suejung J.

Yelp
Very carnivore friendly place, we ordered at the bar and confirmed the burger patties are cooked in butter. I got two patties with cheddar, and asked for only salt on the burger. It was within my dietary requirements and was cooked perfectly. Friends got the fatted sow and absolutely loved it. Didn't get a photo since it was killed off so quickly, everyone was very happy we came in here on a whim and will definitely come back.

Nodno L.

Yelp
This place is right next to our movie theater so we sometimes go in for a drink prior to a movie. This time around, it was a later movie, and we hadn't eaten, so we ordered some fries and onion rings so as to not hurl an alcoholic drink in on an empty stomach. Busy day, and neither of us had eaten... We gave the usual mention that we have a nut allergy in our situation. Seemed like it had been heard... All good. Drinks were fine... Food seemed fresh, and came with three unspecified dipping sauces. We assumed they were the usual range of chipotle honey ketchup ranch 'aioli' fusions you usually get. It wasn't until we were in the movie theater, watching trailers when my girlfriend said she felt unwell and needed us to leave and so off we went... We got home, and prior to using an expensive and evening ending epipen, I called through to them. Whoever picked up the phone went away to find out. They specified that there were walnuts in one of the sauces. None of them were advertised on the menu as coming with sauces. To note, they were very honest, and not unfriendly. The fact that they didn't know immediately, and weren't sure, is exactly why it happened in the first place. I work in the food industry. Having nuts in anything is risky at the best of times, but handing them out unspecified, is quite literally madness. It just doesn't happen. It is THAT dangerous. The reason she felt safe in even trying the sauces is because nobody does this without stressing there's nuts in the food. It is a complete, and solid standard... None of the menu's said what these sauces were, in fact they don't say they come with sauces at all. If you're going to stray into the realms of allergen usage and away from norms, you have to specify what they are, because they all looked like the usual thing you'd expect, and the expectation is that they are then on the safe side of the spectrum, and that is exactly why you haven't listed them. Please don't do that, guys. You can seriously unalive people. Adrenaline shots and ER visits are very expensive and weekend ruining. The industry standard is, don't use nuts for basically no reason. It's a very big problem waiting to happen. They haunt both a kitchen and the cook's job, and generally cross contaminate, and pollute everything if extreme measures are not taken to keep them away from everything else. There are very few things recipe-wise, that are so stunning that they're worth risking the life threatening implications of anonymously giving them out, unspecified. Especially at a burger restaurant. Not to be dramatic, but here's a picture of the epipen. Retail value 344 dollars that we used that night. Really happy she didn't go into anaphylactic shock, which she has experienced before... Very unhappy that they put us in this expensive and dangerous situation that hints at poor communication at a restaurant in general. The thing about nut allergies is you can push eating out to safe places. You tend to avoid middle eastern restaurants, and perhaps genuine Asian restaurants, as so many items to contain nuts as a very staple ingredient. Burger places, not so much... Unfortunately, nut allergies are not a trendy once in a blue moon situation you can group with made up diet trend allergies. It's not that uncommon and you can really hurt people.

Yelp
They have about 181 Whisky's. I am always looking for a whisky place and this is a great choice if your in the area. They also offer a whisky passport for 5 dollars. If you finish the passport you get prizes. It is a fun thing to do and it brings me back each week to get another stamp in my book. Service is always friendly and we have had a few items on the menu. I love the chicken salad and my husband loves the burger and fries. Every week night they have a whisky that is half off. So if you want to try something new give them a try.

Yelp
Stopped by for lunch on a weekday before heading to the movies. The waitress was very patient with our table as we had lots of questions. We ended up placing our food order with one of the guys that came over (maybe a bartender), and we ended up having a couple flubs with the order (waffle fries instead of fries, beef instead of chicken on the sandwich), but overall we were still satisfied and made it to the movie on time Food: Gorgonzola waffle fries - yum! Recommend, great for sharing Burger of the month - Gyro burger - I was actually super impressed with this in spite of limited info (waitress was honest and said not a lot of people had been ordering it, and hadn't tried it herself so didn't know if it was good). The lamb/beef patty was super juicy and flavorful, and the other ingredients tasted really fresh as well Garden chicken sandwich - friend was happy with her salad, though the dressing is different from the online menu (I think online it is a green goddess dressing) 3 pepper bomb burger - friend ordered chicken but got beef instead, they were able to remake it fairly quickly. She was satisfied with her burger and it had good heat but wasn't too spicy

Yelp
571 Stack is a solid place to get a burger in the Totem Lake area, and they have beers and whiskey to choose from as well. There are classics like cheeseburgers but also gourmet burgers incorporating interesting flavors like banh mi or caprese. Location is convenient right in the heart of the Village of Totem Lake. Food I ordered the banh mi burger with waffle fries. We also ordered the loco moco fries for the table and I would highly recommend this for a starter! The banh mi burger is beef and bacon patty with pickled vegetables that you would find in a banh mi. The Vietnamese flavors of the vegetable went well with the burger and I would get it again. Atmosphere Casual restaurant with lots of open seating. There is also a bar with a wall of whiskeys and other liquors to choose from. The noise level was pretty quiet and empty for a Monday night at dinner time. Pricing Prices are about average for a gourmet burger and is about what I would expect to pay on the Eastside. Service Service was good overall and server was nice. You set your own table with the silverware available at the table. Other Plenty of parking around the mall. Located on the first floor right below the cinemas.

Yelp
When I saw a roll of paper towels was placed on our table as napkins, I knew we were in for hefty burgers. They also offer sandwiches, salads and shareable appetizers. Definitely come prepared to eat! Their burger selection is quite diverse and I chose the BANH MI ($16.95) described as a beef and bacon patty topped with pickled daikon & carrot slaw, jalapeño, cilantro, and spicy chili-garlic aïoli. Between the choice of regular or waffle fries, of course I went with waffle! The burger was piled high with slaw and the patty itself was smashed thin. I don't necessarily mind a thinner patty, but it also wasn't very flavorful. For supposedly being a bacon patty, I would have expected at least some smokiness. It needed some seasoning or even a pinch of salt. The slaw on top had a nice crunch but was on the drier side. I thought it would be evenly tossed in a vinaigrette. A few bites were surprisingly spicy from the jalapeño and I enjoyed the burst of flavor from the chili-garlic aïoli. Definitely get the waffle fries! They were crispy, seasoned and extra delicious dipped in their signature "stack" sauce which tasted like a creamy BBQ mayo. My lunch companion enjoyed the classic STACK BURGER ($14.95), but also agreed that the patty was lacking flavor and missing something. The service was pretty attentive but not in the best way... I realize how odd that is to say. An employee (who I believe was a manager) was out and about checking on customers, taking orders and processing payment. It was great to see her helping out the staff. However, she dropped the check when I still had a third of my food left and came by again just a couple minutes after to see if we were ready to pay. I just couldn't help but feel like we were being rushed out when no other customers were even waiting. Granted, I am a slower eater compared to many people, but I savor every bite! I finished my burger, boxed up my fries (they gave me a new cup of sauce) and then we left. Maybe the staff here tries to be more proactive, but still. I got a weird feeling that we were expected to just eat and go rather than being able to take it easy and enjoy. 3.25 stars.

Yelp
Our server, bless her heart, was very sweet... but probably over worked. Service was very slow, luckily our food was fast. Seriously, once we finally ordered, it came out in like 5 mins. Food was good, I got a "lettuce bun" hahaha it was actually perfect.

Yelp
We have walked place Stack 571 many times, and when the craving for burgers hit we knew we wanted to try it here! We arrived around 4:15 pm on a Thursday night and got seated immediately. We requested the patio, which was calm when we sat down but got crowded quickly. Service was average and food was average. Since we were during happy hour, we shared the gorgonzola waffle fries. The cheese topping was delicious but the fries were very dry, flavorless, and hard. For burgers, I got the "The 571" and made some substitutions. I requested caramelized onions and blue cheese. The onions were more like grilled onions, however. My boyfriend got the Poutine burger and he really enjoyed it. We both got the truffle fries for our side, and the fries were.... hollow? Seriously, no potato inside. We shared the Raspberry Jubilee cocktail. Again, just average. The location is convenient but I think there are better burgers, fries, and cocktails around.

Yelp
No hate to our server, she seemed pretty young. The ambiance, decoration and style of this restaurant was very odd it felt like we were inside of a parking garage that had a built in bar. Gluten allergies were not taken very seriously, they were out of items we wanted to order but we did not mind. We never really heard from our server after we ordered she seemed in a hurry and we never were able to ask for anything for our meal like salt, pepper or sauces because we were never checked on. The food was very mediocre and overall it was a very underwhelming experience we had a gift card with $30 dollars left on it and decided to just leave the server the entire balance as a tip because she was very sweet and we wanted to make her day but we knew we would never come back even if it was free.

Yelp
I really enjoyed my salmon burger with bacon and marinated tomatoes. One of my favorites. Also great for the kiddos, a burger around $10 with fries or fruit and a drink. A fancy happy meal! The whole family is happy here. Additionally, so many good burgers, appetizers (wish the Brussels weren't breaded - why is that necessary?), the food and the staff is great. Sometimes the music is a little too much when they are busy and full of people. That's the four star mark.

Yelp
Overpriced regular menu, good happy hour though. They upcharged $3 for a Tanqueray gin and tonic, which seems steep to me.

Yelp
I'm going to give this 4.5 stars but round up .5 for being local. First, I really didn't think it would be kid friendly but was surprised to see other families. It's not a rowdy place in that regard. I had the 571 standard smash burger(it's a smash burger everyone, not red Robin, it's supposed to be crispy edges and auch) which I thought was really good. The 571 fry/bUrger sauce is excellent. The regular fries are really good and come in cool little bucket. Even the silverware was in a bucket not a napkin roll. Deep fried Brussels sprouts during happy hour on a Saturday was $5.50 I believe. These were really good but I wish there was a bake or air fryer version with typical reduced balsamic glaze. Still, they were not oil, only lightly fried, and had a great bacon jam of some sort, that I think many will like even the ones that don't normally like brussel sprouts. Fried green tomatoes was $4.50 I believe, also during happy hour. I usually don't like fried green tomatoes but it's something I rarely order to force myself to like them! First few bites I thought, yep, that's why I hate these thing but hey, they were cheap appetizer! I ended up eating the whole thing. Really good, unique appetizer, with bit of a kick to them. Maybe too spicy for some, but it was just normal type Louisiana sauce heat. Service for me was above average to really good. I had one Scottish whiskey which was amazing. I don't know anything about whiskey other than the normal popular ones. Names ends with Laddie. The worst thing was the pork slider. Add more coleslaw and add more BBQ sauce or put small amount on the side. This was worth the price but was terribly dry and little meat. Still a great value, just needs a little more moisture via more coleslaw and/or BBQ sauce. I'll try again next time and ask for extra sauce. This is way more than I'd normaly write but I hope this place sticks around. Good prices, good, unique food, great happy hour, family friendly, 4.5 stars.

Yelp
Great for lunch even better for DRINKS! Had lunch with my Family of 5 on a beautiful and sunny afternoon in The Village at Totem Lakes shopping area. Beautiful shopping plaza with a movie theatre, great shopping, and plenty of restaurants. We all had burgers of course! They even have mini burgers for the kids. Love that the burgers are "smash" style with quality ground beef and fresh toppings. Drinks were well mixed and pretty strong! Cheers to the bartender! Our server, Tyler, was attentive and quick and the manager even stopped by the table for to share kind words.

Yelp
I came in during happy hour, and the vibe of this place is SUPER relaxed. There aren't people walking around to check up on you or anything, and it has the feel that no one is in a rush to go anywhere (patrons included)! I could use this kind of zen in my life more for sure. They have a giant board of specials listing their burger/shake/whiskey specials. And their alcohol-but-mostly-whiskey wall is crazy impressive. Happy hour prices are about expected, about $5 for an appetizer, about $4 for a slider. The drinks are still on the upper end. I considered ordering an actual burger since it was my first time, but decided to get a ton of apps instead. The fried green tomatoes were excellent. Love the light fry. The buffalo calamari was incredibly meaty, to my surprise and delight. The brussel sprouts were unexpected-- I guess I'm so used to having roasted brussel sprouts that this version of being closer to raw was unexpected. While they were harder than I wanted, the bacon slaw and kimchi side were amazing and I would eat them over rice. The slider was excellent but greasy. Good meat though! This is in the totem lake shopping center so there's plenty of parking, if a little walk away. Wouldn't recommend coming here if you are in a rush or have somewhere to be, because everything moved kinda slow, but if you, like me, are rushed all the time and want to slow down, this place certainly forces that. Maybe bring a friend for good company while you wait!

Yelp
Service seems like they simply want to speak as little as possible to customers and move on. Had a poor experience although the entrees were pretty good. Fries were mid. Shake was disappointing. Burgers and sandwiches come with fries. They also offer a "combo" type of deal where you can add a small shake for $3.50 when a small shake is originally $5.50. I asked if this deal could apply to a large and I could get a discount as well. The server told me some confusing complex jargon and basically ended with "yea you can do that for $5.50" which made sense to me as a large shake is $7.95 so that's about $2 off, same as the small shake. When I got my bill, I was charged for the full price of a large. It may just be $2 but the lack of transparency and clarity, as well as the general confusion and frustration made a pretty disappointing experience. Waffle fries are always solid, but there are some that are exceptional. Unfortunately, the ones here are pretty basic without much seasoning. However, their regular fries are much better. Better seasoned and even stacked neatly in a tin can, the fries are a better experience overall. Taste, presentation, organization, cleanliness, you name it. Tempura Oyster Mushrooms - what might look like calamari is definitely fried oyster mushrooms. Savory and chewy, they almost have a fishy or seafood like presence, which is reflected by the oyster in the name. These come with parmesan and truffle oil but as you can see, it's hastily sprinkled on so some pieces are plain and the parmesan and oil is left on the bottom of the plate. The Kirkland Club - hefty sandwich, especially when you consider the height being tough to bite. There are three slices of toast, it's a tasty and well balanced sandwich that's akin to a classic BLT but there's even more meat on the bottom layer. Just difficult to eat. Poutine Burger - cheesy string pull is present here from the mozzarella and is a fun experience. Poutine lovers will definitely enjoy this burger though it's definitely not enough to emulate the poutine experience. There wasn't enough gravy on the entire burger for that. The Fatted Sow - opted for this as it seemed highlighted and I supposed that meant it was highly recommended. Pretty solid burger but the bacon was overcooked and extremely stiff so it didn't mesh well with everything else. Lucky Charms S'mores - it's a chocolate shake with Lucky Charms marshmallows sprinkled somewhere in the middle. On top they put whipped cream, a few chocolate chips, graham cracker crumbles. Honestly a very underwhelming drink for what it's made out to be, if it was just introduced as a chocolate shake in the first place I'd be more content. I was expecting some kind of Lucky Charms blended drink but that was not the case.
