Stack 571 Burger & Whiskey Bar - Vancouver

My wife and I went here for my birthday. I ordered the slider sampler with a flight of beers ( 571 hefeweisin/heathen amber/ 571 blond ale / seasonal beer with mango) - yes, the mango did not seem to have good odds but I figured I'd try anyway.... The beers were all good with the mango even having a good run. The burgers were fantastic! I tried all three kinds in the list with the parmesean truffle fries. As a bonus the combo comes with a shake (unless you want a single beer); we got the berry flavor. My wife got the fish taco salad and enjoyed it as well. This was a great meal and we enjoyed it very much. I was too full to try any whiskey....

Came in at around 7:40pm on a Wednesday, hardly any wait! I got to sit by the bar area, and while I don't usually get a drink, I asked if they had any cider. They currently have a seasonal cider, raspberry! Not too dry, and not too sweet. I decided to order their PB & J burger. Now hear me out..it has crunchy peanut butter, mixed berry jelly and bacon jam on it, with bacon on top of that. My honest opinion? Love it. 100%. Not too sweet and it works very well! Their patties are no joke either. You have a choice is how you want yours cooked, and I chose medium rare. Came out absolutely perfect! If you're looking for a great place to drink and dine on burgers, this is THE spot to go to!

Stopped and had delicious appetizers and drinks here (670 Waterfront Wy, Vancouver, WA), after walking along the Vancouver Waterfront, enjoyed beautiful scenery and encountered some nice people. Beautiful place to walk, scenery absolutely breathtaking. Visit Vancouver Waterfront if you ever get an opportunity, nice shops and restaurants, such as the Stack 571. Truly enjoyable time there! I really enjoyed coming here. They seemed to have pretty decently priced food and a great menu! I got this ham and cheese, and bacon sandwich (I forgot what it was called) with their truffle fries, and it was amazing. I loved the quality of their food. The service was fast, and the waitress we had was super nice. I felt like she was attentive and made sure that I had a refill and, overall, a good experience. I did not order a drink this time, but their drink menu did look delicious, and I will definitely be going back to this place. They had some great art on the walls and a nice view. I felt comfortable here and would recommend this place for a nice outing with friends or family!

The burger and fries were great, and you really can’t beat the view — the waterfront location is beautiful. Unfortunately, the service didn’t match the setting. Our order was delayed for about 20 minutes, and both beers came out wrong. While the food hit the mark, the experience was held back by the lackluster service. Hopefully just an off day, because the location and menu have a lot of potential.

Stack 571 boasts an impressive menu featuring a diverse array of delectable options. Diners can begin with a great selection of appetizers (had the pork belly slider and the Buffalo calamari) followed by entrées including hot dogs, hamburgers (went with the Juicy Lucy), sandwiches, or fried chicken. For dessert, indulge in a shake (with or without a shot of liquor) or donuts. Every item is exceptionally well-prepared and flavorful. As a whiskey bar, the venue also offers an extensive variety of beverages to complement any meal.

Got the Bánh Mì burger, It’s very good. I’ll say it’s very easy to stick to traditional American burger ways; however, they’ve managed to really pull this off. Hopefully they bring back the Kimchi burger. Nonetheless, I encourage people to order something different and explore your taste buds.. you won’t be disappointed. I can go on.. the onion rings are fantastic. The bread is fresh and delicious, being able to cut through the bun and not having it bleed through yet holding the medium center. That’s epic. Congratulations to the cooks, servers, and the high paced environment.

We went there couple of weeks ago and the food, the service and the place was all top notch! I would just come back here for the service, that's how good the experience is, but the food is also very delicious.
