Stacks Espresso Bar

What a hidden gem. You know when you find a place and wish you had known about long before your first visit, and now you feel like you have missed out, wasting time elsewhere. This is Stacks for me. The coffee was great, the staff were super friendly. It has a cool vibe and even better a nice place to sit outside and watch the world go by.

There is no better way to start the day than at Stacks. Shane consistently pulls the best cup of espresso that I have ever had and Libby never fails to put a smile on my face. The place is clean, comfortable and inviting. Most importantly, their coffee is always fantastic. So glad to have this awesome place in the neighborhood.

Great coffee / espresso pulled off a 3-head La Marzocco. Lots of plants make for a calming ambience. Pastries are good, they do a guest roaster, and the staff is friendly too!

The coffee here was good. A great place to get a quick bite, and coffee to go. The customer, service is what made this place stand out. Charming, friendly and extremely helpful staff. They gave me a coffee when I found their nitro cold Brew a little too bitter for my taste. Free of charge! Now this is called satisfying your customer. Thank you so much Stacks espresso bar!

It was my first time at this place, and I am pleasantly surprised. The coffee’s great taste made me comeback for a second cup. I must thank Paul and Leo; they are truly masters of coffee making! Overall: great coffee, engaging and professional baristas, a welcoming and friendly place to which I will most definitely return soon.

The coffee and pastry was good. But there were two young employees at the front who appeared more attentive to another customer who dropped by the shop to chat with them. I wasn’t asked if I wanted anything else until the cashier realized I was still at the line to order. It wasn’t a busy hour when I came over so maybe they didn’t pressured to keep things moving rapidly. Still it’s super inconsiderate to just leave a paying customer standing there when I just want a quick and easy transaction.

I give this place 4.5 stars, which rounds to 5 stars. There is a wide range of coffees, and some pastries. What I would like to see is more pastry variety and perhaps different kinds of beverages? Your ice chai is what I come for a lot lol, and hopefully one day I can actually sit down and relax. This place makes a great place to stop by for coffee and a boost to your day as it is literally at the bus stop.
