Stacy’s Restaurant and Family Dining

I hate to give them 3 stars but it wasn't great, don't get me wrong, I'm glad to see they open again. The waitress was a disappointment, we had to ask if they had a special and she was wearing an inappropriate t-shirt. She forgot to get my daughter the Worcestershire sauce when she asked and she brought the bill without asking if we wanted any dessert. I will be back, they did just reopen and I want them to succeed.

Good food, excellent staff, good prices. The service was fantastic, I can't say enough about that. I had the country salad and a cheeseburger. Burger was big and juicy, the salad was nice big props on the dressing, you gotta try it. My wife had the cube steak sandwich, which she loved. She prides herself on her cube steak, so that's saying something. Highly recommend.

This is absolutely one of our favorites. The food never disappoints and the servers are always friendly. Everything is good but their country salad has been a favorite in my family from my grandparents down to my grandson. And you've gotta try the cube steak supreme sandwich!

Stopped on the way back home and it was an average little town restaurant. I tried the taco sticks on recommendation of other reviews and they definitely needed cheese and some more seasoning. Tenderloin was good and my wife had a burger that was good. I'd stop by again if I'm in town!

Our group use to come down to Stacy's every weekend, but the last few times we've been to this establishment, it's changed and not for the better. Our food was "okay", yet far from hot. Three of the four meals sat for almost 20 minutes before being served. Although they were busy, food shouldn't be sitting that long while they wait for another one to get done, as the entire table suffers. Two of the steaks were so dry, you couldn't dare finish them and the chicken wasn't much better. The only great meal was the meal that was prepared last. Not sure why they did this, but feel that meal was missed and they rushed to prepare it. Unfortunately, that ruined everyone else's entree. A pet peeve of mine is to have to ask for refills, which we had to do TWICE! If a server is too busy to watch her customers glasses, the management should either hire more people or overseat sections with more experienced servers. There really is no excuse to be sitting with an empty glass for 15 minutes. Jenn was our server and was anything but nice. Her responses felt very forced and quite frankly not what I would have given when talking to my table. We understand the restaurant business, as we've all worked in one at some time or other. That said, you bend over backwards to make sure the customers have a good experience, but this server was preoccupied with other things and unable to properly service anyone else. This has happened on two separate occasions, same section, same server. Speaking for our dinner group, we will not be returning. This place is just not what it use to be, which is truly sad. Before I moved away, Stacey's was the go-to place for steaks in Kosciusko county. Upon returning to the area, I'm really disappointed to find how downhill it has went. Many people will agree that times change and so do people. Unfortunately, the changes that Stacey's has went through did it a great disservice. Feels like they hire anyone now and not the kind and pleasant people who wanted to work there for years. Wish this place the best, but everyone would be much better off making the trip to Kelsey's Steak & Seafood if you want a great meal, excellent prices with stable and reliable service!

Haven't eaten at Stacy's in years. Every place was packed in Warsaw. My son and I went past and it wasn't busy. We turned and went back. It won't be years again before I go back. Great food. Great service and a decent price. We enjoyed our lunch.

Had never been there and decided we wanted to try it, walked in and seen a sign for us to go ahead and sit down, my son and daughter was with us, we didn't know where exactly were supposed to sit the entire place looked like a bar, we sit down and the a waitress finally comes up asking if everyone is over 18, clearly my 14 yr old daughter doesn't look it, but we was informed we was sitting in the wrong area the family area is to the right as you walk in, that point I almost walked out because the place says family dinning but lacks to tell you they have a very small family area, if 10 families with children wanted to be seated there wouldn't of been a place for everyone especially if they wanted to sit at a table and not booths, but the place clearly has nothing showing you where the family area is. The special was steak chili and a salad, not worth it for the price but the steak was on the dry side, the salad was good I liked that, it had two very hard pieces of toasted bread on top, which must of been their idea for croutons almost to hard to actually eat. I've always lived in the area and wanted to try it, but very disappointed, we won't go back, if you have children it's better to go elsewhere it lacks the family in family dinning. The waitress also seemed to be busier with a very loud talkative customer from the other side, because we needed water refills and finally when we was finishing and she brought our ticket she asked if we needed refills then, by then we just wanted out of there.

With only one waitress ( Dekota)handling about 5 tables alone, everything was outstanding . My compliment to Dekota for doing such a good job. The food and atmosphere was great as well. I had chicken strips and sweet potatoe frys, while hubby had the chicken wrap and seasoned frys.
