The bartenders are very nice and attentive. The bartender that served me his name was Danilo. They made me feel very welcomed and I enjoyed the drink I definitely recommend coming here.

Good atmosphere, waitress would not come to table. She (sirriwi) made eye contact and would proceed to walk the other direction. We even changed seats to see if this would help, and it did not. Had to leave table to order drinks at the bar. Bartenders were okay. Would not recommend to anyone!

A sports theme bar located in the Caesars casino. The concept is cool with the tvs set up as like a jumbotron style. It was a bit hard to view multiple screens. The old fashioned and Blue Torpedo were pretty good.

After a great superbowl experience at the Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill we wanted to enjoy some drinks and stopped by this place. As soon as we sat down we were rudely greeted by a waitress. The waitress insisted that we couldn't sit there if drinks weren't being ordered when our husbands were already at the bar ordering drinks. Then a 2nd waitress came by and was almost mad that we were ordering water, I said give me a bottle of water if that matters but by the time our husbands returned my friend was over their attitudes. Will never recommend this place, if you're looking for a good time this is not it! RUDE RUDE RUDE and overpriced beer! ZERO stars if it was an option.

We were waiting for a friend to arrive before we ordered and the waitress had not come by. The first time she came by and we said we were waiting for our friend, she said, “well if you are going to stay, you need to order something.” Our friend had just gone to the bathroom. Very rude. Very entitled. Very much not a great experience. We left. I’ve never been treated like that and hope nobody else gets treated like that. As a guest in the hotel, I would hope to be treated better. Do better.

The waiting staff is extremely rude, spent $300 there with my friends last night, no problem. Went back today to get a glass of water for my girlfriend (who was sick and had to have her medicine - urgently), the bartender went to get me a glass of water sensing the urgency and the snotty server (not involved in the initial conversation) standing right next to me starts to bother me by asking for an ID; saying I need an ID to get a glass of water? I guess if you’re in urgent need for some water (or good service) don't bother going there :) rest is up to you to decide. Hope the management see’s this and teach the staff what customer service is and when to use their common sense. I wont be bringing my business back in the future. Definitely not up to the Caesars’ standards.

A complicated place; the location is primo. However, there are a lot of elements missing or lacking. The layout makes it hard to watch more than just 1-2 TVs at a time, which is weird for a sports bar. They don't have their own food but rather go-and-grab basic food from the local food court. And their first Sunday football experience was awful...they just opened right at kickoff and were in scramble mode. The place has potential, in my opinion, but they have a lot of opportunity to improve.
