The Best East Bay Sports Bars in Oakland, Berkeley, and More | Eater SF

"When the small but mighty Stadium Pub fills up, it’s a quintessential sports bar experience for a big game. Dubbing itself Walnut Creek’s oldest sports bar, Stadium Pub has cheap, straightforward drinks and drafts. The menu is filled with bar food favorites and signature Chicago-style dogs, and on Sundays, you can pair breakfast and football with a Hail Mary Bloody for $9." - Adrian Spinelli

You wanna go somewhere to watch the game with your mates? Then this is the spot. This place has a TV in any direction you look with sound pumped high into the ceiling and a rowdy energetic bunch of fans cheering on the game! The food isn't fine dining but perfectly on par to what you'd expect if you were to go to watch a game! Don't overlook their sandwiches and hot dogs they're pretty good!

Google
Such a cool place for food and sports. I go there for the food, it's surprising HIGH QUALITY for a sports bar. The world famous all beef hot dogs are great 🌭, My favorite is the 100% albacore tuna sandwich. Everything is delicious !! 🙌 Ask MARIA the bartender, she is the BEST. Enjoy !! Also, sports are on ALL DAY 🏈⚾🏀⚽⛳🏌️💫 and more...GO ALREADY lol

Google
tv's and different games everywhere, great place to watch your favorite games, more beer selections than you could drink in six months. I recommend the Chicago style dog in honor of the original founder and garlic fries. They used to give you a basket of fries but now it’s a sleeve child size, bummer.

Google
Great sports bar to hang out and watch the game. The menu has typical bar food, but I didn’t have a chance to try food. The beer was cold and the servers were super nice. You can tell it’s a good mix of regulars and tourists.

Google
I just happened upon this bar as I was looking for a place last minute to watch a football game. I have to say that it’s a local bar and I was welcomed although I was a Rams fan haha! The people here are great. The staff here is great. The service is great. The price is reasonable. There was a food truck that had what I was told had great Mexican food by everybody in the bar, I was not hungry, so unfortunately, I did not partake in the food truck, but the food did look and smell great. Although I was just passing through if I ever come through here again, this will definitely be one of my go to places if I wanna watch a game or just hang out and have some great conversation. I met amazing people and had a really great time!

Google
Watched the England match here. Great atmosphere, plenty of England fans, LOADS of screens and the servers were super attentive! Always made sure we were hydrated - excellent customer service, we love it here!

Been here a few times now to watch the game. Plenty of tvs and they do what I can about playing all sports and adjusting volumes to please customers. The margaritas were consistent and strong enough each time. I got the house salad twice. Way more veggies the first time, which I enjoyed more, but both were filling. I ordered the polish sausage dog once. The softest bun I've ever had that Didnt fall apart. The dog itself had great flavor. Would have preferred the tomatoes be chopped a bit more but really just grateful to have them on there. Wasnt a fan of the pickle choice but also appreciate having the crunch on the side.

Google
Neighborhood Sports Bar! It offers a unique experience characterized by a warm enjoy music, traditional American dishes, and a wide selection of drinks. It's a great place to socialize, unwind, and relax. For holidays people were dressed up in holiday clothes making everything very festive!

Yelp
Santiago and Jake are dope, always fun at Stadium. Always taken care of when we go there

Yelp
If you're looking to watch a game (any sport, take your pick), this is a solid place to go to. They have A TON of TVs. The audio was a little funky when I went because they had the central speakers playing the audio for a football game but I could also hear the audio coming from one of the other TVs in the front. Just made for some echoing. Luckily they were playing the same audio. I can see this being a problem if different things were playing. The drinks were strong. I liked that they had alcoholic versions of a shirley temple and arnold palmer. They both could have been balanced a little better because I mostly tasted vodka. I also tried the garlic fries. They had a healthy portion of garlic on them. I wish they were mixed a little better because a majority of the garlic was on the top.

Gaby O.

Yelp
Love this place! The vibes are here. The drinks are amazing and so are the wings! Always have a great experience whether it is for futbol or football!

Yelp
The service was exceptional, and the food exceeded my expectations for bar fare. The drinks were outstanding, especially the Mexican mules--they were spot on! I also appreciated the numerous TVs throughout the bar, I never missed a moment of the game.

Yelp
A bar to chill and watch games! Jake is the bartender, usually he's there every time Ive been here, he remembers what you drink! Love that! Hot dogs are good... Busy a lot when games are played
google avatar

Yelp
The pretty girl with dark hair and thick accent didn't know what Octoberfest beer was available, turned our chicken and cheese order into a plain chicken sandwich and our buffalo wings into plain wings with ketchup. Plus she was rude. And it wasn't even busy. Lame!

Yelp
Local sports bars were packed everywhere to cheer for hometown heroes, the San Francisco 49'ers playing in the Super Bowl against the Kansas City Chiefs. Arriving 4 hours early at Stadium Pub, we were lucky enough to snag the last table. The place was already packed with enthusiastic fans supporting their teams. The atmosphere was electrified with excitement, laughter, cheers and loud music! Stadium Pub is full of pictures, posters and memorabilia covering almost every square inch of the walls with the Bay Area's football, baseball, and basketball teams featuring past and present player favorites. The bar is brightly lit with neon signs and so many items that screams, "This is a local sports bar that love their teams." The entire pub has many large TV screens positioned so fans can watch the games from any location in the bar. It was so crowded, Jake the bartender, was mingling among the fans taking orders, serving the ordered drinks and food. This man is a walking computer who flawlessly remembers everyone's orders! How does he do that? Since we were there so early and we were situated by the side door on Lincoln Avenue I watched the Security Guard, Jidlamy aka "Johnny", skillfully manage and deal with guests, some of whom were a little miffed with having to show their identification before they were allowed in. I saw he used a lot of psychology and charm to elicit cooperation without having to get "tough" with the customer. I was impressed how he took care of business. They serve typical bar food.. You must try the hot dogs!! So good. The deep fried green beans were wonderful, too!! I have to go back to try other menu items. This is the first time I've been to a sports bar since moving to Walnut Creek in 2005 and it was so much fun I plan to be a regular. Oh yeah, our team lost, but it almost didn't matter because I had such a good time. If you're looking for a neighborhood gathering place, look no further than Stadium Pub for a good time with their attentive staff, good food, Patti, the welcoming owner and friendly patrons.

Yelp
I've been here a couple of times with friends this past month to watch the Warriors in the playoffs. It gets super duper crowded inside but it's really exciting to be there especially when the Warriors win since everyone cheers loudly and it brings up everyone's energy! They have multiple tvs located around the bar so pretty much wherever you stand you'll be able to get a good view of the game. The only annoying part was one night when we went this lady sitting near the front door asked for my I.D. and asked for $10 for cover charge. I pulled out my I.D. to show her, and this man comes up and says that it's not true that we need to show I.D. and give cover charge. I don't know why this lady was posing as a security guard? I'm not sure if she was trying to be funny but I didn't like how I showed her my I.D. with my info on it if she's not even of authority to ask. ** Updating my review in response to Patty's message. Thanks for the reply! I had no idea she wasn't part of the staff! haha thank you for clarifying! I'll be sure to return with friends for the upcoming games! See you soon!

Yelp
I'm not a fan of sports bars in general so would have never patronized this place had I not heard it is one of the rare places around here that offer natural casing hot dogs that give a genuine "snap" and burst of juice with the first bite. Came here late Saturday afternoon. It was mostly empty except for a small group of very loud men watching some game. I suppose this goes without saying, given it's a sports bar, but expect it be to LOUD. Even with so few customers, my husband and I had to speak pretty loudly to hear each other and we sat all the way in the corner away from everyone else. Had it not been 100 degrees, I think we would have really enjoyed sitting in their outdoor seating area. Regardless, we were there on a mission. Hot dogs! I got the Polish Dog and DH got the Original. I came here with high expectations, which are rarely ever met, but lo and behold, it was everything I was hoping for and more. Not only did I get that elusive "snap", but the hot dogs were prepared perfectly. We're big ketchup people (don't hate us) but we found ketchup wasn't necessary at all. We never associated cucumbers with hot dogs but they really did add a great element of freshness. The hot dogs were so good that we each ordered a second one! Tip: forget all the sides. Just do what we did and go for double hot dogs. The fries were pretty mediocre anyway. Fresh cut maybe but very very limp with no crisp at all. Our waitress was attentive, which we very much appreciated. The price of the hot dogs were surprisingly low -- more than reasonable for something so delicious. Overall, a hidden gem if you're a hot dog lover!

Yelp
I've lived 10 minutes from Stadium Pub for 25 years. Native Chicago north-sider, I grew up on Chicago Vienna Beef hot dogs. I worked in a suburban hot dog stand, family business was distributing Vienna and other meat to restaurants throughout Chicago, etc. I worked in a hot dog stand in my Southern Illinois college town. Am I revealing my Red Hot obsession? I haven't had a good hot dog in decades! Imagine my surprise that, despite shopping and dining in Walnut Creek, driving past, seeing the sign, I didn't know this place served Vienna Hot Dogs until vety recently. Tried it today. Great sports bar vibe. Several TVs as you'd expect, lots of room, I can imagine packed and fun on game days. Service was excellent. Very friendly bartender; made me want to return, and I will. Excellent hot dog - really hit the spot, satisfied a longstanding craving - I almost ordered a Vienna polish sausage, too. Good fries: to nitpick, some of them could have benefited from another 30 seconds in the fryer. Experience was so good that it even triggered a fleeting desire to go work in the kitchen; that didn't last. Will return soon.

Yelp
Just moved into the area and this is quickly becoming our favorite spot for sports, good food, and awesome service. Maria is amazing and we've never seen anyone consistently work so hard and always with a smile on her face. The rest of the crew follows her lead and always a great experience all the way around.

Yelp
We always enjoy our time at stadium pub, I can't speak to the food, but the drinks are good, and we've always been served quickly. The staff is pleasant and always brings a water bowl for our pup.

Yelp
Went in on Halloween weekend and Santiago was bartending and I was completely taken away how he managed a huge group of people by himself ! He absolutely killed it and drinks were AMAZING!

Yelp
This rating is really for the food.... I used to come here years ago when I was going out a lot in Walnut Creek (but I'm too old to stay out late now ). I am a fan of bar food.... Unfortunately, I thought the food at stadium pub was just so so. The hot dogs are good, that is definitely what I would recommend trying if you come here! The fries weren't great in my opinion. And the chicken wing were a letdown; we ordered traditional Buffalo, and they were anything but traditional (the sauce was really sweet). I wouldn't order the wings or the fries again. The staff here is really nice. The kitchen was a little slow, considering what we ordered. There are ample amounts of TVs here; it seemed like pretty much every sport under the sun was on at least one tv!

Yelp
The second you walk in all you can smell is mildew. The employees should call the authorities. They must have it growing in the walls or under the floors. It's so bad. I'm sensitive to smell and I know there is a ton of mildew in that place. It's a health danger being in that place. The employees will have permanent damage working there. It's so bad. Nothing but mildew smell the second you walk in this place. The health department needs to investigate. I see people eating food here also. It's super bad. I walked out just now and will not even get a beer. Straight danger!!!! Holy crap. Just walk in this place and smell the mildew.

Yelp
Excellent service. Jake is awesome. He is a skilled bartender, knows his sports, fun to talk to. Sit at the rail and experience the best in Walnut Creek

Yelp
Such a fun place to hang out with friends. I went around 5pm for a drink. Staff is so friendly, place is buzzing with people. We didn't try the food but I'll be back next time!

Yelp
So I've been here several times in the past, only to watch Thursday Night football. The food is sub par, mixed drinks the same. On this occasion I had asked the waitress what sweet drinks do you have, she promptly said "none" with an attitude. Then she looks at my arm and wrinkles her face, showing her disgust because I suffer from psoriasis. She then asked me for ID, I'm on my late 40's and had already been there earlier. A tiny little corner piece was chipped off on my id and she said that she could not accept it and I was refused service. I've never had issues with that in the past and even if it was their policy it was the way she said it, very antagonistic and totally made me feel like crap. All the other waitresses had always been really nice and I don't know whether this one was having a bad day or if she just had it out for me but I'm never going back there.

Yelp
The Stadium Pub is one of those places that's great for a "burger and beer" while watching your favorite team on one of the many sports screens placed throughout the restaurant. For me and Gayle, this is definitely not a "date night" spot, although we do know of one couple who met here, and later married. I came in for dinner a couple of weeks ago, while Gayle was off to her book group Christmas event. I ended up watching an NFL game (Chargers vs. Chiefs), while sitting a reasonably distanced high table. Masks were enforced and I passed the mandatory vaccination card check. My selections were a couple pints of the Sierra Nevada Celebration ale, and a tuna melt. I love tuna melts, but this one was just OK due to too much mayo in their blend. The fries were good though. In hindsight, I should have declined the 2nd pint due to the fullness factor. Service was prompt and friendly and it was easy to hang around a bit longer, especially with the next glass of beer.

Yelp
Came here last night for the Warriors play off game. It was pretty crowded and loud, but we expected that. The server was very friendly and polite and greeted us quickly given the crowd. Unfortunately they were out of the three white wine's by the glass I requested or they just didnt want to open a bottle.. so I had to settle on a red wine which was just ok.. I ordered a cobb salad and I will say it was very good. The grilled chicken was excellent! Its a great casual place to catch a game, so many TVs.. it is a bit loud, I would recommend you turn down the TV volumes during half time if you are going to play music on top of it.. but all in all I would go back to enjoy a game and that salad!!

Yelp
4th time... Tried some more dogs Fire Dog $5.95: 4 Stars. The dog was very good, must be Vienna. It has some heat, but no over powering, not like a hotlink or red hot. They service it on a poppy seed bun, with tomatoes, sweet relish, onion and deli mustard. I added some yellow mustard (maybe sub yellow next time) and gave it a bite. The dog had a good snap, great flavor. Awesome dog! The Giant Chilli Dog ($6.95): I added cheese for $2, it was preshreeded mild cheddar on the side, nothing special. The chili was mild, not much flavor, but I do like they didn't add beans. Hotdog chili should be chill l like in Texas, no beans. Who really need the extra punch.. All meat is the way to go. I tried to kick up the heat, but again thier hot sauce selection failed, they really need Frank's. The dog and bun were nothing special, so overall 2 Stars Maybe the way to go is a Fire Dog with chili and cheese. Next time Onion rings (beer battered) or Deep Fried Mushrooms I'll be back

Yelp
Great sports bar - plenty of screens to catch your various games. Solid selection of on tap and decent enough cocktail options. Friday fish and chips were a little disappointing as the batter separated from the fish but flavor was solid. Wait staff were attentive to without hovering and very efficient.

Yelp
Recently came in to watch the chefs game and I absolutely loved it! Food, service, ambience; all was great! Our server Santiago was so friendly and well known with all drinks and food. Had the wings with hot fries (santiago recommended) and it did not disappoint! We will be coming back again!
google avatar

Martin A.

Yelp
Food was just ok, and it was really loud and there were a lot of drunk people, I mean I get it, it was a Friday night and the warriors were playing so it actually didn't bother me that much, the service was amazing though, they were really attentive and very kind, making sure things were ok. I would return just for the good service, and to watch sports.
google avatar

Brittany B.

Yelp
They serve every beer out of disposable plastic cups. I find this very difficult to understand in 2022. The food was disappointing: soggy wings. Same deal with the nachos and chili cheese fries, unappetizing. We did not finish them. Atmosphere and tvs are good hence the star.
google avatar

Yelp
I love coming to the pub, I appreciate all the workers especially Santi and Maria. They're truly amazing and I love the ambiance of the games! They always get my food order correct and they know how to properly and efficiently work together behind the bar!

Yelp
My bf and I had a fun time! It was super busy, but we still had great service. Their wings and garlic cheese fries were good. My bf got 2 beers and I got a green tea shooter and root beer which was so good! Shout out to our bartender, Santi, who was so great to us! :-)

Yelp
Irish themed, American food, great sports pub. Great place to watch a game or just enjoy Walnut Creek's best pub.

Yelp
The best place to watch the World Cup in Walnut Creek. Good beer selection. Fries are great. Atmosphere is epic.

Yelp
Service is excellent from the bar. We walked in , took our regular table, and the sweet bartender already had our Pacifico and White Claw in hand. Good job! Fun had by all!

Yelp
Its a review that's years and years overdue! How did I not review the spot where I met my wife over 25 years ago? Oh my, I'm horrible! But popped in on a toasty Saturday and sat outside to enjoy a few beers and fries with a friend. The inside is 110% awesome sports bar with TVs everywhere you can see. The fries were cooked to perfection - and havent missed a beat or lost quality in those 25+ years! Servers were efficient, friendly, and on top of their game. Having outside seating with umbrellas by the tables is such a nice addition if you want to meet up and talk more than watch sports. This spot continues to be high on my list of places to frequent! Next time, I'm taking pictures :)

Yelp
My Dad used to take me here as a kid, to get an awesome hotdog when he used to work in City Hall next door. Amazing sports bar, right in downtown Walnut Creek. I love taking my boy there for a hotdog and garlic fries and sitting on the patio with a cold beer. Great staff, food, and beers with more TVs than sports content available!
google avatar

C-lo K.

Yelp
Local sports bar with a large drink selection and lots of TVs. Pub food and also free snacks sometimes. They seem to have UFC and Boxing PPVs sometimes. Checkout if you are looking for a sports pub.
google avatar

Yelp
The only place in all of East bay for World Cup soccer! Always a good vibe and opens early for those early World Cup games.
google avatar

Eve K.

Yelp
Actually one of my favorite watering holes in Walnut Creek. The staff is super nice and this place is really low key and down-to-earth! They have a full bar, a small selection of the usual draft beers (not craft beers), and a full list of bar/stadium foods. Somehow we always end up taking a shot or two here... Just the vibes I guess! Foods: Hot fries - Basically just fries with chili powder, but because the fries are freshly cut daily, these fries taste super fresh. Like In N Out fries, but thicker, crispier and spicier. Calamari - Pretty good, a mixed basket of calamari and fries. Nothing crazy or unexpected. Would order again. The Fire Dog - Your average hot dog that's been lightly marinated in spices. Nothing special and not that spicy. For only about $5, honestly this was expected.

Yelp
Went to stadium pub for just some drinks while in walnut creek. After standing around the entry way for a while, was approached by a server who stated it was open seating. Great. Grabbed a table thankfully in the shade of their normal patio. After a while server came back to get our drink order. Basic selection of draft beers; No local craft unfortunately. Service was slow and unfortunately many people would stand around the entrance waiting service for seating. With one server on for the majority of time we were there covering both patio tables and street tables, there really should be a sign telling patrons to seat themselves. We didnt order any food so cant comment on the quality but there seemed to be a nice variety of snacks as well as your typical bar food.

Yelp
I called trying to find a corned beef sandwich to celebrate my 7% Irishheritage. First I had to listen to a recording for a minute or so before anyone answered. Admittedly it is St Patrick's day and it is a sports bar and the NCAA tournament started the day before so for it to be loud and busy wasn't surprising. A guy answered the phone and I asked if the rye bread had caraway seeds (which is actually what I wanted but is hard to find). He didn't know what I was talking about and changed phones to hear me better but it didn't help so I spelled caraway a few times and he got the spelling but still didn't know what it is. I heard him call out the question and no one seemed to know what he was talking about and the consensus was there are no caraway seeds in the rye. At that moment, a woman started yelling at him to go wait tables and asked hurriedly what I wanted and before I responded she asked again and again. I asked her if she could slow down to wait for my response she said that I keep cutting out and hung up. I called back and got the same lady and she was much calmer and I placed my order to go. She said it would be about 10 or 15 minutes. I go there and the address is on Lincoln on the corner of N Main St so I entered on Lincoln since that's the street address but I walked into an area of high tops and chairs so I go to the N Main St side and there is an outdoor eating area before you enter the main building. I kept looking for a sign or a hostess stand and there was nothing. I see several employees along the way and they see me and not one asked if I needed assistance. I continued on until I saw a side stand and there were three employees, one white male and two white females. I walked up right next to the side stand and no one even looked my way, let alone at me directly to acknowledge my existence. One female then started casually showing the male something on the POS and I waited a couple of minutes and then the female waked right past.me without even looking at me or saying a word and then the male told me while he walked passed me that I should go to the end of the bar before me to place an order and then left. The second female was still there and she finally looked at me and I told her that I was there for a to go order which was right there beside the POS the entire time. She rang me up and gave me the ticket to sign and I left a zero tip and wrote "Horrible service" and left. I am almost 68 years old and have worked in the hospitality industry and have a great respect, appreciation and admiration for what they do but the employees there were anything but hospitable. I usually tip more than required and this is probably the 2nd or third time in my life I left no tip. There are tremendous training issues that need to be addressed as well as a lack of signage and a defined area where customers should go to be seated or to order. Perhaps there is but it wasn't obvious to me. It seemed like the inmates were running the asylum. Their behavior was callous and apathetic at the least and rude at the most. Perhaps management doesn't care as they were very busy and raking in the bucks. I rarely go online to voice displeasure but I couldn't believe how badly the employees need training, to understand the menu and the meaning of hospitality. If I could give a rating less than zero I would. That's how bad was my experience. This review is mostly for management, if they care at ail, and I sincerely hope they take notice. Btw, I got home with the sandwich and guess what? The rye bread has caraway seeds!

Yelp
Great screens / place to watch multiple games (Ex March Madness). Large amount of table/chairs. Typical bar food (fried everything) but kitchen is a bit slow, nice servers/staff and take ApplePay, decent beer selections, limited cider options, meh wine, spike seltzers, full bar and ability to make non-complex cocktails. Decent bathroom for a pub/bar. Chairs could use repairs on cushions.
google avatar

Phil N.

Yelp
This place is a rare piece of authenticity in downtown Walnut Creek. Not for the Hip Palette although all are welcome. No pretentiousness. The vibe here is authentic neighborhood sports bar. Many TVs featuring all the games on tv. It is a little gritty. It is SUPPOSED to be gritty. Beers and drinks. They have a number of beers on tap. Classics and Micros. There is also a full bar. Food: Classic pub fair is a solid B. My advice is keep it simple. The Stadium dog is well executed. Poppy seed bun, nice dog serves Chicago style with tomato, onion... and a dill pickle.
google avatar

Michael C.

Yelp
How do you mess up Pub Food? Came here with a friend to catch up and sat outside. I ordered the chicken nacho's-it was very basic with low qualify (possible velveeta cheese) pored over, no guacamole. Just chips, cheese, chicken and it felt like I was lucky to get sour cream. We both ordered margarita's however it felt like it was just Kirkland pour into a glass with ice. Extra sweet and just ordinary. We also ordered a side of french fries, so why did they come towards the middle of our dinner, cold and soggy? Next time my friends says "lets go to Stadium" I will have his head examined.

Yelp
Wouldn't let us stay because they insisted my Arizona ID was fake in accordance with their outdated reference book. (I'd had the "new" version of the ID for years at this point) We even googled it to prove they updated the look of their IDs but the staff wouldn't budge, which was just weird. It's okay to admit you're wrong. It was mostly just annoying because they caused a huge scene for no reason. No harm done though as there are plenty of other good options in DTWC. Hope this helps for any non Californians.

Tara H.

Yelp
Service was great especially for being game day. $60 for two beers, two shots and wings is insane. Too expensive
google avatar

Yelp
Do yourself a favor and don't order any cocktails. They put little to no alcohol in their cocktails. They just want to rip you off by charging for a cocktail when all you get is soda or juice. If you're looking for a drink, expect to have mostly juice with a splash of alcohol (if any). If you just want beer, you'll be fine. Food is just okay. I've come here now several times with some coworkers, and every time it's severely disappointing. I tried politely stating to the waitress that maybe the bartender forgot to add in vodka and just gave me tonic. The waitress didn't get my hint. The next time she came around to take our order, I asked for a shot of vodka and a cup of iced tonic instead. She looked at me like I was stupid, but at least now I had an actual drink. I can't imagine these bartenders don't know how to make a proper drink... maybe the owner is cheap and asked them to purposely make weak drinks.

Yelp
Visiting family in Alamo and stopped on our way home from Giants @ As game. Looking forward a quick place with sports on to catch up on other MLB & NFL pre-season. We ordered mozzarella sticks & poppers to start along with beers & a Jameson Mule fir me. The drinks came out quick. The appetizers were your typical food service fare. All our sandwiches were good & I the fries. The server said they'll peel them fresh every day. Two Patty Melts, a Ruben and pastrami No complaints. Oh and live music on the patio outside. Overall a great visit for pub food and drinks!

Yelp
I certainly would never come to this establishment on busy nights -- . They do not have enough staff to handle a full house. Our waitress had a hard time remembering orders, probably because her mask prevents her from getting enough oxygen., which is why most people write orders down. . While waiting for a football game to start, I decided to play chess with a friend and was summarily warned that I must stop the game because the pub does not allow gaming. This was from the owner who seemed to think that we needed to be vaccinated to be on the patio portion of the property. Two stars only go to the waitress who was tipped the customary 15% in situations like this --and she comped a drink for her errors.

Yelp
Used to come here after rugby practice and matches. Nice beer selection and a great hot dog. Nice folks. I might journey out to Walnut Creek for a beer again. They should show the Six Nations rugby matches and plenty of beer drinking, but polite rugby fans would show up.

Yelp
Stadium pub is a great place to enjoy some beverages and watch games. Plenty of TV's, friendly staff, good food. Our go-to sports bar.

Yelp
One could say that I frequent Stadium Pub a little too often! During game nights, while leading a group of friends indoors, I inconspicuously search for an accommodating table. Game nights' means large crowds so I use my peripherals for the best seating. In search of an ailment, I usually make my order into the first or second quarter. As it's game night, the trustworthy ciders and beers are requested, with an occasional shot(s) to go along. Once the appetite starts grumbling, I make my food order. Trying to live spontaneously, I tend to pick a new menu item during every visit. Some notable light bites are their sandwiches, hotdogs and fries! For those ritual bar crawls or a date night out, the Stadium Pub is great fun with nice hospitality. Sports fans rejoice, the Pub has an awesome feeling of a sports bar with delicious stadium food to match. Come for sports and their food, leave with a full belly and field goal from your experience!
