Stake Out Bar & Grill

This place is awesome! The food is seriously so good, and the whole vibe just makes you want to hang out and stay a while. The staff is super friendly and make you feel right at home. If you’re looking for a chill spot with great food and even better people, definitely stop by. You’ll have a great time!

Cool spot. Nice people working here. College bar near the UNLV campus. We came for a party. It was fun. We will come back.

3/15/24 I really needed to get out of the house and have a nice night relaxing. My husband and I decided to try a new place and we kinda randomly chose one not too far from home. We arrived at Happy Hour and Michael was our bartender and waiter as we chose to sit in a both. He immediately greeted us with a friendly smile and helped us get some great happy hour drinks... Which we loved! We ordered a burger and onion rings, and the full slab of ribs with Cole slaw and Potato salad. Everything was so good and all for $50. What a deal! Glad we stumbled upon this spot! If you want to gamble, they have video poker, they have open mike night, and a comedy night! We can't wait to return!

False advertising — they claim to serve food, but it’s only offered when it suits the business. I went here two different times (midday and after 5 PM). The first time, they weren’t ready yet to serve food and then the last time I went here, I was told they weren’t going to serve food until karaoke night at 9 PM but I was told I could leave and bring food from outside. I didn’t know this was BYO food. Why would I waste my time to go here, leave, and come back with food from somewhere else. I wanted to try several items on the menu. Very disappointed.

I've been here a few times for live music upstairs. The food is decent, and the drinks are good if you can get the bartenders attention. My friend and I were sitting next to each other. Long story short, my friend ordered a drink and I asked to cash out. Bartender gave my friend his drink and then he went outside for a while. When he came back, I grabbed his attention to cash out again. He had charged my friends drink on my tab. I took my card upstairs but this Bartender wouldn't open up a tab. She said I had to bring the card every time I ordered anything. The bar is set up nice and the atmosphere is nice.

A great pub and grill that is open 24 hours. I needed something to eat, early in the morning. I wasn’t far away and decided to stop in. I’m glad I did. I was met just I said e the door by the bartender, Rob. Super friendly and helpful. I sat down at a booth and had the teriyaki burger. It was really good. I was actually impressed with how they operate. I would eat here again!

This place _used to be_ amazing. They had, for years, the best Philly Chesesteak in town! I was not shy about telling people this every chance I got. But in the last few years, it's been a gamble whether or not someone would be there to cook it. The last time I tried, they didn't have it anymore, and had gas-station style pizza in a warmer as the food choice. It's not their fault that there's so much competition for good food near UNLV, but it's really sad that they're just a slightly above-average bar with mediocre food now.

Really cool gaming bar. Quick service and good food. Char is the best!
