I'm giving 5 stars (*****) only because I cannot give 10! Everything, the service, the food, the settings and even the music is absolutely excellent! Thank you "Stambolijski" staff for this amazing experience you gave us! It's a short review, but see the photos - they speak louder than words!!! This restaurant deserves a Michelin star ⭐... Or maybe two ⭐⭐!!!

A high-class restaurant with great service and style, the restaurant offers an exclusive menu and service. I expected the beef soup to have more meat, but it was creamy and contained just a few small pieces of meat. The house wine, Merlo, tasted not so great, but the Rodoslov fixed the situation. The deserts were great.

A beautiful etno restaurant in a great location and amazing service. They offer an international menu, so if you, like we did, are looking for grill or barbecue (instead of a risotto or a vegetarian dish), I do feel there are slightly better choices in Niš.

Pljeskavica Stambolski – A Culinary Masterpiece During my recent dining experience, I had the pleasure of trying the Pljeskavica Stambolski, and I can confidently say it was a culinary triumph! This exceptional dish consists of a perfectly grilled pljeskavica, stuffed with a delightful combination of sautéed leeks and creamy cheese, all made with high-quality minced meat. The flavors melded together beautifully, offering a rich and satisfying taste in every bite. To complement the meal, I enjoyed a refreshing green salad topped with cherry tomatoes, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds, which provided a perfect balance of textures and freshness. Paired with a glass of Merlot wine, the entire meal elevated to an unforgettable gourmet experience. Every element of the dish, from the creativity of the stuffing to the thoughtful sides, was truly a feast for the senses. Highly recommended to anyone seeking an exceptional dining adventure!

The atmosphere was lovely the staff was lovely and very pleasant and the food is nothing but amazing. The soup was thick and creamy the waiter even offered to freshly grind pepper in front of me for the soup, the salad was lovely as well. And the prices are more than reasonable I would even say for the quality of service it's pretty affordable. There are heaters outside and once you sit down they turn them on so you feel nice and warm (that is of course if it's needed). Also I would like to point out how clean the restroom is it's immaculate! Over all an absolute 10/10 if you are in Niš don't miss out on this restaurant !
