"Near the Hauptplatz, this spruce historical building – once part of the city's defensive wall – now accommodates this chic restaurant. The interior decor sees a beautiful, bright vaulted ceiling successfully combined with clean-lined modern design and pops of colour. The menu features delicious, freshly prepared dishes such as carpaccio of Styrian Alpine ox, veal Wiener schnitzel or steaks cooked on the charcoal grill. From Wednesday to Friday, there is a two-course "Stammtisch Lunch" deal as well as an a la carte selection. The articulate, polite team provides brisk service and is happy to advise you. The terrace in the inner courtyard is also pleasant. Tip: In summer they offer BBQ on Wednesdays. Just had our Christmas party in there and it was a fantastic experience, with a very good wine and food amazing!

Food is excellent here. I’ve had the deer and the chicken and then the chorizo dish that they give you because they want to charge you five euros for the napkins. The lunch special is probably the way to go, but it’s also a nice place for a romantic dinner. One star deducted or not having soap in the women’s bathroom. Only men were working in the kitchen, so I guess I didn’t worry on the hygiene aspect as much, but then if only men are working for the business, that creates its own set of issues.

A nice hidden gem in a lovely building, with nice atmosphere inside and a quiet garden terrace outside. The choice is not huge but the food is fresh and tasty and the service friendly. A safe choice if you wish to enjoy a good diner/lunch. Reservation is a must by sunny days

Due splendide cene, la seconda si è resa necessaria perché alcuni piatti del menù ci avevano troppo incuriosito per non provarli. Coccolati dal cameriere, deliziati dallo chef e confortati dall'ambiente abbiamo passato due serate splendide e ci siamo scordati della pioggia battente che aveva un po' rovinato la visita della città. Menzione d'onore per la carta dei vini. Purtroppo chiudono la domenica sennò avremmo passato qui sicuramente un'altra serata! HIC MANEBIMUS OPTIME!!

Unfassbar gutes Essen jedes mal, der Chefkoch weiß was er tut! Das außerordentlich nette und motivierte Personal und der wundervolle Innenhof machen es ausserdem zu einer Traum Eventlocation. Kann ich jedem empfehlen.

Wir sind schon Stammgäste im Stammtisch am Paulustor geworden, und das nicht ohne Grund! Ein sehr aufmerksames Personal mit bester Beratung! Wechselnde spannende Angebote in der Speisekarte und ein gemütliches Flair seien erwähnt! Die Qualität des Essen überwiegend hervorragend. Besonders zu erwähnen sind die unglaublich guten Desserts! Dafür sollte man unbedingt Platz lassen!

Sehr feines Restaurant im Herzen von Graz. Qualität der Speisen ist ausgezeichnet und auch die Weinkarte ist mit nationalen und internationalen Weinen ausgestattet. Das Ambiente ist absolut ansehnlich und lädt zum länger Verweilen ein. Preislich für die Qualität absolut gerechtfertigt. Vom Gefühl her kann jedoch das Service nicht ganz mit der restlichen Qualität mithalten. Alles in allem: Ein gelungener Abend.
