"A large new taproom and production facility occupying a Pier 70 building, featuring a massive 30-foot bar and an extensive lineup of house beers, from Kölsches to blondes, for on-site sampling and community gatherings." - Paolo Bicchieri
San Francisco Lucky Supermarket on Fulton Street to Stay Open Despite New Ownership | Eater SF
"The brewery is offering a Forever Deviant Loyalty Program that trades an upfront investment for deeply discounted pints for life: $1,000 for $5 pints for life, $5,000 for $3 pints, and $10,000 for $1 pints. Proceeds are earmarked to help bring a Pier 70 taproom across the finish line to opening. Co-owner Mark DeVito said he has already had some takers at the $1,000 level — including a potential customer who might shell out for the $10,000 level — and that the promotion runs only through SF Beer Week, ending Sunday, March 2." - Dianne de Guzman
Love this addition to the neighborhood/Pier 70! The taproom looks out to the back so there's a huge patio space and indoor/outdoor feel. There's a lot of seating so it's a great place to stop after a run or workout at Bay Padel.
They offer all of their standard beers as well as a bunch of stuff on Nitro. They sometimes have pop-ups for food or you can go next door to the new BreadBelly Bakery and really carb out.
I love the openness and design of the space. You can also see the brewing system behind the bar. Service is quick and efficient. It's a very fun space to be in - especially on a nice day!

Wonderful new location! Loving the vibes, not incredibly busy, but quite bustling already. Quick service from friendly folks and the beer is just as excellent.

July 2025:
Stopped by for dinner on a weeknight and found this place packed with people.
I've been to the other location many times. This new location is much nicer. Great view of the Bay.
Tried the Hop on Muni IPA and was excellent 👍. Outside, there was a taco stand and tried the veggie and al pastor tacos. Went great with the 🍻.
A welcome addition to the dog patch neighborhood.

A chic, redesigned industrial warehouse with modern finishes, historic structural steel and cathedral-height ceilings. Picnic tables inside, German beer garden tables outside. Excellent option for big groups.
Beer on tap, excellent. Views of the San Francisco Bay.

Delicious beers and attentive staff! Huge space is great for big groups. Tried the cognac brown ale and it blew my mind! They even have underbergs ice cold in the fridge. Killer view looking onto the bay. 10/10 Would recommend!

Fills the hole in my heart left by the closing of other nearby breweries. Standard Deviant hasn’t been in the Dogpatch very long but they’ve shown why they should stay. Delicious beers served by kind, knowledgeable staff in a beautiful location with a rotating but consistently great lineup of food trucks on the weekends. Highly recommend.
