Stanford's Restaurant & Bar

Large place with a "standard" American menu. My party ordered a couple of different things and the quality of the food and ingredients was good. During a followup visit, enjoyed another pleasant meal. Portions are very large and had some interesting wines to go with the food

I have been here a few times and Stanford's never disappoints. It is an American restaurant with your typical sandwiches, burgers and salads. They also have formal entrée such as steak, fish and even some sushi rolls and tacos. The selection are quite wide although not many things on the menu are exactly healthy. Nevertheless, their food taste pretty good and portion is larger than you can consume. The kids' menu are also well-rounded with grilled cheese sandwich, pizza to mac and cheese. I love coming here after shopping at the plaza!

They have happy hour all the time on the patio and all day on Sunday if you prefer to sit inside. If you park in the Broadway Plaza Parking Garage it is right next door & they will validate if you stay over the 3 hour free time. I was waiting for a friend and ordered the sweet potato fries with my glass of cab. I planned to share them with her but ended up eating them all. Word to the wise...they are addictive.

Great prices, okay food, mediocre service. Yeah it's okay, just okay....BUT it was mother's day so maybe they can't make great food when they are busy. I had egg shells all up in my food and I left with my stomach feeling uneasy/queasy.

Great laid back bar.. a bit older crowd and cleaner then most places. Great service. Drinks are also anything but watered down. Diner prices are a bit high unless you go when there are specials.

We love the desserts here! It’s so yummy and not super sweet. Please order the Apple crips!!!!

My experience was exceptionally remarkable. Outstanding food and friendly staff. Grant, the host opened the door for me graciously and seated me in a jiffy with professionalism. Then I had am outstanding server named Miles who provided great service and ensured my wife's burger was cooked to her standards. Will be back no doubt.

I want to really like Stanfords. Instead, it's a place I go when I'm bored with other options. The one really good thing they have is their happy hour. It's not quite as good as it was a few years ago but they have a great menu (with both bar and standard fares) at good prices. I think my issue is that I look at Stanfords as a steakhouse and they really aren't. So when I get a steak, I walk away less than satisfied. But if I get pasta, salad, etc. then they do a good job. Their service is good and it's a nice restaurant. They have a wonderful patio for Summer evenings. So I'd recommend Stanfords for Happy Hour or dinner but with a little hesitation.
