The two men that came out to our home today were outstanding. They were polite, friendly, and worked constantly while they were here. They did a fantastic job on all of our rugs. As they progressed from one task to the next, they took the time to explain what they were doing and answer our questions. 3.5. I called to get 3 carpets cleaned and 2 bathrooms. It took less than 2 hours. The price was a bit more than the services and price that I was quoted at the time of payment. I couldn't tell anything was done to the bathrooms. The main room that had a stain wasn't removed all the way which was unfortunate. We did get a military discount. The service man broke one of my large family glass picture frame which we were given a credit for. The other 2 rooms look great and there was no icky dirt or dark stains around the boarders of the room which is great.
