Stan's Donuts & Coffee

Stan’s Donuts just opened in the new Block 59 area in Naperville, surrounded by a bunch of other spots to eat and hang out. This one stands out if you’re into specialty donuts. The place is clean, bright, and well put together. Service was friendly and quick, even though it’s still new and getting into the groove. The donut selection is what you’d expect from Stan’s — creative, colorful, and definitely not your average coffee shop donuts. Lots of variety with some fun, over-the-top options. It’s not cheap, but you’re paying for more of a treat experience than just grabbing a basic donut. Think of it more like dessert than breakfast. If you haven’t been yet, it’s worth swinging by — especially if you’re already checking out the other new places in the area.

First time customer, likely a life long customer! I was welcomed with friendly faces and the donuts and coffee were awesome! Had a Latte and blueberry/ cream filled square donut (enough for 2) and a glaze donut. Both were fresh and soft and tasty! Coffee was very good. It didn’t give me a weird reaction like some others! A pleasant surprise, thank you!

Coffee & Menu They serve strong, locally-roasted coffee which pairs nicely with the donuts, plus a broader breakfast menu.  Value Slightly above average in price (more than Dunkin’ or Krispy Kreme), but the quality and variety justify the cost.  Rating TripAdvisor shows a solid 4.4 out of 5 rating.

Stopped here for an early morning treat for the family. Was greeted with friendly hello’s and smiles. Kudos Stans for this. Right away you know everything is going to be alright. The donut selection was amazing. I wanted to try everything. Finally made my selection on half dozen to start. Needless to say donuts were a hit with family. Plan to go back soon to try other items on the menu. My first impression of the Stan’s Donuts was everything! 🙂

We are huge fans of Stans Donuts. So far, we have been to Chicago, Schaumburg, and Rosemont location. Today, we stopped by the Naperville one and had a great experience. When we arrived, we noticed the drive thru was closed. Which was fine because we wanted to see the inside since it was just opened. Upon entering, we were greeted. Went to pick out some donuts. They offer regular size donuts as well as mini donuts. This way if you are not sure about a flovor you can get the minis. Although not all flavors are in mini form. The lady who helped us pick out donuts was very nice and friendly. Afterwards went to the counter to get some drinks too. I got a vanilla cold brew coffee and a Iced mocha. Everything tasted exactly like the other locations we have been to. I'm super excited to have a Stans in the Fox Valley area. Whichever location we drive to, it takes us two hours to get there. But I'd rather drive to the Naperville location now. They also offer a rewards program, so make sure you sign up for that to get some great perks. Thank you for the great service. We definitely felt welcomed and will be back whenever we are in the area again.

We were at the soft opening today. The staff was awesome and they had plenty of donuts and drinks available. Loved the 2 gluten-less donuts, but prefer the blueberry over the chocolate one. Jeff was awesome explaining the process and how the make the donuts. This will do awesome in Naperville and is a welcome addition to the area. The inside is a little loud when full of people.

This is a great-looking place. I love the vibe and decor. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice spot for coffee and a snack. But the donuts were plain and overpriced. You're definitely paying for the space.

I loved the atmosphere, food, service and the Donut peeson greeting everyone on such a hot day. The workers were very nice to interact with. The manager was awesome! Even corporate manager was there interacting with everyone. Deliscious food. It beats going to Dunkin Donuts. I highly recomment Stan's Donut Shop in Naperville Illinois. Keep up the good work Stan's manager and employees. Well done!!!

Shae/Shay at the Naperville location created the best mocha latte that I've ever had the pleasure to enjoy. Each employee that I encountered was top-notch...friendly, helpful, efficient.

I hate to admit this.. but before checking out this location, I've only had breakfast sandwiches from Stan's. Oops! That all changed and I am happy it did. New to block 59 in Naperville, Stan's was busy and packed while I was here on a Sunday morning. They have a drive through which was also filled with customers. Everything is brand new so to be expected the shop itself was clean and beautiful. Service was on the slow side but with time I know it will get better. I went with my usual Stanwich but! I also got a blueberry old fashion, apple cider and Boston cream for donuts. Dangggg these are all very good. I'm going to assume they are made fresh daily since all were the perfect texture and delectable. My favorite from the 3 was the blueberry old fashioned. I'd get this again and again. The Stanwich is also very good, in my opinion a simple egg and cheese breakfast sandwich is the way to go. Stan's does it well!

Stan's donuts is known for their donuts, oh my so delicious! but their drink selection is just as delicious! anyone who is a fan of iced matcha, you NEED to order the "Iced Strawberries + Creme oat matcha" i promise you it's so delicious; you'll be back just to order it every time! Hooray! There is a Stan's Donuts in Naperville. As a former city resident who just moved to the burbs, many of my favorite spots are opening an outpost here, including Stan's, so I didn't have to miss it for too long. This review is just for a drive-thru breakfast meal, so I can't really comment on the inside or the experience within the four walls, but my drive-thru experience was a-ok (like uneventful in a good way). I went around 8am. While there were a few cars in front of me, I didn't have to wait long to order at the big screen. I did wait a bit after I ordered so it wasn't "fast food" speed in my opinion, but I wasn't in a rush and it was all good. If you just wanted a coffee and donut (and not a hot food item), your wait time will be even shorter, I imagine. All of my past Stan's visits have been on foot... so I guess this was a very suburban review. PSA if you want a pretzel "Stanwich" meaning the breakfast sandwich on a pretzel bun, make sure to say "Stanwich" bc there is a ham & cheese on a pretzel bun, and if you are kinda bleary-eyed and in your pre-coffee-state in the morning, you might say "pretzel sandwich" they might repeat back to you from the speaker "pretzel ham & cheese?" and you might say "yes" without realizing you actually really wanted the pretzel "Stanwich." Regardless, I had a lovely breakfast. I ordered an iced coffee with my sando and a strawberry glazed donut to have at home. I couldn't wait to split it with my husband for a little Stan's appreciation moment. Stan's, we are so glad you guys are in the 'hood! I will be back for a Stanwich and a donut :)

Since we were making our way to Naperville anyway, we had to check out the new Stan's Donuts in Naperville on opening day (8-9-25). This area is a new development of chain restaurants. There was a Lazy Dog, Shake Shack, Mission BBQ and others. I was hoping to be one of the first 100 people for a prize, but knew when we showed up at 8, they opened at 6, there was no way. Especially since the line snaked around the drive thru. Lol :) We waited 50 min to order while we were in line, they handed out samples and they greeted and thanked everyone. Once inside, the employees by the case were efficient, they had all the donuts to choose from. I've been to Stan's many times and wanted to try a few new items. I chose the Samoa (it's called something else, but can't remember the name) and my daughter chose the s'more which is a collab with the Jonas Brothers and Marshmello. We also got a Biscoff pocket, my daughter's fav and an apple fritter. She also got an iced matcha latte. For the month of August, there is a drink challenge on the app. Up to 3 visits, you get something free with a drink purchase. Download the app and get rewards for free food/drinks or merch. We both loved the Samoa and s'more donuts. The Samoa was a yeast donut with a "hard" chocolate bottom and crunch top of coconut and caramel. So good! Hopefully, it'll stay awhile! My daughter enjoyed her s'more donut, the donut was a yeast donut with chocolate glaze, 2 pieces of Hersheys and a marshmallow. She really enjoyed it. Everyone was enthusiastic, friendly and helpful.

Great donuts but quite possibly the slowest service of a any restaurant in Naperville. The first time we went was in their first couple weeks of being open, it was painfully slow but I chalked it up as just them being new. The second time we went it was just as slow as the first. The last time I went this past weekend was slower than the first two times and they can no longer consider themselves "new" its been open for several months now. Also, parking lot and parking is a nightmare.

Could this place be any cuter!!! It felt so magical as soon as I walked in the door.This was my first visit to Stan's. It felt like I stepped into donut wonderland! First the staff all said hello and welcome, then the smell of fresh donuts and the Beautiful presentation and selection of donuts. I was overjoyed. Jeana was so kind and fun, she helped me pick out a few donuts that she thought I would like. I loved them. What a great overall experience. Thank you, I'm going to give Stan's donuts 5 star reviews on every social platform, the world needs to know how amazing this place is.

Drive thru is super fast in the mornings. I adore the feta and cheese as well as the croissants. Donuts are huge and different than your standard Dunkin.

I've been so impressed with this place! All the workers are so friendly and helpful! They've got an awesome variety of styles and flavors, but not so many that you're overwhelmed. They also have a few gluten free options, which are very good! It's a little pricey, but it's worth it.

Was just ok. Donuts are expensive and a bit dry. I would suggest trying a different place.

came here for the grand opening and it was an overall amazing experience. great service from the people who were working. super friendly and patient as i looked through the many wonderful choices. the store is clean and cutely decorated. love that they have giant drink portions. right up my alley! and the donuts were absolutely amazing with different textures that made eating multiple donuts very easy.

donuts are incredible. Super clean establishment and friendly staff. The decaf coffee was really good which is hard to find. So many donuts selections!

Ordered two chocolate sprinkled cake doughnuts and both were not edible. The chocolate had an awful taste and after one bite, I had to throw them away.

I live with donut conasers. They loved these donuts. They are fresh, wonderful. Our new donut place!!! Can not wait to try the coffee and breakfast sandwiches.

We were really excited about the new Naperville location. We ordered a chocolate and a maple long john. Im sorry to say that they both felt sweaty and slimy. Doughnuts are served with a paper covering. When that was removed the frosting went with it entirely. It was wet and sloppy. We threw them both away without eating them.

walked in to get a donut and coffee. waited for everyone to work drive through. girl was putting together 2 dozen donuts for someone that wasnt there and she couldnt take my order? thats not how you do business. if someone walks in you make them a priority. you dont talk about gossip on your headset. i wont go back. too new to be so bad
