i honestly really enjoy this venue because most venues in los angeles are truly just the worst thing ever. ive only ever attended hockey games here (so no concerts, basketball, etc) but i enjoy my experience everytime! all the seats are pretty good with nice views, employees are helpful and nice, food and merchandise lines are sometimes long but they move somewhat fast. same thing with the bathrooms, the lines can get super long especially in between game periods, but they move somewhat fast. the screen in the middle of the arena is so big and doesn’t actually hurt my neck to look at unlike the screens at the forum and sofi. my favorite thing about this venue is actually the parking. it’s impossible to park for an event in la and actually get out right away (unless you leave early) but out of all the LA venues, this one is the best. I always park in lot C and buy that parking on stub hub as far as i can in advance and it’ll always be $12-$25. this lot is also right by the freeway so all you have to do to get out is turn left and get past one light and boom you’re already on the freeway. yes, if you leave ASAP of course there will be traffic but compared to places like the kia forum or sofi stadium, this place is much easier to get out of. it’s also just as close if not just a few steps more from the usual parking which is inside the convention center. so you’re not really gaining a closer walk if you buy the “closer” convention parking. if you buy any other parking like inside the convention center, it’ll usually be $30-$40. lastly, even though this venue is in LA, i’ve gone to games by myself and i’ve actually felt pretty comfortable walking alone at night, especially as a girl. the parking is close enough that you’re in a well lit place and surrounded by a lot of people in case anything happens. that doesn’t mean it’s perfect but i definitely don’t feel crazy unsafe

I visited Crypto.com Arena on December 1 for a Lakers game, and the experience was overall impressive. The venue is well-organized, with smooth entry procedures and staff who were consistently helpful and professional. The arena was clean, and the seating layout provided good visibility of the court from almost every angle. Crowd management and concessions were handled efficiently, although lines during peak periods could be long. The atmosphere inside the arena was electric exactly what you would expect from a Lakers home game with high-energy entertainment throughout breaks and solid audio-visual production that enhanced the experience. While the arena is already a strong venue, some modernization in concourse flow and seating comfort could elevate the experience further, especially considering the volume of visitors during major games. Nonetheless, it remains an iconic and enjoyable place to watch live basketball. Overall, my visit to Crypto.com Arena was memorable, and the Lakers game atmosphere made it worth the trip.

I have been a laker fan for 40 years. I live in New Jersey and this was the first time I was there. And I really enjoyed myself. I loved the arena. Everyone was polite and nice. I hope to make it back 1 day. Maybe at the beginning of next season. When everyone is healthy, that was the only the thing that I was upset about.That Luka was hurt.

We flew from Louisiana to our very first NBA game. Everything was amazing. We opted for premium seat and love the fact that they took your food and drink orders. The Lakers won and it was great and exciting experience.

Well run outfit. Guest relations took care of us. Everyone associated with the arena was pleasant and courteous. There was an issue with my wife's purse and we had to rent a locker. All in all, good experience but its a pricey affair.

Nice arena, easy to walk to, and helpful staff. Lots of bars and restaurants around and it feels safe to walk around at night. We went for a King’s game and really enjoyed it.

Had nothing but positive things to say about this place. It was really cool except that was not here for a basketball game. I was here for a sleep token concert. And the venue was amazing. I don’t think there was a bad seat in the house wherever you were watching your show from. The layout, the decor, the staff work in the event. I don’t know if that necessarily has anything to do with my review of this place, but honestly, we had an all-around great experience with this venue.

Always a great time at Crypto.com Arena! I went for a Lakers game and the energy was awesome as always. Entrance was quick and easy, food court has good options, the seats were super comfortable. You can usually find street parking or use one of the garages nearby (around $40). Great vibes, great crowd, and always a fun night in downtown LA!
