My husband ordered business cards from here that were “ready” last week, but when he went to pick them up, there was a sign on the door saying they were closed due to a staffing issue.
I called the store today to see if they were open; according to the automated message, they were, but I decided to wait & speak with an associate (just to make absolutely certain before driving all the way there). It’s a good thing I did, because there was one person who was still at the store — and she was getting ready to leave! Luckily she stuck around another 15 minutes so I could come in & pick up the cards. For that, I’m grateful.
However, that’s where my positive comments end. This place is in trouble.. see photo if you have any doubts.
