Two separate orders of business cards. Ordered early morning and told they’d be done next day. Neither even started when I went to pick them up. First time I waited 45min for them to be printed because they were NEEDED that day. Double sided cards printed same on both sides on handful of them wasn’t what I ordered. Do better.

It shouldn't take 30 minutes to return one amazon item. There was a long line of people returning amazon items and only one worker. If you all are going to be the only option to return amazon items for free then you should have an extra worker helping. All the reviews that speak about this keep getting the same generic response with no new outcome of fixing the issue.

Our local Staples has a friendly and extremely helpful staff. I much prefer to interact with a human who can answer questions and knows I am a regular customer. It is well worth the trip to the store.

Where are all the staff? There used to be two staffed registers to check people out, plus another couple of workers in the copy area, plus another couple of associates walking the aisles helping customers find items. The last several times I’ve been in, the registers are closed, and there is only one worker in the copy area doing copying AND checking people out AND doing the UPS shipping.

I ordered my product online, then drove just 10 minutes to the store. When I arrived, an employee quickly directed me to the pickup area. I checked out my item and was out the door in no time—on my way to my presentation with product in hand. It was a smooth and seamless experience!

My husband ordered business cards from here that were “ready” last week, but when he went to pick them up, there was a sign on the door saying they were closed due to a staffing issue. I called the store today to see if they were open; according to the automated message, they were, but I decided to wait & speak with an associate (just to make absolutely certain before driving all the way there). It’s a good thing I did, because there was one person who was still at the store — and she was getting ready to leave! Luckily she stuck around another 15 minutes so I could come in & pick up the cards. For that, I’m grateful. However, that’s where my positive comments end. This place is in trouble.. see photo if you have any doubts.

Can’t even open on time. Love seeing about 10 Amazon customers leaving because of this. Really looks great for the future of that business partnership.

DO NOT BRING AN AMAZON RETURN HERE!!!! I was number 15 in line and took half an hour to drop off one item. The heck with this nonsense, I watched everyone who left after dropping off. No one used the Staples coupon provided with the return receipt. Staples you have shot yourself in the foot!!!

I had an issue with a third party shipper. For some reason they decided to ship two packages to this store. I understand this store was not at fault and I do not give the rating based off of that. My issue is with how it was handled by the GM. I apologized for the inconvenience it might had caused the store and its employees, but and instead I was berated. I have shopped at this store many times and never really an issue. I do not believe that the GM in this store knows how to operate a retail store or communicate with customers. If the GM is willing to talk to customers in that way, I hate to see how they speak to their employees. At this point I will never shop there again or do business with Staples.

Highly recommend NOT using Staples shipping services with UPS. This goes for all Staple locations. My spouse and I attended this Staples in Evansville, Indiana and were intended to ship through UPS. Their store manager refused because we were shipping to and from with the same address. However, we went to an official UPS Store, not affiliated with another business, and there were no issues with shipping. I find it strange Staples processes packages for UPS shipping but "not as" the same process as UPS itself. Maybe UPS should consider another partner for their business model if Staples is not user friendly. Again...don't use Staples for shipping.
