Star Metals Office

At around 12 today, I was bringing in an Instacart order which involved a heavy box of lemons to a restaurant. There was a receptionist and this other dude that walked up. Then the receptionist asked me if that was heavy and I said yes. Then he said something bizarre like 'I'm not going to help you with that'. Like what?! I know he doesn't necessarily have (although it definitely would've been nice), but at the same time to see me struggling with something heavy and asking me is it heavy, and then saying that you're not going to help me with that and the other guy that looks like he works there going along with it is quite frankly nasty work! I'd rather for him to have said nothing. Do better! Life's hard enough!

They just started to offer furnished units when I was looking for a place to rent while in town on a production. Kali went out of her way to navigate a confusing new system to get me setup and settled in.

Here it is in a nutshell, I have been victimized by a real winner of a human being when my identity was stolen him. He seemed to have a very good time judging by the paper trail that he left. Thankfully I caught it quick and was able to minimize the damage that could have been done. Most creditors were understanding and willing to lend a hand in getting things straightened out. Not Star Metal Apartments. I tried to reach the reps in charge of filling these units and it seems like they would ghost me as soon as they heard of my plight. I was trying to get the false scars on my credit cleaned up with all of the evidence that I have collected and received no help, less than no help, from the Star Metal team. Hopefully none of you potential renters has to deal with stolen ID issues but if you do just know that this establishment doesn't care about any hardship that may be affecting you. Even something as small as an application fee for an imposter's attempt to live at this superb location on my dime.

From the day I stepped foot in Star Metals I was taken care of. Whether it was going above and beyond with service and security, or just remembering my name. Kyla and Madi especially, are so caring. They go out of their way to keep my packages in order and talk to me after a long day of work. They definitely impacted my time here at Star Metals!

They have a very nice meeting/engagement space.on the 7th floor. The views were great as well.

Beautiful building with some amazing views and great restaurants. If you have the opportunity to visit or eat here, it’s definitely worth it.

Open Path is a dumpster fire.
