Overall fairly high price for the quality of the food. Portion sizes were really good, however the taste of the food didn’t line up with the cost. As you just walk up when your number is called and they have automated ordering, the service can’t be commented on.

First time trying Starbird and fairly impressed by their food and atmosphere! Nashville Hot Tenders,if not too oily, would have been the best tenders I had so far! Fries were ok, star sauce was yum! By far contender for the best-fried chicken place in my list!

Google
The chickens pretty good. Portion sizes are kinda below average for America. The sauces are fire. People at the counter are nice. There isn’t much love in the food but it tastes alright for the sandwiches. I’ll go back. Around dinner time the place was packed with kids running around. They forgot my sauces and I walked back from the car and they gave them to me without question.

January 20th, MLK Day at 10:43AM I go in to pickup my order and was treated poorly. Every other individual who picked their food up before me wasn't required to prove their order; it was just given. I was the only person of color picking up and order and the middle aged hispanic man made me have to prove my order by giving him my phone. Other people come after me and he doesn't follow that protocol because they're not people of color. He then provides me the wrong order and I correct him that isn't my food. He then speaks condescending to me that I didn't tell him its UBEREATS when he took my phone from me and read it himself. He starts doing tug of war with me over my food. That is a poor way to treat customers. Review the cameras and you can see it yourself with the time mark provided. That was uncalled for.

I'm a sucker for Fried Chicken. It speaks to the Seoul of a Korean person lol. With that being said My son and I actually stumbled upon this place by accident. We were actually looking to go to The Counter but they were permanently closed (Say Whaaaat?!). Since it was our first time here our person behind the counter was very thorough explaining everything and asked if we wanted all the things on our order. He also followed up with us which is a nice touch. They lso h ave ordering kiosks if you want less human interface. I like how they have an interesting twist on their menu. They have the right amount of selections to choose from. I was really tempted to try the Seoul Star or the Nashville Hot Chicken Sando but I'll save that for next time. I ended up getting the Cali Bacon and my son got the chicken wings. The Cali Bacon had the usual lettuce, pickles, tomatoes and a real interesting mayo with liquid smoke and a dash of sugar and pepper. It added a nice flavor profile to the sandwich. One cool feature of this place is that you can choose between the flats or drums when ordering wings. I thought that was kinda cool, especially for my son. He didn't care though lol. We both ordered fries but it was actually too much food and we wasted an order of fries. Had I known I would order just 1 fries as I really don't like wasting food. They also had a few chick salads which looked amazing. Order neighbor next to us ordered one and she was looking like she was enjoying it. Again, a decent sized serving. Their drink selection is pretty cool too. It's sourced from a local alameda based small batch beverage company. They had interesting soda flavors but I went straight for the Peach Iced Tea which is one of my favorites next to... Beer. One of the things I really appreciated was the bright, clean atmosphere. They did a good job designing the interior with clean tile, bright to medium woodgrains and splashes of yellow in both signage and tile. The last interesting point is the the bathrooms are external. It's right next door which isn't a big deal. This location is in an outdoor mall environment, hence the external bathroom. Overall a great place and I'll definitely be back to check out the Korean style sando and a salad. Enjoy!

Google
Love their Starbird 2.0 sandwich. I get a craving about once a week. They use buns which are a cut above the usual ‘hamburger’ style Wish they would get their re-cycling cans straight. The green one is labeled “landfill”

Google
Nevon (Navon?) realized I wasn’t a fan of the ordering kiosk & provided excellent service. He was patient w my questions & shared my excitement for trying place for the first time. They specialize in chicken tenders & wings. Tenders are not usually my fave, but these were good, crispy outside & juicy inside. I loved the wide variety of sauces! The place was clean, food came quick, & there’s outdoor seating. I left stuffed for under $20, not easy in Marin County. Thanks again Nevon, your service made this a place I’ll come back to!

They make best salads and employees are courteous, every time. I’ve been at other locations and this one is the best..

Yelp
Ordered to go on my way home from work and got the new chicken parm sandwich which was amazing but seemed smaller than previous ones. No doubt it was delicious!!! I got my husband 2 of the cali bacon chicken and he was in heaven. Thank you Starbird for great service and high quality ingredients. It matters! Store was clean and service was fast. Thank you workers.

Yelp
Really love the lemon pepper chicken here, and the sweet chicken too. Staff here is cute too. Will come back!

Yelp
Came in while doing some Christmas shopping and quickly realized that this is a popular place. They have 2 kiosks at the door where you can order yourself and someone at the counter who is eager to help. We had the Big Star & the starbird and both were tasty. We had never been here so we ordered our own fries but the portions are so large that one order can be shared. Their berry lemonade is a MUST try. Fyi, no bathrooms inside, but the shopping center bathrooms are right next door.

Yelp
This place has become my new go to!! Their quality of food and prices have me absolutely hooked. Every time I get their Nashville tenders and chop salad. Their Nashville tenders have great flavor and it great that they come with slaw and fries!! Their salad is also divine - every ingredient is super fresh and their dressings are flavorful without being super heavy. This time we tried out their new Cali Gold BBQ chicken sandwich and that was just as tasty as their other food items! See you next week!

Teri L.

Yelp
Love the sandwiches, hate the wings. Do not order the wings. Yuck. Ive never eaten anything so salty. Yuck!!

Reana M.

Yelp
I always get the gardenbird substitute in either the seoul or big star. Delicious for vegetarians

Alissa D.

Yelp
Great every time. I can't get over that they discontinued the Mandarin Orange Chicken Salad--definitely the best menu item! But everything else is so delicious, I'll eventually forgive the person who made that executive decision.

Malcolm R.

Yelp
Today I ordered their Cobb salad online for takeout. I knew it would be large enough for two meals so I added a second portion of chicken for it, so I'd have a full portion of chicken for each meal. That's exactly what happened. I had the first half of the salad for lunch today. It was great and large enough to fill a large dinner plate. I'm looking forward to having the second half for lunch tomorrow!

Yelp
Not even gonna lie, this is probably one of the most slept on chicken places in my opinion. It's a chain, so we can't really expect too much. But every time I've eaten here, it's been delicious and satisfying. Starbird Chicken is located near Starbucks in the Corte Madera shopping center. They have a good selection of chicken dishes including wings, tenders, sandwiches, and salads. To order, you can walk up to the register or order contactless. The green goddess cobb salad with crispy chicken is my absolute favorite thing to order from here! I honestly come here for that and an order of fries, and I'm good. From what I remember, their wings are pretty good too. Oh, and their churros? Divine! Portion sizes are decent, so bring a friend if you want to try out a few items on their menu. They have both indoor and outdoor seating, so they can house a good amount of people for dine-in. As far as service goes, it's a hit or miss. I've had both really great interactions with employees, and others that have sort of just fell flat. All in all, a solid place to get some good chicken. Would recommend a try if you're shopping at this center!

Christine R.

Yelp
Not everything tastes like chicken here, there's a special kind of taste to their chicken. Can't miss the location with all the bright yellow chairs, decor, signage, etc. Took over the former Baja Fresh location. Not only are their wings and chicken sandwiches phenomenal, the salads are ginormous and tasty. My daughter makes two servings out of their bountiful salads. I like their orange chicken salad. The DIY kiosks are really convenient, makes ordering fast and easy. There's plenty of parking in this shopping center. Kid-friendly and dog-friendly. My kids still love coming to this Town Center with me, and they're grown adults now. 'Til next time ~ cheers and see you on Yelp (SYOY)!

Yelp
The nuggets are not any better than the big fast food chains' versions - they have tons of breading, a few chunks of gristle in my nuggets, little seasoning, and cloying sauces.

Yelp
Looking for quick, affordable eats.. this is the place. Coming back from the city hubby got the starbird and fries, I got starbird 2.0 and Bahn mi fries and small drink. $35 We could've easily split a single order of fries. Food was hot, quick and fresh. Hubby felt the basic starbird was equal to chick fila - he wouldn't get it again - nothing special. The starbird 2.0 was nice as it has a nice combo with avocado and slaw. We both liked the 2.0 and would recommend that. Dave hot chicken is slightly better better in our opinion. Bahn Mi fries were weird and not that great. Stay away from this hot mess of a combo lol We appreciate that there was quick/ affordable venue here.

Yelp
I like this place and came here with some family especially to try the new "orange chicken" flavor offering. We ordered some usual items, and I got the Gardenbird tenders with orange sauce. Interestingly, the orange sauce is only in a small side cup. I would have liked to see the sauce drizzled on the tenders, as the one cup when rationed barely was enough, but I guess I'll have to get one or two extra sauces next time. If you are expecting a tossed orange chicken experience, like other restaurants offer, don't hold your breath. Good flavor to the sauce, but fails on application. Also tried the truffle fries. More parmesan than truffle so wouldn't order the special truffle again. The regular fries are good enough. Otherwise, a great meal. And I tried the Ginger Beer natural soda, and it had good natural (read: spicy!) ginger taste. This is not your grandfather's Canada Dry ginger ale! Delicious . . . Will try orange sauce again - just have to remember to order extra sauces.

Yelp
I am updating my review because of my recent order. I got a three piece tender box with the kale coleslaw and was disappointed. There was a noticeable size difference of the tenders from previous orders. They were a lot smaller and dry. The coleslaw tasted funky too. I don't think I will be going back to Starbird. They need to address their quality control. Paying $13 for three tiny pieces of tenders and coleslaw is definitely not worth it.

Yelp
Stopped by here with a friend on a mission to find a delicious fried chicken sandwich - we weren't disappointed! WHAT WE ORDERED: - Starbird 2.0: tri colored cabbage, pickled red onion and avocado was slathered in this sandwich. The chicken was nice and crispy and well-seasoned. If you're not into spicy, then this is the sandwich for you. - Nashville Hot Bird Sandwich: this was a mild heat fried chicken sandwich. You got spice on the finish, but I'm sure if you want something spicier, you can ask. They were heavy on the pickles, which I actually loved! It added some yummy tang and crunch. Again, the chicken was crunchy and seasoned. - Seoul Star Chicken Sandwich: I think this was my favorite sandwich! Fresh sliced cucumbers perfectly complimented this sandwich. It added an extra fresh element. I especially loved the toasted seasame seeds. It gave the sandwich a delicious nutty flavor. This was not a spicy sandwich and tasted a bit sweet, but balanced out with the other flavors. - Truffle Fries & Nashville Hot Fries: the truffle fries were standard, but definitely had a strong truffle and Parmesan presence, which is what you want. But the Nashville hot fries really hit the spot for me. Pimento and cheddar cheese was generously poured over the seasoned fries (I love that they still season the fries before adding the toppings). The green onion added that extra bite and fresh flavor. - chocolate chip cookie: fresh baked that morning, this cookie was chewy and a perfect finish to a meal. Overall, we were thoroughly impressed! The buns were buttery and soft, the chicken was crunchy and flavorful and everything overall was superb. WHAT WE DRANK: The sodas offered are local (Alameda) which I loved to see! If you like soda, do yourself a favor and get the cream soda!!! We also drank the new peach iced tea. I was worried it would taste too sweet, but it wasn't at all. It had a nice, light peach flavor. Service was 10/10. The establishment was clean and well kept. It's a great addition to the Corte Madera Town Center and I can't wait to return!

Yelp
If you like good quality fast food, this is the place to go! I was greeted with a smile as I entered the restaurant, making me feel welcomed. I ordered two big star sandwiches to go, they were crispy and delicious!

Christopher S.

Yelp
Starbird is like a classier canes and Chick-fil-A. You pay a more but you get higher quality too. This location is located in the ever busy shopping center in Corte Madera. It is a bigger location than the Sunnyvale one I have been to. Lunch time is a big rush but catching it after high times will be best as the food will take much longer with the lunch rush I have noticed. The cashier there (didn't get his name) is friendly and always has a funny quip. And perhaps why it takes longer is the menu. It has salads, sandwiches, tendies, etc. so it is more varied than their competitors and probably takes a little more time to get orders prepped. Last time I stopped by I got the 3 piece Nashville tendies. The chicken is good, fried part is a nice crisp, and flavor of the Nashville hot powder is good too. It's not that spicy at "normal" so hot will probably be better should spicy be preferred. Star sauce is good. Not amazing but it's good. Fries are decent as well. Slaw is kale if you're into that. Two seemingly (starbird branded jackets) corporate employees were sitting near me testing out their menu with a bunch of items on their table, so I'm glad to see they do QC every so often too.

Ryan S.

Yelp
The reviews weren't amazing but we did enjoy it. $11 a sando then and extra almost $6 to make it a meal... ouch! The kids meal at $7, okay good deal. However the only option is chicken strips, so I had 2 chicken sandwiches go half eaten from my boys. Our total for 2 adults and 3 kids (5,7,9) was $75! Looking at the pictures the prices have gone up significantly over the past year. The Nashville hot chicken was lacking the heat I wanted but the overall flavor was good. My wife had the Seol and it was good, no complaints! Overall it was good, but at that price point, it's just too much

Michael C.

Yelp
I got a sandwich - crunchy fried chicken breast, sliced tomato, cole slaw, pickles, Star sauce and bacon on a toasted Dutch Crunch. It was a big sandwich and rather messy. It's tasty, I removed the pickles because they overshadowed the chicken. It was very good. The chicken is fresh and crisp, the sauce, bacon and slaw make it very tasty. Next time I would ask for the tomato and probably the slaw on the side as it started falling apart about halfway through. I will be back to try some of the other menu items.

Joanne C.

Yelp
Don't get the fried chicken sandwich here! no sauce, bun leaves your mouth wanting water and overall not worth the price ( around $13). Their salads and fried chicken taco is alright, but nothing amazing.

Kayla P.

Yelp
My bf and I went around 8 PM, close to closing time and it was very peaceful. Our orders were done quickly and accurately. We got: Nashville Hot Fries $6: pretty good. Highly recommend to cut up a chicken tender and mix it in. The fries were the right crisp and the cheese is to die for! But this itself could be a whole meal. Seoul star $11: AMAZING. COULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS ENOUGH. MY NEW GO TO. the bbq sauce and the chili flakes, how could anyone go wrong with this combo? This deserves 10/5 for being that delicious. Star 2.0 $11: it was good, average, nothing special about it. It reminded me of Got's chicken sandwich (schnitzel) so if you like that, then you'll like this. I would recommend this place to anyone, especially if you love chicken, LIKE ME. I know there is more to try in the menu so I'll come back again. The place looks clean but we did have to wipe down a table to sit.

Tracey A.

Yelp
Starbird Chicken is onto something. Not one who often frequents fast-food establishments, I'll admit that I was really pleased, shortly after they opened, to receive a $20 menu credit which enabled me to sample several menu offerings. Everything I tried was really good even if I know it's not healthy. I've returned multiple times, assuaging my guilt by ordering one of their many well-priced (about $12) meal-sized salads. The option exists to order these salads with grilled chicken but really? No. I go for the fried chicken every time because it satisfies and tastes great. There's a reason these salads are priced as they are. The lettuce is iceberg, not Little Gem, and the flavor profile is fatty and satisfying. Salads may be healthy alternatives but I'm pretty certain the salads I get at Starbird aren't. Who cares? While other places, even fast-casual ones, are selling salads that have inched up to about $20 Starbird is putting out something equally satisfying for far less. Good job, Starbird. I like you.

Moe M.

Yelp
The Orange Chicken Saladsalad is a delicious concoction of fresh ingredients and juicy chicken bites. The orange sauce on the chicken was zesty and sweet. The peach ice tea was not overly sweet. And the lemon pepper wings were underwhelming. Upon entering the establishment, the yellow color scheme automatically puts a smile on your face. With the light buzzing of people conversing and the workers working, the ambiance was mellow for a late Monday afternoon. Service was quick and monotonous. Workers need to be more welcoming. No smile, no pleasantries. Just a dry azz how may a help you. Overall, 4 stars bc the food was good, and I will be back to try other dishes.

Corey D.

Yelp
A Bay Area chain, Starbird is filling a fried chicken sandwich void that has always existed in Corte Madera and Marin. While it's not the most traditional chicken sandwich, they do their own way pretty well. The place is always busy and seems like a popping place for students. They have a menu filled with sandwiches, salads, tenders and wings. I've tried a couple items, but typically order the Nashville Spicy Chicken Sandwich. It has a fresh slaw and crispy chicken. The special sauce has a nice kick to it so it's a well balanced bite. The fries are crispy and are on the thicker side, which I kind of prefer. Starbird offers local craft sodas and some amazing fruit juices. When I went more recently, it seemed they had swapped out to different juices. A little disappointing because of how good the originals were. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating. The staff is friendly, but they are always busy. You can order online, at the register, or at a self-serve kiosk. If you download the app, you'll get a small credit I believe. I'm glad to see it's doing well and hope it continues to fill the fried chicken need.

Daniel H.

Yelp
Hit and miss; sometimes they get the order right and other times you wait for staff to finish flirting with one another to pickup your order only to get a half order of fries and no salad dressing.... At any rate the Mango Habenero sauce is great!

S P.

Yelp
I usually love Starbird and have eaten from there many times. However this last time, I got food poisoning which has lasted 2 days so far. I understand that this can happen anywhere but I am writing this review so hopefully they do a little bit better moving forward so no one else gets sick.

Patrick S.

Yelp
Starbird Chicken expands it fried chicken franchise providing a welcome new addition to Corte Madera that is tasty and affordable. Starbird Chicken is a rapidly growing fast food chain that capitalizes on America's obsession with fried chicken. They have a variety of different fried chicken options, with their Nashville Hot Chicken being probably the most popular. Other spins include the sweet Thai glazed, which covers their tenders with a nice sweet savory sauce, and Baja loaded, which gives a more Mexican feel. If you are feeling like something more than just the chicken, they have several salad and sandwich options. For those who are looking for vegan options, they even have a plant based chicken option as well. After having tried a good amount of their menu now, I would say I am pretty impressed with the quality of the product. The Nashville Hot Chicken is pretty comparable to other places at a much more affordable price. Make sure to "Make It Blazin'" for that extra kick of heat especially for those who enjoy a little spice. My only concern would be the service which seems a little hectic, but this could be due to their just opening. However, everything is always to order and generally done within a timely manner. Parking is dependent on how busy Corte Madera Town Center is. Overall, Starbird Chicken provides solid fried chicken tenders that are tasty and worth checking out if you are in the Corte Madera area.

Robert N.

Yelp
Of all the Chicken restaurants that offer fried chicken, grilled chicken and even chicken alternatives I have to say that Starbird Chicken is the best hands down from them all! Staff and Management are also incredible as they all take pride in their work. Everything comes out fresh and perfect each and every time. I had their Vegetable Chicken Sandwich as well and you won't believe it's healthy for you! So glad this place exists.

Lisa H.

Yelp
I have been waiting for this place to open and happened to pass by when they had "soft opened" though I didn't know what that meant. The owner of the place was there at the door greeting everyone as they slowly entered to not overcrowd indoors. I ordered a full order for my family as I would. So, I ordered: 1)The Hot Bird Sandwich ~for me~ wanting to try a kickin' good fried chicken sandwich.--Was not spicy at all, it was all right, I kept using my daughter's Ranch dressing for flavor & My Husband's Sesame Dressing~which is AMAZINGly delicious 2) The Katsu salad for my husband~ He is a Japaenes Katsu fan--This was an awesome salad~ hands down we will get this every time. The Fried Chicken was chopped and had Katsu Sauce on each bite, the salad with edamame was crisp and fresh but I just wish the Cucumbers were a bit more substantial than the paper thin slices. 3) The Chop Salad ~for my salad daughter--this salad was confusing, the flavors went in different directions~i bought it thinking it would be a chop salad and then was further committed to the details for it being like a tostada salad with Pepitas and Cotija. Pepitas were there, cotija cheese didn't stand out and the dressing was .....somehow not unifying this salad. Tortilla strip were there but~ can't explain it, the flavors didn't unite this salad that seems so Californian. Maybe a do over for next time, after I've tried the other salads AND maybe this salad should be with Grilled chicken in stead of the overwhelming fried chicken. 4) Classic chicken tenders for my other child which came with fries and a Kale Slaw.-- Everyone dove into the fries as what family doesn't? They were great. My kids actually split the salad and tenders and they would rather just have the tenders. (Teens) 5) 2 orders of Churros~ these were pretty plain, some had sugar on them and they were all right. There was syrup in the order and was not sure what they were for~ the un-sugared churros? Or the chicken?(an waffles play?) Again, this was a soft open and so as I was about to pay, they were like no it's a soft open, it's free. We are just in practice mode. Ahh wow! My dinner was free. How wonderful that was! The next day I had a lone tender that was left over with the uneaten Kale Slaw. THAT little combo was SO delicious COLD~I'd love that for lunch any day! Again, so many other things to try on that menu that I didn't even attempt. I think there is a balance in maybe NOT ordering everything fried. I am looking forward to trying all the salads! I def. recommend trying this place, I happen to LOVE fried Chicken but hate making it~if this is you this might be a good go to. Their little soda bar was so unique, NONE or the usual Giant Companies. There was a flavored sparkling water on there that was SO good, that I topped with Lemonade and the flavor had a Coconut undertone that was so different and refreshing. I usually don't order drinks but I would order one again!

Tim C.

Yelp
I have eaten there several times with uneven results. I think the food is delicious, but the service has been uneven and the "ambiance" is somewhat lacking. If you want a hearty lunch or dinner, this is a place to go. If you want to take a date somewhere, this place does not exactly have a romantic atmosphere. As to the uneven service, 1) this is a relatively new restaurant and 2) the staff, 100% of the time, has only been in the 18-21 years old range. I am sure there are other things they would be rather doing than taking orders for chicken.

Amber A.

Yelp
It's been so long since I've been to a Starbird location so I had some expectations already coming in. We ordered at a kiosk, and our food was ready in about 10 minutes. Super vibrant interior decor. The afternoon sun hits the restaurant really well, which adds to the overall mood. Lots of seating inside and outside! I had the truffle parmesan chicken tenders. I thought it was alright. The tenders were a little dry and my fries were also soggy. I'm not so sure if it's something I'd order again. My brother had the thai glazed chicken tenders and I actually liked it a lot more than my order. Right amount of kick to it and a good amount of sauce for the chicken and the fries. Starbird didn't really stand out to me compared to Chick Fil A or Raising Canes, but I wouldn't mind coming back again if I'm in the area.

Kiyomi W.

Yelp
Came in on a Monday afternoon to pick up food since I used the app. The food was ready by the time I got there and they are really fast! Good service and very friendly! I got the 4 piece chicken tenders box, churros, a chocolate chip cookie, and lemonade. It's better than canes and a lot cheaper. The tenders aren't dry and there is a good amount of batter! The churros were good and I think the best part of the items I ordered. The fries are like any other fry and overall the food is pretty basic, nothing really special lol but I think it's just overhyped to where I thought it would be really good.

Vali v.

Yelp
These are the smallest chicken tenders i have ever seen. This is 16 dollars. This is a joke. They put no care into food. These are the size of small chicken wings and i paid 18 bucks. Would give zero stars if i could. This place really did use to be good, and now its terrible

Matt O.

Yelp
I placed a catering order with Starbird which was delivered via DoorDash. Upon delivery, I realized that the order was incomplete. I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager who was extremely apologetic and wanted to get it right. She had the rest of the order delivered along with some complimentary nuggets which our group enjoyed. I really appreciated her effort to turn a negative experience into a positive one. Will definitely order from Starbird again.

Laura D.

Yelp
This is my first time trying this place. Since we were on the road, we took it to go. This is one of the best chicken places I have eaten at. My boyfriend and I got several items to try and I absolutely enjoyed everything. The flavor was there in everything that we tried. The regular fries are just like any other ordinary fries. We got the orange chicken tenders. Those were my absolute favorite. Full of flavor. I couldn't get enough of them. We also got the orange chicken boneless wings. So delicious as well. We also split that box with eight piece wings. We got a little cookie for dessert, which was good. Lastly, we got the big star. Since we took the food to go, we didn't sit too long in the restaurant. It wasn't too loud in there. There was plenty of places to sit. This location does not have a bathroom but there is a Public one right outside the restaurant. We only got to talk to one employee, who is the one who took our order and he was very nice and knowledgeable of the menu. He helped us in deciding what we should try. There is a lot of other things on the menu that I definitely want to try next time. I am excited for more locations to open especially near us. Highly recommend that you try this place. We tried a lot of the dipping sauces as well, and they were very tasty

Yelp
I've been here twice now. Service was not so great, both times. The last time there I was sitting outside and supposed to get a text when my order was ready. Mind you I had already gone inside to ask for the drinks of my order and they were scrambling to even find my order. Then they put my food on the counter and left it to go from frag and hot to warm. Why didn't they come get me or bring it to me? By this time after the whole lost order drink thing I would have thought they'd be on top of things. Anyways the food is decent, and slightly over priced probably to cover the overhead. I'm not in a hurry to come back, but at least I'm open to it.

Yelp
The people who work here are horrendously bad at their jobs. Consistently messing up orders and not giving sauces that are ordered. So now I'm eating dry chicken tenders because they couldn't be bothered to include my dipping sauce.

Yelp
I love the chicken chopped salad from Starbird. The flavors are varied and match well. I recommend getting the star sauce with it. Only negative thing is that it took them a while to complete my order, but that may just be the cost of good food.

Yelp
Absolutely garbage. I'd rate them lower but I'd have to order again to evaluate and since they cancel orders randomly that's somewhat difficult. Even when they manage to not cancel orders they don't feel like honoring, the food is salty and very overpriced.

Yelp
Winner winner chicken dinner! New spot for us to get fresh solid chicken choices. Modem convenient and delightful. I sat in the corta Madera parking lot ordered on line and in ten minutes it was ready. Chicken salads are huge and delicious . My only criticisms: I was supposed to get a text, I didn't. And my order wasn't 100% correct. Convenience food 2.0! Modern uses tech an app and really crisp delivery system. (Reminds me of shake shack, in how they do things. But the salads are chocked full o fresh veg and plenty of chicken. Definitely will work into the rotation!

Yelp
Service was fast and the food was good value for the money. It's a top-tier chicken finger and I especially liked the dry rub coating.

Yelp
My child has been puking all day from the food I ordered through DD last night. Absolutely unforgivable. 40 yrs in the business I know food poisoning when I see it. Thousands of people die every year from food poisoning. I deplore you to avoid this place, especially if you have children.

Yelp
Struggled to order through their poorly designed app. so I tried to call and order instead but voicemail points you to same poorly designed app. Was finally able to place order and food was greasy and lackluster. KFC is infinitely better and half the price. Skip this dump at all costs

Yelp
I've been looking forward to trying this place but haven't had a chance, and tonight on the way home from my son's graduation, the opportunity presented itself as we were starving and needed something quick we could just pick up. I had the Nashville Hot sandwich, no mayo, no ranch, on a Dutch Crunch. It was pretty damn close to perfection! Super crunchy, juicy chicken breast with pickles (I normally don't like them on my chicken sandwich, but these were awesome!), some slaw (that was more like finely shredded lettuce I felt like), and nothing else - that was a FINE sandwich!!! Nice spice level - not too hot but mildly spicy. I would try "blazin'" next time maybe, just to see what it's like. Really yummy delicious. I can't wait to go back! I think I'm going to be craving it!

Yelp
The chicken sandwich craze is reaching peak nuttiness. I've eaten here on two occasions over the last week. The first time I got the classic chicken sandwich which I felt was lacking some acid. My next sandwich was the limited Szechuan Starbird. While this one had a little acid and some heat it still seemed like it was missing something. In both cases, because they use tenders to make the sandwiches, there tends to be sections which are mostly bread. I wish they would make some chicken cutlets that fill the bun from edge to edge. I do like the coleslaw which unfortunately they left out of my second order.

Yelp
Ordering for pick up was so easy and fast. I love how Starbird has a pick up window. From ordering to pick up was only ten minutes. I ordered 8 piece boneless lemon pepper and Thai chili. For some reason I got bone-in on the Thai chili. ?? The boneless lemon pepper were dry and salty. The Thai chili bone-in wings were delicious. I loved both of the sauces I received, Star sauce and spicy Seoul sauce. Whatever I order next time will be with these sauces, or I may try another sauce. Starbird does sauces well. Price was $13, which I found quite pricey for what I got.

Yelp
Let's start with the interactive ordering process. While much of the world has mastered this, this kiosk/software is so slow and poorly contrived, it took several minutes to get the right order. Based on so many reviews of people saying they didn't get what they ordered...my guess is many of those issues are rooted in the kiosk ordering system. We both ordered the Nashville Chicken sandwich. When we opened our sandwiches, both of us took three huge bites (see pic) consisting of copious amounts of mayo, a tiny bit of cabbage, and THE cheapest bread/bun one can attain until the chicken cutlet was detected on the fourth bite. The chicken, supposedly fried, was far more akin to Shake-N-Bake chicken one might make at home-a think powder coating that easily fell off the chicken. No crunch was detected whatsoever. Almost $10 for this. Even for Marin, which has a very low bar when it comes to food, this place needs to rethink the product.

Yelp
I called ahead and asked what oil they use to fry their chicken and was told rice bran oil. I try my best to avoid canola oil and quite a few restaurants use it to fry their chicken. When I got there, there was one employee working behind the counter so I opted to order from the kiosk. I ordered a tender box which included 3 or 4 tenders, fries, slaw, and a small or large soda. How many ounces are the sodas you ask? I ask the young woman if she could tell me the size difference and she said she would have to ask someone. She never did because she had a line. Right off the bat I'm assuming they are understaffed because this young woman shouldn't be working the counter by herself. That's my service experience. The food: I chose the Nashville chicken tenders and the chicken was moist. I didn't find them to be very flavorful. The fries were ok and I did not like the slaw at all. The lemon/lime soda was the best part of the meal.
