It's like my birthday every month when my wine arrives from Starbright. Rachel has fantastic taste and works within my budget. She reaches out each month to see what I'm looking for in my next delivery and provides thoughtful, unique choices. You can give her autonomy or be very specific and she always delivers. Definitely recommend Starbright for the serious or casual wine drinker.

Starbright Wine is my favorite wine shop in the city! Not only do they carry fun wines I can't find anywhere else, but the owner Rachel is a WEALTH of knowledge and always eager to help! Rachel's never recommended something I didn't absolutely love. I'm even signed up for Starbright's monthly subscription. Each month I tell Rachel to pick 3 bottles she thinks I'll like, and she nails it Every. Single. Time. If you're looking for help picking up a bottle as a gift or for a special event, try the chat box on their website. It connects right to the owner, and if you tell her what you're looking for, I promise she will knock it out of the park with her recommendations!

So many basic business concepts are missing that what could be a cool store is just a miserable experience. First, fix your presence on Google Maps. You don’t have a physical presence. I then tried to order on your website, but couldn’t get the quantity to increase above 1. Turns out that’s because you only have one bottle but your website doesn’t say that, so it appears like it’s just glitching. I called to figure out what’s going on but your number doesn’t work. I then “chatted” you, for “live” support. The “live” support is a robot that takes a while before you actually get a persons. It then randomly interjected while the live person was providing support. Poor integration. Finally, to chat you I HAVE to consent to getting marketing text messages. I don’t want that. No one wants that. It’s one thing when it’s email, which is already annoying, but texting is so much more invasive.

This is apparently not their first complaint that this location does not exist. They clarify that it's infact an online store only in the comments. They still won't fix their Google maps address however, so people still wonder around looking. It's not hard. Just fix the location on Google, to online only and you'll stop getting one star reviews.
