Google
I noticed Starbucks is using a commercial coffee brewer, which really takes away from the rich, fresh taste that comes from traditional brewing. It would be great if they could brew coffee the traditional way, as that’s what many coffee lovers truly enjoy. Hoping Starbucks considers bringing back that authentic experience.

Google
When I walked into the store there was no one in line so I thought it would be a quick trip in and out Little did I know I had to wait 20 minutes for them to make stuff for customers who are not even in the building. My baked good was cold by the time I got my coffee. I will not return to this location.

Stephanie H.

Google
Messed up my beverage twice. Firat they made my london fog iced. No big deal, mistakes happen, but in the new redo beverage they made my london fog with English breakfast tea instead of earl grey. A london fog by definition is earl grey. I was disappointed as I didn’t realize it until I was 2 miles away.

It's always great to go to Starbucks on the Blvd. I have studied there, relax with friends there and even took my fur babies there on the patio. The pup cups are truly wonderful

Robert I.

Google
It's a smallish Starbucks. You know what you get. But I'm always surprised by the wait time considering the number of people working there. Almost five minutes to get a cold brew with six persons in the staff and only give customers. Still, coffee is good.

Shaquan D.

Google
Thank you for the complementary water, overall I love Starbucks!

Google
Best stabucks location ive ever been too they always make my drinks perfect and are always willing to make custom orders I absolutely love the staff at this location they are always so friendly and seem very passionate about making the drinks to perfection I call the pink amd green drink "the mitsuri" named after one of my favorite anime characters in the anime demon slayer the bottom half is a matcha green tea frappuccino and the top half is a dragon fruit frappuccino "dragon refresher turned into a frappuccino" it's topped with whipped cream and matcha powder it taste amazing and look great for Instagram

Jason S.

Google
Ordered a medium caramel latte, it was delicious. Reasonable prices on coffee drinks. Not a huge fan of their regular coffee, it has kind of a burnt taste to it. Very nice ambiance both inside and outside on the patio. The chairs outside are not very comfortable tho, they have a very low back support, unless you sit in one of the Adirondack chairs. Had a great time with friends and family just chilling on the patio.

Yelp
They're fast and efficient which is awesome since they're in such a busy spot. I love to grab a coffee before work here. And you can't go wrong with the cheese danish!

Yelp
I was just trying to go to the Target store. But there's a Sbux IN the store. I guess it's a... Storebucks... ha... ha... ha... This location is inside the Target, and a couple of the employees are actually really friendly and especially like kids coming in, and give free stuff to said kids (I didn't say that out loud did I). They don't get paid the same way that Starbucks employees do and don't get the same rewards so it's kind of a shame for them. Their products are good if you like Sbux products. Probably just as good as the ones in the other Starbucks. Although I should say just as bad because Starbucks products really really suck. In any case I do think that getting drinks here can be pretty cool. It's open really late on the holidays when nothing else in the city is open so for that reason I give them extra credit.

Yelp
This isn't a special Starbucks location, but it seems to be one of the more organized. This location has very big windows, which lets a lot of sun in. It keeps the whole store bright; probably why there are so many people working here! It's EXTREMELY busy around 9-10am. It was hard to find an open seat. Fortunately, I was able to snag the table in the very corner with a big outlet. Most of the tables are next to the windows also have access to outlets as well, which is great for people who are here to work. It's not the cleanest Starbucks... a lot of the tables weren't cleaned up after people left, so the table I sat in had a lot of crumbs from the previous customer. The service was pretty good. The baristas were nice despite the long line of people and all the drinks they had to make. One of the downsides is that they only have half-and-half on the counter. If you need any other kind of milk for your coffee, you need to wait for a barista to be free at the pickup counter to ask. Overall a very nice Starbucks to work at! :)
google avatar

Jurel H.

Yelp
My son loves the strawberry refresher and the cheese danish. I enjoyed a caramel frappuccino made with almond milk (they charge you a little more for the almond milk). A little more pricey than Timmy Ho's but worth it for a treat. Drive thru had a lot of cars but the line still moved fairly quickly
google avatar

Rita J.

Yelp
I went because I had a gift card and I wanted to try this violet drink. I'm not a frequent flier here, I think they are expensive and the coffee just fair. Not knowing how to order the barista was very helpful and didn't let me stuggle to hard with the proper lingo for sizing. It's an odd little set up, you don't get a warm cafe vibe in here. Maybe it's the shape of the store, I feel it's more suited for take out. There are much coizer coffee shops to work, study or catch up with a friend.

Yelp
Came in the day after Christmas. When walking in, there were many people waiting for their drinks as well as waiting in-line. While waiting we were told it would be awhile since they were backed up on mobile orders. We completely understood and waited patiently. Our drinks were made so quickly. The person at the counter was so friendly and even while being very busy, they made sure to ask how we were doing. They work very hard at this location and management should be very proud of their partners. Phenomenal location.
google avatar

Kaori M.

Yelp
New York states has more Starbucks than MA (not sure if it's accurate but feels when driving). Starbucks is essential for a road trip. The baristas are nice.
google avatar

Yelp
This Starbucks really isn't so bad. The baristas are usually very friendly, my orders frequently come out pretty quickly, and I really appreciate having a Starbucks location around the Boulevard Consumer Square. It's definitely one of their smaller locations, with only a couple of tables for sitting. There's really only seating for 2-4 people per table, so don't bring all of your friends, and your friends' friends for coffee. Definitely more of a grab-and-go Starbucks. But at least they've still got the free wifi for when you're in a panic to get some work done since the weather is so terrible, and you need to find the closest location with free internet access. So extra star for you, Starbucks, for being my saving grace today!
google avatar

Joseph Z.

Yelp
if you have the time to wait 30 minutes for an iced tea then go here. i think they had to cut the passion tree down to make it
google avatar

Cassie S.

Yelp
i LOVE it here. the staff is extremely friendly and i know that they are trying their best especially because people love to complain there about their drink being wrong. make it yourself then if it's not right, or order it differently then ?? seems like the person that ordered it's problem if they keep getting it wrong with different people making it. anyways i love them so very much and i love this location the best
google avatar

Bridgette R.

Yelp
I love this store!! Tanner remembered me even after a week of absence. I was in town for an extended amount of time and frequented this store during my stay with my mother-in-law. I never waited long. As a Starbucks partner I do keep my eye out for that Starbucks standard of treatment and service. You guys nailed it and I couldn't be more proud to be your partner! Keep up the good work :) PS totally showed my store manager your food menu sign and asked when we will be getting one. You are all amazing and beautiful people.
google avatar

Elias F.

Yelp
This is honestly the friendliest Starbucks location ever. There are two others nearby but the people here really make me love coming to this one. I actually appreciate they don't have a drive through and you just get to hang out and feel like they are dedicated to the customer. The manager Liz is super helpful and the nice woman Janice working is always great at making conversation. Probably go to different Starbucks 2 times a day everyday and this is one of my favorites because of the employees.
google avatar

Rachelle S.

Yelp
Super friendly staff here I noticed! Very patient with me while I was placing my order and deciding.
google avatar

Haley W.

Yelp
So many Starbucks locations to choose from and I've never had an issue! I got the pink drink which is one of my favorites (I probably should've asked for light ice) and then had the chicken caprese sandwich. It was delicious. I love that I could pay for my meal with the app since I had gift cards. I'm giving 4 stars because of the wait. Other than that Starbucks is fantastic!
google avatar

Roozbeh N.

Yelp
Great place to grab coffee and chill. Many tables and plenty of outlets exists if you want to work with your lab top. However if you need to focus and need a quiet space, I don't recommend this place. Their service is fairly quick.
google avatar

Garrett W.

Yelp
This is my go-to Starbucks location every weekend! Although they don't have a drive-thru, I order ahead on their app, which is extremely convenient since the line is always almost to their back door! The baristas always say "thank you" or "have a great day" to every customer who picks up a drink (mobile order or ordered in store) even though they're extremely busy. The orders are always as expected unless they are out of stock of something (like a breakfast sandwich) and hasn't been taken off the app. If this happens, however, they offer you a comparable sandwich or your money back (and sometimes even a gift card for the inconvenience!). I am grateful this location, although a bit busy, is my local Starbucks.
google avatar

Rachel R.

Yelp
Over the past month or so, I've been ordering off the app so I don't have to wait in line. My order has always been sitting waiting for me, with one or two exceptions when they were super busy and I arrived a little early. I love the ease of ordering off the app and being able to run in and grab and go! The staff at this location has been consistently friendly. As other reviews have mentioned, this is a fairly small location, not a lot of seating available, so just something to just keep in mind!
google avatar

Vanessa R.

Yelp
The frozen plastic wrapped foods on trays for public viewing is extremely unappetizing. For the slow service, there was no extra-good customer service feels. But my gentleman friend said the washrooms were clean and comfortable... so there's that.

Jeff Q.

Yelp
Wow really waiting 5 minutes for bread!!! Then had to ask again Got huge eyeroll then we get.theres no banana bread.had to ask for refund.another huff and puff then he yells comments at us leaving screaming were not useless.yes you are! Maybe less chit chat about your personal life and more customer service.
google avatar

Yelp
As previously mentioned, there is no drive thru, and parking is a nothing short of a clusterf&*% -- you will likely have to park in a neighboring lot and walk a bit if it's peak hours. If these are qualities that you abhor in your Starbucks acquisition mission, then this is likely not the location for you. However, I've yet to have a negative experience at this Starbuck's, and thus am giving it five stars for service/hospitality/general pleasantness. I've gone a few times and sat and chatted with a friend, but I'm usually in and out pretty quickly during peak hours and, during off times, have had a great time chatting with the baristas about life happenings while they're making my delicious, admittedly-overpriced drink. I've come in a half an hour after opening and literally six minutes before closing (I'm THAT guy), and have always received great service and drinks.

Alison N.

Yelp
A busy Starbucks, frequent traffic inside as it lacks a drive-thru. Always festive for the season, a little busy for studying. Staff is friendly and quick!

Yelp
Copied from my review submit directly to Starbucks: I had recently ordered in-store from the Niagara Falls Blvd Amherst Starbucks location on 3/22/19 at approx. 8:30 a.m. I ordered 3 Caramel Macchiato drinks - two size grande, one venti. I checked out for my order and proceeded to wait a preposterous amount of time, as many came and went that placed orders after me. One girl in particular was offered a free pastry to compensate for her wait time. At about 9:00 a.m. I was one of two customers left waiting, and was asked what I was "waiting for" by a male employee. I told him what I had ordered, and he responded that they must have "lost" my order. The employee proceeded to make the 3 drinks I ordered very quickly, and although he did apologize for my experience, he did not offer me anything additional. Again, I note that a girl had come and go after me and had a long wait, and was offered a free pastry. I was offered nothing - no free pastry, no giftcard to reimburse me, nothing. To make matters even worse, when I got back to my office, I and the two friends I had purchased the other drinks for, noticed that they were made wrong. There was zero sweetener/syrup or whatever is put in there. The drinks tasted absolutely horrific and they were not consumed. I had wasted too much time at this point to go back to have them re-made. This is the first review I have ever written, and I do so because the experience was that horrific that I felt it was completely necessary. The complete lack of customer service and the consistency in customer service, is 100% unacceptable. I am truly flabbergasted that the situation unfolded this way and remains unamended for. Needless to say, your company has lost a loyal customer and I will be forwarding this review on all platforms available.

Yelp
Out of all the Starbucks I have been to, this one ranks at the very bottom of the list. Never have i been able to receive the coffee i have orderd. I have used every form of English i know with these people and none seem to be able to figure out how to make a iced Latte. The only thing i ask for that's a little different is extra ice. Also, it seems that I am not alone in my assessment of this place. There is never the same people working behind the counter. Always new people, always. What makes this Starbucks so transient? Why can't I order an iced Latte here and it be the same as other Starbucks? Why is it that I always have to go back and buy another shot of espresso for flavor? And only at this Starbucks. There, I have said my piece, and will never go back to this Starbucks again. Somebody straighten this place out. Good luck!

Yelp
I've only been dabbling in Starbucks for about a year now. I am officially a white girl. I LOVE their coffee and tea, however this location is a no-go for me. Number 1, I hate that it doesn't have a drive thru like the location on Delaware (5 stars btw!). Number 2, the baristas here are awful. We went here the morning of my best friend's wedding. The woman was clearly not pleased to see a group of 7 girls at 8am. She then told me "They don't do that" when I asked for change for a $20...? THEN, which is getting terribly old, they misspelled every word on our cups. I get that they do this for names as advertisement or whatever, but we used words like "Bride" "Maid of Honor" and "Bridesmaid" and instead we got.. "Brid" "Maid of Honnour" and "Bridsmaid". This was very disappointing as the point of getting these was for a photo op the photographer had asked for. Another time I went here the woman got my order completely wrong TWICE, and the only reason they are getting two stars is because she let me take the wrong drinks home for free (A vanilla frap and a peppermint mocha latte). I have been to locations in Buffalo where the baristas really make an effort to make your morning a little more tolerable. They need some help here.

Yelp
Picture it... 3 PM on a warm muggy thursday afternoon. You're groggy and have a an hour drive to rochester ahead of you. You stumble upon this starbucks, and anticipate a refreshing grande iced coffee that will cool you down and wake you up. Now picture, one barrista one cashier and a line with 10 people on it, half of whom want iced mocha skim chai half lattes with soy milk whipped cream and mint shavings. 20 minute wait to get my coffee, shoulda gone to Timmy Ho's
google avatar

Miles T.

Yelp
Remember when they used to know your name and write on the cups with a sharpie...ahh, the good old days. Honestly, if corporate was looking to sabotage this location, THEY SUCCESSFULLY DID SO!!! Nothing like it used to be...a wonderful cup of coffee/espresso and a warm inviting place to drink it. Corporate has ruined this location and I have no desire to go there any longer. BTW, there is a place wayyy better, like Starbucks used to be, down the Blvd towards Niagara Falls called Platter's in the Wurlitzer building, I highly recommend it! This Starbucks location should be made into a drive thru as it's cold and uninviting inside, not to mention the main focus is on MOBILE ORDERS not on people dining there.
google avatar

Samantha S.

Yelp
I love Starbucks. This location is OK. Parking is pretty horrible in the morning, very tough to get a spot with the morning rush. I wish there was a drive thru. I like that there is outdoor seating however the seating inside is pretty limited. Line is often long but moves pretty quickly. Staff has been nice throughout my few times here. Coffee consistently hot and delicious.
google avatar

Kelsey S.

Yelp
It's always a good morning when I can start it at Bucks. This location is about ten minutes out of my route to work, but it's always worth it to me to get up a little earlier to get my fix. In the summer months, this location is never too busy, I can usually be in and out within minutes. During the school year is another story. At times it can take more than 10 minutes to order and get through the line, I blame the Frappuccino orders. You also have to watch out for PSL season, people come out of the woodwork for the PSL. If you are visiting this location during the school year, on weekday mornings, I recommend using the "mobile order" feature. I will order from the parking lot, and by the time I get in my drink is usually done, skip the line and just pick it up and go. It has really been life changing. The Starbucks App is amazing. The store is clean and the baristas are for the most part very nice and friendly people. Some can be a little cold, but I would probably be too if people were barking orders at me that early. I never take it personally. I am disappointed that this location doesn't have any of the delicious and convenient Bento Boxes available. I would probably get one every day if they were offered. But the turkey bacon breakfast sandwich is enjoyable. ILY Starbucks.
google avatar

Kiera V.

Yelp
Place is very clean, very nice staff! Absolutely delicious drink n food although it is a little pricey but definitely worth it
google avatar

Niyaz P.

Yelp
Having cup of coffee and study there is so good during summer but in the winter not so good :) their door is keep opening and it is freezing
google avatar

Thera L.

Yelp
Pro: Baristas are always friendly and service is fast. Con: It's always TOO crowded and there is never, ever any parking. You have to park way over by Famous Footwear or beyond to find a spot and the people drive in the parking lot like maniacs. So it's almost a safety issue.
google avatar

Dennis P.

Yelp
Starbucks is great. This location lives up to the usual standard as far as the product and service. What knocks this Starbucks down to 3 stars is that the parking situation here is an absolute nightmare. Approach with caution!
google avatar

Betty V.

Yelp
I'm surprised to see that there aren't that many Starbucks in Buffalo (I guess with all the Tim Horton's, why do you need a Starbucks at every corner?). The baristas here are really nice! They seem to remember me by my orders, haha. Here are some of my favorites: For coffee lovers, the caramel macchiato is a huge Starbucks staple, iced or hot. Order it upside down! I also enjoy toffee nut lattes on those chilly days. For sunny warm days, I love getting a venti strawberry green tea. It's not technically on the menu, but they can add strawberry syrup. I usually have less classic syrup sweetener with it. Also if you like match green tea, I would recommend the green tea latte with soy milk and vanilla syrup. I frequently study here when I need a place with lots of coffee and free wi-fi. There are a good number of tables, and I never seem to have a problem grabbing one. If you like substituting for soy milk or adding more syrups, make sure to register your starbucks giftcard to get them for free! Saves you 50 cents to a dollar! Each order you make on the giftcard adds up 'gold stars' towards the Starbucks Gold Card, after 30 stars I think. You get a customized gold card with your name on it in the mail. :)

Mary V.

Yelp
The service was good but.... I asked for a no caffeine pumpkin frappachino and all I could taste was how strong the coffee was, I couldn't even taste the pumpkin.

Kaylee G.

Yelp
My favorite Starbucks location! Employees always kind and are fast with making the drinks. Really appreciate this location!!

Win N.

Yelp
It's really bad, they mess up my drink all the time. If it's few times then I don't mind but then I went there everyday for my coffee and they keep forgetting stuff. I let it go for few time and tell the worker about it and then the next day they mess up again. I never write comment but I have to write this, they need to train more because customers spends their money so they deserve what they get!
google avatar

Brittany G.

Yelp
i mean who dosent like starbucks. This location is a bit small but i still/enjoy coming here. There is no thrive through, thats probably a good thing though considering the patking lot is exteremly small and hard to find parking no matter the time of day. it is/located in a very busy plaza. The staff here is very nice and very helpful, fast as well. my god are they fast!!
google avatar

Cassie G.

Yelp
Just waited 30 minutes for a cup of coffee with splash of cream. Will drive out of my way to go to a different Starbucks location from now on, since this is not the first time this has happened.
google avatar

Bethany M.

Yelp
A good Starbucks. I'm always confused why there's barely any parking when there's only 10 people in the store, but regardless, it's delicious. Fast and friendly baristas and your basic selection of treats and eats for our area. And of course, the Starbucks flavor and quality you've come to expect and depend on. My lament is the continued lack of bistro boxes in Buffalo and this would be a good spot for them... can some franchisee step up and get them here please?! :)
google avatar

André D.

Yelp
After our bad experience at the previous Starbucks location (see previous review). we decided to go to this location. The customer service was superb. Very friendly staff and very clean. This location looked quite new. Too bad Niagara Falls Boulevard is horrible to drive on and the mall was not designed for foot traffic. Otherwise this could be a pretty good location.
google avatar

Stephanie C.

Yelp
Awesome location. Quick to get orders out even when the line is out the door. The seating area has always been packed with people working on their laptops. A few times I have been able to enjoy the chairs in the corner section. Otherwise, it's a pretty small place. Parking lot is shared with a business next door. If you order on the app beforehand and pay ahead, that is the way to do it!
google avatar

Kiarra M.

Yelp
I do love Starbucks but this one always seems to be short staffed and the lines are usually pretty long. The staff is always friendly and I feel bad that they don't have enough hands on deck. Maybe management needs to hire more or maybe they just help out. I've notice when they are rushed the drink quality slips
google avatar

Randi J.

Yelp
We go to Starbucks regularly. This location is very small, with vey limited parking. No drive thru which is difficult with 2 babies less than 3. My husband went in while I hunted for a parking spot and occupied the kids. He said that they watered down his cold brew, and it definitely tasted that way. He orders the same drink every time we go to Starbucks. He didn't ask them to fix it because he said it was so packed in there and the staff were less than pleasant to begin with. I had the chestnut praline latte. It was good and up to par.
google avatar

Brittainy C.

Yelp
Currently going on 15 minutes since I placed my order LoL have been tracking its progress since I walked in the door and after watching 5 people who were way behind me in line receive their drinks (which mind you, were much more complicated than my 4 shot whole milk latte) I can officially say this is the slowest service I've received from a Starbucks ever.
google avatar

Jimmie H.

Yelp
Ever since I lived in California I have been a Starbuck fan. I love the experience and the service. I believe that Starbucks is an acquired taste for many. But once acquired you are hooked. I love the food choices and pastries. I enjoy the atmosphere of just being in there, sometimes for hours.
google avatar

TJ E.

Yelp
Starbucks coffee is the same wherever you go. The difference is the baristas. These guys are alright. They seem like they recognize their customers, but I've been to Starbucks where it's much more of a get to know you feeling.
google avatar

Carlos C.

Yelp
Thousand times better than the Starbucks down on Delaware. The staff is friendly here! We started by going to the other store but we had too many issues with the staff being rude and going out of their way to be difficult. Unacceptable. We even called Starbucks about it and didn't get any better. Now we travel several miles out of our way to come here and let me tell you it is worth the drive! The other nice thing is that the coffee is actually hot here too! I like the fact I get to enjoy my coffee and will keep coming back here.
google avatar

Todd H.

Yelp
This Starbucks is good. The iced americano hit the spot and they sure know how to male you feel comfortable. Efficient service as well.

Yelp
This is my favorite Starbucks location, mainly because it is the closest to my house. I'm going to be honest, I don't love Starbucks. I think the coffee is way too strong and bitter. Maybe that makes me an amateur? I don't know. But I feel like I never know what to order when I come here. I think something sounds good on the menu and then I take a sip and its disgusting. Maybe I just order the wrong thing...but the prices are way too expensive to constantly be ordering the wrong thing. I do, however, have my go-to drinks that I know I love. I enjoy the green tea lemonade with three pumps of raspberry (I ask for three because if you don't they automatically put in six and then its way too sweet). In the wintertime, I also enjoy the peppermint mocha, however it is a little rich. All of the Frappuccino flavors are delicious and worth getting...if you don't mind the extra calories that day. I also don't get what the hype is all about for the pumpkin spiced lattes. Again, mine always ends up being too bitter. I think the food is way too overpriced as well... except I love the cake pops and their scones are pretty good too! If you are a Starbucks junky, like my boyfriend and his father are, and you come to this location often, be prepared to park pretty far away. The parking lot is way too small and also shares it's spots with the Verizon next door...so aka never any spots available. The workers though are very friendly, and make a conscious effort to remember their customers.
