Consistent drink order issues here. Parking lot in and out is a train wreck. Most recently, ordered a drink, got to the window and received it. Pull away and take a sip, instantly realize I have the wrong drink. Try to enter the store to get it corrected, they have the dining area closed. Only option is to re-enter the drive through for who knows how long to get the correct drink. Ever since COVID, staffing, coverage, training, and attention to detail have plummeted at this location. Don’t waste your time.

Don't even waste your time stopping off interstate at this location. Staff does not have the mental load to put a sign on order marquee as line is wrapped around the building to try to order. Could have easily put a sign on drive thru order board to indicate store was closed instead they'd rather see a line wrapped around and more people driving thru. Less than decent customer service!!!!

Finally! A whole new crew and manager!! It has been so much better since the change it DESPERATELY needed. I went in today and was greeted by several friendly Baristas. Extra thanks to the super kind cashier! The cafe was so clean and my drink was made in a timely manner. To top it off, I love the Christmas vibes every year so this made me extra happy. I got a caramel brûlée latte and though I only have these on occasions (more often during the Holiday) I really enjoyed it. I most likely will not order this one again. Very sweet and the toppings get stuck in the teeth which is not a great feeling if you can’t get to a toothbrush afterwards. Fun trying new ones anyways so no biggie! Thanks for the experience today! Excellent!

We mobile ordered at this store and was disappointed yet again with this location. They are constantly under filling cups. We ordered no whip on two drinks and both were massively under filled (at least a quarter of the cup of room). The taste of the drinks were also bitter. I have never disliked my drink so severely as I have today. My danish was burnt, as if someone left it in way too long. While the baristas were friendly in the drive through, the quality of food and beverage were so poor I will not be coming back to this location.

These are our go to beverages when craving Starbucks. Service: Service is always efficient and courteous. Order with the app and don't forget to collect your points. Order thru the app and easy mobile pickup thru drive through or inside. Today they had samples of the new Oleato. EVOO infused coffee and oat milk! My first visit (that wasn't drive thru) since this location reopened after a remodel. One of the doors was relocated to accommodate the new store length counter and service area. Gone are the high tops and stools in favor of smaller round tables. This also means that power outlets are at a premium. They've added power strips that hopefully won't cause overload in the power grid. My order process was painfully slow because of the trainees. Having worked with learners before, I was able to keep it together, but others may not be able to do so. I ordered two drinks and two sandwiches but since each came out separately, I wasn't offered a carrier or a bag. Maybe things will be different during another shift.

I feel like this Starbucks is always missing something... and they don't tell you. They just give you the drink with the missing ingredient. The pink drink and such should have the strawberries.. or I shouldn't pay the full amount (for a drink that's missing ingredients). Totally I wouldn't complain but this has happened on multiple occasions.

The organization is lowering standards with the intent to attract a broader audience and sell downstream. Drinks are very sloppy but in most markets they are the only organization to have a broad array of drink offerings.

Wanted to go there but there's no way to get into the lot/drive through because it is only Exit Only to the street. The only way to get into the Starbucks is to drive through the Dunkin parking lot entrance! There's no way to turn around either. Ended up taking I-20 West and going to a different Starbucks.

The absolute worst Starbucks experience. The drive through line was incredibly long so I went in to order 3 iced coffees. After waiting 30 minutes and being informed by the rude "manager" that he had no idea how much longer it would be and that we were behind all of the mobile orders I ended up cancelling my order and leaving.

This Starbucks location is conveniently placed near I-20. We stopped here to use the restroom and get some caffeine on our way from Charleston, SC, back home to Atlanta. Parking was easy to find right next to the building, but, for some reason not posted on the windows, the doors were locked. Customers weren't inside the store, but some customers were still ordering at the drive thru. Employees were inside, still working, but only assisting the drive thru customers. Well, there goes that idea of using the restroom here. Ended up ordering at the drive thru and getting a carmel macchiato, which tasted good. The employee was nice, but didn't offer an excuse or reason to us when we asked him about the store doors being locked.

I go to this Starbucks on a regular basis because of the convenient location. They have messed up my drinks a few times. The thing that really upset me though... was on my birthday I specifically told them I was going to use my birthday reward and he used my other reward. This seems trivial... but the birthday reward is only available for 24 hours... then it disappears... and I was going out of town.

If there were negative stars this location would surely get it. This location is NEVER open when I stop by at respectable hours in the week day or weekend. Sporadically they'll open, coffee tastes like water or milk and out of menu items. Too much hassle, so I've opted to go elsewhere. There are more choices for coffee and small bites around the area.

This is a decent Starbucks in a bad location; meaning that it's not only in a bad part of town where people beg for money outside and then others look sketchy, but also a very screwed up parking lot to get in and out of as the fact to get to it you have to pass through several businesses to get to the Starbucks parking lot. Location aside this restaurant employs a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I dropped in to grab a hot chocolate and a coffee and was impressed at how fast I was greeted and told them I ordered outside on their app. They made my order right away and there was really no wait time.

This was the first time visiting this location after passing it up many times. I use to see it and all the cars lined up and say to myself, "I will find one less crowded". I think that is what makes this one a decent location to study and do work without many distractions because of the traffic flow which is lower at night around there. Of course, the coffee is a little pricey but for the convenience I do not mind. Do not be like me and accidentally go through the one way exit.

I ordered through the ap, and they completely forgot about it. The order was wrong when it was finally made. I had to ask for whipped cream, and what the employee put on it was just sad. The cup wasn't even full. (See picture - None was drank before taking it). I will not be stopping at this Starbucks in the future. Drive thru tends to move very very slow when 5+ cars are in the line. The poor drive thru employee works so hard to have conversations at the window to make the wait tolerable. Order is correct each time, just wish service were quicker sometimes. Spent over 30 min in a line before

These people are unlike any Starbucks I've been to. Two employees on separate occasions were assholes. They refuse to give me milk for my coffee because that's a special drink that's not listed on there menu. I requested milk because half and half makes me sick. The drink posted was a cold brew with light ice and almond milk. The coffee is pretty much black and a quarter of it is missing and his smart ass reply's...it's industry standard. Don't wait your time, go down the street to the other Starbucks.

I have a love/hate relationship with Starbucks. I happily drive up every other day looking forward to a holiday drink or fun frappucino, then they screw up the milk selection and I'm curled up in a ball cursing their name. I swear off Starbucks for a month and then some ridiculous promotion pops up on my radar and just when I thought I was out...they pull me back in. I have really fast consistent service for the most part and up until now, this has been my favorite Starbucks. Then I encounter someone that had to be new, bottom of her training class and not sure if she wanted to be there in the first place. I won't release her name 'cause that would be a vicious thing to do but I privately double check her order taking now because of the last two encounters we've had. The first time, she took the order down incorrectly off a screen I showed her from the Starbucks website itself. I walked to the end of the line and waited patiently to show her the drink order was incorrect. I chalked it up to human error and went about my business. The next day, I planned on using up a bonus reward for a sandwich and latte and I don't know about everyone else, but I get thrilled when I can use a reward for something substantial like food! I'm bummed they took away soy milk for free for Gold card members but the addition of food for benefits kind of made a teeny tiny better. Funny thing was, this girl tells me I can't use a reward for food anymore. I didn't get that memo but I didn't want the line to get longer than it was and she's the employee so I believed her and asked if I could keep my reward and pay for it like normal. Her response was, "no, it already took your reward so here's your receipt." This was the second irregularity in my transaction so again, I stepped into line to speak to someone else and it turns out that: 1. Yes, you can use a bonus star reward for food still and not only drinks 2. And yes, if you want to pay for your transaction with your card and not a bonus reward you can. These basic rules are missed on just one member of the staff here and I bet I'm not the only one that's had a bad experience due to incompetency. 65/2014

I used to come here frequently to meet with some friends. This location is great because it's usually open late (till midnight) even on Sundays. There is also a drive-thru and this location is right of the I-20- exit! This Starbucks is one of the most convenient ones to get to in the Augusta area. The staff here are nice. There are some couches and tables for seating.

I just left here, and I'm highly disappointed. If I pay for a $5 coffee, I would expect to be greeted with good customer service, and for my coffee to be hot.. not someone pushing me on with a coffee made 10min before I got to the window so that the drink was cold. I'll take my money somewhere else. Sad part is, I love Starbucks.. but will definitely not return to this location again

I love Starbucks and I don't even like coffee. This location is right on my way to and from work and the owners have even positioned it well enough so that you can easily enter traffic after stopping without having to pray that you get a break in the Washington Road flood of traffic. The staff are so sweet, I mostly go through the drive through, and even still I have some really nice conversations with the staff. Sorry if you are ever behind me in line--especially you hardcore coffee drinkers! May you never know what my car looks like--Ahem, I mean, motorcycle-truck...thing. All that being said, the staff and location are really all that keep me returning to this location. My drinks have been incorrect more often than not and most of the time I'm in such a rush that I can't turn around and get it changed. Recently, I wasn't running too late so when I realized that my Matcha Latte had green tea and coffee mixed together I was able to go in to ask for it to be fixed. The sweet staff grimaced when they realized what happened and tried to fix it but when I got my drink it was 3/4 foam. It was probably just a rookie mistake and I'll keep going when I need a quick fix. But I'm going to start making a little more time, even if it is just to make sure that I can run in if I need to.

Great location for avid Starbucks fans. This particular location recently had a remodel so it's super nice. The inside of the store is very clean and makes for a relaxing visit. There is a nice raised table in the middle of the store for those who like to spend time on their laptop studying or just talking with friends. The barista's are quick and efficient whether you're stopping in for a visit or just making a quick pull through the drive-thru. I can honestly say that I have never ordered anything from this location that I wasn't happy with. Products are what you would expect from a Starbucks - tasty, enjoyable and somewhat pricey. Overall, though, I enjoy stopping in here from time to time and enjoying a coffee.

This is by far the WORST Starbucks EVER!! Drive thru service incredibly slow! The staff condescending and not service oriented. Wanted a Strawberry Acai refresher blended (which every other Starbucks gladly serves) but this location refused to blend saying "we don't blend this drink". As if that wasn't enough, when handing us our drinks, she said "here you go" no "thank you" or other pleasantries. Dunkin' Donuts is right next door; go there instead!!

Of all the Starbucks in the area, this is probably the one to avoid if you have a choice. On the plus side, it is open until 11 on weekdays but the seating area is relatively small so it fills up pretty quick. Wifi is hit or miss here...depending on the day it can be pretty quick or awful enough that you have to leech Dunkin' Donuts' wifi from next door. I've never had a problem with the drive through but ordering inside the store is always an adventure. The staff here are generally curt if not downright rude, usually more interested in carrying on their own conversations than actually providing decent customer service. On my last visit, the stocky redhead with short hair (don't remember her name) lied to my face telling me they were "out of iced coffee for the evening" (at 6:30PM) and then proceeded to serve "iced coffee" to the next 3 people who walked in. I don't know if it was laziness (I guess it takes significantly more effort to put ice in a cup and add coffee rather than just pulling the lever for hot coffee) or ineptitude, but it simply is not acceptable. Long story short, get your Starbucks fix somewhere else. If you can't, this one will do.

Terrible customer service, I had bought my big bag of Starbucks coffee beans that I bought at Costco to be grinned here because I've done it before so I was waiting in line and this rude red headed employee yells at me in the line saying they won't grind the beans because the bag looks like it was bought at Costco. I completely understand if they can't do it for me but she didn't have to yell across the store so rudely- the customers in line were shocked at her. She could have told me politely, I would have understood. Anyways went to another Starbucks and they did it for me.

Starbucks is one of my fav spots. I'm actually writing my review from the comfort of my favorite locations. This location is cool. It has everything I like. It has plenty of seating inside and outside. They have several outlets outside near the lounge seats. None of the tables outside have access to outlets. Most of the outdoor tables have umbrellas for sunny days. The inside is recently updated. They have the bar across the window with about six seats and they all have outlets. They also have a center table with outlets. This location is always busy because it's on the very busy Washington Road and right next to the interstate. The staff is always nice, however not too many memorable people like some of the other locations I visit. The only downside to this location is the parking. There isn't much. There's a hotel next door and sometimes I park there when their designated parking lot is full. Overall, good space to get a lil work done and people watch while enjoying a good drink.

Without a doubt this is the most poorly managed Starbucks I have ever encountered. Given the fact that this is the only location between my home and work... I have continued to try them again and again opposed to driving an additional 5 miles. With my ever so hopeful optimistic nature and even with asking them to repeat my order back to me it continues to be wrong 99% of the time then practically flung out of the window to me nasty and dripping with coffee. When it is made with the ingredients i have asked for it still lacks the rich flavor of other locations. The continued poor management must cost this store thousands in free drinks. I do NOT UNDERSTAND how this continues.

I'm basing my review on this trip, my first trip here. I can't stand the foam. CORRECTION: I can't stand that they gave me bubbles and passed that off for foam. I was really impressed in how quick and speedy they were. There was a passing of perhaps 3-4 minutes from the time I ordered to the time I received my order, which was great. My drink losing a bit of quality was not great. Your service was courteous, just needs handiwork needs improvement.
