Don't know about anyone else but paying 7$ to get gas station quality hot coffee has gotten old. 3 times in a row means I go back to the Outpost and will never make the mistake of spending another dollar at this tired franchise

Maddie and micheal both really helped me there, I ordered got my free stars, I wanted my coffee to be iced they gave me the hot coffee for free and gave me my ice one as well.. Maddi made me smile and Laugh, and micheal made me grateful.. 100000+ thumbs up guys.. hope you both get raises soon!

Welcoming as always. Was greeted as soon as I walked thru the door... The way the staff member was able to greet me , while helping another customer was perfect....I love the layout, this location is very open almost like a barn .. I'm sure that wasn't on accident. Good job everyone

Hello, I have been a loyal fan to the medicine ball a.k.a. honey citrus, mint tea for many many years. I used to be a Starbucks partner, and it was my favorite drink to make and offer to customers! My favorite part was always adding extra honey so whenever I went to go get my medicine ball this morning, which is now a treat for me and I really only get when I am sick. I asked the man for extra honey packet because I have a sore throat and he proceeded to get a really mean tone with me and say there is no honey packets there’s honey syrup there’s never been honey packets and I said actually there you used to be made with honey packets but if you change the recipe, that’s OK like there’s no reason to be rude to someone especially at 8:44 in the morning Get some manners and be professional especially if you’re gonna be the person in the drive-through. It’s around 8:44 in the morning on today he has brown hair and he’s young and he’s rude as hell and I probably will not be coming back anymore for my medicine ball because I’m not dealing with attitude like that like he’s really lucky. A great light in what is otherwise a dismal coffee town. It's like no one here has any idea of what coffee is suppose to be. The restaurants and the Hilton Hotel's coffee all just taste like water. Coming from me, you should understand this is a big statement. Under normal conditions I'm a cream and 4 sugars kinda girl. So when I think it's too weak I can't imagine what it's like for other people! Being a crappy coffee town has a little to do with the water. If you're from outside OK, don't expect it to taste the same as the Starbucks you are used to. It does taste a little funny and nothing is as strong, but it is leaps and bounds your best option. They did let me down though. I had to leave for an early flight out of Tulsa. Not being anywhere near a morning person I really needed something that morning. They're open 6 am - 12 am. Being there at 530 am is the saddest thing I experienced in the state of OK. When my area Starbucks in Houston open at 4 or 5 am, I was not expecting this big let down. So I made the hour drive to the airport with the dreams of airport Starbucks. Continuing the sadness the terminal location wasn't open at 630 am either. Guess who slept on the plane?!

Looked up if they were open on Christmas morning, they were, went and waited 10 minutes in line, got up to the speaker to order and was informed that the shift manager had decided that they were now closed. REALLY? I told them I'd been in line for 10 minutes, but, nope. That's very POOR SERVICE and utterly rude. The girl on the intercom was ridiculously condescending, telling us, "Merry Christmas!" which was instantly annoying. There was a car behind me, so my husband had to ask them to back up to let us out of the drive-thru. We went over to Scooters, which was open, they were so polite and incredibly fast, and their coffee tasted better anyway, so they have a new customer. They're locally owned, which I highly support over chains, so, goodbye Starbucks!

Terrible customer service. The employee at the speaker had a poor attitude and it continued as we got our drinks at the window. We ordered 2 caramel ribbon crunches with cinnamon dolce syrup. There was barely any syrup at the bottom and no ribbon crunches on top or through the drink! It's in the name!!! $15 for two drinks and you would think they would be made right. Very frustrating as we live out of town and this is our sweet treat to ourselves. We will not be coming back. If they were out of the ribbon crunches we should have been notified beforehand.

No, I haven't taken a sip of my "tall juniper latte" in my pic and it was that empty. I know I asked for regular amount of whip cream, but even if it all melted by the time they found my app-pre-ordered latte, it shouldn't be THAT empty (no trace of it on the bottom of the lid either). Plus there is NOTHING special about this latte. It tastes like plain sweet coffee. There is no hint of juniper. No hint of sage. No hint of anything. I just spent $5.39 for a .50 cup of coffee. The joke is on me for sure. I will never return to this location. I know there was a crazy rush at 11:30, but I expected it to be what I ordered.

I'm finding many of the Starbucks in Oklahoma I've been too have lower standards than what I'm used to in the Pacific Northwest. While people in Oklahoma are in general MUCH friendlier and respectful of others than in the PNW, that seems to change when inside the walls of an OK Starbucks. The employees don't seem to care about getting your order right, aren't too friendly, and tend to talk amongst themselves about non-business related topics instead of paying attention to the customers. I thought this may have been a one-off thing, but after my visit to a fourth different Starbucks, I'm convinced this is the norm here.

Worst ever Starbucks... I have been here for 20 minutes plus and they still have not taken our order. There's two people behind us that have left. The lady before I just waited forever to get her order and they made two of the three drinks incorrectly and had to make him again before they take our order. The final insult is when it's finally time for us to order the lady looked at us and slammed the window in our face before one moment please. Had plenty of time to use the bathroom and guess what, no soap... Not coming back, ever!

I purchased two drinks, and paid for them. While waiting, my daughter found a cup that was marked as 30% off for the friends and family sale. When we went up to purchase it, I was advised the discount only worked with purchase of a drink. I explained I had just purchased two drinks and was waiting for them. I was advised again I had to buy a drink to get the discount, so I purchased a small drink. I then waited for almost 20 minutes (there were only three customers in the building while I was in there), before asking about the status of the drink. I was informed they were very busy and couldn't give a time estimate. I waited for another 5 minutes and finally left. The weather was getting bad and we had an hour drive to get home. Upon returning home,I found the rules online indicating a day of purchase will get the discount. Sure wish I thought to look that up in store! So I ended the day paying more for the cup than I would have had I paid regular price, leaving the store angry and frustrated, without the drink I was told I had had to purchase.

The service is always extremely slow. The parking lot is terrible, there's no parking. They are always out of everything. Probably the worst Starbucks I've ever frequented.

Ive never met ruder, inconsiderate, awful customer service starbucks workers in my entire life. They take forever, dont get my drink right half the time and cant spare two seconds to talk to me about why Im upset. Not to mention a week ago we were in the drive thru for 20+ minutes waiting on one drink finally got to the window paid.. left realized later on the woman never gave my card back, granted i should have noticed but the problem is the girl cashing me out had no care in the world. Honestly upset with this starbucks and wont be back and Im glad to see Im not the only one

Great internet and super-sweet staff! Unfortunately, no electrical outlets. Apparently they want to dissuade the all-dayers. But it's pretty inconvenient when you're on the go and need a quick surge of phone power.

This Starbucks in Bartlesville was absolutely ridiculous. I sat there for 30 minutes waiting on a few simple drinks. 10 employees standing around dancing laughing while we just waited and waited. Yea I understand you are training a new employee but when you see orders backed up and nobody is doing anything you should absolutely help. By the time we received our drinks we didn't even want them anymore. Complete waste of time

It's a Starbucks, just like every other Starbucks. However, while in most places that would be a definite liability here in the cultural wasteland that is rural Oklahoma it's decidedly delightful. In fact, they deserve (and earn) an extra star simply for existing in such stark contrast to their surroundings. I hate to say it but this is one time I'm truly thankful for the presence of a corporate chain.

The building is pretty. That's the only good thing I have to say in this review. Horrible service. Bad attitudes from the staff. Disorganized beyond belief. Five employees mostly standing around - almost looking lost in the confusion. Cars lined up out into the street. I came into the store to order and after 15 minutes had to ask if my order was lost. It was. Another ten minutes and my drink was pushed at me with no apology for my wait - no thank you for my business. Nothing. Sour faced girl making drinks just glares at customers and is obviously not good at making the customers feel welcome. Terrible! I will never use this location again!! I frequent Starbucks in the DFW metropolitan area and I can assure you that those stores are held to a much, much higher standard of customer service. They are much busier stores with fewer employees are able to keep the flow of customers moving along with the orders being processed quickly and efficiently and WITH A SMILE and a THANK YOU. Bartlesville is trying to support Starbucks but this location is not supporting Bartlesville. Big 'F' for fail!

However I did have something around christmas that had nutmeg on top and it was coffee not a Frapuccino. That was amazing. I don't ever get anything hot and decided to try it.

Back to 5 star. Opened back up today 6/1! Some of the same great people. Just happened to open the app and it was open. Yelp has said 16th, 30th.... Looks like Yelp was the one that had no idea when they were reopening. My bad Starbucks.

This starbucks is the only one in town which makes my choices very slim, this starbucks is extremely slow workers move like molasses and it's always a 50/50 chance whether they screw up my drink or not. Also there's this kid who only works Saturday's and he the most awkward individual I've ever met, to the point that when I hear his voice in the drive thru I literally cringe, I'm not sure who hired him and I'm sure he's a nice kid but customer service is not his forte.

Worst Starbucks I've ever been to...and I've been to a ton. The restrooms are NEVER clean, and rarely are stocked with toilet paper. Employees here seem to be just as drab as the rest of this oil owned town. It's very depressing but I'm sure it has to do with the run down city it's in.

The staff is friendly, i just wish more of them would help when they are busy. This Starbucks is inconsistent at best. I have gotten the 3 pumpkin spice lattes and not one of them have been the same. The worst part of this Starbucks is the parking. I drive a Ram 1500 and it is hard to get it in the parking spots. Then you have people going thru the parking lot to go thru the drive thru. It is typical B-ville drivers absolutely no consideration for anybody. There is not a Starbucks closer or I wouldn't go to this one.

This starbucks is the only one that serves breakfast. Service is slow, redundantly do not have items and when they do, they do not prep. Day after receiving shipments, they say that they do not have items, and when asked, oh well we do but they're in the freezer. Geesh

Terrible wait time, 27 minutes from order to coffee ready. Lethargic employees with no concern for speed or accuracy. It wasn't busy and coffee made incorrectly on several orders while I was waiting the half hour. Needs a manager change at this location to get things moving in the right way.

Ordered online. It said 8-10 minutes to be ready. Got there after 15 minutes and my order wasn't ready. They then made the frozen drink first (that wasn't for me) and made me wait another 10 minutes for my hot drink. Frozen drink melted and hot drink was spilling over the top. Only one other customer inside. No apologies. Unprofessional.

It's been over a weeks since I got a Starbucks Black Iced Tea. This location seems new. I come through Bartlesville every two years. It's late morning in a Sunday and it's pretty empty here. The staff is quite friendly. They gave my daughter a freer birthday pop treat since it's her birthday. It's a nice touch.

The thing I love about starbucks is that they serve during performance intermissions at the Bartlesville Symphony. It's such a nice treat. The only downvote is that Starbucks needs to stay open way later at night. 9pm is too early to close, even for Bville.
