Starbucks Coffee Company

I just don't like their overpriced coffee. The people are great and the service is good but I just don't personally prefer their coffee or the price. Sorry Starbucks, it's nothing personal and I would not advise anyone to not go there based on my personal coffee preference. It's obviously good because many people do like it a lot. I am just not one of them.

So far , Ive been coming to this Starbucks on Delaware Ave and Chippewa st. The staff here is very professional , kind and accurate with my orders. The playlist is a vibe. Even on the coldest day out the staff , atmosphere and quality of service makes up for it Ally , Julianna and staff are great and deserve a raise ! Come check them out ! You wont be disappointed

I am a student who traveled to Buffalo and decided to do some work here I bought a drink and went to sit in my car I went back into the store because I needed to pee and the worker with pink hair informed me I needed to do another purchase but I walked out the door as soon as I walk out the door I am no longer a customer but I explained I was just there and have been just outside the cafe She denied me access to use the rest room claiming “she can literally lose her job “ and “i can contact corporate, she would love it if I do” this is so wrong considering the fact I am pregnant and was denied restroom use shortly after making a purchase. My time there was at 7:31 pm on November 5th

I had a really disappointing experience at this Starbucks on Sunday, July 27 around 4 PM. I stopped in after a long road trip and urgently needed to use the washroom before ordering. I explained that I would absolutely be making a purchase right after, but the barista refused and was very rude and lacking in empathy. It was an uncomfortable and unnecessary situation that could have been handled with basic courtesy and understanding. I’ve always appreciated Starbucks for being a welcoming and accommodating place, but unfortunately, this visit was far from that.

I have Never been the type to go out of my way to write a bad review in my life, but after my experience at this location I I couldn’t not wrote a review. My family and I went Into Starbucks for a drink and a snack. But when we entered the case of food was completely cleared so I naturally asked the Barista (blonde with a nose ring ) if they still had food. Right off the bat she responded with a super rude tone. When I asked what she still had she began to read the whole food list loud and very passive aggressive. It was embarrassing and made me and my whole family feel uncomfortable. Then right as I went To order she left, and went to the back room. Then another employee, named Jules, who was working with a AirPod in …… came to take our order and she was almost just as bad. When taking our order it was filled with many eye rolls and scoffs, very disrespectful. Then after she took our order she left to the back and began talking about me and my family to the other girl who was rude to us previously and then began mocking me. This is very upsetting, because it not only made my family and I un comfy but it made us all feel very disrespected while we are spending 20$ on drinks……. Which we never mind bc we know Starbucks is known for good customer service, but my encounter yesterday has made me double guess this opinion I used to have about Starbucks.

The worst Wi-Fi I've ever used was at Starbucks. It's very slow and keeps disconnecting. Ps. Speed test 5mbps.. is that ok for Starbucks?

Always friendly and get my drink right every time!!! I enjoy coming here for my lunch break or first thing in the morning. It does get busy so if you can order online!

Avoid the Starbucks!!! They have a miserable nasty, disability hating 'Manager' Kirsten. She came up at me, snarling telling me I wasn't allowed to have my service dog in their establishment which I was holding. I have never been confronted with such aggression and nastiness, especially during the holidays! Further, this location is tiny, crowded, loud, and a mess. They were all out of sleeves,napkins and other items that are normally stocked and maintained at other Starbucks I've been to. This place is a joke and ruins the Starbucks name I've never had such a bad experience, and will not be back and will be reporting them to Starbucks corporate !! This woman had such an attitude that when I asked for her name, she even went on to confront some other man that she seem to have known there and have him get in my face and started calling me names, and telling me I should leave when my drink that I had ordered Mobely 20 minutes prior still wasn't even ready. Her and him both swore at me and called me a C blank NT. That is one of the most vile words and profanities you can use against a woman, especially someone with a disability. It was embarrassing to have them confront me in front of the entire store simply because I had my animal with me that I have a right to have with me, and I explained to her when she confronted me that it was a service animal. Do yourself a favor and do not support the store.

awful service, manager was rude after an employee got my drink wrong twice. 0/10 would NOT recommend.

Honestly I stop here a lot. My biggest compliment because it's just a Starbucks so I can't say the drinks are different but they have outstanding staff. I've noticed multiple time the staff remembering names and orders always pretty peppy and ready to pump out orders. One time in particular I was having a rather stressful day and the staff noticed, the young woman serving the coffee just said it was on the house. Totally made my day!

You suck it took 30min for a coffee and I had work so I just had to go and I was late to work! GO tO ANOTHER STARBUCKS NOT THIS PLACE

I just came here to get coffee for a coworker and I. I've been here 1-3/week, since I started working downtown in early August of 2022. The food and drinks are great. The service is usually fast and fantastic. The staff are always kind. Sometimes they have free samples of things and sometimes they put cute and uplifting stickers on the cups, which makes me joyful. Definitely check out this location if you want a great drink made well with love.

Nothing beats Starbucks. It has been my go-to choice for a few years now and it still tastes exactly the same as it did on my first try!

Stopped at this Starbucks to get on with our day here last month. I always start of with my Tall regular coffee with sugar and cream. Along with a nice cream cheese onion bagel if they have them. My girl kind of got the same thing. Nice Baristas and friendly staff that work hard here to keep customers happy. I like some of the music they were playing here lol. Just pretty mellow, but it can get packed in here at certain times of day being that we were in the Downtown area of Buffalo. Reminds me of the days I was working in Downtown Los Angeles during Starbucks drinks. Anyways nice place, I'd love to come visit again,

they played fe!n by travis scott (feat. playboy carti) highly recommend!!!! it was so feinous and my pumpkin spice latte screamed fe!n at me too! workers danced to fe!n and said it was the best song in the world. i loved it so much and it was so fe!nous! i love fe!n, and i hope travis scott and playboy carti sponsor me.

Stopped in to try their new pumpkin cold brew and had a great experience. The barista explained the drink to me because I was concerned it might be a little on the bitter side but he reassured me that it was sweet but not sickeningly sweet. He was right, it's wonderful. I sat for 20 minutes or so and enjoyed my drink and when I got up to leave as I was walking out the door he called out, "have a great day, Ivy." Now that's great Customer Service

Wait time was terrible. I understand there are mobile orders that need to be taken care of but pay a little more attention to the walk in customers. Was on a lunch break and waited about 15 minutes to get my drinks while watching the baristas prepare multiple orders before mine. When I received my drinks they were both made wrong. For the always ridiculous prices and the long wait you should definitely pay closer attention to the way someone wants their drink made. The gentleman who was training was very nice!

Can be busy, but the coffee has been reliable. If you're staying at the hotel there they offer and additional 10% off your order. Parking is convenient.

Coffee was very good. I'm new to Starbucks but it really surprised how good everything we had was considering the time of day it was. We will return very soon.

Like so many other Starbuck places I have been to, I get the same great service. This is saying alot for this location, because this store is always slammed with customers. Not once have I ever had to wait, an uncomfortable amount of time for my order. With all the customers and their quirky demands, the employees are always friendly. There is a sitting area to dine at, or you can just use the area to enjoy their free WiFi.

One of the best Starbucks I have been to! Pros: 1) large, clean store 2) bathrooms locked my security code - clean 3) friendly staff, including the manager 4) got my customized drink done correctly and quickly this particular Starbucks even participated in the Buffalo food festival - handing out free samples of lemon pound cake, sugar cookies, iced coffee/tea, and berry hibiscus refresher! Well done

It's Starbucks. You get what you get - pricey coffee and lattes, but pretty darn good coffee and lattes. I've gone on the record to say that I really love Starbucks! But, I don't think I'll be coming to this location again when I'm in a hurry. You have to pay for parking in their lot, which I get, but That means a pit stop at the Bucks cost me $2 for just 5 minutes of parking. (And honestly, I only paid because there was a cop car sitting outside. They were getting Starbucks too.) I have hung out for a few hours at this place before, and I really enjoyed the layout of the shop! But, I think I'll be sticking to the Williamsville Starbucks. Closer to home, and they've still got the fireplace. Free parking, you win!

I'm a huge fan of Starbucks!! My favorite drink is a white chocolate mocha soy hot! So yummy! I also love their reduced fat turkey bacon sandwich!!

This place is subpar. The service ppl were rude, purposely not addressing some and not others, getting orders wrong multiple times and little to no outlets available. And did mention the dirty counters?! So gross

I travel for business so I have the opportunity to visit many different Starbucks in many different cities. While Starbucks coffee and service is consistently very good, this location (Delaware Ave, Buffalo) seems to regularly fall short. Today their Mobile order capability was NOT working when I tried to order ahead. When I asked about it the response was "oh, we opened late so we just turned it off". Seems like a poor customer service response.

I'm a sucker for caffeine and sweets, can't seem to stay away. I love the specials and with the updated app options there are so many reasons why I frequent this coffee shop as opposed to the others. Customer service has always been good, for the most part, as well. I'm a very loyal customer.

This is a high-volume location and the staff behind the counter is ready to meet the challenge. The coffee and breakfast sandwiches are as good here as at any Starbucks, and the efficiency of the staff is impressive. Good place to catch up on your emails, very strong Wi-Fi.

This is a newer Starbucks location in the area and is by far the best option for your early morning commute, if you are looking to run in for a coffee. Maybe it's a well kept secret? Maybe the word isn't out? Unsure, but I had a great experience here. Its a Starbucks, but there are bonuses to this location. In particular: -connected to a hotel, so you've got hotel parking lot options, and is super convenient for guests -tons of street parking right up in front of the joint -no drive thru which means all the focus is on the customers inside -the coziest location I've been in, with additional cozy seats through the doors into the hotel lobby Also, the staff here was super super friendly!

Even though Spot Coffee is across the street, I often myself here for a few simple reasons: 1) reliable wifi 2) free parking downtown! (although it may be difficult to find a spot at times). 3) the fake fireplace. Yup, it's true. I'm a sucker for fake fireplaces. As far as the coffee, I used to like Starbucks but when I realized how much caffeine is in one cup of coffee and how it brings my entire coffee-consumption out of whack; I have begun to avoid it. I may get a decaf split if I'm desperate, but usually I'm here in the mornings for the oatmeal...and it comes with real fresh blueberries! Love the blueberries.

I order here basically everyday before work. I have only had my drink wrong 1x and he apologized and made it over with no probem. Even upgraded me from a medium to a large. They are always friendly and have a great attitude. The atmosphere is comforting and the patio is a nice addition. It can get very pavked in the morning so I suggest doing a mobile order.

Worst service i've ever gotten anywhere. Waited over a half hour for one drink while they made everyone else's order that came in after me. when i asked nicely about my drink they were rude. If i could give zero stars i would. this place is a joke. I will never be coming back.

The one in Niagara Falls by the outlets--- Charging 70 cents extra for anything but creamer- if you like almond milk ? .70 A coffee ends being close to 4 bucks.

I see lots of Starbucks and coffee shops in general. I'm in the tech industry, travel frequently and essentially require a coffee IV to be functional. Let's just say that Starbucks and I are close. Well this location is among my favorite mostly due to the two baristas working today. They're lively, fun and nice--one harassed me about my name, or let me harass her I should say while the other made awesome coffee art in my wife's mocha. The place is pretty large, features lots of seating, a fireplace and plenty of power. It's a great Starbucks without feeling soulless as some can. In fact it feel like it's part of the neighborhood largely due to the awesome staff.

Mind blown, amazing, friendly staff, clean cool indoor seating that I have grown to love, and pleasantly surprised they had fantastic outdoor seating. My Carmel Macchiato was made to perfection, my son and I are enjoying the shade and the outdoor scene. What more could I ask for. They got it 100 % right.

Service - 5 Food/beverages - 4 Ambiance - 5 Price - 3 I must admit that I have been a coffee drinker for just a little over a year now. I love Dark Roast coffees so to me most of the coffees here don't have enough kick unless you add espresso. But they do make some really good specialty coffee drinks. I also have to give praise to their tea drinks as well. There is certainly something for everyone. Their pastries are really tasty as well. And who doesn't love the guess work taken out of calorie counting (if you do) with their skinny drink versions. We all know the atmosphere is great Starbucks. Cushion leather seating, free Wi-Fi, and some even have fireplaces. Also love Starbucks CEO and everything that he does. That mobile app of theirs is awesome and I think all stores should have the same technology and eventually will. Not to mention the benefits given to employees, it makes for a pleasant barista. I always stop at here at the beginning of a long car ride to fuel up.

Barista #1 took our order as she hated her life. Didn't greet us when we approached the counter. After she took our order we said thank you and she said nothing. Barista #2 made my grande extra hot green tea latte about 3/4 full and didn't call out my order or name but instead said "yeah, your latte is there" and pointed. We said "Thank you! Have a good day!" She also said nothing to us and turned around and looked at her phone. Super sweet customer service guys! Will go back.

I went out of my to try this location. They got my order wrong, which is okay seeing how they were busy but when you blame me for not telling you the tight order I begin to get upset. I hate hot drinks, and would never order a hot drink. I will not be using this location again which won't make a difference to them but it is sad that I couldn't have had a good experience.

The customer service was great. The staff was really polite as well. My barista was drew and he was very friendly and respectful!! Will definitely be visiting this location again.

Best Starbucks around. Always make me feel welcomed and at home like family. Always have my drink/drinks read by the time I get to the counter when it's not super busy of course. But when it is they take time to get to know their guest and try to get through the rush as accurate and quickly as possible without missing a beat or breaking a smile

I like this Starbucks. The pros: The staff is friendly and happy. The orders have always been accurate. The service is speedy! The cons: The parking is horrific. It is a small lot that is shared with Rachel's Mediterranean. People tend to linger at this location. They park in the lot and work/study from tables or have meetings. Yes, that is fine, but just noting it because you can't assume a parking spot will free up any time soon. You can park on the street, but don't forget to pay the meter!

Friendly baristas and a cool atmosphere. Perfect place for coffee and a book or to people watch on a summer night.

I go to this Starbucks daily. Today the worker was so rude and I wish I got his name. Maybe tomorrow. The coffee was great as always because you can't really mess up Starbucks.

I just got into this century and decided to try the mobile order and pay on the Starbucks App. Ordered the Oprah Chai Tea Latte hot (I don't like Oprah, but I like chai tea, so I had to try.) I ordered it at my work, which is 5 minutes away. I also went at 5:45 p.m., so I knew there would be parking. I got a spot, went over to the counter and there was my drink. It was already to go, and no human interaction necessary. Loved it! I will be using the mobile order and pay again. I've been to the Starbucks location many times and it is always clean and the employees are exceptionally nice. I would go more if parking wasn't always such an issue.

We missed you all! Thanks for coming back. If you're curious about Starbucks during COVID, they have a great setup that protects their staff and customers. There are clear lines out front indicating where to wait, and your mobile order is brought to the door. Much appreciated!

I have great memories with this Starbucks - some of my friends on Facebook I met here when they were employees years ago. The manager in this particular branch, Jenny ,is incredibly nice. Example: A really cool Starbucks mug came out one year and sold out immediately and Jenny scoured other branches, bought it, and surprised me with it next time I came by...THAT kind of nice... Their oatmeal is pretty good if you've never tried it - but I often tell people get the everything bagel double toasted with butter - that's pretty yummy as well The only bad thing with this place is the parking lot. It's a step away from being a living bumper car ride...perhaps if you were a physicist, or worked for the Corps of Engineers you could figure out how to park here but there are times when I just drive by - look at the parking lot and go "Ah f*** that" - and drive right by and go to another coffee shop.

I like this Starbucks. Decent parking with their private lot, however, if the spots are full, you have to rely on the street. There is a lot of seating and I have never found the place to be overly crowded, always an available seat when I need one. The staff is really kind and they have a code for their bathroom, so only customers are able to use it. I like this aspect because the bathrooms are always clean here. They also have coconut milk which is crazy because no coffee shops ever offer coconut milk, cool!! This is a great location for people watching.

Starbucks offers pricey, but usually quality, consistent coffee whether you're at home or traveling - until you go to this location. We've tried ordering from this Starbucks a few times. Drinks were made incorrectly, we've witnessed some of the staff be rude to customers, we've had some staff rude to us, etc. We tried chalking it up to the fact that it's a seemingly busy store and location downtown but truth is - there are plenty of great options in the neighborhood that appreciate your business where you don't have to give up quality of product or a good experience. We've decided to take our business elsewhere.

I know it's an unpopular opinion in Buffalo, but I just really, really prefer this Starbucks to the coffee place across the street... it's always clean, efficient, friendly, and attentive. And it's Starbucks, so it's delicious of course. :)

Working downtown, I make the walk to this Starbucks between 3-5 times / week. I can safely say that I have never had a bad experience here. The staff is always friendly, the store always clean, and the service always perfect. Great establishment and great coffee.

I am a morning regular and have been a morning regular here for almost 6 years. I have been to many Starbucks across the east coast and in Ontario Canada and never have found a more bright cheerful and helpful group of baristas anywhere else. They are clean organized and efficient. This is the only Starbucks I recommend in the entire greater buffalo niagara region!

One of the joys of mega chains like this is that the experience is fairly consistent from store to store. This is a fairly standard Starbucks - efficient service, variety of food and beverage, plenty of seating. There's a mini-parking lot that's shared with the restaurant next door and an outdoor patio for nice days. I will note that although I prefer the coffee shop across the street, I often suggest Starbucks because of the speedy service.

very good location in the heart of downtown buffalo roomy with long tables for group studying or finishing some home work, glass front for refreshing natural light my issue with Starbucks is the constant change of staff resulting in the non-consistency of the quality of drinks, one day its perfect right-on and one day its un drinkable through my last visit, there was only one person taking orders and making drinks, she wasn't friendly by any mean, ordered the s'mores frap with soy milk, went to the pick up area to see she was mixing the drink in the dairy blender, when i asked she sniffed the inside of the blender to differentiate! then she made me a new drink that was so icy that you flip the drink up-side-down and it wont spill a drop (dairy queen ice cream quality) and the cup was not filled to the top as Starbucks always do i went back for a replacement and she just grabbed it and made another one without a single word second drink was better but she didn't put the sprinkles on top and just wanted to get it over with

I am here fairly regular (at least when I'm working nearby). The service here is excellent, and the staff is always friendly. Bathrooms are always clean! And drinks are handcrafted and meets my standard Starbucks expectations. This location is very spacious compared to most coffee shops and other Starbucks. It may not be as large as the Spot Coffee across the street, but I love all the table space at this Starbucks. It's perfect for students. There is also a fireplace to cozy up to. Or if you're they during the summer, you can sit outside on the patio to soak up some sun B) My only issue is with their tiny parking lot. Sometimes you will be lucky to grab a spot but other times you might have to park on the street (which is like $2/hr, I want to believe).

Friendly service!! A Starbucks is a Starbucks, is a Starbucks!!! I always get the skinny caramel mocha!! Or the cotton candy frap on a hot summer day! Enjoy!
