Walk-in must knock on window in the dark!! Don’t make the same mistake I did, the tint on their windows is dark so if you do a walk in when it’s dark outside you will need to knock on the window to get their attention. After five minutes (thinking they could see me) I ended up just getting in my car and doing the drive through and got my items expeditiously. Friendly staff.

Just got coffee 10/09 at 9am. I ordered ahead two medium hot drinks on the app. We pulled up and watched three vehicles drive into the parking lot after us and go through the drive through and leave while we still waited. Why did we even order ahead???! We would’ve got through the line faster if we did not order ahead. Then, our drinks came out iced. I checked my app and I did in fact order them hot. We were in a hurry, got our drinks late, and they were wrong. I’m not impressed.

Im not huge on giving out reviews but I have to give this location their flowers. It may be inconvenient in some cases, but I think the fact that they don’t have indoor seating is super cute. They also just made my particular order the best I have EVER had it at any location across the US. Stop in, I’m sure you won’t be disappointed.

What’s the point of a walk up? If you have to stand there for 10-15 min while 6 cars go through the drive through… ridiculous. And then the coffee isn’t even made right? Get it together. CY Starbucks is way better.

On most days this is a great place with great food, drinks, and service. Always great on the weekends no matter how busy! However, this is the second time the same girl has not only messed up my drink but then was rude when I nicely asked her to double check. It’s a very simple coffee order and I’m a very polite customer. Each time that I’ve had to have her remake it in front of me they’ve ended up being different amounts than the first time. The first time clearly being four shots and the second clearly being the six that I ordered. I understand mistakes happen, we’re all human. But maybe a certain barista should remember that the next time they can’t remember how many shots of espresso they poured. Or just don’t be rude when someone, who used to be a barista themselves, politely tells you the drink she gets everyday of her life obviously isn’t the right amount the second you hand it to them. I will have to start going to a different location as I’m not sure when this person will or will not be there to give me the wrong drink with a side of snobby attitude. Which is very unfortunate since I go there pretty much every day. One bad apple ruined my brunch.

If I could rate less I would. We waited at the walk up window for 43 minutes in a group that averaged about 10 people. I counted 37 cars that came after us and ordered through the drive through. Worst service at a Starbucks. Super frustrating.

I ordered a coffee. Took it back to the hotel. It is WEAK and it is LUKEWARM. Ane of course there is no store phone number to call to complain. My theory, it is once again borne out: Starbucks by major highways brew their coffee weaker. Every time.

Ashlynn killed it on the drink order. I tried something new and it was delicious. She was very nice and polite. If you've had the same thing and looking to switch it up see if she is there to help. She moves fast and gets it right the first time. She always remembers my order.

They literally gave me a half empty drink and told me they didn't have the ingredients for the rest of my drink. they handed my husband his creamer and told him to make his coffee himself because they couldn't do it. Lol. What

My sister frequents this almost daily. Ordering ahead on mobile is so convenient for a quick window pickup. They are very friendly and always know that she wants a water with her order without her even asking. It is a cute and convenient window order or drive through only. No bathrooms. I like this simple Starbucks version.

Unique type of Starbucks. I've never seen a Starbucks you couldn't walk into. This is only a drive-thru and walk-up. I placed a mobile order (I was driving through town on a very long trip) and arrived 5 minutes later. They had not even started my order yet. Not sure if it is always that slow or not but I had to wait an additional 5 minutes for them to make a simple, regular latte.

I had a great experience this morning at this Starbucks! I ordered a very dry cappuccino and the women at the drive through picked it up, realized it wasn't dry and went back herself and remade a fantastic one! Impressive!!!!!

This Starbucks is a drive-up only! If you want to go inside there are other locations in Casper, Wyoming. The other location not far from the interstate is located at the other end of town outside the Eastridge Mall in its own building. This drive-up location is for those people who do not wish to go inside, and I love this about it! It is a drive-up, though, and if the line is long, you will experience a wait. Everyone knows what the busiest hours are. Be realistic. This is a a great place for people who like a drive-up!

This may be the worst Starbucks I have ever been to, and I travel a lot for business. First, you can't go inside - drive through or walk up only. But don't worry, they have free wi-fi and it is smoke free. Oh, and no bathrooms. The girls working the counter couldn't have been less friendly or slower. I'm not looking for a new BFF, but try and be polite and focus on the customer instead of your friends. And lastly, my drink has way too much mocha in it. Again, I have ordered this a thousand times, so I know what it should taste like. The other 2 drinks we ordered were fine. Glad this isn't my home Starbucks or I'd be looking for a new coffee shop.

I have not visited the Starbucks very often, tried it today as I was leaving town. 7:50 in the morning, drove right up, ordered and only sat in line for no more than three minutes. Zoe was very friendly, Quick and efficient. Coffee is excellent and I will be back!

I go to this Starbucks a lot, and it is usually a pretty average experience however I noticed today some new staff had come in and they took the extra step to be a little friendlier, more polite and professional and I left feeling noticeably better than usual. Had to write a review.

Walked up and ordered two hot drinks and muffin. Got muffin right away. Three other folks behind us ordered. First of our drinks arrives after five minutes. The three behind us receive their drinks. Wait another five minutes before second drink arrived. Was told, "our machine is slow today." It sure seemed to be making cold drinks just fine. Hmmmm, glad we weren't in a hurry.

Honestly, how hard is it to get OATMEAL right? I have been there and gotten Classic Oatmeal time and again but everytime I give them the benefit of the doubt, they get it wrong. Mixed fruit, brown sugar and nuts go in the Classic Oatmeal, of which they normally put in not enough water, shortage or something. Today, I gave them the benefit of the doubt again, even with the rude window girl and get back to my office and I have no mixed fruit and no brown sugar. So frustrating when you pay for something and they can't get oatmeal right.

We were driving later in the day and had a long way to go yet. A hot cup of coffee was in order. Being loyal Starbucks customers, it was a logical choice to stop here, just off the interstate to keep rolling. We were terribly disappointed! I have never been so unhappy with a Starbucks coffee in my life!!!! We were lucky if our coffee was room temperature!! It tasted vile, old and stale!!! I don't know what was going on, whether it was management or employee incompetence, but I wouldn't recommend this particular shop to ANYONE!
