I don’t know what the problem with this place is but they CONSTANTLY get my order wrong. I’m ordering right off the menu, no mods, nothing complicated. It’s just supposed to be a peppermint WHITE CHOCOLATE mocha. It says it right on the ticket. But somehow every single time they make a regular chocolate mocha. Every time. The people are nice, they always remake it graciously. But why can’t they just read the ticket and make it right the first time???

Decided to stop for a Starbucks since I haven't had any in a long time and then immediately remembered why I hate it. How can you be a coffee shop and not be able to make a basic Americano came out burnt and watery the worst coffee I've had even Dunkin tastes better and that's saying alot

It used to be my drive thru venti matcha greentea with 6 classic syrups x 2 everyday for over 10 years. Since Starbucks change their matcha power more cheaper quality, i think their family have problem . I stop come much 1 time a week, sad. But I still give it 4 stars cause my 10 years timing.

I ordered a iced Venti pumpkin cream, chai latte, and it was honestly really disappointing. There was barely any cold foam on the top, which is the best part of the drink and the whole thing looked almost completely white like mostly milk. It barely had any flour at all just taste like plain milk with a hint of pumpkin I’ve had this drink plenty of times before, and it usually is so flavorful and balanced, but this one definitely made wrong. Really frustrating when you spent seven dollars or more on something that taste like nothing like what you ordered.

When I was enjoying a nice coffee and some microwave slop, I witnessed employees harassing a local hero and escort him out. Shame, not good service.

I ordered an iced lavander cream oat milk matcha today like I do every other day at different locations, and this was the worst one I’ve ever had. There were many clumps of matcha powder and barely any lavander cream. I didn’t have time to make my way around to ask for another drink or a refund, but honestly I’m very disappointed. Probably the worst drink I’ve ever had at a coffee shop. I finished it but you can see all the remaining lumps stuck to the wall of the cup.

Ordered a sandwich and a drink with dairy free milk due to an allergy via the DT, got to the window and confirmed that it was DF — it wasn’t, I asked for it to be remade, the women at the window rolled her eyes and refused to make the drink with out cold foam and dairy free milk (even though I’ve had it this way before…multiple times. Also wasn’t a problem that took many brain cells to solve…just don’t add cold foam lol) she rolled her eyes multiple times before finally following my instructions. Which I was told was fine at the ordering screen after clarifying multiple times and confirming it was correct. She then rudely handed me my food & my sandwich which clearly said “remove cheese” and it had cheese. I had to park, go inside & request it be remade — where I was told “sorry we are all out.” No sympathy or understanding to the fact that the order was ignored. The woman at the window was incredibly disrespectful and rude and I honestly find it hard to believe the sandwich wasn’t made wrong intentionally after her attitude about the drink. Needless to say I won’t be coming back & it was a horrendous waste of $15. I’ve now read other comments — about the same girl being a problem. The woman in the hijab at the window. I went on Saturday 8/30 around after 1pm. There’s clearly a revolving issue around her attitude. Get better service members. Teach them how to respect allergies and food preferences and use their brains to work around them…or just listen to the customers order…

SUPER sweet person taking me at the window i wish i would’ve gotten her name. she had curly hair and glasses. she sounded very energetic while taking the order and kept that energy at the door window. 10/10 service
