Starbucks

I ordered an iced lavander cream oat milk matcha today like I do every other day at different locations, and this was the worst one I’ve ever had. There were many clumps of matcha powder and barely any lavander cream. I didn’t have time to make my way around to ask for another drink or a refund, but honestly I’m very disappointed. Probably the worst drink I’ve ever had at a coffee shop. I finished it but you can see all the remaining lumps stuck to the wall of the cup.

Went through the drive through today. Very busy but the service, food and drink made up for it! The Female working the window was very friendly and nice which makes me want to come back to this location again because usually every other Starbucks I’ve been too there grumpy. 10/10 I would come back to this location!

Finally a drive-through Starbucks locally. Coffee is usually great! Edited: From 5 to 4 stars. Expect to spend over 30/45 minutes in the drive-through during peak hours. Keeps getting considerably slower. Tight and crowded location doesn’t help. Although the employees are great, one of least efficient operations I have seen.

SUPER sweet person taking me at the window i wish i would’ve gotten her name. she had curly hair and glasses. she sounded very energetic while taking the order and kept that energy at the door window. 10/10 service

Got a blueberry scone and a Paradise Punch refresher drink. It was amazing!! 🥰 The staff was great, and quick with service, too! Pink drink is my favorite though. 😁 This particular location is my favorite one to go to... the atmosphere is so laid-back, and the staff is always in the best mood, they treat you with the best service every time! I go to this location very often. Sometimes for take out, sometimes I dine in. And always a great experience no matter the time or the day, if it's take out or dine in. 🥰

Once again, very disappointed with the way my Shaken Espresso came out. It’s not supposed to be this light and taste like milk! If I wanted to drink milk I would’ve gone to Market basket to get pint size carton. I literally had to throw this coffee out in the sink, since I couldn’t even taste the coffee or espresso in it, all I get was the after taste of milk. All the other times I had order this most of the barista understand what a light splash is versus this one was just poured in to the barista liking 🙄 . Note to myself, I won’t be going to the 21 drumhill location for a good while!

I like the store setup, it’s more spacious than a lot of Starbucks I’ve been to and they have outdoor seating. The staff is really good, almost every time I go there they are far too busy for the two or three people that are working at the time but the wait time is never excessive and they have never made a mistake with my order. The biggest negative for me is the parking lot, it is too narrow and it gets really tight when the drive thru is backed up.

Girl with the hijab at 1pm 1/15/25 has the worst attitude and unwelcoming facial expressions. Clearly giving dirty looks at customers. Do better
