Starbucks Has Raised Prices on Brewed Coffee by 10-20 Cents | Eater

"Recently instituted a modest price increase on its regular brewed coffee—all sizes are up 10 to 20 cents—so a tall brewed now runs roughly $1.95 to $2.15 depending on location (excluding tax). The change affects most of its roughly 8,000 company-owned U.S. stores while leaving espresso-based beverages and Frappuccinos alone. Company spokespeople say this follows a series of small menu adjustments (about 1–2% over the past year) and last fall’s selective increases (up to 30 cents on roughly 10% of the menu); the chain appears to be using minor, frequent hikes as a low-risk way to raise revenue without driving away regulars. Devoted customers who start their day with a grande Pike’s Place Roast are unlikely to be bothered by 10–30 cent bump-ups." - Whitney Filloon

This was supposed to be a spinach feta wrap, not sure what I received. The bread was hard and as you can see from the photos I’ve attached, it is nothing like the picture. Will not be ordering breakfast from Starbucks again. This is an ongoing issue with multiple breakfast items.

Do you want to know why this Starbucks is rated so low? Read the following. Me:: can I get a large cold brew with light cream? Them:: OK so you want a Vente cold brew with extra cream. Fortunately, I was able to get out of line and cancel my order. After reading the reviews, this issue is common. Drinks made incorrectly, orders not complete, etc. My fault for not reading the reviews. At $15 an hour to pour coffee and reheat food, They have to do a better job. It’s obvious the training and management at this particular facility is lacking. Recommend going to the one in the Kroger shopping center. Much better.

Ren and Tori were the sweetest baristas I have ever had! I am pregnant and ordered a drink with a flavor that didn’t agree with baby. these two were beyond kind and helpful with remaking my drink. This form of customer service is hard to come by these days (: they made my day!

Sticky gross tables and trash. Customer base is too loud and speaking weird. Don’t like this place at all. They fill my coffee cup 2/3 the way. I’m basically paying for half the coffee once the whip cream is gone. Workers are nice. Also, asking for a tip in the drive through is ridiculous. I don’t know who thought that would be a good idea, but they should be fired. I’m not tipping in a drive through, this has gone too far.

This is hands down the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. It’s the closest to my house so unfortunately I always choose this one, however, they consistently 10/10 times do not make a single drink right. Don’t bother customizing your drink because you will not get what you ask for.

OK, so I do feel like I own an apology to the person inside the store for my initial attitude when I walked inside to correct my drink. However, waiting in line for as long as I did and come to find my drink was made incorrectly was upsetting. So when I went inside they really weren’t that friendly and I had ordered something that was incorrectly made. They proceeded to redo it and it was disgusting. There was like no flavor. It was literally water. I really wish that I would’ve spoken up and I don’t know why I didn’t at that point. I was just very irritated because you pay almost 5 dollars for a refresher and it’s incorrectly done fine but then it’s not even made correctly? I’m sorry I just feel the customer service should have been a lot better.

I wanted to leave a compliment! They were extremely busy this morning, and I know I probably didn’t help that rushing them because I’m going to be late for work. But even though I probably created a slightly more stressful environment for them, they still had great customer service. I come here often, every day if I’m being real lol. It’s my go to store on my way to work, and there are always amazing. It doesn’t matter if they’re busy or not busy they provide the same customer service each and every time and I truly appreciate that. Sorry, I rushed y’all

11/1/25 about 1:20 pm. The young lady at the drive thru handed me my drink with the lid not on correctly and it spilled in my vehicle. She didn't apologize or anything. She acted as if she didn't care. Didn't offer to redo my order either. I won't ever come back to this location again.
