Starbucks Has Raised Prices on Brewed Coffee by 10-20 Cents | Eater

"Recently instituted a modest price increase on its regular brewed coffee—all sizes are up 10 to 20 cents—so a tall brewed now runs roughly $1.95 to $2.15 depending on location (excluding tax). The change affects most of its roughly 8,000 company-owned U.S. stores while leaving espresso-based beverages and Frappuccinos alone. Company spokespeople say this follows a series of small menu adjustments (about 1–2% over the past year) and last fall’s selective increases (up to 30 cents on roughly 10% of the menu); the chain appears to be using minor, frequent hikes as a low-risk way to raise revenue without driving away regulars. Devoted customers who start their day with a grande Pike’s Place Roast are unlikely to be bothered by 10–30 cent bump-ups." - Whitney Filloon

This location moves very slow. I try avoiding coming to this location but it’s the closest to me; every time I come I wait 10 mins for my order, not even exaggerating. It could be anytime of the day, I could order inside, go drive thru, even order through the app ahead of time and I still be having to wait a while to receive my order. This location needs to do better and find some sense of urgency. I never leave reviews or hardly have anything bad to say, but this is very frustrating!

We regularly stop by this Starbucks. We have our regular drink that we order but this time we learned it was no longer on available and that they were making some changes to the menu. Zack was at the window and took some time with us sharing the changes and how we could order our drink. Even shared the price point difference. Superb customer service. He later told us he was the new manager there (we could understand why) and if we had other questions to reach out. He also asked us our names. WHO does that! Zack does!!!!! And we appreciate it!!!!!!!!

Came here with my daughter to get her a cake pop. The outside line was long, and she wanted to go inside anyway, so we did. Took forever to park, because the drive thru line was poorly designed. Upon entering, we looked at the display case, and it had lots of little bugs inside (I circled these in my photos). I guess I should have turned around then. Ordered, then was told to wait. Every other time, they get me the food while at the register. After 5 minutes, I asked about the treat. Was given a blank look and told it wasn't ready yet. (Um, you don't have to make them...) After 10 minutes, I went back to the register, and a different person greeted me. I told them I had waited 10 minutes for one cake pop. She opened a container, pulled it out, put it in a bag, and I was on my way. It was such an unnecessary wait. The customer area was dirty, littered with used masks and straw wrappers. People behind the counter moved slowly. I won't be back.

Usually this location is spot on but I haven’t been here in awhile I will say the employees were friendly but either didn’t listen or don’t care I asked for the caramel Ribbon crunch with no whip an almond milk what I got was blended up Caramelish ice almond milk no ribbon no crunch an barely any Caramel I also ordered the Bacon and Gruyère egg bites the cashier put egg white and pepper egg bites which I didn’t notice until I was back in the truck and on my way for $14 it’s very disappointing that something so simple could be this bad.

Edit: original 2 ⭐ ⭐ since this original post the store has taken great strides to clean up the issue, which I believe just plagued the newly opened store. So I don't typically leave negative reviews but I will let the photos speak for them selves.

Absolutely horrible customer service! Went here on 12/20/24, went inside drive thru was long BIG MISTAKE. I made order and paid no coffee 10-15 minutes later still waiting for service no explanation no other customers really in the store. I had to leave because I had to work totally unacceptable treatment for a paying customer. Mind you drive thru customers that had to have come after me were being served. People that come in store should be treated with respect and good speedy service also! Couldn’t even get money back or coffee UNBELIEVABLE.

Mrs. Shannon and mrs. Sara are the perfect examples of customer service. As a mom of a nonverbal autistic child, they dont make me feel bad if my child gets into things, they actually embrace it. They have the best conversations. I know if im having a bad day, i can go in there and get my boost of energy and confidence. Thank you ladies!!

My husband was ordering and the girl taking our order named Moseph was not upbeat at all she had a nasty attitude and acted like she did not want to be at work. Starbucks too expensive for them to hire employees with a nasty attitude. I will not be returning to this Starbucks again. Starbucks needs to better train their employees before having them assist customers in the drive thru! Life is too short to be mad.
