The bench seats are extremely uncomfortable. There was also a homeless lady that sat right next to me and she kept on coughing every 30 seconds. My venti iced coffee was good, very light ice but I ain’t complaining.

Clean store, friendly staff, and quick service. I came on a Saturday around noon and was greeted by staff instantly. Everyone was busy making or preparing something, but they made sure to take orders in a timely fashion. I ordered the medicine ball & mango dragonfruit refresher. Both were delicious and freshly made. I also ordered the grilled cheese, which is Always delicious lol.

I will never go back to this location. I went to this location because it was close by my destination. Sat in the lobby to review the menu from my phone. Opened my laptop and started reading on some of the items. I had a few questions on some of the items, while multitasking. One barista walked up to me and said I have to make a purchase to sit. I told her that I would just give me one moment. I continued to review the menu on my phone because it’s items I haven’t seen. Pistachio. Valentines drinks. Brown sugar oatmilk drinks. Another barista walks up to me to repeat the same thing. And I told her as well. Give me a moment. I’m going to make a purchase. I just told her the same thing. Give me like 2 minutes. I’m almost done. She tells another barista to call the police. There is no where written on this policy that you have to make a purchase WITHIN A CERTAIN TIME FRAME OF STEPPING INTO THE STORE. IT JUST SAYS YOU HAVE TO MAKE A PURCHASE. I ALSO CALLED CORPORATE AND THEY SAID THE SAME THING. EVERYONE THAT WALKED INTO THIS LOCATION TO TAKE A SEAT, OR PICK THEIR TABLE BEFORE ORDERING WAS WALKED UP TO. WE UNDERSTAND THE POLICY. GIVE PEOPLE A MOMENT TO EVEN MAKE THEIR DECISIONS. THIS IS THE ONLY STARBUCKS LOCATION IN CHICAGOLAND AREA THAT I EXPERIENCED THIS. AND IM IN STARBUCKS AT LEAST 3X/WEEK SITTING DOWN.

Great service at this new location. Very glad to see this establishment in the Brainerd Park community. The employees are very friendly and the service is great. The decor is clean and vibrant and represents a warm welcoming. I'm addicted to the drinks and they are made to perfection. The only downside missing is the drive-thru window. However, they have a walk-up window..I would recommend this Starbucks 👌 🥰

I was warned that this location was really slow, and the warning was true to its word. For a hot cocoa with almond milk and a medicine ball, I was waiting in the car for over 10 minutes with two barking dogs wondering what in the world was taking so long. If it was a packed restaurant, I would understand. But it was just TWO PEOPLE in there. On two separate occasions, they had no multigrain bagels. Then, when the person who placed the order asked for a Pup Cup, she was told they don't serve those. I have NEVER been to a Starbucks in the past two years that didn't give out Pup Cups free of charge. I can't tell if the barista just didn't know what a Pup Cup was or just didn't like dogs. Either way, I'm relieved that this location is out of my way so the odds of me returning are slim to none. I'll stick to my neighborhood Starbucks that takes one look at my dog and immediately ASKS ME can they GIVE me a Pup Cup. It's happened so many times that I forget to ask.

I was in a rush this morning but very hungry. I was craving a good breakfast sandwich and knew just where to go. I was in a hurry so I placed an online order. I was only about 5 minutes away. I pulled up, there were plenty of parking spots available which I love. I don't ever have to fight for a parking spot. I walked in and was instantly greeted. I just love the customer service this store provides! To my surprise my sandwich was sitting on the counter wrapped and prepared. I couldn't believe it! I just knew I would have to wait. This is one Starbucks you can count on for great customer service, always a clean environment, and they are prompt with getting your order to you. This will forever be one of my favorite locations.

My husband and I are frequent visitors to this Starbucks. It is within 5 minutes of our house, and we were so excited when this location opened. Before today, all of our orders have been mobile and today was our first time dining it. Prior to today, I have been very pleased with this location. My food has been always been exceptionally high quality (compared to other locations I frequent closer to my job), and every time I have picked up an order, I have always been greeted and spoken to very kindly. Today, as my husband I were dining in, he ran into a colleague and was excitedly talking to her for approximately 3 minutes. During this time, they were talking across one empty table. Though they were talking slightly louder than a normal speaking voice, they were in no way shouting, screaming, or otherwise loud. There was loud music playing, and my husband and his colleague were trying to speak loud enough to be heard over it. An employee came over to us and said, "I'm sorry but we can't hear our orders. We're also competing with the music," implying that they were speaking too loudly and needed to be quiet. There were only a few other people in the Starbucks at the time, and when we were told this, there was only one person in the line ordering food. My husband and I were so flabbergasted that we were scolded for being loud. It felt as though the problem was the music and not us, yet we were treated as though we were unwelcome in this space. It created a very awkward moment that made us reluctant to come to this location in the future. On the wall at this location there is a sign that says, "This community store is dedicated to this neighborhood." I cannot believe that a place dedicated to community would not allow for people to connect and speak to one another in a way that felt natural and joyful to them. When I think of a coffee shop, it is exactly for moments like this -- to run into someone you know and connect and build community. Starbucks is not a library, and we should feel comfortable sharing with others in this space.

I usually order via mobile app if I need my coffee fix before work and I'm running early. This place in consistently clean, with friendly staff, and my order is always correct. I only wish they had a drive thru as the one nearby is consistently the opposite!

It's within walking distance and this is a good one, they know how to make the drinks correctly and they seem to be well stocked. The only issue is they close a little early but I'm glad to have one closer for a quick cup of coffee.

I come into this Starbucks every morning and every morning they are always polite, efficient, and inviting! Although they are new they fit right in to the community! You guys are awesome!
