This Starbucks is not as busy during late night.. good thing is that's its 24 hours. That helps alot when you have late night needs for coffee. Staff is good and accommodating

Any time I've been to this location, they're slammed. Despite this, the crowd of people waiting, and the pile of mobile orders ready for pickup, I've never waited more than a minute or so to order and few minutes for my drink to be ready. Runs like a well-oiled machine and drink quality is top-notch. Mika made my Caramel Macchiato the past two mornings, and it was fantastic!

Got come coffee after a stressful doctors appointment, staff was nice and drink came out very fast.

Some other customer walked off with my drink. She leaves the scene and comes back 5-10 minutes later realizing it was the wrong drink. The employee puts it right back on the counter instead of making a new one. Also keep in mind this is at a hospital. Unbelievable

This Starbucks is the busiest one I've ever been too, yet the quailty and service are that of any other Starbucks ! Excellent !! I use the mobile app when I am leaving my dad's room and my coffee is always ready when I get there, and it feels great to skip those big lines!!

I was in here waiting for my SMALL drink and it took them 40 minutes now I’m extra late going back to work and for me to be waiting for that long my drink wasn’t made correctly!

Starbucks doesn't even brew coffee anymore?!? I initially asked the person at the counter if they do pour over coffee. Looking confused, he turned around and kinda looked at the menu board, and then looked back at me, and said "uh, no, I don't think so" in a somewhat indifferent but confused look, as though he had never heard of pour over coffee. I said that's fine, regular brewed will be fine. So he walks over to this lonely machine in the corner that looks like a supercharged Keurig machine, pushes a button, and 30 seconds later out comes my "coffee". I notice water on top of the lid, so I pop the lid off. It's just water with some brown further down in the cup. Now, I'll be honest, at this point, I didn't go back to the counter for a refund. I'm sure that would have just been a ruckus, because who goes to get a refund at a coffee shop? I just set it in the garbage and moved on. So the most well known coffee roaster and retailer in the world doesn't even properly brew and properly extract the flavor out of their (over-roasted and somewhat burnt tasting) coffee? They just make it like a Keurig (which by the way is also garbage)? I understand that people just need their caffeine, and how it comes doesn't really matter, and that's cool. But if one goes somewhere that has proper coffee products and "baristas", then they should put some effort into making a proper cup of coffee. Have we come to a place in our society that we have just dumbed everything down, and charged more to do it? Come on! Expect and demand better. It's one of the most basic parts of most people's lives every morning. Do it right, Starbucks! It's your business.

This shop is located in the 1st floor of H-building near the dining area. Expect longer waiting time. You can get your coffee any time of the day (open 24 hours 👍🏻).

This is your run of the mill Starbucks. Or is it? Out of all the Starbucks, I'll give this joint 5 stars. You want to know why? It's because the baristas here are HEROES! Heroes for working at the busiest Starbucks in NE Ohio. They deal with the perfect storm: tired caffeine-addicted doctors, nurses and health care personnel. They serve the understandably anxious families of the patients who might have stayed up all night in the emergency room. They have rescued several from terrible nights on call, they serve patients and visitors who might be having the worst days of their lives, and might have helped these same patients by keeping that sleep-deprived surgeon awake. To choose to put a Starbucks in a hospital is pure evil genius, but these baristas don't have to suffer. Don't yell at them. Call them by the name on their tag, give them a tip, maybe a smile, and heck maybe adopt one. In Cleveland Clinic culture, falling in line here has become a social event. That line is long, but it goes surprisingly fast if you run into someone you know. Embrace the line. Be a part of it.

Big shout out to Sandy/Sandra for her excellent service with a smile. I had trouble using the app and she got my drink quickly during a very busy time at the Cleveland Clinic (7:30am). Plus the shop was sparkling clean. Feeling a bit more loyal to Starbucks because of Sandy.

Close to Case Western Medical School. It's the best if you're a student at Case. Otherwise you'll have a hard time finding parking. I've tried all of the Fall themed frappes. They are as good as what you expect from Starbucks. I ordered via the app to participate in promos, and each time they have my drinks out sooner than the estimated wait time the app tells you. I like their drinks coming out so quickly because I can walk there within several minutes. Your drink might be cold by the time you get to Starbucks and find parking if you're driving from elsewhere in Cleveland. Parking sucks. Your best bet is parking in front of the hotel behind Starbucks and asking someone to grab the drink and go while you stay.

Very impressed. I feel like I Christopher Columbus'd this location. Employees are super friendly and efficient. This location is fully stocked with everything Starbucks offers. Very nicely designed. Great addition to the campus.

Slow, and I mean slow. Give yourself 30 minutes for any order, including a simple bakery product.

It's fine - it's your average Starbucks. However, it takes forever! Even when they aren't busy, it's a wait. That said, it's 24 hours open so you'll be able to get coffee whenever you want. Use the app to order ahead, and then add about 7 minutes to the apps wait time. Then you'll be ok to get your drink fresh

Worst customer service EVER!! The cashier doesn't know the product so the Barista came over to help and was nothing but rude. Don't be a jerk to the customer because the help doesn't know what he should. This is why Dunkin' Donuts is taking market share from Starbucks.

Much to be expected. Wait was reasonable, staff was friendly. Breakfast sandwich was decent. Flat White was the best part. Ultimately it's overpriced, but I prefer their coffee over anything else in the near vicinity.

This is not your suburban set, linger-over-coffee, work on your novel Starbucks. This is in the main Cleveland Clinic building and it.is.busy most all of the time, except maybe for overnight I can't say. Despite being busy or maybe because of it, the servers keep that line moving. Tip. Well okay, kind of a tip for all Starbucks. Know what you want when you get to the register. The busy staff appreciates that and so does everyone behind you in line. This Starbucks by appearances works with a LOT of mobile orders as the shelf where they're picked up is loaded down at the lunch hour. Most every time I've been here they've gotten my order correct and again, despite the crowd, I haven't had a horribly long wait. PS: Those sous-vide egg bites are one of the best little things I've ever, ever eaten. The way they're made renders the egg almost custard like. They have bacon gruyere or egg white with peppers. So yum. Trust me.

Great place to get your Starbucks fix. This is definitely a busy location since it's the only one at the clinic. It's pretty small so there's often a crowd of people waiting to get their orders. They have a few tables inside, which are almost always taken. Not the best place to get work done since it gets crowded and loud. A great tip is to use the app to place your mobile order. Takes 5-15 minutes depending on how busy they are. They put the mobile orders off to the side and you can just grab and go. I've never had a problem with the mobile orders.

I came here multiple times on a recent stay at the Cleveland Clinic, and I appreciate the baristas' speed and consistency with product. I also like the organic 'question of the day board.' I always looked forward to answering their questions. Thanks for the caffeine boost!

Located inside Cleveland clinic main campus in the J building right across Joseph beth book and Au Bon pain, this has got to be ohio's busiest Starbucks. It's open 24 hours, 3 cashiers and 2 clover machines! Super friendly staff, very clean inside. Lines can still get crazy busy catering to the staff and patients of CCF. Never had a bad experience

I have been going to Starbucks for like 4 years and every time I arrive I get hit with a magnificent aroma and amazing atmosphere customer and workers are kind and intelligent but I still haven't found my favorite coffee yet.

How hard is it to spell Mel ? This Starbucks is NOT customer friendly. They have too many orders that they can't keep up! Coffee was made at 8:23 am. And by 9:15 I'm drinking a hot coffee cold yuk! The only way to fix this is go somewhere else! Employees #1complaint is that this Starbucks is extremely slow! The coffee sat on counter because the name was spelled Mar. not willing to wait another 40 minutes to remake cold coffee. Again go somewhere else!

I know this is a busy location being inside of the hospital. But, you had a ton of staff. All I wanted after being admitted for 2 days was a caramel frapp. I ended up with something other than a caramel frapp that was loaded with whipped cream (yuck) I did say no whipped. I threw it away and drank my husbands.

The guy making my drink disappeared and never came back eventually they asked what I was waiting for- a dark roast with vanilla and they were like omg that's all! They gave me a lemon cake to make up for it I thought was nice of the employee. Heard lots very vocal shit talking in beginning by employees abt customers complaining of wait time(not me) but at the end treated with good customer service. Thankyou Cleveland clinic Starbucks!

It's a typical Starbucks in terms of what you get. You still get the same quality as what you get in a standalone store. But definitely be prepared for long waits at this location.

Don't use mobile ordering here. I had the mobile app pitched to me as a "fast way to order ahead and get what you need without the wait in line." In most Starbucks, I imagine this may be true. In this location, there's something wrong with their mobile app processing for food. I HATE to be a peeved consumer. I REALLY hate it. I am usually SUPER patient, but have had enough bad experiences here that I feel like patience is no longer warranted. My experiences today at Starbucks made me feel like I was simply a $$ consumer that they could easily replace with another identical robot $$ consumer. I've ordered a breakfast sandwich on the mobile app here three times. Each time it took over 40 minutes. This past time, my order ended with no breakfast sandwich and subpar customer service. To give you some background, the breakfast sandwiches are literally frozen - All they need to do is pull them out of the freezer and put them in the toaster. That's it. The breakfast sandwiches are cheap, pretty healthy, and pretty tasty, so hypothetically a good fix if you're in a rush.....,.......except for the fact that it ACTUALLY takes 40+ minutes to get one. Today, I ordered online and it said my breakfast sandwich would be ready in "15 minutes." Perfect! I walked over and waited for 25 minutes before I started to ask questions, "Hey! Name is Christine, I ordered XX breakfast sandwich via the app. I know you're busy, but I was just curious - is that almost ready?" The answer was always "It's coming right up, just one minute." At 35 minutes, I calmly repeated the question and again heard (with more annoyance in the employee's voice): "So, yeah, it's just one minute, they're working on it now." Third time, at 40 minutes, I said "Please cancel my order. I no longer want this 45 minute-long frozen breakfast sandwich." To which the staff replied, "In order to cancel your order, you'll need to wait in line." The line was almost to the door of the Starbucks. I explicitly ordered on the mobile app to AVOID the line, and now you're recommending I stand in it to NOT get a product? This is truly remarkable to me. Beyond being terrible customer service, it's 150% illogical. So, I went back to my office with no food and spent 15 minutes on the phone with Starbucks Customer Service getting a refund to my card. Nowhere in this process did a SINGLE Starbucks employee apologize to me. Not anyone at the store or anyone on the phone. I'll be deleting my Starbucks app as soon as I get my refund (...which, by the way, they said will take 7 - 8 business days).

So glad they decided to open this 2nd location at Cleveland Clinic Main Campus!! The employees are super nice and the coffee comes out in a timely manner and tastes delicious. Love the option for mobile ordering. This store also has the Nitro Cold Brew that everyone is craving and talking about. Be sure to stop by and check it out!!

Just like your average Starbucks with the service but this one is way better because it's 24 hours! The workers there are super nice and they try their best to make sure everything is done right with shortest amount of time! Love his location and their workers!

Great service, Friendly Baristas, and phenomenal coffee. Now I will admit I go to Stabucks quite a bit. But, this morning I need a MAJOR caffeine fix to survive a conference at the Hotel next door. I was welcomed as soon as I stepped up and they delivered on the caffeine fix I needed.

This is the most efficient Starbucks I've ever been to -- in any city. (OK -- the staff at any NYC Starbucks tends to work quite expeditiously :) It makes the ol' BA in Economics in me proud. Despite the heavy customer traffic, this Starbucks staff not only moves swiftly, but it is also really friendly. (Kindness and speedy service? Usually the twain never meet!) Not surprisingly, this Starbucks serves Starbucks coffee, which I happen to find quite delicious. As you likely know, the Starbucks house blend -- Pike Place -- is only $1.50 for a tall (small) serving. This price is better than most competitors, local or national. This location's clientele is truly unique...and really entertaining. Located at the heart of the Cleveland Clinic's main social and dining region, Starbucks is nearly always teeming with healthcare providers: world class doctors, NPs, RNs, and so forth. Everyone stops by for a cup of java, always discussing really neat clinical things. (Never any patient information, of course. HIPAA, hellllloo!) It's fun sitting next to random, stressed-out surgeons -- who've clearly just finished some operation or another -- while dissecting your own delicious marble pound cake! My only regret is that there is limited seating, despite the fact that this is a full service Starbucks. (Even this problem is ameliorated by the proximity of the CC main dining room, located just around the corner.) Grade: A

This place was right down the street from me when I used to live in Little Italy, yet I preferred to travel a longer distance to the Cedar\Fairmount Starbucks to get my caffeine fix. Why? 1. There is no other parking here except for metered parking. There's not even a "free 15 minute" option like some of the Cleveland Heights meters have...never thought I'd say that Cleveland Heights was better than Cleveland, but there's one way. I cannot describe to you how irritating this was. 2. Many of the baristas were slow as molasses. I have a friend who works here and she was about the only efficient one on staff. The rest of them took their sweet ole' time making my drinks, while I sat there and felt my hair get even grayer as I worried about my parking meter running out. 3. This place was always cold, mainly because there are people coming in and out of the Starbucks as well as the adjacent bank. 4. There is a paucity of comfy seating here. This place is light years better than "The Coffee House" on Juniper, which is one of the worst businesses that I have ever been to in my life (I'm not exaggerating), but it's still nothing great. Of course, this place benefits from "Case Captive Audience Syndrome", and they probably have little incentive to improve because they know that a steady stream of Case students will flow in every day, so I doubt things will get better.

Just another Starbucks. I go here all the time because I work in the clinic. One thing worth mentioning about this place is, it is exceptionally fast compared to most coffee shops I have been to.

A-ok is all I can really say about any Starbucks. This one is nice enough, relatively small but nice, clean and very friendly. It's open almost 24 hours a day and smack in the middle of the airport-like Clinic main drag. When working overnight, it's nice to come down at midnight and get an Americano to shore me up. I really wish there was more seating too since I'm sure if I were a patient's family member it would be really nice to have a spot to go and chill for awhile to read or work on stuff. There are other places to sit at the Clinic of course, but a nice dark, cozy coffee shop might be just the ticket sometimes. Although most of the time it wouldn't be 'chill' at all since literally several hundred people go through here each day. The place is remarkably efficient for as many people as can be in here sometimes. If you come after many people are done with morning rounds or early meetings, (like around 10am), the line is literally winding all around the place and out the door. Sometimes the police or fire people come and tell you the line can't go into the hallway because it's a fire hazard. Yet even when it's this packed, you'll only wait about 10-15 minutes from end of line to hot coffee in hand. For us worker bees, this place is just part of the madness that is the Clinic. Tons of people all the time. This Starbucks is necessary and does the job admirably.

Terrible customer service! My wife placed a mobile order, which they lost. Even after we showed them the order on her phone, they continued to make drinks for other customers while we waited for about 20 minutes. WTF?????

Here 2 days in a row. 1st day they were out of sugar free vanilla syrup and the next day they were out of all frapps! What? And the place was filthy.

I am a frequent guest of all things Starbucks and this is by far the absolute worst location I've been to from Seattle to Maine and everywhere in between. Now in their defense, I'd say this is the busiest Starbucks around moving 2-3 people a minute but the Baristas just take orders and shove you thru. That said, this week was the worst. 3 times in 3 days my order was "lost" between the register and the Baristas. How does that happen? I complained on day 3 and they said "we have a problem with our printer." Well fix it folks Waiting 15 minutes average for a $6 latte only to have it not come 3 days in a row is pretty sad. In the grand scheme of things, it's just a cup of coffee. On the other hand...from the worlds largest coffee house, and the world's most EXPENSIVE Coffee house, I expect more. I think the only thing more disappointing in Cleveland is the Browns.

This place is always busy and has a line, but it moves pretty quickly! It doesn't have a lot of seating and wouldn't be the best place to do work/study. They don't seem to run out of the pastries and sandwiches like other locations, and the lunch items are very fresh.

my local SB, good drinks, always made correctly. The staff is pretty quick and always nice. Very busy location, best to try the mobile app to order faster. I like to order, by the time i find parking the drink is up:)

Learn how to order more supplies in advance. Don't say "oh, we always run out on Sundays". First of all: that's a lie. Second: I've been working at the Cleveland Clinic every single weekend since January, and y'all always had stuff by Sundays (BEFORE NOON NO DOUBT). Whoever is the manager, or in charge of ordering supplies, needs to get their act together and learn that when you run out, YOU BUY MORE. NOT THAT HARD. I'd give them 0/5 stars if I could.

Somehow my mobile orders never go through here. I never have this problem at the Q building location. I understand it's more of a technical issue but after 25-30 minutes of waiting, when I finally decide to ask the status of the drink I get treated as an inconvenience.

One of the busiest Starbucks I have seen. I go here at least once week. Service is ok for the business they have. They are great donators for all Cleveland Clinic events and the staff are extremely friendly. Stop in and say hi to Patrick!

To busy and dirty and mobile ordering makes the wait even longer and customers have to wait workers tips drop

The service here is absurdly slow. I work in CCF and have given this Starbucks many tries. No matter what the time, you're guaranteed to wait at least 20 minutes for anything more complicated than a drip. During my most recent visit, I stopped by at 2:30pm on a Friday with the boyfriend. With only 10 people in the store at the time of our order, an iced coffee and a plain latte took 25 minutes to make, all while the crowd of people waiting for their drinks grew. My latte was essentially all tepid milk, but I was too irked to go back and get my drink fixed. As a Seattle native and frequent coffee shop visitor, the speed and quality of service was simply unthinkable. It simply astounds me how a shop that serves such a high volume of people (every single day) has seemingly failed to find an efficient system. Save your time and go to Au Bon Pain!

It can get busy so sometimes service is not great. It's ok but I prefer the Starbuck's near where I live.

It's a nice place to grab a coffee while at the clinic waiting for loved ones getting procedures. Staff is fast , friendly and accurate!

Where else other than a Starbucks will you find a "coffee house" that lacks any of the ambiance of a real coffee house and have it smell nothing like coffee. Granted it's better than Instant Coffee but the coffee is normally burnt when I go to a Starbucks. Phoenix is a much better place fr coffee

I am applaud at the horrible customer service I receive from the night shift crew at Starbucks. they treat you as if you are begging them food/drinks. One worker in particular, Bryce, has the worst attitude. She is so mean and disrespectful. No eye contact and when you say something to her she acts as if she doesn't hear you. They talk about the customers right there in your face and laugh. I work for a company that provides world class care and to find this find of service within the organization is just appalling. I am considering not spending my money with them anymore. Its just upsetting.

I would have given this Starbucks a 5 star review in December 2015 but as of January 2016 they got rid of the best part by removing the Clover coffee maker and reserve coffees. Now it is just an ordinary Starbucks with a long line and too little seating. I'd give it even fewer stars due to this gaff made in the name of higher profits (they added a third more profit generating espresso machine - really necessary? NO) but it is still coffee. Now not good enough to make me walk past the Au Bon Pan just a few steps away.

To those who hate waiting in line at this Starbucks ... This Starbucks is worth the wait!!! My wife Kelly has been under the Cleveland Clinic's care for 52 days , and most days my wife or I (or both) get a venti cafe vanilla frappe with extra whip ( grande cup so you can enjoy more whip) at the Starbucks in the heart of the clinic. The majority of the employees no what I get which is nice... But Danielle , she's a real keeper !!! Danielle , there were plenty of rough days there at the clinic and you made me smile or laugh and just kept it real!!! You are one excellent person, employee and now friend!!! Starbucks and everyone else... She's a keeper and a go getter!!!
