I got the iced cinnamon dolce latte with 2% milk no ice 3 espresso shots 5 pumps of syrup and extra whipped cream/sprinkles. I was rung up by a nice guy named Paul who was a wonderful server and The person who handed me my drink was also extremely nice. The wait wasn’t long at all and the atmosphere was extremely friendly. 5/5 stars def gonna go back

Yesterday I was sitting outside of the Starbucks and witnessed this daughter struggling to get her elderly mother who looked to be having a super rough time to a chair at a table, i hopped up and ran over and asked if there was anything i could do, i asked if they needed water and they said yes. I run into the Starbucks and explained to the girl taking orders how the older lady outside was having a medical emergency and needed water and she just looks at me and says " you need to make a purchase " I couldn't believe the lack of care that came from this girl. Poor service, this lady was having a medical emergency and she didn't seem to be phased and only cared about corporate policy. If this was my employee, i would be deeply saddened.

I came here as I was walking through Partridge Creek. I have been to this location multiple times, and it always gets to me that the seating here is not available; I must have bad luck as some would say. But every time when I look around at the customers who are seated, many of them do not have things ordered. When there is a group of four, for example, only one or two will have something in front of them. This Starbucks should do a better job at making their seating available for customers who actually order something. I would think the seating that is outside all throughout the mall is made for that purpose. I do like the art work that is displayed in this Starbucks. The one piece that I enjoy the most is the Tarzania piece with the elephants and tree scenery. It has its own majestic feel to it.

I hate to do this, but I had to change my review. I used to come here all the time because this is the location closest to my home and we always walk at the mall. During Halloween and Christmas time we would come almost every day. For some reason? This seemed go enrage a handful of workers. I'm not really sure why. And specifically a certain worker had no problem making it clear she didn't like us by making smart remarks whenever we were there. This made us start going out of our way to a different starbucks because this employee made us feel unwelcome. Today we tried to return and it wasn't busy at all when we were there. The same employee still works here and snubbed us to go talk to someone and tell one of the other workers to go on break. We waited for a while but unfortunately, for some reason an employee here does not like us so we will never return to this location. And it's sad because we're not even rude. We've always been very polite, just for some reason this employee decided not to like us. Very disappointing. I would honestly make the trip to hall and heydenreich. I love the staff there as opposed to certain staff here who choose to hate you for no reason.

I love coffee a lot, the service is great, but sometimes the freshness is long.

Ordered on the app and my drink was not made correctly. The guy making it said to order it a way that is not available on the app. To top it off he didn’t even fill the cup all the way so I’m wasting money on a venti drink. Will not be returning to this location.

Such a great place! The workers were really nice and very quick. And of course, my drink was delicious. Not watery, not too bitter, just perfect. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location more often.

I've tried this location multiple times. For some reason the workers here don't like repeat customers. Especially from a red headed employee. And she never hides that she doesn't like you. As she will vent it publicly. I never will return to this location. Even if it convenient. Repeat customers should be a good thing. Not something that pisses you off.

I said my name was Maidesle (My Dads Name) and they spelled it madelle, the drinks were raw, it took 7 minutes to make a black coffee with a splash of heavy cream and 5 Pumps of vanilla which usually takes less than 1 minute during a rush. It was 103 degrees in there. The workers made take off my coat.

Couldn't buy my coffee with cash! When I asked why, I've been told that Starbucks at this location doesn't hold more than $40 in cash. So I was basically denied service because they wouldn't take cash. Mind you the place gets crazy busy with hundreds of customers per day. You'd probably get better service at another corporate/factory establishment like Macdonalds. Maybe? Something to think about when you're paying $7 per cup of coffee.

3/14/2021 "Ah That First Sip Feeling!"... This Starbucks location #13788 is located inside The Mall Partridge Creek off Hall Rd. Since I enjoying walking and shopping at the Mall of Partridge Creek, this Starbucks is always "My Happy Go To Stop" for a hot or cold coffee or a Refresher drink. The "Partners" who work here rotate weekly and with my previous visits I have always seen a new happy, polite and cheerful face when walking in the door. They always greet Me with a Hello and Welcome to Starbucks! There is currently social distancing standing 6 feet apart on the markers, which are located on the floors when ready to order. The tables and chairs are currently not in use therefore after receiving your hot or cold beverage and snack item you will be asked to leave and enjoy it elsewhere outside. I can walk and drink lol Or find a nice table in the outdoor mall areas to consume. I always have the APP open ahead of time and ready to scan at check out with the partner who is working at the register. Always, fast, accuracy and efficient service here at this location. My favorite Starbucks Yummers are: White Chocolate Mocha Coffee (WCM) Bacon, & Gruyere Egg Bites, Bacon, Gouda & Egg Sandwich Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino Caramel Frappuccino Dragon Refresher Drink Mango Dragonfruit Refresher Strawberry Acai Lemonade Refresher Very Berry Hibiscus Lemonade Refresher to name my year round favs! I Always leave here with a Happy Smile with my pick Me up beverage. I look and find a table outside to relax to enjoy my SpecialK break with yummy and tasty Starbucks to keep up those positive vibes! All Drinks Made Well By Wonderful with Skilled and Pleasant Staff! Sign up for their Rewards program then receive daily or weekly emails as well with specials! I love their Double Stars! **

I like this Starbucks location. I stop here almost every time I come to the mall. I like the size of the location, they offer a nice amount of seats for the shoppers. Their variety of food and pastry seems good. The line is usually long but moves at a nice pace. They workers seemed pleasant and did a nice job on the order. It's a great place to get a snack then watch a concert or sit by the fire place. Today I tried the pumpkin spice cold brew. It was fine, not my favorite. It was a bit watery, I think they actually water it down. The cream was not as pumpkin forward as I would like. I'd stick to the PSL if you enjoy pumpkin flavor. Still, I come to all Starbucks to experiment with their drinks. Hope the fall flavors stay awhile, but can't wait for the winter treats!

Came in and ordered my usual Very Berry Hibiscus Refesher. The cell signal is terrible in this store for some reason and I could not access my Starbucks app. Be aware of this, but sometimes the lines are long in here. For some reason I think they added a whole lot more juice to make up for light ice, but it offset the drink with the added classic syrup. It made it taste off and my chest was hurting from the acidic taste. I ended up adding a little bit of water and shaking it around, it fixed it a little though. The service is pretty fast when the store does not have many customers in line, and we got our drink really fast.

Excellent customer service...! I am a BIG fan of Starbucks and I have never received poor service (or beverages or food) at Starbucks location... My favorites (warning: I have a sweet tooth) * Caramel Macchiato (extra hot, no foam, w/whip) * Strawberry Frappuccino (extra strawberry) * Buttered Croissant (warmed up for only 5 seconds) * Chocolate Chip Cookie (warmed up for only 5 seconds) * Their Smoothies are great...! * Love their Ice Teas...! * My daughter loves their Cake Pops...!

Don't stop at a Starbucks inside any other place. Lesson learned. They do not know what they're doing compared to going to going to an actual Starbucks. Staff was nice and polite, but I had to tell them how to make my order. They couldn't even tell me if the teas they had we're unsweetened or not.

Two stars because my sandwich was great. I did however order a soy PSL this morning and I have about a 6 minute drive from Starbucks to work, in this amount of time I open my cup to see that it is a little more than half full. I was so sad especially when my order is almost $11. I won't be coming to this Starbucks again.

Always have a good experience at this SB at partridge. Friendly and quick service. Only downfall is that it gets really busy and it's so small. Need to expand or open another one somewhere else in the mall.

2019-06-03. Starbucks, Partridge Creek. OK so the last review I had on Starbucks focused on their new rewards program. In short I said that it was an improvement for Coffee drinkers, and a slight detriment to those who prefer the more complex drinks. This was due to their cost based rewards. Extras on custom orders can now be redeemed for 25 stars; a coffee just 50 stars, a hand-crafted drink 150 stars; a meal sandwich or salad 200 stars; and for 400 stars you can redeem for a store item like a tumbler or coffee mug. I see the use of smaller amounts of stars beneficial to those that don't frequent Starbucks as often; but as I noted before, the true winners are those that like their cup of jo. Whether it be strong and black, hot or cold, sweet or creamy, it's now at the mere affordable cost of 50 stars. But wait there's more... the one thing I didn't mention in my last review is that the Starbucks rewards program did away with their gold status and the 300 star required annually to maintain gold. So what does that mean? Well, with Gold status, you got certain perks like free customization, free refills on coffee or tea, a free reward on your birthday, and your very own customized Gold Card. Now, Starbucks essentially made everyone gold members, but they took away some of the perks, mainly the free customization (it costs 25 stars now); but everyone gets to enjoy free refills on coffee and tea (even if you purchased a customized drink, you can now get a free coffee or tea chaser!), and everyone gets a free food or drink item on their birthday (essentially up to 200 stars worth). No need to worry about trying to get 300 stars a year any longer, everyone's a Gold member. So does this improve my opinion of the program? I'd say so, it's definitely a step in the right direction for Starbucks. My gut feeling is this will definitely help them increase their market share of java drinkers all over North America... at least until they change their program again... but until then, 4 stars from me... OK. Now a quick blurb on this Starbucks location... It's small, and it's a gold mine. Every time I come here, the place is absolutely packed. Smaller than most Starbucks, the place only seats about 20, but they have outdoor seating in common areas of the mall, so it works (at least when the weather is nice). Inside, it's super loud mainly due to the small size and volume of people. Decor is your standard Starbucks, tiled floors, unisex restrooms, high top wooden tables with Metal chairs, and walls covered in pictures of anything to do with coffee beans. I have been here multiple times. Usually the wait is incredibly long. However it's always great coffee. The staff is also very friendly.

Starbuck used to remind me of some disco space traveller that blasted Cylons out of space, without a centon to spare... Now it reminds me of the nations largest speed dealer. Expensive, semi-fancy coffee that spawned a million trendy coffee dweebs. Believe it or not the poetry you read here is not underground and the music is not alternative...

The Starbucks at Partridge Creek is a great little stop located just west of the main hub (where the stage is). This is a full Starbucks packed neatly in the mall along with the other shops. The seating here is small, as the store is more of a grab & go location. It does have several tables, but you'll never get a seat on a busy day. The service is fast, but the weird set-up has people coming and going out of a small space. The staff seemed friendly, even in the midst of chaos. I think this is one of the few stores of the mall in which they don't allow dogs. Thank goodness. Located between the Sunglasses Hut & Swarovski, I imagine this would be one of the stops Paris Hilton would hit if she ever shopped at Partridge Creek.

Placed a mobile order on a Thursday evening here, around 7:30-8pm. Ordered a grande cinnamon almondmilk macchiato with an extra shot. Watched the barista talk to her friend the entire time she was making my drink. She didn't put the cinnamon dolce syrup in my drink, only vanilla. Supposed to have three shots, watched her pour in only one that wasn't even freshly pulled. Wondering why I even bother making an order if they are going to make it however they want anyway.

As a lifelong customer and supporter of Starbucks, it hurts me to have to write this, but it is a necessity for the business owners to have this information conveyed to them in a coherent, concise, and poignant way. This Starbucks location, is by far the slowest and most inefficient in the entire Midwest region, possibly the United States or even the Northern Hemisphere. It consistently operates at the pace of a dying snail, a sea cucumber, or any other lethargic tree dwelling creature with a slow metabolism. This branch location in particular, is not only impeding the progress of local commerce, but capitalism as a whole. Please, hire more baristas to pick up for the increased activity within Partridge Creek mall, especially in the Summer months. This unorganized, befuddled mess of a store is far from what visionary Starbucks CEO Howard Schultz set out to do when he founded this chain.

I hope this is the one in Partridge Creek... I just wanted to say thank you to the manager (I think his name was Kevin). A friend and I were there on Saturday and I had a little trouble trying to pay with my Starbucks app. He quickly helped us out and I thought to myself later.. now that was great customer service! Thank you!!

Very impressed with the customer service! When my daughter was turned away at the Hall Rd/Hayes location from using her birthday coupon, she went to this location and not only was her coupon honored, but the manager and crew member apologized for the incident at the other store and was offered a larger size beverage no charge. A kind gesture like that is appreciated and will keep us coming back!

Normally can't stand Starbucks be I think it's a waste of money, but I left my purse here on accident while shopping one day. Went into a few more stores at partridge creek before I realized I left it. When I went back the staff had it. Thank you to the staff/patronage that kept it safe!!! I love Starbucks now!!!!

I have been to the Starbucks at Partridge Creek with my family and friends many times. The service is great, and my orders have been all correct. The one thing I do not like about this Starbucks is the limited space. It is very small and when it is busy, everyone is squished into one area. There are also very few tables, so only a couple of people can be seated.
